Fantasy Football Podcast 2015 - Cuts, Trades, Week 1 Questions & Mailbag

I'm going to start Alan Robinson in this one. The Lions, I think their defense took a couple hits this offseason, but I think they're still going to be one of the premier defenses of the league. So I'm going to go with Alan Robinson. I think both guys have very bad matchups, week one, and I will take Keenan Allen in this one. So I will go tiebreaker. And in my tiebreaker, I think there's going to be more points scored.

at San Diego, so I'm going to go Keenan Allen. All right, Brandon in Denton, Texas. He says, howdy. Howdy? That makes sense. I'm a C.J. Anderson owner, and he was not able to snag Ronnie Hillman during the draft. Now he's getting a little nervous about the thought of Ronnie taking over at Running Back 1 at some point during the season.

Since running back is his weakest position, his second running back is Doug Martin, he's willing to overpay for the luxury of having Hillman as his handcuff. So he can offer from his bench, Crowell, Dante Freeman, Tevin Coleman, or Danny Woodhead. Would you trade any of those guys for a critical handcuff? I would not. Hmm. Because you own the entire Atlanta backfield.

And the potential for one of those two guys in Atlanta to have value over Ronnie Hillman, it's bigger for me than Ronnie Hillman. Because I'm relying on an injury likely for Hillman to take hold of the role as opposed to just performance. That's my kind of take on it. Who do you think is his RB2? Is it Doug Martin or is it Isaiah Crowell? It's Cro well. At this point, it's Isaiah Crowell.

I'm kind of with Andy that I don't think I would make the trade, but if I'm going to send any of those guys over, it would be Freeman. All right.
