144 passagesFair. It's jealousy. It's disgusting. It's absolutely disgusting. Well, we didn't get, I mean, we didn't get 100. We didn't even get into the game. 113 points, not twice, but we did get 72 points last night. You heard, I heard, and the people heard how long his intro was. How much flourish was in that introduction. He is so happy. And that of course, I am happy for the fantasy football players out there that had lions and bills that weren't named DJ Moore and Jameson. The stallion.
It's just, did you have any, Andy? I did have some. Which three did you have? I had Josh Allen. Oh, okay. I had Alman Ross St. Brown. Oh, a couple of toddies. And then the lowest score on my team, kind of a stinker. Must be a bad player. Jamir Gibbs, yes. So I have 103 fantasy points on Thursday. With three players. Well, I mean, look, this is not, I don't think anybody would be surprised at Josh Allen and Jemir Gibbs in Amman and Ross St. Brown had a nice.
afternoon evening in Buffalo at Highmark Stadium. What a game it was. Josh Allen, 248 and 3 with two more rushing touchdown, 69 rushing yards, and now has nine touchdowns, zero turnovers through two weeks. I think that's an MVP start so far. Oh, it certainly is. He seems unstoppable right now. The lion's defense seems unstoppable in a different way. Hey.
They're back for us. Thank you, Detroit. Yeah, they, sorry Detroit fans because that's not going to work out. 41-31 bills. Jared Gough was a spot start. He ended up with a monstrous game. I mean, four touchdowns, 32 yards in the comeback attempt. Gibbs just 16 for 52 on the ground. They bottled him up after Montgomery scored thrice against Buffalo last week. But Gibbs had six for 61 through the air. Had a touchdown. Alman Ra has been.
I mean, he's got four touchdowns through two weeks. 13 targets. Jameson Williams. Yeah, I was going to say, Ammon Raw is picking up for the slack of Jameson Williams, who is goodness gracious, get it together, man. Two for 33 for JMO, another drop in this one. Dalton Kincaid. Oh, seven for 95. You saw DJ Moore go out early in this one. That was a huge bummer. I mean, everybody played DJ Moore after last week. And.
He dropped the ball in the end zone and ends up with an AC joint sprain, leaves the game, doesn't come back. I think he technically had negative fantasy points because he had like one carry for negative one yards. And the latest report there, you know, will he be available this week? I'm leaning no, but it could happen. And he's, it's not a broken collarbone. That was a fear. That, I mean, it seems like good news. Honestly, like to be like, oh, you're hurt, but when he was crumpled, we all.
We've all watched football long enough to be like, uh-oh, it's a collarbone. And immediately you're like, okay, what's a collarbone? Six weeks or more. Yeah, so the fact that you're like, oh, maybe one game, that would be very good news. Yeah, James Cook was awesome, 21 for 135 and 1, although he did have a couple of the, like they gave him his touchdown finally at the end of that game, but previously it was Allen a couple of times around the goal line. But he was great. And.
And I don't, I don't have any stress going into the weekend anymore. I mean, this is, this is wild. Yeah, the, the, the Lions defensive performance in this game, though, does, I mean, I said it this morning in our Slack channel. I was like, this, this helps me understand Baltimore minus eight and a half at home because the Lions, right, defense through two weeks is a sieve. And you look at what Shuck did in the second half, and it was awesome. But going to Baltimore.
against a different defense will be more of a challenge. I kind of get it. But this is how our, like this is, you need multiple weeks of data to kind of start to fill in, you know, the answers to these defenses that are good and which ones are bad. Well, they ended up, the lions ended up with more defensive injuries, which is going to hurt them going forward. However, you also have to account for the fact that this is the bills. Like, it's not just, oh, they're a civ.
Are the Texans? No. You know, the Texans just got wallop by the... It's a both-hand for sure. By the bills. So maybe it's both and the Saints and Shuck are really good. It's still really small sample, but... It's not impossible. They did give up 71 points through two weeks. And so, yeah, it's... It is both and pay attention. Try to remember all of it over the next couple of weeks because once you're a month into the season, I think you really could start playing matchups and understanding what...
you know where things are at two matchups little early yeah this was this was awesome what a game this i mean it delivered it delivered the magic awesome and you know beautiful new stadium game was electric it was awesome that the lines kept it close enough to where the bills had to had to keep playing i would that was my worry halfway through the game if you had lions players you're like well
Like even them going out there and scoring on that last drive and going on side, I wasn't sure they were going to try to score on that drive. When it went into the half, it was like, oh, this game is over. There's not going to be anything from the lions. The lions are going to disappoint, you know, universally. I had to watch the game afterwards. I had my son's show. So I knew what was going to happen. Like I knew the score at halftime. I knew, you know, that the bills won. And then watching it after knowing that, I was like,
This has got good replay value because these guys are awesome. And Dalton Kincaid, genuinely, I think is one of the biggest stories. Eight targets, seven for 95. He's getting the yardage. He's getting the targets. He's getting everything that we had hoped and dreamed. You know, it was my embarrassing. You talked about Kincaid all offseason as, you know, hey, this guy is not dealing with these chronic injuries he's dealt with in the past. And yeah, it's two weeks. Stay healthy, Dalton. But right now he's delivering on your promises. And there was even more. Like there was the Dawson Knox.
touchdown was a design play for Dalton Kincaid. No question. Josh Allen was booting out, but the defender wisely. Out of three, that defender had to choose between three things. And so he chose the right guy. Yeah. Yes. The best thing he could do was cover Dalton Kincaid and hope that the rest of his teammates could take the other two options. The other two options remained wide open. Yeah, running it in. Josh Allen is decided that he will be a benevolent king. And he will give Dawson knock. It was really a.
It was really a gracious decision. He could have just jaunted in. He had to afterwards be like, you're welcome. Yeah. You know that was my touchdown. And I, you're getting dinner. I've never said this before, but I was impressed with Keanu Coleman throughout the game as well. Yeah. DJ Moore, if he missed his time, Palmer, Coleman, Shakir, maybe it's too many mouths to feed with the tight ends. But Keon Coleman, six for 63, caught all six of his targets.
broke his ankle in half and then was fine the next play. I don't know how that happened. He went down in a heap and it was like DJ Moore and him got hurt back to back and then all of a sudden he was fine. And it'll be something to watch though because that could be one of those swells up. The ankle sprain that you can play through at the moment but then you miss a week. Yeah. And I'm sure our audience will not, but don't overreact to Joshua Palmer getting a touchdown in back to back weeks. This was like one giant pretty broken play. It was like the DJ Moore touchdown last week.
All right, it's Friday. Foot Clan Friday. We love you, Foot Clan. That's why every Friday we give a $100 gift card away to Fantasychamps.com to a lucky Foot Clan supporter from Join the Foot.com this week's winner, Sir Flop a lot. Oh, man. These are always fine. LeBron? LeBron is watching? Jason, I had a Luca joke lined up and you went LeBron. I mean, they both.
Yeah, but we hate one. They're king and queen of the flops. I would have gone and beat. Sir flop a lot, congrats. We'll send you that $100 gift card. Thank you for supporting the show. Let's talk some NFL news. News and notes from around the league. Nice little injury update. Zaflowers returning to practice on Friday. So Zaymond. Zaman is like Raymond. Yeah. Oh, man. His birth name, Zaman. Oh, brother, you're throwing me for a loop now. Everybody loves Zaymond.
What? Oh, crap. Throwing you for a loop as in maybe you get to play a really good player? Yeah, shut up. DJ Moore exited with the left shoulder AC joint spraying. We talked about it. I had a plan. Bengals expect Joe Burrow to play. Your plane was Devon Vele, right? Oh, no, he's playing regardless. Oh, okay. Because he's a superstar. Nick Underhill said Chris Olave hamstring left practices of cross. You were talking about Devon Valet? Yeah, I know. Olave, though, the hamstring. We need to.
Keep an eye on that. Hamstrings are popping up right now. Joe Burrow expected to play the back injury. Hopefully he'll be fine. His back's just tight. What are you going to do? Nico Collins is not going to play, right? Isn't that the news we got this morning? Yeah, I mean, he's not practicing on Friday. He's got a grade one hamstring issue. I can't fathom he played. The report we got was the expectation is he'll be out. And genuinely, I know Dalton Schultz, the doctor. Dr. Schultz is your start of the week. I don't expect him.
can't expect him to have more than 50 yards, but he might have 50 receptions. Yes. I mean, he is going to be peppered with targets. Yeah, Xavier Hutchinson, I think had six targets last week and then you remove a primary target. He'd be someone, Jalen Knoll. I mean, that's the hard part is there's a bunch of different people. Booty. Yeah, and booty. Nico Collins did not practice on Thursday, not seen practicing on Friday. Not seen practicing on Friday. Not seen practicing on Thursday with the ankle. Michael Pittman. This one. Yeah. Not practicing on Friday. Was a DMP yesterday and is in the
He is firmly in the I'm Injured Doghouse for Aaron Rodgers. Yes, he is. Aaron Rogers, if you listen to him this offseason, he talked glowingly about Roman Wilson and DK Meccaf and Pat Friermuth and then was like, and then Pittman, you know, he hasn't been around. I mean, he was so clearly not happy with Pittman's unavailability due to injury. Was this the injury he was dealing with through? I don't remember what specific injury Pittman had. I don't remember. Maybe Kyle does.
I thought it was more soft tissue. But, yeah, Kyle, if you can look up what Pittman missed a lot of the camp with. I think he might be out this week. And then you're talking to Muth might get Luth again. Yeah, I mean, we're late in the week for Pittman to be gone. And also, D.K. Metcalfe, who we talked about, he had one of the highest expected fantasy points. They were targeting him. They were giving him valuable targets, deep targets. It didn't work out because, as Mike would say, he sucks. I would never say that.
Metcalf seems like a fine play. Oh, he's a good play this week. Honestly, because there's leagues out there where people, you glossed over, but Roman Wilson, like 16% target share last week. Aaron Rogers seems to already trust him. I've smelled stinkier trash in my day. Yeah, so Pittman was a hamstring through camp. Oh, so this is even worse for him then. It's just a new part of the leg.
Yeah, I mean, that's not good. Is a foot part of the leg? No. No. That's a real. Your foot bones connected to the leg bone. Yeah, otherwise it would just be your leg bone. Okay. All right. Good. I didn't know. No, I know you do. So your hand is not part of your arm. Yeah, that makes sense. He's just working through. Yeah. We're working through the science textbooks right now. 401. Oh, very. Yeah. Kallyn Black. This sucks. Wait, what? Groin injury. No. Seriously?
Butterfly stretch. Let me check the website. Hold on.
Let me check the couple of these websites. Yeah, let's see here. He is on the groin index.com, but let me check butterfly stretch. Is he there as well? He is also on butterfly stretch. Oh, we got Jason's name on it. That's probably for the best. Jason Moore. I'm just trying to teach people how to avoid those groin injuries. It's simple. Groin injury prevention. We need to get the URL up there just for people that might not understand. Ladd McConkey did not practice again on Thursday. Worked off to the side with.
trainers. I would not expect when you have a rib injury, I'm not saying Lad's going to play. But what I'm saying is if he's going to play, I don't think you would have seen a different path to playing this week because a rib injury, you're not going to take hits. You're not going to go out there and take hits until game time. This is the last update we can give other than Sunday Live. Make sure you follow on YouTube and we'll be there an hour before kickoff. But I don't think that the advice could change from now until then. Let's say Ladd is active.
Do you play him and who do you play him over? Yeah, I would say you play an active Vlad McConkey after what we saw last week. And I would say he falls pretty much right into where he would have been. Oh, yeah? Yeah, I don't, I'm not going to discount it. If they think he's good enough to go out there and the medical, you know, the medical people say, look, this is something people normally play through. I guess to me. I'm still going to, I think the PPR stuff's going to be there. To me, there are some guys out there that I would have played, like I would have played.
