I want you to, you know, we talk about late round quarterbacks. We talk about streaming quarterback plays. But your team in one of our leagues has had that scenario where the starts have been flip-flopped, where you've had the right guy on the bench and the wrong guy. Because everybody's going to go through that, too, as a process of streaming quarterback. So explain kind of what's happened.

For my team? Yeah, and maybe how to avoid that? Or what is the... So I have... I've had Flacco and Winston on my bench now for a couple weeks. Last week, I went with Winston because I needed the... I needed some huge upside. Like 36 for 58 and 400. Three yards and three touchdowns. That's exactly why I started him over Flacco. Flacco would have been the right play. This week, I went with Flacco against Jacksonville and Winston was the right play. I think that for me...

Winston is very close to becoming just, I'm going to start him no matter what. And I'll take my lumps with the bad games. You know who Winston is? Who's that? He's this year's Blake Mortals. Maybe. Because the team isn't good enough to ever put him in the position where he's just going to be sitting on elite. Yeah. I mean, and so that that's not a bad point. The attempts are going to be there. And that's how they want to build this offense too.

I was going to say, so for Winston, look, you're going to get bad games. Aaron Rogers gives you bad games every once in a while. So I think I might just put him in the starting lineup and deal with the consequences. I think part of why you, and this is good for our listeners as well, is sometimes a guy burns you in a week, right? And just like, you know, James Winston did the week prior.

Every week you need to come, you know, with a fresh slate and forget the emotional losses that you've taken and just look at, you know, look at things afresh and don't be off of a guy. Like, you know, a lot of people are going to bench Big Ben this week because he stunked in their lineup and they're going to be too recent... Did you say stunked? Did you say stunk? Of course I said stunked. He stunked. Big, big, big bins.

I mean, you did. I did. I did. I said it. I was like, I was doing some research over here. And to be honest, I was tuning you out for a second. And nothing breaks the silence in my mind like the word stunk. But the point is, you can't be so biased by last week that you make those, you make those bad decisions like Mike. The rubber band type. Well, it was, I mean, it was Winston against the Rams in.

Flacco against the Jaguars. So I don't know. I, I overthought it. I should have gotten. You can just look at my rankings next week. Thank you. Yeah. Appreciate it. All right. I want to move on to the wide receiver stud muffins of the week. If you were like me and you got Marvin Jonesed, you probably didn't win. And I got Marvin Jones in two of my four leagues. I had to put my head in my hands and just weep because six for 205, two touchdowns. Look, when you watch Marvin Jones play, he,

He owns the sideline. And he just, all year long, all preseason, you can throw him the ball anywhere in the sideline, and he owns it. It's just impressive. He is the number one on that team by far. You know, they lost this week, but you have to be all in on Marvin Jones at this point. And we can talk more about him because he's going to be in another segment. Is that right? Yes. All right. Emmanuel Sanders, the squeaky wheel, nine for one, 17, two touchdowns. Where do you put him? Is this outlier or pattern?

I'm going to go outlier here because if you have Semyon who had the great game, which it ended up putting C.J. Anderson in our not so good segment because the touchdowns went to Semyon, which means that a wide receiver is going to get him. I expect that to be more skewed towards the running backs than Simeon bawling out with 304. All right.

He must have heard me call him the human nine route. Yeah, he did. Because Terrell Pryor came out and did everything on the field. He ran. He passed. He caught eight for 144. There was a point in the game where he was leading the team in passing, in rushing, and receiving. Yeah. I don't know if that's ever.

happened before, right? So I want to talk about him at length too in our Raising Kane segment a little bit later, so I'm not going to get into it, but he had a great game, huge fantasy day. defensive backs in his face. And good target numbers. Yeah. Especially week one. And so, you know, we, we all, this was a game we saw coming. Seven for 57, two touchdowns, 11 targets. He was highly ranked for a reason. And all owners go. So he is good. So watch him in, in bad matchups. Jordy Nelson, touchdown magnet. Yeah. Four touchdowns and three games. And he did, he had a catch where it almost looked like.

I think I called him Vermet again. For me personally, I had Hilton just body buried in my rankings. And over the course of the weekend, I raised them up like Josh Grobin. Right. So hopefully you follow the rankings and the periscopes and things because things change. Things guys eventually guys move up. Yeah, I moved them up on Sunday morning to public service announcement. Sunday morning our rankings change a lot. There's so much news that's coming out.

And so you want to make sure you're checking the website and being up to date with the changes. Yeah. Yeah. So. All right. Doug Baldwin, eight for 164 in a touchdown. One of the best catches I've seen all year, the left-handed full laid-out dive. It was very nice. Now, Baldwin's touchdown came from Boykin. Baldwin also had, you know, eight receptions where Tyler Lockhe had zero targets.

So, I mean, this is the Baldwin show. This is becoming the Jimmy Graham show. Oh, it's going to say the, the Jimmy Graham, who will absolutely be in the, in the, the tight end portion of this show. If Graham is going to get targets, then Lockett is going to be a big play guy. Right. He won't be a key cog of the offense because, which makes him just too difficult to start. Absolutely. Yeah. And then Mike Evans, I know you mentioned his name, but.

He's doing it every single week. His targets are there. He's big. He's a red zone option. 10 for 132 in a touchdown. Yeah, yo. He could be the number one guy this year. I mean, he's that good. One of our breakout candidates before the season. I know a lot of people have him and they're happy that they picked him up in their leagues. Carrying on the comparison of Blake Bortles. He's the Allen Robinson on the other end, where if they are down and they're throwing for 400 yards a game, it's impossible for Evans to not be at this echel line. And you know who's not performing? Vincent Jackson.

Oh, yeah. I call him Roddy White. Oh, no. Because he looks like Roddy at the end of the career. I mean, look, he's done. And Humphreys had over 100. Humphreys has been good on the season. And he looked great in preseason. Do you guys have Humphreys in your rankings? I did. Yeah, that's good. I did. That's good. Running backs. Legerrett Blunt, we talked about Thursday night already. Two touchdowns. I think for me.

I said this, I don't even remember the context or where I said it, but I am selling Legerra. I think somebody just wrote in and asked me, what do you think of Blunt? I'm like, sell them. And here's why. When Brady returns, Blunt will still have a game or two like he did last year, where it's three touchdowns because they decide to feature him. But what they're not doing with the offense right now in the carousel of quarterback play is they're not implementing the passing down James White, heavy utilization out of the backfield.

You don't see that right now because it's better to lean on the volume and the defense. I think he's a great sell high if somebody's willing to pay you. Now, look, if they're not going to give you the value you're supposed to have, I think you're fine with Blunt rest of the year. But if they pay you running back one value because he's a running back top five guy right now, I'm selling him. Do you disagree with me? No, I can agree with that if you're going to get the value. Otherwise, you know that Laguerre Blunt is a great start this week. He's going to be great until Brady is back.

I mean, because even though you could say week one, it was like, oh, it's the Patriots, but it was, I mean, we had one of the largest lines, the, the, the, you know, you had no Brady, you had no gronk, you had no offensive line. I think they were missing like three of their offensive line. And it was just assumed the Cardinals were going to win. And they came out flat and let me ask you this thing against the bills. If the Cardinals lose at home next week against the two and one L.A. Rams, will this show?

ever will we do it? I mean, is it over? Is the show done? Yeah, I think everyone in the world needs to root for the Arizona Cardinals if they want us to be alive. My buddy was talking to me about this. Did Carson Palmer, did he get full on Jake DeLone in the playoffs? What I mean by that is the Cardinals went into Carolina in 2008, destroyed Jake Delome. His career was done after that, and he was playing very well. Carson Palmer has that game against...

The Panthers and his just two-thirds of this year. It's very bad. It's very possible. I want to chalk it up to... Just a couple bad games? Well, and the fact that there is a... With John Brown coming back... Now, John Brown had a good game this week, but he was only 57% of the snap count. And I want to believe that there is a game plan problem here where he has just does not look on the same page. One interception came because of David Johnson. One interception came because of Michael Floyd.

But there are so many of these plays where you don't know who's wrong. Is it Palmer? Is it the wide receiver? And the third interception, because he had three interceptions. That third one was an unbelievable defensive play. So I don't think Carson Palmer has been Jake DeLone. I think that this game just went really poor at home for the bills. They got up for the game. Well, back to positivity.

Lashon McCoy. Hey, there you are, Shady. Showed us some, some just, oh, man, he was unbelievable. He was 17 for 110, two touchdowns. Amazingly elusive. He showed why you start Shady every single week, even in what is considered to be a bad matchup because he gets the volume, and he can get it done like this. DeMarco Murray, big game, 16, 114 and a touchdown, five for 41 through the air. Absolutely the feature back there and somebody that we all had rated very high this week.

Darren Sproles, or as I like to call him, the running back version of Tyler Lockett, where you never know when to start the guy. Well, and we've been asked, is Darren Sprouls the heart ring now? As opposed to Beasley? Cole Beasley, yeah. I think Sproles was the OG heart ring. I mean, he's been heart ringing for. He passed it to Danny Woodhead? Yeah, I mean, he bequeathed it. Yeah, I completely agree with that. But if Woodhead gets hurt, maybe Sproul deserves it. I know, I know. I'm saying does it go back to the role? Oh, okay. That's fair.

I think that's fair. I mean, OG heart ring, Darren Sproles. Jeremy Hill. What? What? Yeah, he was on two of my benches. What's his start percentage this past week? Oh, it has to be minimal. Jeremy Hill is going up against one of the best rush defenses in the league. And you go off for almost 100 yards, two touchdowns. This is a great moment for people that own Jeremy Hill for his value to be high. For me, I am now.

I have been trying to trade Jeremy Hill and his value's been too low. I think that there are going to be people willing to buy him now. Maybe. Todd Gurley, 27 for 85 and two touchdowns. Welcome back, Todd Gurley. Carlos Hyde 21 for 103 and two touchdowns. That's a good game. That's a really good game. Yeah. Surprise, surprise. Garbage man. I mean, I had them rated really low this week going into Seattle. Yeah. Tight ends.
