Rumors of him coming back. Still 33% owned has Jacksonville this week. If he's back, would you play him? No, but I don't think you play him this week, but you have to pick up Sammy Watkins. If he's out there and you're headed towards the playoffs, even if you need a win this week, I feel like he is the type of guy where you just need to get rid of someone that's not going to play this week on your bench anyways and pick him up because the upside, you don't normally find upside of a Sammy Watkins of a wide receiver one.

on the waivers. I definitely think he's coming back this year. The bills are in the hunt. They could use him. They're desperate for wide receiver help. So I expect he comes back. I would certainly pick him up. But to answer your question, I would not have the confidence to play him week one. What about Devante Parker after another big week? He's got San Francisco. Juicy matchup was eight for 79 and a touchdown last week. I know you guys are fans of Ryan Tannehill this week with that San Francisco matchup.

Is Devante Parker somebody you would be on board with? Let's say you lost AJ Green. You're going to, you need to sign a wide receiver to play this week. I'm okay with it. I don't, I can't say I love it though. I mean, we've, he's been there all year. And we've seen a couple big games from him early in the season. Now, maybe he's fully recovered and ready to go now. Like you said, eight for 79 and a touchdown. A lot of it.

was that final drive where they had no choice but to throw the ball. I'm okay with the pickup, but I wouldn't waste any of my priority or my money on him. It's two back-to-back good weeks. I think you could do worse because of his matchup to have a spot start. But to speak to that, I mean, if you're going to tell me who's going to have the better game this week, Devante Parker or Kenny Stills, I couldn't tell you. Both of them have had two good games over the last four weeks. Devante Parker's have just been the past.

Two weeks. Over the course of the season, obviously Kenny Stills has had more total production. Not really. They're identical. Right now, they're 50 and 51. And they're averaging 8.0 points per game each. Wow. And Landry's at 11 and a half. Perfect. So they are identical players in production, which I think adds to your point. Yeah, you go with the cheaper guy. You go with the.

Kenny Stills will be free. Let me put it this way. I'd rather have Tyler Boyd in the potential of him taking over a big role in that offense for the remainder of the season than I would. Devante Parker. Don't forget about Taylor Gabriel. If you're in a deeper league, if you need a flyer, let's say you're putting somebody on the bench, Gabriel has been good. Yeah, and this week they, you know. And he's not owned. He's basically 2% owned.

Yeah, he was on by, so people forget how, you know, how good he's been over the last few games. And they go up against Arizona, where Patrick Peterson is going to be playing against Julio Jones. So that's going to be that tough match. Do you know what the favorite number of Taylor Gabriel is? 11? I don't know. 16. Oh, that's right. Back to back. Three straight weeks, not back to back. Three straight weeks with 16.3, 16.1. I mean, he, I would rather. He's a big play-reliant guy, though.

Yes, he is. I agree with that because he's like five foot eight a buck. He's a small guy. He's a buck. But Tyler Gabriel in this match. How many bucks is Jason? I'm several bucks. Several bucks. I'm way more expensive than Taylor Gabriel. I would rather play Taylor Gabriel personally over Kenny Stills or Devante Parker this week. Wow. The reason why is because while I do like Ryan Tanna Hills matchup,

against San Francisco, and I'm fine streaming him. I'm not going to say that he's better than Matt Ryan. Vegas has the over-under on that game, on the Arizona-Atlanta game, much higher. And I think they're going to need Taylor Gabriel more than, you know, maybe they need Kenny Stills. Maybe they need Devonte Parker. I guess you kind of got... Maybe JJ is 250 yards again. Right. Yeah, against San Francisco. So for me, I would rather have Taylor Gabriel for a weekly spot start.

All right, let's talk about the ever hurting running back position. You lost pro size Bernard this week. You might have lost Matthews and Sproles. It's like this all year long. I mean, you're desperate for running backs. So I want to know your guys, your guys' favorite running back waiver pickup because a lot of the guys I see on these lists, look, you could mention Thomas Rawls, but he's really going to be owned in the majority of leagues that you're in.

He's in 73%, but I mean, you're talking about those are probably all your competitive leagues. He's going to be owned. So who's your actual favorite waiver wire pickup from the available names? I'm going to throw some out. Starks, Smallwood, Ivory. I think my favorite pickup right now is a guy who's been on the waiver show before. That's Timmy Hightower. I know the matchup is rough, taking on the Rams. But why he's my favorite is his role is secure.

I mean, Sean Payton loves Tim Hightower, even when Mark Ingram is available in there, which Mark Ingram is concussed. So I expect him to be cleared by the time they have to play. But there's a possibility that Tim Hightower is the lone man in the backfield. But moving forward, you know that Hightower is going to get 10 to 15 touches every single week. And we know that he can produce in that offense. So.

He's my personal favorite of this list. For me, I think it's James Starks. All the news about, oh, Kristen Michael is going to, you know, be made ready and get involved. I, you know, the reality is we heard the same things with Nile Davis. I don't think he's going to be very involved at all. I think it's going to be James Starks again. And while the Philadelphia matchup is not necessarily the best matchup, you have two weeks in a row.

where he's been able to be using that screen game to score a touchdown. James Starks has always been good in the screen game, and he is the lead back.

for a team that can't play defense and can play offense. I talked about that yesterday. The Green May Packers are going to put up enough points, and I don't think you have the split. Like if you go, okay, is it going to be Devante Adams? Is it going to be from a wide receiver perspective? Is it going to be Randall Cobb? Is it going to be Cooks or Richard Rogers or, you know, you don't know. But it is going to be James Starks as the predominant number one running back. So he's the guy that I would target the most.

I agree that Starks is a high target, but again, he's very heavily on too. So out of the lower ownership, guys, we have names like Mike Gillisley, Wendell Smallwood. I want to throw out Kenneth Dixon's name because he's still only owned it 23% of ESPN leagues. You might look at the stat line from last week and say, oh, well, you know, not that involved, but they basically abandoned the running game. We talked about this earlier in the week. Kenneth Dixon was still involved proportionally to Terrence West. He was still a good...

running at a good clip, six for 40. I think Kenneth Dixon is somebody that you can grab and actually have a shot at picking him up. Ballal Powell's 42% owned. You still have, you know, some other options. You know, Chris Ivory, 17 for 39 and 6 for 75 through the air last week. Yes. Ivory is very interesting if Yeldon is in fact hurt. But we, there's no update given yet on Yeldon. However, I would still pick him up.

Chris Ivory for sure. I mean, they needed him. They needed him last week and six for 75 through the air. That's ridiculous. That's not what Chris Ivory does. But if he's the only guy, we saw him for the New York Jets last season. When Bilal Powell was banged up, that's when Chris Ivory went on that run when he was a dominant running back one because the volume was there for him. So if the volume is there, even on the bad offense, he's still going to put up running back two numbers. Mike, I heard you kind of like.

groaning discontment at my kin of Diction suggestion. I'm done waiting for Dixon. Terrence West only had eight carries. Dixon had four last week. So if you're done with Dixon, would you rather pick up one of these handcuffs, whether it's like a Langford or West or, you know, I don't know, Alfred Morris, even if you weren't the, or would you rather take the flyer with Dixon or those handcuffs? I'm going to take Dixon over the handcuffs of the stash in.

and see if someone goes down but i'm just i'm done waiting on dixon to emerge for this season it still could happen but that's i feel like every single week since week four it's well dixon could emerge here and terence west continues to play well he's going to be in a time share until unless something happens to terence west any other thoughts on running backs jason before we move on to some tight ends

You know, if you have to start, I don't love him, but he has been productive enough where it's like, oh, man, all of the options you're saying, they're gone. You know, Matt Azata, if he's out there, you know, the running back core is a little less of a three-headed monster now for Minnesota. He gets in the end zone sometimes. So Matt Azata, I would throw that name out there. All right, tight-in struggled. Struggled last week.

Yesterday, rising star for Mike was Eric Ebrun. He's probably owned in your league. He's at 70% mark in ESPN, so that's going to be a tough one. But what are some pickups for this week, the matchups this week that you like? I'm a fan of Barnage if he got dropped in your league just because of Josh McCown and his ability to kind of, I don't know, gun sling the ball around. You know, Zach Miller's gone?

In Chicago. Now we talked about Cutler being gone. Is Logan Paulson worth a pickup? Now that Cutler is potentially gone far less. I mean, Logan Paulson was just a pickup maybe because they need weapons there. People just keep going down. The most interesting guy to me is still Cameron Brate. I know we keep talking about it, but he had a dud last week, two for 18. But before that, he had he strung together a couple.

consecutive weeks of good production, plus you have great matchups coming for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, including those two playoff matchups against the Saints where there's going to be points put on the board or put on the clock, so to speak, so that that's a guy who I'm going to want to have available for me. I would throw out C.J. Fedorowitz. Yes. He's a guy. What's his ownership percentage? C.J. Fedorowitz's ownership percentage is only 34%.

So he's available in the majority of leagues. Over the course of the season, especially from week four on, because the first three weeks, he was barely involved, never caught more than one pass in those weeks. Since then, all but one game have been over four receptions. He's had a couple of touchdowns. You know, last night we saw six for 82. Brock uses his tight ends far more than he uses his superstar wide receiver. And, you know, I think.

He's a good play in general. But if you're looking like, man, my team is stacked, but there's no tight ends, and that's my hole. And I'm worried about that in the playoffs. He does have a great playoff schedule as well. You've got Green Bay, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Cincinnati for the four weeks. If you start in week 13, against tight ends, all of those teams are susceptible.

I think that's a good take. I think some other names I want to throw out there with really low ownership percentages, Austin Hooper and Will Ty. Yes. Will Ty scored last week. He's all alone. Donnell's been a healthy scratch. Yes. They've got Cleveland this week. Will Ty is a great sneaky snart. Austin Hooper plays Arizona. You know, you could do.

No, that's so tough. Yeah, all right. All right. Forget that. Forget that. But I agree that for the long term, Austin Hooper is a good pickup with, with Tammy being put on the IR. The Falcons are one of the best offenses in the league this year. You want, you want a tight end on a high scoring offense. So Austin Hooper is, I think he's a solid. One of my starts of the week this week might be. I might be claiming him right here on the show.

You can't do that. I think Zach Urts is my start of the week at the tight-in position. Okay. Last week he was six for 35 and a touchdown. He still only owned in 56% of leagues. He also hit a monster touchdown called back on a penalty last week, something like a 50-60 yarder. I think Earths is coming on. And the reason I love him this week, Green Bay has just been so accommodating to fantasy quarterbacks this year. And tight-ins. And tight-ins. So I love Zach Earth this week.

Yeah, I don't blame me. I don't blame me. All right. Give our listeners some defenses this week. This is. It's juicy this week. This could be the time when you, that'll win a week for you. If you're in a league like ours where our scoring is maybe a little too ridiculous. But your defense, you know, if you had Detroit, if you had Pittsburgh last week, you got monster games from those defenses and you stream both those guys off the waiver wire. Nobody was owning Pittsburgh or Detroit before the week. So what are some names this week that you love? There are some, there's a lot this week. I was talking about this with.
