Let's give some people perspective on how we make predictions. Last year, he missed several games. He played in several games where he was like a decoy. They didn't even use him. And he finished the year with those things factored in. I forget, in a standard, it was like 14 or 15. I mean, he was...

So if he plays, and I think he will, he's not past the age where wide receivers really turned down. They clearly want to still use him. And so I think that those are reasons why Andy would put him number one. Old Maddie's snapback locks on to Calvin Johnson when he's there. That's just fact.
He was on pace for a bejillion targets. I don't have the exact number of front of me, but it was high like 150 or so. 1.1 bajillion, actually, was the answer. 1.21 gigawatts. And in case you were asking about our predictions in general in terms of how we make them across the board is we project players statistically in every category, tight-end, wide receiver, quarterback, running back, we go through and we look at what we expect them to produce.
in terms of total carries and yards and touchdowns, fumbles, all of those things. And those things dictate to us where our rankings are, as opposed to the other way around. Mike might adore Amir Abdullah. Might take him out for a frozen yogurt. Yeah, I mean, Abdullah could do a fro yo. Yeah. Fro yo bros. Fro yo bros. But if Mike sits down and he projects the numbers out and it says he's the RB28, that's where he ends up. Yeah.
So Calvin was on pace for 100. Unless he gives them points for Froyo's. Oh, 182 target pace. Is that good? If you adjust for the two injured games where they didn't throw it at all. That's an incredible amount of targets. That's how you end up as the number one receiver overall. It just shows you how Golden Tate had the year he had. Because when you look at Golden Tate's numbers last year, they were very impressed. Other than total touchdowns, which Calvin doesn't have an issue with, his numbers were insane.
Yeah, when Calvin was not in, Golden Tate was BabyTron, for sure. Yeah, he was target, targeted all the time and then ran with the ball afterwards. All right, this question comes in from Fonald in Mew Jersey. Miao. Miao Jersey? Well, Fonald. Fonald? Yes, Fonald. No, we're not. You don't think they could have been Ronald that maybe. Donald? Donald. Hit the wrong. Nope. Well, considering he put.
New Jersey. I think the typo was intentional. Gotcha. So funneled, I will address you as your birth name. Funneled. As the name your mother gave you. He also spelled Jamal wrong. Right? Yeah. Spelling is not a strength here. I'm sorry. Jamal Charles in the third round or Jonathan Stewart in the ninth round. Jay Stu in the ninth round. What? What? Here's why. Oh my goodness. Here's why. Frank Gore, Justin Fawcett.
That's why. Because I think that... Those are other players' names. No, no, no. But I'm saying that to give up the third round, I think you can get somebody good in the third round with their third pick as opposed to... I mean, I would rather have Jay Stu and Just Forcette. Give me Jamal Charles in the third round, and I'm going to tell you why. Shaquille O'Neill, Babe Ruth. I'm going to go with Tamar. All right. Tomal Charles. Luke Reddenauer.
Sean Kemp. Sean Kemp? Did we get a Sean Kemp? Yeah, those were way better than my name. The Rain Man, me. Very nice. In the third, we don't know who else is there, but it's fine. Jonathan Stewart in the ninth. That, that's okay. But you get Charles and the, what if Lacey's there in the first, and then you're Lacey Charles. Yeah. You have a Lacey Charles. What is? I don't even know what that is. Saturday. Saturday. Kevin from Derby City. He says, excellent podcast guys. Thanks.
We'll get do the fantasy in a bit. I should have probably just corrected that for him. First, after listening to the last two podcasts, he cannot believe that this question has not been answered. This is really important. Oh, I got this. If you're not paying attention right now, your fantasy season is in jeopardy. What does double stuff think of the new thin Oreos? I think it is the equivalent.
of blasphemy. I think you are trying to have like diet Oreos and that is just stupid. It is wrong. It is foul. I think that it upsets me to my core. And I think what you have to do then is you got to take four Oreos and put them together just to make one regular double-off order. You would not eat them. You would just turn them into what you want. I'd like a Coke. I need it to go.
Half-dived Coke. Half regular Coke. Yeah. Unbelievable. Well, thanks for that. Not drinking a shot glass of Coke. That would be very cool for the YouTube channel if we all, we just do. I gotta get some Oreos of Milk in here for the YouTube for next show. Yes, that's what I want in our studio all over the desk. Hey, he has a fantasy question. He says, I've got the seventh pick in a, in his league. He would love to hear who of the three?
He thinks we should pick. Gronk, Brown, AP... Oh, he's assuming these guys are gone. Gronk, Brown, AP, Charles, and Lacey. Wait. I'm so confused by this question. He's assuming that they are all gone, but wants to know which three we would take. Am I reading that wrong? Just screamed this email. You're reading it, right? I have no idea what he's asking at all. All right. Well, um, we can answer it both ways.
Let's help Kevin out. I would take the thin Oreos over all five of these not guys. That upsets me. Don't joke like that. All right. So if we had to pick three of these five, who do we pick? Three of the five? Well, Peterson's number one. Charles. Lacey? Lacey. Oh, man. Oh, Lacey's number one. So in that case, do you go AP? Um. Dude. Oh, I get the question. I get the question. Okay. All right. He's got the seventh pick.
right so oh he's assuming those five days are we just failed him we just failed him oh man Kevin Aryan Foster it's the end of a show Aryan Foster yep I'm right there with you Aaron Foster Aaron Foster Aaron Foster yeah did yep I can I can agree with that sure
Why do that? Well, mercifully. Wait, the wall divider has not fallen again. Jason's phone has not gone off and Saturday morning is not yet over.
