Yeah, I mean, we can check in with the short kings of the ducer's alley and ask them, you know. Shout out short kings. You ever been able to reach the top shelf for the top notch? No.

I'll answer it for you. Middle notch. Middle notch. These are real middle notch guys. Yeah. Anyways, good morning, everybody. How are you doing over there? Papa Josh? I'm doing great. Are you the tallest of the three? I am. That's why I was pointing up both these guys. Oh, man. Supreme dominance at five, six. He can jump up and like. Also the fastest. Oh, no. Dad actually has been proven. Yeah, there was a race. No, Jeremy. It's been proven that he's faster than Matt. Oh, that's true. So we're setting up a race? No. No, he doesn't want it proven. I choose not to run. He talks a big game. Are we setting up a race? No. No, I love it. It has not been proven. It has Josh. But that's called a forfeit. I'm so happy to be with everybody today. Unfortunately, Mike. Mm-hmm.

Sorry, everybody. Perfectly nailed what we watched last night on Thursday night football minus two plays. Hey, yeah, if you be grateful that we got some, well, I, we got Sequin Barclay and then we got absolute hall. The stinkiest do-do garbage. I know it's within two scores, yada, yada, but the Jane Daniels to Zachard's touchdown. And then the two-point conversion was awesome. This happened for one reason. I mean, Jane Daniels was he had. He was down at seven points, had thrown a pick. It was not looking good. The team inexplicably went for it on fourth down when they could have kicked the field goal to take the lead. Oh, that was so stupid. It was the dumbest thing. It's the single dumbest thing I've seen in the NFL this year because it was an opportunity to take the lead with just four minutes left. It was an easily makeable field goal. And you had just been stuffed twice on second and third down.

I can't believe they did it. It changed the entire game. It wasn't one of those situations where there was like, you know, a minute left. So that if they pick it up, they can run the clock out and kick a field goal with four seconds left. That wasn't the situation. I don't know, man. It was just weird. You've got to take in the lead. And I'm, you know, we're all Mr. GoFord on. I'm an aggressive as it gets. But you take the lead. Oh, you're in on that. Oh, yes. You take the lead with four minutes left or at least.

Remember how they moved the entirety of the field with passing? And they couldn't be stopped on that drive. And then they're like, you know what we're going to do? Run, run. We're going to go high tea right here. And it didn't work. Yeah, it was a little reminiscent of the former Cardinal Cliff days at times, you know, right up the middle. Yeah. But what I was getting to is that Jason was just openly mocking. Mr. Jeremy over there, Al Borland. Our main two leagues, league of record and our main dynasty league. Jeremy and I are facing each other. And in both of those, he has Jaden Daniels. So I'm playing against Jaden Daniels like crazy. Oh, in both of them? Oh, I didn't realize he had to remember. I am loving life because the game is over and Jane's got seven points. I'm like, heck yeah. And then garbage time. Garbage time goes down the field.

Garbage time and that terrible time management again. The touchdown to Zach Ertz, which I mean, what an incredible catch. But this is how garbage it was. When it was called on the field, not a touchdown, no one cared. Oh, you're talking about the two point conversion. Was that the two point? It was like, it was like, you know, it was just one of those things where it didn't matter. Yeah. It doesn't matter. The game's over. It doesn't. Oh. Oh, we got that? Yeah. Neat. So stupid. Yeah. I mean, at least that gave him a shot at the, uh, the onside kick, but. And Brian Robinson.

scored. So if you took the gamble on it, it paid off. I was talking to Al yesterday. Hopefully he doesn't mind me sharing this. But he said, you know, he's got Jay and Daniels in both leagues and he's just like, man, I am the most stressed out I've been in fantasy. And I couldn't help but think of that quote when Jane Daniels was struggling last night because this was one of the ones that like on paper was scary. If you're a Jade and Daniels manager, you kind of knew in the back of your head that maybe golf or Knicks or Herbert.

would be a better play this week. But how do you sit down that guy that, you know, you just hope he gets enough on the ground? It was a really boring game. If you were a Saquan manager, you were sad, and then you were so, I mean, you weren't sad. Yeah, you were. You were because he was bottled up for. Yeah, it was 76 yards, no touchdowns. Yeah, you were pretty disappointed with the performance. It really seemed like the commander's defense had Sequin's number. And they did for the majority of the game until they didn't. touchdowns in 20 seconds for Saquan Barclay. Well, they needed, uh, they needed Ken Gainwell to go in and, uh, and tenderize the meat. Like that was a wild run there where Gainwell's getting just absolutely gouging the defense. And then they were like, hey, Barclay, you take over from here. Didn't we bring up Gainwell as like when, because we talk quorum and we talk Trey Benson and we talk these other insurance backs and we're like, why is Gainwell not being brought up where if something happened to Sakeone, which has happened for years. Sure.

Why wouldn't Gainwell be one of those priority as? Oh, he would. He just is not as top tier. Right. He'll give you what, 65% of Sequin? Yeah, I mean, we've seen him in a couple opportunities to have that role and he just hasn't had massive performances. And I also think some of the reason that he isn't given enough credit as that insurance back is because they drafted Will Shipley. Sure. And everyone loves a rookie. Yeah, they do. That's why Blake Quorum gets mentioned in that group. Exactly. It's awesome to see Sequin have a career year with the opportunity he's had. I mean, the 100-yard games with this offensive line and this offensive system, he has been rejuvenated. Also, I think this offseason, just to quickly give one kind of takeaway, it's that there's a massive difference. We're like, oh, DeAndre Swift is successful in Philly.

Okay, he's not Sequin. Oh, my gosh, Devon Singletary had some success in Houston. Oh, he's not Joe Mixon. Like the big backs. Yeah. Oh, Gus Edwards had some touchdowns last year for the Ravens. Oh, he's not King Henry. Yeah, and the difference. And who's winning? Turns out, running backs matter. They really. It's the old ones. Like, it's the great ones. It's the, it's the greats. It is. But I'm saying it's the upside down nature of this fantasy football season of. The wide receivers are killing people. If you drafted running backs early, it's working out. And if you drafted the old guy. That's what I'm saying. They're all healthy. We have nothing to say on Waver Day for running backs because James Connor's healthy. And these guys are staying on the field. The best part is that this isn't a fantasy football take. This is an NFL take. The teams that spent big money on Brandon Iyuk and, you know, franchise T. Higgins or, you know, it's, you know.

The teams that invested and spent the money on the big running backs this off season, they're the ones winning. And I'm so happy because I don't enjoy the part of the off season where we were trending towards running backs can't get contracts and it's all committees and rookies. Let's bring balance to the force here. Maybe this year will incentivize some teams to spend up on players. You just talked about, was it yesterday? Connor might get an extension from Arizona. I mean, I am projecting that. Haven't heard nothing, but just it would be not surprising at all. Fine wine running backs. Yeah. No, it's just get better and better. It will definitely keep working. It's a horrible, it was a horrible night for Terry McLaurin. It's worth mentioning that Philadelphia right now, number one wide receivers are getting shut down against Philadelphia. And so it's not just Terry McLaurin. Like you're talking about.

you know, a number of top backs. I was trying to pull up. I had a chart earlier of all of the shutdown guys. Well, while you look at that, just a reminder that, uh, yeah, because the Washington commanders play Philadelphia in week 16. Ooh, who, who, okay. Yeah. So, at least put that on your radar. Kenyon Mitchell, right? Here's who he's gone up against the McLaurin last night. had no catches on him. He had one catch in the game, none on Mitchell. Lamb, one catch. Chase, two catches. Neighbors one catch. Cooper one catch. Evans, two catches. Alave, two catches. Maximum yardage in that group? 23. So it's something to keep. And Drake London, one catch five yards. So, what a good draft. What a good draft this year for the Eagles. Yeah, the good teams seem to do that. All right.

There's an expectation for Tang Biggsby to return to practice to just further confirm the fact that Jason will not start driving CTN.

even in a Pop Warner League. Yeah, he did not, he didn't practice yet this week. The expectation is he has a chance to play. So I feel like I'm hoping he plays so that nobody. So nobody's too tempted, but, you know. And Brian Thomas Jr. is still limited with the chest injury. I mean, this is, this is lining up really well for the Detroit defense. Yeah. Sam Laporte is still sidelined on Thursday. I felt like the comments from Dan Campbell and the news report on Laporta really put him more into the week-to-week category for me personally. So him being sidelined two days in a row, it is concerning. Aaron Jones still limited. We expect him to play. He says he's going to be good. Najee Harris returned to a full practice, getting ready for that big matchup this weekend, Jalen Warren. Oh, gosh. I didn't see that. Added to the injury report with a back issue. And didn't practice.

Well, that was a real flip-flop there. I feel like we are going to just spend this whole year waiting for Warren to have one good game and it's never going to happen. I haven't been waiting the whole season. I've just been out. You've been saying why do we talk about him? He was running back 23 last week. He was. And just so that I'm clear that you're saying he's running back 23 last week. That was a good thing. That's not like, oh, he was down at running back 23. It's meaningful enough to bring up on waiver wires what he's saying. Okay.

But that was his best performance of the year, right? Running Back 23. Hold on. Hold on. Jason is so against Jalen. You're dunking on the running back 23 on the week. Yes. Which is probably what. So you have. How many by weeks were there? Oh, that doesn't matter. Well, yeah. I'm just saying. No, no. This is between you two. He got up to one. He got up to running back 23 in a, in a week with a bunch of by weeks. And that, but that's his, that is his, his, his pinnacle this year. His is. Did he get 10? Did he get 10? No, he did not. Okay, that's what I've been saying all year. He hasn't yet got 10 fantasy points. Still didn't get it. So Jason Moore, only top 15 running backs for Jason Moore. If he was running back 45 and he scored 15 fantasy points, I'd be happy. Okay. Do you want to hear something fun? Yeah. Guess who the running back 23 is this year in points per game. Oh, gosh. Is it Breeze Hall? It's Breeze Hall, baby. I feel that in my soul. Oh, I'm on the same side.

With Brees, I'm so sick of him. All right. Well, just know, with my memory, the next time you ever say this guy was a top 24 running back, you're dead man. The hammer's coming. Bring it. Bring it. I will say, what poor analysis. And then I will, and then you know what I'll follow that up with? As I'll say, well, he scored 10 fantasy points that week, which is totally okay. Tyree Kiel upgraded from or to a limited practice on Thursday after missing Wednesday. He's putting off surgery until after the season. I did not know that. Yeah, that was this morning. I mean, I guess that's good news in the sense that I've kind of been like afraid that one week the shoe's going to drop and he's like, ah, I can't do this anymore. It might. I wouldn't. The fact that they're like, you know, this has to be repaired. It's not great. Devante Adams did not practice Wednesday or Thursday wrist slash illness. Getting back to Tyree Kill real quick.

If this is a player who has to get surgery, at what point do you shut him down? That's what I mean? Because this is a team that, what do they have? Three wins, four wins, three. They have three wins. If they rattle off two more losses, you know, and they're- Can you rattle off losses? I thought you could only rattle off wins. Is that true? I don't know. I mean, I'm here to learn. I wouldn't be rattling them off if I was losing. What is the opposite of rattling? I don't know. This is not, we can't do this. But, you know, I mean, obviously they've got the Raiders and the Patriots the next two weeks. That's a great sign for Tyrico.

I just wonder when they're out of the playoffs. And it's like, yeah, we're mathematically eliminated. Week 16, week 17, maybe championship week for fantasy. See, I felt like that was true before he said he's going to put it off until after the season. But my point is, after the season might begin during the season for a player that's, do you know what I'm saying? I know what you're saying. But for him to come out and say, I'm not going to do that, I feel like also matters. Which he's coming out and saying, I'm not going to do that. We're just saying that's his public pronouncement is, I'm not going to wait until this season is over. That's what he's saying for him. If he stops playing football, he would get to surgery during the season. Not for him, because his season would be over. Yeah, his season would be over. Oh, it's not his season. It's the season. What are we even talking about? Also, the people get it. Also, the AFC East is up to their old tricks. I don't know. Like, do you? I am unaware.

Just the bills are 8 and 2, and then every other team in the division has three wins. Like back when the Patriots were dominant, it was just, they were dominant, but no one else in the division could compete. Yesterday Jason said, by low and Tyree Kill. I just want that to be brought up. Darnell Mooney was added to the injury report on Thursday with an Achilles injury. George Kittle upgraded to a limited practice. That's a good news with the hamstring. Dalton Kincaid's still not practicing, almost assuredly out. Amari Cooper, this is not good. I mean, it's good, but not good. He says he thinks he can play, but he's going to have to wear a cast. And the wrist injuries, I mean, we need a wrist index soon the way that the wrist injuries are going. It really has been crazy. And it's, it's all wide receivers. You know, it's, you had Keon Coleman, his teammate, Cooper, obviously Tyreek. It's a weird Adams this week. Yeah, it's a weird wristier. Harrison Buckner is going to miss.

The next four-ish weeks with a meniscus surgery repair, T. Higgins. Yeah, this one is, it's fun. He was limited. However, this is a shout out to Andrew Cooper. I retweeted it. If you've not seen it, Andrew Cooper does some fantasy analysis. And he came with receipts of the way that T. Higgins runs up the hill. We've all seen the practice videos of like when they're entering, there's this. the hill over to their right. And the way that T. Higgins has taken the hill during practice has been a like a tell of if he is going to play. And so this is a big week for it of he's saying Higgins is running up the hill.

aggressively aggressively the way that he has done when he actually is going to play so that will be this is a very Vermont snow oh it is style this is one actually makes a little bit more sense how dare you my problem with the the hill narrative was that we had a very small sample size of videos I needed to see years of videos of him on this hill not just three or four you want to see him when he's in the middle of a healthy stretch. Yes. Walking slowly up the hill to debunk the hill man. Or he always runs up the hill and then I believe the hill. Yeah. Hey, this week will be a big one. Yeah. He ran. And I think it was like rainy. So you're thinking he's in. Oh, I know he's in. His quad, if it's hurting, doesn't take the hill the way he took the hill. That's true. You know what I mean? Um, okay.

If you score, if your wide receiver 23 with eight points, that means everybody else stunk. Counterpoint, Mike, you with the slap across. It matters. Your face. You're the Jake Paul. He's the Mike Tyson. Fantastic. I'm the old one. Fantastic. Yeah, but you're the one we're rooting for. That, oh, okay. That's true. Everyone's room for Mike. Yeah. You saw the slap this morning. I did. And you know why? Because he stepped on Tyson's foot. He did. Very disrespectful. And it's white shoes. Yeah. You can't do that to people in white shoes. Don't scuff the shoes. Never. I'll slap you. Yeah. Green Bay, Chicago, Jacksonville, Detroit, Minnesota, Tennessee, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Las Vegas, Miami, the Rams and New England and Cleveland, New Orleans. We covered all of those on yesterday's episode.

Today, the Colts at 4 and 6 going back to Anthony Richardson taking on the Jets in New York. The Jets 3 and 7, the Drank Kings Sportsbook line, New York, minus 4. The uprunner is 43 and a half. I like New York in this game. Both of these teams have been really in the blender when it comes to the coaches, the coaching staff, the decisions, the quarterback tumult. low expectations that have been lowered. What is your initial impression on this game? I mean, I mean, the big news that we talked about this week was that Anthony Richardson is installed as the quarterback. We're going to see what he learned on his quick little hiatus as a backup quarterback, if anything. You know, when it comes to, like, you like the Jets in this game. I get that. They're at home. They're a very.

good passing defense over the course of the season, last week notwithstanding. And then you've got, you know, basically a rookie in Anthony Richardson coming in who has looked good and bad in different matchups. But I do caution a little bit of swinging the pendulum too far where we go. Anthony Richardson has been bad, has thrown picks, and that was a good defense. So therefore... is just going to be a massacre. Anthony Richardson also has big explosive upside, plays down the field to Adonai Mitchell, who's getting more work. I would not be surprised here. I don't think it is a guarantee that Anthony Richardson comes out and has an awful game and is demoralized by the Jets defense that looked so bad last week. Yeah, I mean, it's never a guarantee in fantasy football, but I buy all of that. I buy the whole narrative. I think he'll be pretty bad.

I mean, let's go back in time. I mean, we have single digit fantasy performances in 405. 11.5 was the peak in the last five starts. I'm just not, I don't have high expectations. There's no guarantee that he doesn't hit on a big play, but I would not be expecting or starting personally, Anthony Richardson. His passing yard line is 177 yards. The take that I was talking about was really more about the Jets defense. Yeah, they've been crumbling. The DST. seems like one that you definitely just got to have, and that is what I'm more concerned on. You know, I also buy what you're saying in the sense that I don't want to start Josh Downs. I don't want to start Adnoy Mitchell or Alec Pierce if Pittman is active. I don't want to start any of them. I'm fine with Downs in the flex, even with Richardson, because I think he's good for, you know, five catches and he's a good player. Same game. Like I'd play him over Baton.

For what it's worth? Sure. That's fine. So what about Devante Adams? Oh, Adams. Adams, Adams, I mean, his targets have been out of control. They have. And I expect after the bye week at home with Rogers, it'll be a little bit better. Well, the by week is next week. Well, but will they be at home? Before the buy week. They're still at home after the buy week. Why does it feel like they haven't played in a while? Because they didn't play last week against the Cardinals. Oh, they didn't. They took an early buy. I just feel like, yeah, I'd play Adams. Okay. Regardless of when the buy is. Just saying of the of Devante Adams has been inside the top 38.

at wide receiver just two times. Are you saying you'd play Downs over Adams? No, I'm not saying that, just of the, like, where I was testing where you are with Josh Downs. Yeah, 13 targets, 11 targets for Adams last couple of weeks. You obviously hope that Rogers and Wilson and Adams can kind of, you know, being at home in this game, not a, not a defense that's scary in Indianapolis. I'm playing all the jets. So call Roger, is Rogers. He stream up, like I would play Rogers over Richardson. Yeah, me too. But I would play, I'd play Travis E.T.N. over Richardson. That's where I'm at, Jay. Oh, my goodness. Yeah, Jonathan Taylor, Breast Hall both look like good plays here. Breece Hall, wow, I'm surprised. Minus 160 on D.K. to get a touchdown. That, that says that he's got very good odds to score this week. And it makes sense you're at home.
