Yeah, we didn't know who it was going to be that was going to step up into the role. How healthy is Rashad White? How healthy is Austin Eckler? Both were in non-contact jerseys for. And both were irrelevant. I mean, for the most part. You got a touchdown. We had to do a tiebreaker for the Wheel of Shame this week. And Rashad White's over was or his more was part of my thought process. That got it for you. Well, what got it for you was Terry McLauran went down because that's it.

117 passagesHe was carted to the locker room. Season ending injury, most likely. Mike Evans Achilles, we talked about. Adibo unlikely to return until after the buy week for the Giants. Makes sense. Tradeoffers rumors for them is Joanne Jennings, who's been yelling on the sidelines at, you know, the head coach in Minnesota. He's gotten almost no work, no opportunity. He wants out. 49ers want him back. It makes too much sense. For those that, I mean, just.
insult to insult, I think is the way I'll put it. The Giants released Najee Harris, who I spent Fabon to play and lose against Jason, has now been cut. They don't have to worry about a four-way time share anymore. I think he criticized the time share. He did. And then they said, well, let's fix it. Harbaugh came back. So Najee said it's really hard to get in a groove. He's never dealt with this before. He gets a couple carries. He says, okay, this is how they're playing you. All running backs say this. Yes. And then Harbaugh's answer was,
Well, we don't have that guy. We don't have a Derek Henry. I want one. One of these guys needs to step up, but they aren't. He was pretty much putting all of his running backs on blast. Then they cut Noggi. So now it's a three-way time share, and it seems like it will be a three-way time share. Yeah. So what else is going on? Devante Adams News. Hamstring, tendon injury, sideline six to ten weeks. I heard he was going to undergo a procedure to try to get him towards the six-week period, which look.
When the news first broke, my instant reaction was this dude is out for the year. But six weeks is not, you know, there's a big gap between six and ten weeks. Ten weeks you're going to not really have them for the fantasy season. Six weeks, there is an opportunity for him to come back. Sure. We don't. Here's why. 30 old with a hamstring, massive hamstring? The reason I mention it is because where are the Rams going to be at that juncture? A lot of people watching the game against Arizona said four and eight. Said Pooka and Akua didn't look healthy.
and if Puka's not healthy or he goes on IR, there is a point where maybe Adams comes back and he's the next, he's the top dog again. I'm not optimistic about that return, but it's also, it's just the time period. Yeah, because if it's six weeks, he comes back in week 13, playoffs will start in fantasy playoffs in week 15. So you might have him back. You get a couple weeks to acclimate? It's possible. I don't expect that to happen. I think it'll be closer to the 10-week timeline.
but it really comes down to their record. So if the Rams, I feel like if the Rams, you know, start winning, they're two and four right now at the bottom of the division. If they go on a run and start winning, I think they will let Devante Adams have as much time as possible so that they can make the playoffs and have him healthy unless they need him to win these games. Yeah, the Rams fans are having a hard time and there's talk of, well, do they tank? Like Aaron Donald has been awful. He has no sacks. He has two tackles.
And so they're like, does he re-retire? Do they try Ty Simpson at some point in the year? Does Miles Garrett take as much time to come back? Does Puka have the surgery? I think it's way too early for that. Losing. Way too early for that. I think they'll be fine. They're still a top-tier offense. We'll see what happens without Adams. The next month, Raiders have been good, but that is a winnable matchup. Then the Chargers who are terrible.
the commanders who have lost enough pieces and are bad, and the Cardinals. So again, who granted they just lost to? But they could reel off four wins here. What if they're the first victory for the Chargers? Would that be your signal to tank? Yeah. Romeo Dobbs placed on IR. I didn't see that news until just now. Yeah, that one. So if you missed it, he got a huge touchdown from Drake May, hard landing, hurt his shoulder. And, oh, man, if you just need to go back and watch the video.
Because his teammates are, like, trying to celebrate with him. They're like... Yeah, because he's kind of awesome touchdown. But he's like, no, dude, I'm down, I'm down. And they're like, yeah, right. And they, like, start, like, punching on him. Yeah. Really? Dude goes to IR. It was... No, guys, I'm really hurting here. Yeah, my shoulders broke is rough. Sterling. All there, yeah, Matt just shared it for us, like. Yeah, it was AJ Brown and Douglas? Yes. They were like, they were trying to...
hype him up for scoring the touchdown. When you have the facts that he was put on IR, that feels bad. Demico Ryan said Tankdale will play in week seven against the Giants. All of a sudden, they have 10,000 wide receivers. Zach Charbonnet, good chance to make his season debut alongside Jonathan Taylor in Seattle. Just kidding. But Charbonnet could be back. The Vikings opened the 21-day practice window for Jordan Mason. Now, Aaron Johns has been very good.
for fantasy in the absence of Mason. We'll see what that committee looks like. Michael Ford undecided on whether Jacobs will play in week seven. Now that Jason has traded him away to Al, I put the odds that he's not playing to be very high. How are you feeling about that news there, Al? Great. Okay. Lots of good thoughts. He will play and start and be fine this week.
LaFleur said he will, we feel he's in a pretty good spot. He's been training. He's missed the exposure to football. Todd Bold said that he's planning as if J-Lon Daniels will start in week seven, but Baker is supposed to practice. Baker is a very demonstratively stubborn individual. So if Baker feels like he can go, which there were rumors last week that he's like pushing really hard to get back, the plans could change, but right now they want to move forward with all the prep time for Daniels.
And then Lamar Jackson could potentially practice in week seven, considered day-to-day, also on Al's team. So we'll see if he ends up back in the mix. Yeah? All the news? Yep. Okay, we'll take a break. We'll get into the waiver wire. All right. Into the waiver wire we go. Lots of discussions and questions and comments and thoughts and frights and all of that. Week 7 by weeks. Waiverwire, presented by T-Mobile.
Man, my brain is just going a mile a minute. Oh, we got the League of Record trades where we're realizing certain players are like, hey, Demeroglis, we need to move him up in the waivers because of the Dobbs and the Washington Whiteouts. And then Terrence Ferguson enters the conversation. We're doing it live. Mumfield should be in there too. If you didn't put him in. This is, I mean, Kanata Mumfield had a big game. It's a fun time to be alive. Is it?
Bills, Chargers, Commanders, Jaguars, lots of big names on by this week. No Josh Allen, no James Cook, no Bayshall Tutin and Lawrence and Parker, Washington. Commanders and Chargers are much needed by after some injuries. And off we go. Where are we going to start? Running backs. Thank goodness the Chargers are on by. They can't hurt you this week.
No. No, were you starting any of their players, though? No, but you're sometimes tempted to. It's like, ah, do I have to? Lad's active. You know what my number one goal with the Chargers is? Firing Mike McDaniels so that we can come on this show and say, maybe things will get better with Hampton. Maybe things will get better with, with Ladd needed to buy more than anybody on this planet. Yeah, well, Mike Evans, but, yeah, I would have expected to hear it by now if it was going to happen.
Today. Yeah, today. Let's hope. Running backs rostered in two-thirds of leagues. But you got to go peak. But Jordan Mason availability is, you know, he's at the tippy top of the running back list. Everybody else on this list, you have much bigger question marks about their role and involvement in the team. Yeah, it's basically if you don't have an IR spot in your league, there's a good chance Jordan Mason is sitting out there on waivers. I would imagine the 66% that he's rostered are.
leagues that have the IR spot and they've been holding on to him. But the plan has been to get him back and involved. The coaches have talked about the need for the running game and the excitement to get Jordan Mason back into this game. So if he's active, I think he's immediately a startable asset. He could be active this week. Great matchup against Indianapolis. Great matchups coming up, period. Yeah, Buffalo, Green Bay. What tier do you put him in? Because I think I might be slightly less.
I think he's a RB-2-3 type of player, maybe more on the three side. I think he's a low-end RB2. He's going to get... Okay, so we're similar. I think he's going to get about 15 carries a game and do well with them. You're hoping for touchdowns because he's not a pass-catching guy, so I don't think his upside is like, by any means, a top six back, but he is, I mean, for someone on waivers to be...
able to just go in and get 15 touches. Who's a good player? Not just like, oh, man, he's the third string that's, you know, forced him. You're not picking up Damien. Exactly. How about 20 touches? Kendry Miller last week, 20 for 70, did not score. That touchdown went to C.J. Donaldson. Oh, no, they called that one back. Yeah, no. But he did get the goal line carry. And Camara scored. And Camara scored on a screen pass. They ran for a season high, 175 yards on the ground, under 50% rostered.
Kendra Miller, it's tough because what do you invest on a player who? Not a ton. It's a one week. It's Pittsburgh this week, which is not a great matchup. And then it's a bye week. And then it's Cleveland, which is a terrible matchup. And then A chance is going to be back. Yeah. So Kendrae Miller, Fab, not a ton. Not a ton. But still number two on this list. Yeah, probably. I mean, I think Rocheon Johnson, both of these guys, Kendrae Miller and Rochon Johnson are.
taking advantage of the injuries ahead of them, right? So when Travis A. Chan Jr. comes back, Kendrae Miller, I think, is irrelevant. And then when Menangai comes back, Roshan Johnson's irrelevant. As of right now, both are decent plays. They both did good enough last week and got enough work. They've got equal.
matchups, New England, Pittsburgh. So, you know, you go out there and you spend $10 on Fab and try to get them if you need a starter this week. With the departure of Najee Harris, and, you know, the name that pops up on waiver wire list this week is going to be Tyrone Tracy with the two touchdowns. And that was only eight opportunities. What are you doing with Tracy under 10% rostered relative to the other two back, Singletary, Cam Scataboo? I expect a pretty big bounce back from Cam this week.
I think he'll be the... Against Houston? Well, I mean it related to opportunities. Like, I think the breakdown will be more rushing attempts for Cam versus everybody else. I agree with that. I do... I am a little bit excited at the six targets that Tracy had. For some reason, they have not used Scataboo in the passing game, even before the fumble benching. They just weren't using him to the degree that they should because he's a freaking awesome pass catcher.
That role is important for fantasy. So Tyrone Tracy is, he's a fine pickup. His at least does not require another injury. But I agree with you, Andy. I think Scataboo will come out, be the starter, get the majority of work. Again, it's a bad matchup. Then they go on by. So none of these is not a great week for a running back play. Now, Julian McLaughlin shared time with Ottergesta in Cleveland, but Juckins, or as Mike would call him.
Junkins. That's not what I call him. It is now. That's what everyone called. That's how you pronounce his name according to Thursday night football. McLaughlin was 9 for 41, 4 for 14 through the air. I think he is a pretty interesting one week start. If Junkins, if they sit him out again. The hard part is against Tennessee. Is Dylan Samson is there as well. Like Dylan Samson is, his window was open. It looked like Samson might play this past weekend. He didn't.
But if he comes in and he's starting, there's definitely leagues where Jaliel McLaughlin should be picked up. It's just the path is dark and full of tears for him. Yeah. And then you've got a bunch of the like insurance backs with upside. Emmett Johnson. Mike Washington, there you go. Nine for 43. Led the team in rushing last week. Where was this when we thought you were going to do? He must have been hurt. Genti barely played in the second half.
Well, Jancy's efficiency was awful, and yeah, but the fact that they didn't turn to Laobie, like they did the week before, the game was more competitive. Jonah Coleman will return at some point. Again, I hate the Broncos decision. I mean, their offense, I hate it, and then I hate the depth they have at every position, and I hate Bo Nicks in John Caden. So I think we move on to wide receivers who, where, look.
Last week's number one pick up on the show was Jeremy Bernard. Hope you picked him up. Not enough people did. 57% roster. Yesterday's prices are not today's prices. Rookie wideouts with a game of 11 catches in a touchdown in the last 10 years. Jeremy Bernard, Jermar Chase. Oh, oh, I hear what you're saying. And Aaron Rogers is getting it done. I mean, the targets.
