It really was when they ran the ball was Kendrae Miller. Kendra had 10 rushing attempts. And so it's kind of a, it's a duty situation. I mean, it's like, I don't really duty. And this ain't no duty free. No, no, not D-U-N-T-Y. Not D-U-T-Y. This is got. There's the battle. Spell the other one, Jay. Yeah. D-O-O-D-Y. Is that how you spelled duty? I'd go, I-E. Yeah, I would too. Me too.

109 passagesBut you can do it. You pass the 10. Got you. I got you. However you want to do it. But yeah, it's disgusting. If I had to start one of them, I think I would start Kendra Miller for potential touchdown. I actually, I'll say this, I have liked what I've seen from C.J. Donaldson before. Like, he's had some snaps for he's, I mean, he's a rookie and had some plays that he looked okay. But, I mean, how about none? Yeah. How about no? I'm saying, you're down bad, my friend. Ben Chimal. I will say that this.
Kendri Miller is in the popular start sits. Travis A. Chan Jr. is really, really, really taking the Michael Pinnock's approach. And it worked very well for Michael Pinnock. It was just like, just watch Tua play and then all look great. Pinnock did not get back out there. Tua was going to be the starter. And then they watched them and they're like, dude, we need Pinnock so bad. And right now it's like we need Travis A. Jan Jr. Would you play Damian Pierce with the mess? Yes, I would. Or would you play Kendra Miller? I would play Pierce. All right. All right. First matchup for today. The Steelers at 3 and 2.
at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who just got their first win. They're one in four. It's in Tampa. The Vegas line is Pittsburgh minus two and a half over under 39 and a half. The Tampa Bay defense has actually been. Yeah. They've been good and then they were even better last week in a game where we expected them to lose. This is the second lowest like over under number of any game in week six. And you can see kind of why. I mean, I don't understand how Jalen Daniels.
gets it done against Pittsburgh. I mean, their offense is, like, Emeka, Buka, nine targets turned into something like 39 receiving yards last week. If you watch Daniel's play, and this will probably be his last start for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, if you watch him play, it's like 1001, I'm running. That's about how it goes. There's no checkdowns. There's very rarely, you know, we saw a lot of that with Baker with with Bucky.
I wouldn't count on receiving work with Bucky. He was lucky last week. He did get one pass on the six-yard line. He scored on it. Bucky will get 15 plus opportunities in this game. It'll be against a Pittsburgh defense built to stop him. On the other side, Rogers has been playing pretty good football. But, you know, to me, I looked at his prize picks projection, which was 231.5. We have our fantasy forecast at the end of the show.
Taking his less was on the board for most of the week. It didn't end up in my lineup. But I would expect this to be a very low-scoring game. The running games get it done. And ultimately, I think Pittsburgh will be kind of the bigger bully here. But what do you guys think about your start-sit decisions with guys like, you know, D.K. McCaff, Abuka. Yeah, with those guys, I don't want to play them. I think that there are better options out there.
Abuka finally had a good game, but remember, it was a rushing touchdown. That's not going to be happening on the regular, and the passing work just wasn't there from Jalen Daniels. D.K. McCaff is like, you can always start him because you know, he's going to get nine targets in this game. Will he get, you know, 30 yards? I don't know. I doubt it. Yeah, last week was the first time he didn't get the target, so it's even more scary. Jalen Warren is dog.
He's amazing. You can't not play him. Week one for Rico. I'm just mentioning it. They said that when he comes back, it's going to go back to a time chart. I believe that. Recently, the most recent thing I saw for McCarthy was like Warren's our dude right now. Yeah, I don't believe it whatsoever. And we're going to ride the hot hand. They have to. He's been 7.5, 5.5, 6.7 to carry for the last three weeks on pace for 1,800 yards. I mean, he's been amazing. He's been up there with.
I mean, he's been playing like Bijon. I mean, that sounds outrageous. But every time he touches the ball, he's great. He's had breakaway runs. Right now, NFL leaders in yards from scrimmage, he's number three behind Bijon. And he wasn't, you know, the full workhorse guy to start the year. So Warren is in. Bucky Irving is in. He's getting enough opportunities every game. And I think that you're not going to pass on the Steelers as easy as you're going to run on the Steelers. The Buck's opportunity in this game is let their devens has been playing good.
Shut down Aaron Rogers. You're at home and then run the ball as much as you can. So to me it's like Bucky Irving, Jalen Warren in, Buccaf, if you have to. Pat Fryman. Pat Fryman. We're not even talking about Jeremy? I'm pumped, man. Yeah, we'll talk about Jeremy too. I mean, I just mean like the consolidation is starting to happen with Pittsburgh where Roman Wilson, Michael Pittman gone. Fryer Meath had two touchdowns last week, 23% target share last week. And then Gerby Bernard, he was the one that had the nine targets.
Metcalf only had four last week. So the problem with the Jeremy hype is you'd love to have a much better matchup than the lowest over under and a situation where you might be winning and handing the ball. I would also say the biggest, you know, the biggest thing for me is it was one week. You know, so it's like I need to see it again. Well, I mean, he's really had two opportunities and to be out there as a starter. And both opportunities, he's gotten a bunch of targets. This.
This one was far more production. And there was, Betts, I think you had shared it. I liked how he looked in week two. Yeah. There was something about, you know, Rogers basically like quizzed Bernard. He's like, and gave him a whole bunch of scenarios. Whose your favorite quarterback? Is it always? That's probably in there. And he's like, yes, chef. Who's the best Packers quarterback of all time? But it's in like, okay, here's the coverage. Here's the situation. Where do you go? And it's like, and.
Because Aaron Rogers doesn't want, Aaron Rogers just trusts who he trusts. And Bernard, yeah, there it is. It was from Nick Farabaw. So, like, he, Rogers extensively quizzed Bernard about coverages in each situation. The Colts like to run by down to distance. And that turned into nine targets for Bernard. So, like.
I don't he's not a must play by any means this week he was my number one pickup I think he's in like flex consideration but this is just this is would you rather play him than Metcalf or it's pretty close I mean I see those guys similarly pretty close I would go Metcalf ahead of Bernard but Bernard is on the must watch list like to me he's not someone I'm playing but I you got to keep your eyes on him because he's a rookie that looked good and has opportunity yeah the difference between the two is like Metcalf has been getting kind of
Big boy targets, you know, further down the field. So it only takes one or two to hit where Bernard will probably PPR his way. Yeah, he might. He might, Mike. The Cardinals are one and four and they still get to play in the NFL. They're taking on the Rams in Los Angeles, who are two and three. The Rams and the super team underneath 500 won't be for long. They're favored by 12 and a half. I'm told we got good news for Jacoby Brissette that he is no longer.
A member of the Cardinals? He no longer owns the lowest yards per attempt. Thank you, Bo. Because Bo Nix. The all runner in this game is 51 and a half, so you're like, oh, cool, Cardinals, no, they're at 19. The Rams are at 32. Let's start there. Start Stafford, start Kairn, start Coram, start Puka, start Devante, start Higby. Okay. Here's my start of the week.
I like that. And it wouldn't be surprised if Colby Parkinson scores too. Yeah, I wouldn't either. I could also see a situation where they don't need Higby, although the matchup against the Cardinals tight end is so easy forever through multiple coaching staffs. It's just like, I don't know, something in the locker room. But would you start Friermuth or Higby? Because that's, I think, the exact level. I would start Higby on a team that is projected for 32 points instead of Friamuth on a team projecting 20. That's what I.
Chosen. I'm playing him against you. He's also my start of the week, so I have to say that. Question in terms of confidence for quorum, because I know points-wise came through 14.7 points for fantasy. That was nine opportunities. If I could. I'd play them over Pierce. Would you? Oh, yeah. If I can bet warums, I would take the volume? If I can bet whatever, quorum's over in the fourth quarter. Like the way, you know, I think that.
At the end of this game, you're going to see Corum making people going to next week being like, oh, it's a split. It's a split now for the Rams because that's what happens. If they're going to blow out the Cardinals, which they very well might. Maybe the Cardinals put on a loss now. Cardinals, we're already going to get killed. Now, Sean McVeigh is furious. This is not going to be hard. I would imagine if you're up to scores in the fourth quarter, you're going to work.
Corum into this game. And if you work Coram and it's going to work. He's going to succeed. So I don't mind starting Coral. Wait. Michael Wilson's prize projections is five and a half reception. Price picks? Thank you. Price picks projection at five and a half reception. Gosh darn it. I did not see that one. Well, look, I actually am pretty worried about Wilson this week. Are you? I almost put him his less projection into my. Wow. Yes. I am I'm pretty worried about it. Just six catches?
Yeah, I mean, that's, I mean, I like that more than a yardage number. Yes. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. No, I don't want yards. But to be fair, I mean, he's, he's had two games, actually three of his five games, he's not had six sketches. So it's not been quite as easy. It's not been quite as easy. And, and, you know, you want to let Jaylon, or what is it, Jaylon Brooks and Kendrick Bourne and these guys, I mean, McBride and Wilson were double teamed on every play last week.
Jacoby Brissette's not playing good football. Cardinals have no explosive running game. Jeremiah Love might miss. I don't think Jeremiah Love plays in this game. What I've been seeing from Beat reporters is like there's kind of an expectation. Not saying he, you know, absolutely is out. He could play. But I think right now the real, like him not playing is very realistic. You have to be prepared for that to happen. If that happens, obviously Tyler Algear all alone.
Still, you're playing against the Rams, not a great matchup. But all alone, I mean, the opportunity is great. I'd play Alger above that whole, like, Damien Pierce range players. I just think it's going to be a painful week for the Cardinals. You always play McBride, of course. Algier, if he's alone, you have an option to throw him out there in that same tier as Pierce and whatever. Who's another, Kendrae Miller? Yeah, I'd play him over those guys if he's alone. I've been so unimpressed with Algier.
on his opportunities. Am I stupid? I mean, he's averaging 3.4 a carry. A lot of times his carries are those situational carries where you're expecting, you're needing him to get a yard or two yards. And if he gets two and a half yards, it's like he did the play and it was good. Yards per carry go down. That's just kind of how he's been utilized. He's been more of the, he's been worked into the passing game enough where I think he hasn't done much in the passing game, but targets are there. If he's alone, there's enough opportunity. Okay.
Let's take a break and we'll get into some more matchups unless Mike, you have anything else to add in that one? I do not. You still a huge Cardinal fan? I do, brother. I really enjoyed. My life has been unburdened. Yeah. Oh, it's, we got. We got, like there's an actual movement. Which way, hey, shout out to Mr. A Z sports getting this one going. Like there's a, people are raising money. We're putting billboards up to get rid of bid well ownership, which won't happen.
It won't happen, but I love the effort. I love what's going on. But I'm just like, okay. Because it bothers me not. I don't care. It bothers me not. I don't care. That's a pure honest. I'm not doing a bit. I've just, I've removed myself. Mentally, emotionally. Yep. They can't hurt me anymore. Stupid chargers is giving us one win. It's going to ruin our draft. I said it when it happened. Freaking chargers. All right, we'll take a break. We'll be right back and talk about those sweet, sweet chargers going on the road to Kansas City.
Why? Why? I know I know why. Okay. But why? Why are these like hyper-controlling stupid owners of teams? Never able to like reach a point at any juncture of their lives where they just decide I will change. People change all the time. Human beings change? I think it's the billions. See, that's why I said I know the answer to the question. Do infinitely wealthy people change? That's, yeah. No. No, they don't. No.
No, because they live in bubbles and they make their employees clap for them as they walk through the entirety of the Cardinals building and... And when you think... Give up control. I don't... Bidwell could own the team if he gave up all control. There are only two ways out of the mess in Arizona. One is that Bidwell sells a team. That's not going to happen. The other is that he gives up president of football operations control, hires a legit person. That person hires the GM and they go to work and also they get permission to spend.
Money. You actually had a brief time in Arizona where this happened. Yes. And it was when Bruce Ariens was given a huge opportunity and power and control of this team. And he has the kind of personality that would match like Tomlin coming in or somebody that is going to be demonstratively convicted about their opinions. And Bruce Ariens and the Cardinals had a successful run. And for a long period of time, they had a good team. They went to the NFC title game. The Palmer.
