Brandon Marshall, he says he's got a chip on his shoulder and a lot to prove. What, like Adrian Peterson, right? Yeah. But Brandon Marshall has nothing to prove. It's, yeah. The only thing he's going to prove is that his NFL career is done. Touchdowns in neon, Mike. He hasn't done touchdowns in neon. Yeah, I think that's true. That holds up. Yeah. So who's your favorite last round pick right now? What do you think, Jay?

I will say this, the guy that is my truest, like I saw the question, instead of just looking at ADP, I went to all my best ball drafts, and I looked at my 17th and 18th pick to see who I was actually drafting the most, and it was actually Andy's pick. So I will hold off on saying that, and instead I went to kind of my second and third place. If I'm in best ball right now, which I usually am over at draft.com slash ballers,

My favorite last round pick right now is- This is shocking to me. It's Antonio Gates. Because look, if Antonio Gates gets what I expect him to do, which is a contract. A contract as the starting tight-in for Philip Rivers. You know, he's with Hunter Henry gone, Antonio Gates is going to have eight-nine touchdowns this year, you know, on his 12 targets. Whoa. Eight-nine, he could. As a last round pick for tight-end where I can kind of punt the position.

I like that. If I'm doing more mock drafts, not necessarily best ball, the end of, you know, when you're around the 200th pick or so, if Geronimo Allison is on. Oh, yes. Oh, yes. If he's on there, I mean, I'm 100% grabbing him. I would much rather have Geronimo who has a job than Antonio Gates. But I still do think that Antonio Gates is undervalued right now. I like that Mike took it upon himself to mock the fact that Antonio Gates does not have a contract when, in fact, the answer.

To his question, is Des Bryant? But the answer to the question is not Des Bryant because you can't get him in the last round. But here's my explanation for that. Des Bryant 100% will have a job next year. I believe that. Antonio Gates, the signs point to that he's interested in the Chargers. The charges are interested in him. They passed the note back and forth with do you like me? And they checked maybe. And he wrote back.

I like you minus training camp. That's true. But Antonio Gates, very, very old. Des Bryant's is not at, he is, no, no, no. You're getting a scolding look. He's not Gates. He doesn't look super young. Look last year was not great, but Des Bryant will have a job. I just wanted to bring up that Des Bryant is an incredible value. We will be talking about him later in the best ball. He's only a value. You think he's only a value because he has no team? Yes. Yes. Oh, 100%.

But we're going to talk about him in the best ball bonanza segment. We're going to go over my team while I was on vacation. I did a draft to enter the best ball championship where there's a lot of mullah on the line. Des Brian, Antonio Brown, Antonio Gates, those guys remind me of when you're in best ball early in the off season before the NFL draft and rookies are in the draft. Because they're undervalued. They're always undervalued. It's a easy, cheap way to get a win, which is what I like. But my favorite.

The last second to last round pick right now, where I've been able to get him, it's Kenneth Dixon. Running back for Baltimore. Running back for Baltimore Ravens. Jason once again shakes his head at me because of his infatuation with Alex Collins. I like Alex Collins too. But, yeah, well, not as much as I do. It's a zero-sum game with Jason. Yes. And here's, there's a zero risk, massive, massive upside with Kenneth Dixon that he could not only.

earn a starting job if something were to happen to Alex Collins, he can actually play his way to be the starting running back for the Baltimore Ravens. You mean the way Alex Collins did last year? Exactly. Yeah, I agree with you. I will grant you that. And they run the ball well. It's not a terrible pick at the last round. Risk versus reward. I just believe in Alex Collins, so I don't want to believe in Kenneth Dixon. It's fair. The logic holds up. My favorite last round pick, which apparently was one of Jason's favorites, is Dedy Westbrook.

Wide receiver for the Jacksonville. Jaguars. Mike brought up on the live show in Minneapolis. There are gross situations in the NFL right now. And ones that you kind of want to avoid. But the reality is that somebody has to emerge as a relevant fantasy option in Jacksonville. Maybe a couple of guys. Say whatever you want about Dante Moncrief. It hasn't come to fruition just because he got...

changed teams and got a big contract for a one-year deal doesn't mean that he'll be a fruitful fantasy player. Money doesn't do that. We know every single season. We have this, I mean, this is a guaranteed fact. Whoever gets off to a really hot start in a season, or conversely, whoever gets off to a really poor start in the season, that carries so much more weight through the rest of the season and the following season. Dedy Westbrook.

last year started the year injured. Nobody cared about him. Nobody drafted him. Nobody was paying attention to him. He didn't get in until week 10. But from week 10 through 16, he was on pace for 11775 yards, which would be great numbers for a rookie. I mean, those would be much better than Corey Davis. Marquist Lee was very inefficient.

If you look at the numbers, reception, the results were bad. If you wanted to just take D.D. Westbrook out and substitute the name Keel and Cole, I'll let you do that. If you want to make that your last round pick, that's fine too. He was dynamic. He was great in the very end of the year. Had some big games against big opponents. So if you, if that's your pick, I've seen that a lot, too. Keel and Cole, D.D. Westbrook, all I'm saying is invest in one of those gross situations with the last pick. Would you be okay if they took Keel and Cole out and put Dante Moncrief in? Sure.

So you're just saying a Jags wide receiver with your last pick, take your shot. Whatever one your favorite is. Blake Bortles has been a top 10 quarterback twice. I got a snake, man. Thank you. And he was 13 this past season, which in Jason's estimation, that's basically a quarterback won. Let me ask you. Did he play 16 games? He did. Okay, well, Marcus Mariotto only played 15 games, so he would have been a quarterback one. Go on, moving on.

I'm about to draft in an 18 league, and I'm wondering what I should do at quarterback. Normally, I wait on quarterback and stream throughout the year, but I know you guys talk a lot about in smaller leagues you want that positional advantage. So should I grab an Aaron Rogers or Russell Wilson early in the draft, or should I just grab?

a quarterback with my last pick and stream all year because it's going to be easier with more guys on the waiver. Thanks, guys. Love the show. Bye. All right. Thanks for the question, Peter. I think my answer goes this direction with that. I mean, I'm pretty sure I know these guys answer. But if you have to say the word or when it comes to quarterbacks, you wait still. Unless there was somebody, like Grunk is, there's no or, right? And so in a league that's eight teams,

You don't have to say or you know he's the positional advantage and you can jump on it. Is that fair? That's very fair. I thought you were going to say exactly what I was thinking, which was Aaron Rogers, sure, Russell Wilson is not in the tier of he doesn't have the history. He's got a long history of finishing as a quarterback one. But in an eight-team league, you're going to be able to stream a quarterback one blindfolded. Aaron Rogers is the only guy with a history of finishing as the quarterback one.

over and over and over. However, Russell Wilson's been top three, three of the last four years. Well, so that's a pretty solid recent history. It's pretty solid, but now you've got Brandon Marshall. And instead, I'm just saying instead of Paul Richardson, now you've got Schottenheimer as the offensive coordinator. No, there's down the ball. I just, I'm not huge on, uh, I would wait.
