Travis Kelsey goes next off the board at 210. A little bit early for where I would be comfortable taking that shot. 100%.

But Jacobs at 211, Adams at 212, Josh Allen, the first quarterback at 301, Iuke and Nico Collins. We narrowly avoided Mike hard selling us Nico Collins at 304. I feel like it would have been an easy sell. If Nico was here, that probably would have been my pick. Now, we just had a tight-end episode where I said I was comfortable with Leporta at the 301. This would be the 304, just bringing it up. I know you guys are not going to be on board for that. I'm not going to. push you too hard. But I don't mind that advantage at this point in a draft. I might mind it a little more in a three wide, though, where you have an extra spot to fill. And that does change the equation. So I'm not going to push there. But at running back, looking at names that I know we have some agreement on, Pacheco, James Cook, Joe Mixing for some stability. I talked yesterday about dynamic duos. I'm not sure it gets better than...

the mix-in A-chan combo as far as a floor and ceiling. Floor and ceiling running back duo, and then James Connor's still there. At wide-out, we all like Debo. We have him ranked very high, and he is way below where we would have him in terms of what running back or wide out off the board. Jalen Wattle, Mike, you're a big fan. The question becomes, are you good starting with A-chan and Jailen Waddle? I was really hoping Nico would drop, so we didn't have to make that decision. Because I get it if you don't want to overload with the Miami Dolphins with your second and third pick. I do like Debo. Yeah. And I get the three wide. But right now I would, out of this group, I would push for Isaiah Pacheco. So I mean, you just named them. So to me, it's Pacheco or Debo Samuel. I love both players. I think both players are undervalued. Being the fact that we are in a three wide.

I think that would tie break for me for the Debo side. I love Pacheco. I would be 100% fine with either one of these guys. Where do you have Pacheco? I'll have to look that up. I think he's about 10, 9 or 10. He's in my top 10 and Debo is outside of my top 12 wide receivers. Consensus wise, Debo is our wide receiver 7. I was going to say, yeah, we just did that show. I remember he was at 7. Yeah. We have them very high. Mike, you have them very high. You've got him at 13. I've got him at 9, Andy at 9, but that consensus-wise puts him up. Because there's a lot of disagreement on the wide receivers at this point in the draft. Well, let's play this out for the sake of the audience what I think the two outcomes could be. If we went with Debo Samuel and we felt like we needed to come back and stabilize the running back position, we're probably going to be in the James Connor, Ramandre Swift category, maybe with a chance at Alvin Camara.

Okay. If you flip it the other direction, we go Pacheco, you know, you're probably talking about Cooper Cup, who I like, Michael Pittman, a stabilizer, Devante Smith. Tankdale. Okay. DJ Moore. I don't want to take dink. Take dink. I don't want to take tank. Take tank. You don't want to take tank? In the fourth? Not, I'd rather take him at 504 and take that shot at ADP. All right. But anyway, I will say that. So that is a really good thing to do if you're listening and you're trying to decide between a running back and a wide receiver. Look at who's going to be there next because that convinced me to switch to the Pacheco side. I feel like I like those wide receivers a lot more than those running backs. You guys want to do that? Yes. Okay. Pacheco off the board. I'm loving this team. Jalen Hertz goes 305. Sam LaPorte at 306. Okay. Mike Evans off the board. Deucers are on the clock. Breece Hall was the first round pick.

Chris Olave, their second round pick. And I can see Jason shaking his head because he thinks that the deucers are just going to quick draw on Debo. Yeah, but I don't know if that's a, okay, they did. Yeah, they did. Yeah, they took Debo Samuel with no need to explain. Waddle was our other guy we were considering there. Yeah, I mean, it's good. Your team is actually, I mean, I don't want to compliment anything you guys do. However. It's working out very well. The fact that we were considering Breece Hall at the 104 and you got him picks later and we were considering Debo at the 304 and you got them picks later, you're getting good value. Now, we've had seven. You guys must listen to our show a lot. Yeah, I mean, I hope. Seven wide outs have gone off the board. One thing to consider when I was playing out both scenarios was the fact that three wide, more wide outs might go. Cup is gone.

Waddle's gone, DJ Moore, who I love is gone, and then Diggs and neighbors. So Ducer's back on the clock. I think I've given them enough time to make the wrong decision. Yeah, I mean, they don't need a lot of time to make a dumb pick. The truth is I'm still happy with several wide receivers. I mean, I'll say that and then it will all be wide receivers, but there's a handful of guys I really like here. So I think we're set up okay. All right, what's your pick? Tray McBride, maybe. It's funny. They went Tray McBride and I was, I was going to bring the name up if he got back to us as a option at 409. Chase A. Chan and Pacheco are first three off the board. Oof. As our wide receiver 2. You mentioned earlier, Andy, you want to play the ADP game, wait till the 5th. What we've seen in this draft is because it is three wide receiver, not the 2-2 and a flex. It's 3-2 in a flex where the wide receivers have all been pushed up. You know, you talked about Michael Pittman or Cooper Cup or Devante Smith making it back to us. None of them did. And there's six picks between our next pick, and we're currently with one wide receiver. So to me, we've got to take a wide receiver here. Mark Andrews? I mean, I think the value is... Dalton Kincaid. But if you look at, yeah, you've got two good tight ends. And obviously both could go to team one and team two. Team three already has a tight end. So we could end up with either one of them at our next pick. At wide receiver, there's Tank Dell and T. Higgins are really the only guys left. Cooper, yeah. I've cooled on him a little bit, but I...

I got to remember how hot I was for Amari Cooper this off season. Well, you've cooled, but you were, you were really hot, so what's your temperature? Is it still above average? Like, are you feverish? It's like a, I think some people call it a low grade. It's 99.9.9. But I would not call that a fever. Thank you. It's not. Some people say, that's a low grade fever. No. No, it's not. Do you feel good? I feel totally fine. Okay. I got a little bit of the sweats. But most of my sweats are for tank. That's normal. are for Tank Dell. I mean, this draft is working out well for me. So I like it. But what do you guys think? I mean, you can go Tankdale and come back with probably Alvin Camara in the next round if you wanted to. Or one of those tight ends. Mike, I have not heard from you. I need you to weigh in here because Jason's got a low-grade fever and I don't trust what you're saying. It's tough that Tank Dell would be my highest ranked wide receiver that I would be going with.

The fact that James Cook... You have him ahead of T. Higgins? Let me just double check. Yeah, yes. Higgins should probably not be a consideration for a chase team anyway. Right, right, right. I'm good with Tink Dell, but the fact that James Cook made it back is... I know it's three wide, but having H.M. Pacheco and James Cook, all guys who I have a strong conviction can and should finish as top 12 running backs, that... It's hard to bypass that. With Cook being here in hindsight, I would have rather taken Debo and then come back with James Cook. Right. For sure. But we didn't. And if I compare Pacheco and Tank Dell to Debo and James Cook, I'm just as happy with that.

I would take Tankdell here and then see if we get lucky with Cooker, Mixen, or Walker or Camara coming back to us. James Cook will definitely not make the back. If we're sitting here, though, and saying that wide receivers are going to go off the board more often, there's a chance that we get Andrews and Kincaid off the board and a quarterback and a wideout, which would make it a fun gamble. All right, let's give it a shot. After Dell was James Cook. Yeah, that was a 0% chance. Joe Mix and T. Higgins, Camara, and then Stroud. So we are back. So I'm going to let Mike make the pick. And he can decide if he wants Ken Bone Walker or Mark Bone Andrews. Who, did you guys see who was in a wreck? Yeah, a car yesterday. But the deuces have Breesha, Olave, Debo, and McBride. So I'm guessing that they're staring down that running back spot, but maybe not. Maybe they like the value. Looking at the decision for us, like between Walker and Mark Andrews.

I hate that I hate this section of wide receivers. Like I get it with Amari Cooper. The numbers make sense. The numbers 100 make sense. And the offense should be good. And yet I still don't really want to draft Amari Cooper. And Keenan Allen has got a rookie quarterback. And Kirk's got his injury. And Terry's got a rookie quarterback. This section of wide receivers is. And Keenan just feels he hit 300. on the scale. He did it. Yeah, he did it. He did it. That is the dumbest storyline of my life. I watched the second episode of Hard Knocks. Kean looks totally normal. He wasn't eating the whole time? He was not eating the entire episode. Was that episode brought to you by five guys? In fact, you know, who was eating was DJ Moore. He was at the ice cream shop. Mad props to DJ Moore. All right. It is really stupid. strategy that can definitely win a league. After Reid went Ramandre, McLaren, and Kirk, and I... Great. Fantastic. I know exactly who the pick is. You know who the pick is. I'm curious if I know who the pick is. There are two players in my mind that I'm paying attention to right here. Yeah. And you should know one of them. There's a few. One of them for you is going to be Calvin Ridley. Then that's what the pick is. That's my vote as well. Okay. And then hopefully coming back with Kyler. Okay, maybe, but I was, okay, the fact that we could take either Kyler or Burrow, because Burrow stacks with Jamar Chase. Okay. And I think that that would be wonderful here. That was just kind of the tip from yesterday's episode. Even a better situation because you can wait. And two of the three teams between us have quarterback. So even if they take Burrow, we go Kyler. If they take Kyler, we go Burrow. All I heard was draft Calvin Ridley. Calvin Ridley off the board at the 609. Nice pick. Worthy, Harris.

Adunzei, Pollard, Engram, Godwin, and now we've got a problem. Yeah. It's a good problem to have. Well, the bigger problem for me, honestly, are there some, like Rashi Rice on the board? It's Rishi Rice. Yeah. Because at that spot where we just took Ridley, I would have been very happy ADP-wise to get Rishit Rice on the squad there. The reason I didn't even approach it is because we had Pacheco. So it was, well, let's balance out. Let's try and get the Tennessee offense. See if they have anything to give us, it will be from Calvill Ridley. But now that Rice is back and then just push the quarterback spot back. Joe Burrow getting the stack here. You know what? I'm on that side now, I think. It would be great, but Dak is still there. Jordan Love. Jaden Daniels. There are other options. And because we went with Kenneth Walker, I feel like.

You know, loading up on wide receiver and a three wide receiver, I'm going to be very happy with that. There's plenty of quarterbacks that are good later, and maybe we could still do a stack with one of them. I, oh, good. Bye-bye. We went with Rice, and then Moester went next, and then Burrow and Murray went back to back. And I think that- Which I love because I know the deucers were going to take one of those two guys. Oh, and they're all nodding profusely. Literally were down to three guys, and it was those three guys. Oh, it was Mooster, Burrow, and Murray? Yeah.

Excellent. I love that, I mean, it worked out, of course, sometimes playing the game, you lose. But with not taking Rice at the 609, like you, he still has the suspension of worries. That will be a looming factor, I think, for most of the season, unless you get an official report that everything of the court case has been, everything's pushed back. If you get that, then you'll have the all clear. But him as the wide receiver four, well, and then Ridley's the three. I mean, that. That worked out sensationally. I also think this is one of the reasons why it's really fun to do the draft the way that we're doing it, the three of us versus three of them. You know, we've talked so much about the ADP comparison tool, different platforms, different systems. Jason talked about stacks. Like, they could have gone a different quarterback. There were several by ADP that might have been higher, but they went with the guy that matched up with the player they just took. And you're going to see a lot of variation in your drafts exactly like that. So, um, Might have been a bit of surprise to Jason, but fit the deucer's desires. Yeah, I don't mind it at all. After Jordan Love went Zemir White, Brock Bowers, absolute steel at 710. No, not really a steal. Not really a steal. But I'm excited about him. Addison, Moss, Deontay Johnson, Dak, who unfortunately, I was kind of eyeballing as a hopeful selection later. Hollywood Brown.

One of the things I love is that like they loaded up and they've got four really good wide receivers and I like our wide receivers much more. And we have three awesome running backs. That's a good hero RB pick when you get a guy who is going to have opportunity and there is the narrative, the path of healing from that injury two years ago where maybe you're getting a top 15 running back in the later rounds. You've got to take that shot. I don't agree with the bet. I think they're going to be a really bad offense and he's going to be what he was last year. But I probably would have taken the same running back here just for the potential. after Giovante Echler went, which is before Brian Robinson. So I thought, look, has looked good in preseason is definitely the guy over Echler to me. So Brian Robinson going behind Echler is interesting. Chub went off the board in McConkey. Just to give a lay of the land for our roster, we've taken three wide outs in the last four picks. There are five selections remaining and one's going to need to be a quarterback, one a tight end. Both feel like positions we could wait on right now because I would say our eyes are on.

Goff, Daniels. The tight-end room, which the teams between us and our next pick, two of them have a tight end, but we're down to David Najoku and Jake Ferguson as players were like happy to write. I think in the ninth round, that's where those guys belong. We say, do we wait one round and take? Absolutely, because we don't expect both to go off here at this turn. So I wouldn't take a tight-in here. And you discussed on the Tips and Tricks episode yesterday about those, you know, those like seven, seventh, eighth round tight-ins don't usually work. You want to get a value. I like, if we don't get one of those top guys, it needs to be a ninth round pick or later. So, yeah, here. There are a couple of rookies, Keon Coleman and Brian Thomas on the board.

At running back, there's some starters, Devin Singletary and Brian Robinson, along with Gus Edwards potentially. And then you mentioned wanting to see more to J. Spears that you could pay attention to down in the draft. Any other names we should be thinking about there? It's a tough scenario because I were at a point now where I really like a lot of wide receivers, a upside. Coleman, I'm still in on Christian Watson, Brian Thomas, Jackson Smith, and Jigba is. like jason is man it's the he is such a tough player of the the excitement for him in his rookie year was through the roof and you did not get any of you did not get anything back for i mean you you you bought a ticket he played but he didn't come with the excitement that thing was a zero percent on rotten tomatoes you hated what you were watching but not necessarily his faults so it's just you did

remembering, you know, oh, I was hot for Amari Cooper. Do we need to remember that we were hot for JSN? Yeah, and I don't think we mentioned it in the news, but Tyler Lockett is dealing with a leg injury. Mike McDonald said. Oh, come on. Let's see if you can do it. Oh, because you didn't want David Nogoku. Okay. I see those guys as so similar. I don't mind them. Do you want to take Nizoku here? Yeah, I think that makes sense. He's kind of the last one.

After him, you're punting all the way down to Pat Friarmouth, who would be my last pick, like my last round pick, and I'm fine with that. But I do think Njoku is a tier above. All right. We're getting down to the end here. Singletary and Robinson and Edwards, the starters, back to back. Those are the only players I was really considering over Nijoku. Just adding more depth to the running back room. Sure. But we took Njoku and those guys went off the board. The deucers were probably considering one of those three as well. Is that true? Yep. When you look at the quarterbacks that we're drafting very, very, very late here on quarterbacks. And you're just getting, you're getting hopefully Kyler Murray rookie season here when he was with Cliff Kingsbury finishes the quarterback seven. You know he's an accurate passer. He's a great runner. He has a wonderful value. I would have taken him over Caleb Williams around before, over Trevor Lawrence. I personally would have taken him over Jared Gough, both good options. So, yeah, I love that we waited and got Najoku and Jaden Daniels in the ninth and tenth round while loading up on studs at running back and wide receivers. Had this been a live, you know, a live draft, which the computers sometimes get crazy with their second quarterbacks, if we could have waited this long, got Jaden and then Jared Gough on the way back out, I would have been all about that. Now, it is interesting, like no consideration has been given to Justin Herbert.
