Nope. We are instantly put into the predicament. I love it. Yeah. I'm so happy with the way this has started. So this will be fun. You get to come along with us on this ride. The predicament we're in is even funnier to me. I'll tell you why. Alvin Camara goes number one. Number one. In fact, somebody just asked me about this. This is a half point league, two running back, two wide receiver. You got a flex, got a tight end, quarterback five bench. I just got asked.

Is there anything wrong with Alvin Camara going number one? No. No. There isn't. His numbers were much better in my, when I projected him than I even thought they'd be. Camara, I have the Saints, as they almost always do, leading the league in touchdowns on the ground. If you do that and you're the main guy there, you got a shot to be number one every time. Speaking of number one, so we've all, we've been doing our, you know, preseason rankings. Well, I got, do you got Sequin? I thought for sure that Ezekiel Elliott was.

going to be my hands-down number one guy going in. The guy who went number two is actually number one on my board after I've completed my rough draft of statting out every team. That's Christian McCaffrey. He's my number one guy. McCaff-I didn't even ask you that.

That's crazy. And then this is the farthest that I've seen in most mock drafts and, you know, real drafts that I've been doing. Sequin is usually the first one pick. So, I mean, you've got some great running backs up top. And obviously. And we get none of them. I was joking about the wide receivers because it's all running backs. What, the first six picks are running backs? Camara, McCaffrey, Barclay, Elliot, David Johnson. Wow. This is. Melvin Gordon at six. First wide receiver at seven. DeAndre.

Hopkins. Lev Bell went eight. Devante Adams nine. And now there's a huge question, an elephant in the room. And now we're at the 10th pick, our first pick, with Todd Gurley still on the board. Yeah, that's the question. With Beckham on the board, with Michael Thomas and Julio on the board. This is a really, really tough situation to be in. I want what Gurley...

was and what he can be what he is now and will be oh so are you using Oprah's secret over there just putting it out in the universe I think we should take Todd Gurley I can tell you that that's what I would do for sure when I look here because I a lot of those running backs went off the board if they're there I'm taking them over Todd Gurley because they're safe and they have

an upside that is, you know, the last two years, Todd Gurley. They could have that monumental season. I don't think there's, like Joe Mixen is there. I don't think he's going to have the monumental type of season. There's question marks with everybody else. 21 touchdowns for Gurley last year playing 14 games. And there's definitely questions with Todd Gurley. But there's questions with, let's say we want to go wide receiver. Odell Beckham. Well, he's changing teams. Is he, is that good for him? Is that bad for him?

I don't know. I love the talent. He's injury risk as well. So when there's question marks on all these guys. It's Gurley or Julio. Those are the two picks for me. I guess you could throw mixing in the mix. See, and James Connor is firmly entrenched in the mix for me as well. I don't know if I would take him here because we're so close to the edge. And I feel like if I want to go running back, running back that he would be the one more likely to make it back. We will get one of these top whiteouts. Right. With our next pick. Just saying. So like if.

In my rankings, Connor is the highest remaining running back. But the play I would make would be Gurley and then hope I can get Connor on the way back if I'm going to go RBRB. Let's just take Gurley. Yeah, Gurley is a great pick here. Connor gone, Mixing gone, Julio gone, Cook gone. My monologue was so great. It's fine. We get O'Dell Beckham in the second round if we won them. I can already tell. Like, we just finished this initial, these initial stats and rankings. I can already feel like,

I like this mock. I could argue with Mike on the whole show instead. It's already there. The James Connor thing is provoking my internal James Connor ranking because he's not high for me. He's 13 for me. I was waiting for you to chime in and be all anti James Connor. I have not done Pittsburgh, but I'm worried. I am worried. Who have you done? I'm worried about James Connor.

Because right now, the next highest wide receiver that's on my board is clearly O'Dell Beckham. That's who I would take if this is a solo decision. But I wonder after I stat these guys out. It's not Beckham for me. Are you saying that wide receiver? Juju's my number four guy. That's what I'm thinking is going to happen when I get stats to paper and finish that. I've got juju up five. I have Odell Beckham Jr.

At three. I have Beckham at seven. Man. I know. I know, man. I'm voting Beckham. You guys decide. I'm perfectly fine taking Beckham. Because even though he's number seven, I mean, we're splitting hairs right here, and we know what Oda Beckham can do. Yeah, he's a, he's a real true generational talent. If you swap down, every other peripheral piece is the same, we'd all agree Otto Beckham Jr. is the better pure whiteout. That's exactly the point that I was.

So if I was at the 206, it'll be really hard for me to pass Juju for Kelsey. But then right after that, that's where I'm perfectly fine going in on Kelsey. So right now we have Gurley and Beckham, which is ridiculous. Chub went after Beckham.

Michael Thomas, Travis Kelsey, Juju, Antonio Brown, Mike Evans, Damien Williams. Second round mistake pick. Marlon Mack, Leonard Fournette. I just love that it's not me. Adam Thielen. And then two tight-ins. Zacherts, George Kittle, back to back in the third round. So we will not be taking a tight end for quite a while. J. Green. And then Patrick Mahomes off the board. Other wide receiver options that we could be looking at would be an Amari Cooper, who I have higher than I thought I would. He's my number 10 wide receiver. Yeah, he'll end up there. But what level of consistency are you actually going to get? Better than old Amari, but probably still annoying.

I agree with that. I think he will be better. And what you, you know, like if I'm making this pick. Your little brother, he's like two years older. So he's still your annoying little brother, but a little bit more mature. It's not as bad. Right. You know, if I'm between Devons Freeman and Amari Cooper.

And I say those are the two guys I'm picking between. We're so close to the turn where you look at the other, there's four picks away and you say, okay, how many people are left at running back that I like and how many people are left at wide receiver? Because we're not getting both of those guys more than likely. It could work out. But we have to plan to have to get a different running back or a different wide receiver with our next pick. So they look and say how many guys are. I think Devont is the pick. Well, so what are the other running backs available? That we'd be happy with. I mean, Derek Henry is. Gross.

I like... Apparently gross. Not in the third round. Josh Jacobs, who I like a lot. Chris Carson, underrated, but he could probably fall. I really like Chris Carson. I like... Well, actually, let me... I think Devonza Freeman is the guy that we're going to have the most similarities with our ranking. He's at 11 on my board. Somebody, you know, that you get... How many running backs have gone? A lot of running backs have gone. Ten went in the first round, another five in the second round.

another two in the third round. We're the 17th spot at the running back, and he's my number 10 running back. Where do you have Devanta Freeman? 12. So that's a value to me. I have Josh Jacobs one spot ahead of Devantza Freeman. So he's interesting to me there. I don't know that I would take him over Freeman because there's far more risk in the unknown and in the Raiders. But it does say, okay, if we don't take Freeman, if we were to take Cooper.
