Did you really? Yeah, of course. He is the goat of the yak. He is the PPR machine. Of course. That's why I took him. And the thing is, is I needed a fourth wide receiver. This is erroneous. On all accounts. On all accounts. On all accounts. That I know that I can start on any given week. I might not want to start him every time, but I can. Golden Tate is 100% a five catch guy. So I'm taking it. And I took him. And now you have to choose someone else. It was just mucky muck everywhere.

157 passagesI do not like what is happening at the wide receiver position because you got, okay, Shepard. Did you get for taking AJ Green two months ago? Well, I'm pretty happy that AJ Green is one of my starters. Yeah. The consolation giant. The consolation giant. Oh, that would be, how sad of a pick would that be right now? You had to take it. Look, it's not happening. I'll take a quarterback before I do that. But just talking about the top 80P wide receivers here, John Brown.
Very little interest. Anthony Miller, okay, better, closer, warmer. Ah, man. This is no man's land here for the wide receiver. It's tough right now, yeah. Three wide receivers thins it out quick. That's something people need to realize in this format. Was reminded yesterday, and I trivia quiz Jason on this, and he did not recall either. Andy, did you remember that Mike Williams had a thousand yards last year? He had a thousand yards. He didn't score.
Yeah. Wow. Super weird. I know his position here. His situation is much, much different. That's impressive. The rookie wide receivers are there. What about DeAndre Swift? No, I'm good at running back now. The why I brought up Mike Williams is because, look, we've seen Taylor have success with the field stretcher before back when. Sammy Watkins. Back when the Lizard King and him were connected on the Buffalo Bills. Ah, man. You know what? Alan Lazard.
Alan Lazzard is on the board. I think Alan Lazzard would probably make it back to me. Yeah, he's going to make it back. I'm taking the shot, man. I'm taking the shot on Mike Williams here. I'm going to take some upside at the wide receiver position. Not a PPR pick here by any means. Any thought to Drew Brees, Josh Allen there? I thought about it a little bit with my Golden Tate selection, so I was just curious. Not really. Not really.
Well, Alan, Breeze and Ryan went off the board after you made your pick, Mike. Big running back run, J.K. Dobbins, Geis, White, Michelle. You're back on the clock here. We have a few picks left in this draft to round these teams out. None of us have taken a tight-in. None of us have taken a quarterback. It's the ninth round. Both those and a – do we have defense in this league format, Brooks? Who cares? No defense. Okay. Just trying to figure out when I need to take to Sean Jackson. That's all. All right, Mike. You are – you're back on the clock.
I am, and since we're in the area where I am just drafting upside guys. And like with Mike Williams, I don't know if I want to take Deshaun Jackson, you know, very similar archetype players. I've kind of filled that role for upside. Got to play the ADP game a little bit here. This is, I feel like I'm tilting, man.
I feel like I'm tilting. You sound like you're tilting. Because it's a stupid golden tape pick, man. Screwed everything up. I've never seen golden tape. I had to play it. Golden tilt. Golden tilt. Yeah, you can make it. You can make my tilt with some golden tape. Or I'm going to take Antonio Gibson with my next pick. I was going to say, where's, where's Gibson? Just crab Blake Jarwin. I'm not doing that. I'm taking Jalen Rager. Okay. All right. And that's why I brought up D Jaxx. Generally speaking, I'm taking D Jaxx over Rager. But I don't.
really want D. Jackson and Mike Williams on the same roster. Well, I went with Deshawn Jackson right after your Rager pick, and Sterling Shepard went next, so we are Eagles and we are Giants. Jason, you're on the clock. You've got two picks to make here. I do. I've got a couple of picks. I'm going to take my quarterback now because I am a believer in Carson Wins. I think he is a great quarterback. I think he will be great for...
fantasy this season. And when he's great for Ringer, you know, I will get those points. So I am going to go. And at this point, I'm looking at all the wide receivers, the running backs. I feel deep enough to go with the other onesie positions. And there are still guys I really like. So I'm taking Carson Wentz. I'm going to take Jared Cook, who I know he doesn't benefit from PPR, but sometimes with tight ends, you can overdo the PPR thing.
None of them outside of the... There's very few PPR tight ends. Exactly. Exactly. Most of the tight ends outside of the top guys are still not as relevant when it comes to PPR. They're touchdown relevant. And Jared Cook has that upside. Yes. And there's one tight end that I think has PPR upside left. I think Jarvis Landry might miss some time. And despite the fact that you threw cold water on Austin Hooper, in a full PPR league, you're looking at a situation now. Gross.
where there are 11 tight ends off the board, which puts Austin Hooper at about where I have them ranked. In a full PPR, I am quite content to get 60 receptions or however many Austin Hooper gives me here. And so I'm going to take him. Mike, you are back on the clock. By the way, Marlon Mac went at the back of the ninth round. I was thinking about drafting him over to Sean Jackson. Marlon Mack is completely ignored now.
for no good reason. Well, one good reason, Jonathan Taylor. Yeah, I was going to say it's a very large reason. The gap is so significant that I think it's not justified. I think Marlon Mac has every chance. You're saying gap in athleticism? No, I'm saying gap in draft position. In how much he can bench. How fast he is. It's funny how quick Jason went from the biggest Marlon Mac fan. Then Marlon Mac goes out and dominates and then he comes back. Then he comes back the next year and Marlon Mac's irrelevant. When a superhero arrives on the team,
You're like, Hawkeye, we don't need you anymore. The Hulk has arrived. Yeah. Hawkeye, why don't you sit this one out? Go up to your perch. Shoot somebody from a distance. Marlon Mack is now Hawkeye. This is not fair. Yeah.
All right, Mike. Look, he's important to the team. No, he's not. Oh, absolutely. I just watched all the Marvel. He matters. On that arrow here and there? If he was erased, you know how, what, Thanos snaps his fingers? If he had done that in the first ever Avengers movie, you never would have noticed any difference in the outcome. And we all know it. Somebody's not here. Guys, someone's not here. Who is it? Who are we missing? I feel like I've counted. We're at 16. I can't. Who's the 17th guy?
Well, let's go watch the movies. Oh, we're not missing anybody. There's no Hawkeye movie. This movie, Marlon Mack. There's no standalone Marlon Mac movie. Sorry, Marlon. I wasn't fan of you. We've got to wrap it. Yeah, I've been distracted of looking who I'm going to pick. All right, wide receivers. Man, the wide receivers lift are gross. All right. Who's not gross, Jason? I don't want to say because I would like to draw. I'll tell you in about
30 seconds. All right. So Anthony Miller is at least interesting. Oh, Jerry Judy for you. I don't, I don't, I don't get it. I'm not in on the Jerry Judy hype that you just radiate on a daily basis. Do I want to take the chance that Nicole Hardman could be more involved in the offense? Curtis Samuel is an interesting post-hype sleeper to me. And I, oh, goodness gracious, this draft has gone.
Terrible. Well, it's just thinner. When you have an extra starting position, it's just a thinner draft. Yeah. All right. And, okay, I'll look at the quarterback. Stafford is interesting. No, I'm going to take the keel, Harry. Okay. I'm going to take the shot here that the first round rookie will actually come through and do something. I definitely have a player I'm rooting.
To get back to me, but Mike has to pick. No, Hunter Redrow just wins. Oh, I'm sorry, Mike. You are back on the clock, Nikiel Harry. By the way, Alan Lazard, I don't know if you forgot he was still on the board. The problem with me. You could have taken him over to kill Harry. He just went ahead of you in the 11th round. And honestly, I do like him a lot. I have Adams.
So it was like, do I? Yeah, that's fair. Do I have that? Although if Adams goes down like he has lately. Yeah, I'm not going to put insurance out on my wide receiver one. That's not happening. And I'm not going to play any games with you, you hooligans. I know what you're up to. Oh, come on. So I'm taking Antonio Gibson. He was my next pick for sure. I was looking for Jerry Judy and Tonyo Gibson. They're both gone. No fun. Not happening. And I'm going to take Matthew Stafford here. I was hoping he'd slide through.
I thought Mike might take him right there. Stafford was an absolutely dominant fantasy quarterback last year. He has elite weapons. You had DeAndre Swift, a great pass catcher to the mix. And the team won. They had some success with Matthew Stafford competing with Minnesota last year in a couple of shootouts. I think they're going to give him that opportunity again. And he's COVID negative, by the way. Six tests later. This is where, you know, we've said in previous years,
We don't like drafting the backups because in that situation, sometimes you're locking your roster. In this COVID world, I am going for depth. And this year with the top guys, I am drafting backups as the Kenyan Drake owner. I think there's a great time to grab Chase Edmonds, secure that spot. As you were saying that, I'm like, oh, Jason's going to take Alexander Madison, who the wild ride has completed here. Madison, who just went.
at the very back of the 11th round, who earlier in the offseason was going like round seven. All right. Two picks left. Jason, you've got your quarterback. You got your tied in. You can do whatever you want here. I can do whatever I want. Your litter is still. Antonio Gibson is not there, though. Wait. I thought you said I can do whatever I want. I just had to clarify. Oh. So here I am actually going to double up on my backup strategy.
And like you said, Alexander Madison was one of those three guys. Chase Edmonds, Alexander Madison, and to me, Tony Pollard. Those are the three superstar backup running backs who, whether it's injury or COVID, if they are thrust into a starting role, they will be sensational for fantasy. I now have two of them and one of them is my own insurance policy.
Interesting, Andy. Mike saw, I saw Mike smirking. I went with Antonio Brown with my second to last pick. It is a full PPR, three wide receiver, shot at a player that could sign any day and have an opportunity to come back. And sit on your bench for eight weeks at the minimum. Correct. And I'm okay with it. On a five bench. I'm okay with it in a late, late, or I mean, in a higher wide receiver.
league. I mean, am I going to take a shot here at, you know, Denzel Mims or Antonio Brown? I mean, I guess the argument that you'd get to see it pay off sooner. But if, let me ask you this, where does Antonio Brown go if he signs with the Baltimore Ravens tomorrow? So that's the gamble. Yeah, no, I get it. He would have gone well ahead of here. And I would not have drafted Marquise Brown where I did. Right. That is the, that's the scary thing about the Hollywood situation. I think it'll be Seattle.
If he gets signed. Could also be Houston. Yeah. I feel like Seattle and Baltimore, they're the top two options. All right, I have taken my quarterback. I have taken my tight end. I have completed the draft. I grabbed Cam Newton. I grabbed him first because I wasn't going to take the chance that he didn't make it back. I look, all the injury people that I follow and respect on Twitter, they're saying Cam Newton is healthy. Just going from the videos saying the things that they've watched him do with his feet, he wouldn't be able to do that.
if he was still lingering. Love it. And if he returns to form, like, when Cam Newton plays 14 games, he dominates for fantasy. I get that built-in to kill Harry's stack, just a case that goes off. And the late round, tight-in sensation, Blake Jarwin, on my team. Here comes the breakout or the Blake out. The Blake out. Yeah, no, that's terrible. Cam Newton, by the way.
If it doesn't work out, you just move on. I mean, he's a 12th round pick here. So I went with Paris Campbell with my last pick at the wide receiver position. When I took Harry, I was like, man, should I have taken Paris Campbell, the PPR upside? But it was too late. So I'm on the board. There's a couple of guys that I like. Dinsel Mims is there. I have James Crowder. That's too many. I would not do it. That's too many Jets.
For me, I like Leviska Chanel. I've got DJ Chark. I don't want to double up on these. I know I'm taking backups, but these aren't a situation where if the starter goes down, all of a sudden, that backup is phenomenal, guaranteed the way it is at the running back position. So I am going to go with a rookie, a guy that I think is extraordinarily talented, the highest pick for this team after they took the number one pick overall. It is the AJ...
