Coming to you from the Playdraft Studios with your host, Andy Holloway, Jason Moore, and Mike Wright. It's another day at the office. I feel like I'm running at an incredible rate. Oh, getting our workout in.

2:32 ↗

Apparently what happened is I'm over here with my eyes closed because I'm feeling extra tired this morning. So I'm trying to get the blood moving, doing all kinds of weird movements and stretches and exercise. I open my eyes. And the fellas have synchronized with my in-share running. Well, we're always in sync, Mike. Mm-hmm. Mike, the fantasy hitman right, Jason Moore, Andy Holloway. The fantasy footballer's back again for this Friday, December 8th episode of the show.

3:01 ↗

Thank you so much for tuning in, for subscribing, for reviewing, for listening, for being a part of this journey each and every year. Hopefully you had a good start to the beginning of your fantasy playoffs. However, there was a bit of an issue on the field last night. Game Genie himself. Super Camario. You've been saving that? Yeah.

3:26 ↗

Super. That's pretty good. Alvin Camara went down. It's one of those things. Look, a concussion off the field. And look, a lot of Alvin Camara owners were fortunate. They had the buy. Yeah, that's good. And now you have a 10-day break between now. It's the opposite of Mixing's concussion. Mixing got concussed on a Monday, has to play on a Sunday short week. At least this concussion was on a Thursday. And then, I mean,

3:57 ↗

Yes, you don't want a concussion of any kind. I'm saying for next week, if you had the buy with Camara, you should get him back. Yeah, I would assume so as well. It's really unfortunate. This is just part of fantasy football, things that are completely out of your control. Are we going to get to the point where there's a concussion alternate spot? Maybe. You throw it in on your bench and whoever, the first concussion on your team, that player gets to step in for them. Possibly. I like it. Possibly. Are you listening out there?

4:25 ↗

Rather than fix the concussions, we're going to add new spots. And this is on one hand, you just got to say Alvin Camara brought you to the playoffs. You're in the dance. Hopefully the rest of your team is strong enough to withstand that. But that's just so unfortunate. That first drive was unbelievable. I mean, you're like, okay, well, Alvin Camara game yet again. Oh, massive involvement. He went out halfway through the first drive. And.

4:54 ↗

Until halfway through the last drive of the game, Alvin Camara was their third leading receiver in yards. Alvin Camara in half of one drive on the game outscored Tevin Coleman for fantasy. He was going to beast. Yeah, he was absolutely going to beast. And they lost the game. There is. Yeah.

5:16 ↗

There's no way. I feel like there's no way they lost if they don't lose Alvin Camara. I completely agree. Their offense collapsed as soon as he went down. I think Mark Ingram is better with Camara than without Camara because the whole offense is moving and is in sync the way that Drew Breeze uses the running backs to check down. But the good news here, genuinely, is that this happened on a Thursday. It gives you a little bit of insight. Everyone, every single week is going to have a player or two crap your team. You're going to have that happen.

5:45 ↗

Hopefully this is your only one if you had them on your team. But you now know you're in a little bit of a hole in the playoffs. If you have to start them and you're not on a buy so you can make the adjustments to the rest of your roster where you go, I'm going to need a big game out of somebody instead of just a safe floor. All right. We'll talk more about that game. I want to remind you where you can find us on Twitter at theFF ballers. The website's the Fantasy Footballers.com. Our community of supporters is over at Jointhefoot.com. And we're on YouTube.

6:12 ↗

Fantasy Sports Network and a bunch of other places. Another reminder. You think the horn's not coming? Well, I feel like I should give a different announcement just to throw you guys off. No. No. Footclanvote.com. Go ahead and vote for the fantasy footballers for the FSTA Award. Fookland, we need you. We need you on this one. Footclanvote.com. It's just one. Per device. One vote. Per device. Per device.

6:43 ↗

Well, that's true. And it actually helps you because at Footclan Giveaway.com, we're giving away three custom fantasy football jerseys. And one of the ways you can earn entries is by supporting the podcast over at Footclanvote.com. Also, Mike's newest DFS podcast is up on iTunes, on Spotify, on IHeart Radio. Everywhere you can listen to us. You can get the Fantasy Footballers' DFS podcast once a week. I'm going to have to make sure I download and listen to that to see if they say who won last week's Battle Royale. It wasn't you.

7:13 ↗

It was. It was a beast, sir. Oh, was it? Yeah. It was it? And it is brought up. All right. I accept this podcast. Go listen immediately. Download, subscribe and listen to the fancy footballer's DFS show. You did a mighty fine job hosting last week. I got to give you credit for that. All right. It's Friday. Put Clan Friday. Well, if Foot Clan member Rusty Monson had Alvin Camara, this $40 shot baller's gift card will be a small.

7:49 ↗

Very small. A bit of relief from that pain. But Rusty Monson. Monsu! Yeah, reading it, I genuinely thought it was Rusty Monson. That's a great name. Rusty Monson is a spectacular name. And Andy said Rusty Monson, and my initial reaction was, no, you said it wrong. Oh, no. It's Monson. And I look and I laughed because I'm an idiot. No, that's a movie. No, it's a movie for sure. Rusty. The Rusty monsoon?

8:16 ↗

Yeah, it can go either way. I mean, he can either be an action hero or it can be a storm when the clouds drop cars. Yeah, that's dropping. I was imagining the raindrops are full of rust and tetanus. Yeah, you don't, I mean, obviously. All right, congratulations. Carnato. Yeah. Every single Friday, we give away a $40 gift card to shopbillers.com and Rusty Monsoon himself has won this week. All right, other thoughts on the Thursday night game before we turn the page to. Yeah, the big silver lining here.

8:46 ↗

is Michael Thomas owners, because he had a fantastic game, 14 targets, 10 for 117 and a touchdown. And I honestly, I don't see Michael Thomas hitting that line if Alvin Camara had played a full game. So that's the silver lining for the New Orleans Saints offense and the fantasy players. Other than that, I mean. Andrew Breeze had a very fine game at least. I mean, he did what he's been doing, which is.

9:15 ↗

giving you 20 plus points, but 25 or less points. I mean, he's just been middle of the road. Any other thoughts that you guys have? I mean, a good game from Devonta Freeman, a great game. Well, despite the, I would say 24 carries, touchdown. He looked great. Yes, he looked fantastic. But didn't catch any passes. That's the problem is you didn't get any of those just cheap PPR points that you're expecting. I mean, he should have.

9:41 ↗

four or five more points. Yeah, I mean, the play calling is different this year in Atlanta. You know, we could say everything you want to say in the offseason that the new OC is going to come in and run the same system because it was so good last year. But he's a different human being. He has a different brain and he can't run the same plays at the same time because, of course not. And we just need to keep this in mind for future people that come in and say, I'm going to.

10:08 ↗

This is the second year in a row where we've had an offensive coordinator come in and say, I'm going to keep the system that I'm inheriting, and it's been complete and utter shenanigans. No, no, I disagree with you. I disagree with you then. Keeping the system and being a great offense are not the same thing. You can keep a system and fail in executing the system. But, yeah, what I'm saying is that the play calling and system that we saw last year has changed quite a bit.

10:38 ↗

When I look at the offense and how they function in the red zone, it looks different to me this year. Yeah, I can agree with that. Matt Ryan, if you played him, he crapped your team. And I think Matt Ryan was, he made some very poor decisions. He was also a victim of circumstance on that Austin Hooper caused interception.

11:04 ↗

Julio has three touchdowns on the year. He hasn't hit double-digit touchdown since 2012. Jason, bring up the point you brought up in the office because do we need to readjust our thought process on Julio Jones? Yeah, you know, as I was doing my final rankings before the game, I went back and I looked at our consistency charts. I wanted to see, you know, where has he been finishing? And I was a little bit surprised to see on the year. We're in week 14 now. Julio Jones is finished at the week as a wide receiver won. Only two.

11:32 ↗

times on the season. That's in half point scoring. So the touchdowns aren't there. The nice thing is, I mean, Julio is usually still pretty safe, just like last night. 98 yards. You were fine. You were disappointed that you didn't get the monster game, but he certainly was a fine, you know, guy in your lineup didn't crap your team. Yeah, 12.5 points. Other than the injury shortened 2013 where he only played five games, he's on pace for his lowest touchdown total by far.

12:02 ↗

in his career. I mean, he's at 8, 6, 8, 6, and 10 in his other semi-full, full seasons. Now you're at 3, and he was off the field, three consecutive plays when they decided to run multiple linemen out like Tontari Poe and alignment in the back of the end zone. It's just, they're getting too cute down there. Yes. That being said, I do want to give a shout out. Marchion and Lattermore is a good player. Yes, he is. If I were, if, if Drew Brees could go on a time machine and become five years younger,

12:31 ↗

I'd be thinking these saints are here for a while. Marshawn Lattimore was a big part of why I had the faith in the Super Bowl prediction. Yeah, absolutely. By the way, a lot of people, Jason, requesting the last six-week defensive data that you have been providing for us on the match-up show that you got together. I think we're going to try to roll a rolling six-week defensive thing into either the footclam benefits for next year.

12:59 ↗

Yeah, and I just decided that when it's done that. He's just live breaking news. I will say this in the meantime. It's just how we make decisions. Yeah. Just bring it up on the show. Where can they find it right now? Right now, I'm going to tweet it out every week. So I tweeted out last night. If you go to my Twitter, I tweeted out a link to the viewable doc that we use for our shows in prep. And it will always be up to date. That's the nice thing. You do almost what, all of your tweeting from Twitter.

13:28 ↗

I would say 85%. Yeah. So you can always know where to find your tweets. The other 15%, he just shouts out the window. Are you doing it on your Twitter? What's your Twitter? You can follow me on Twitter at Jason FFL. Oh, thanks, man. I'm going to follow you. Let's get into the news. News and notes from around the league. Feels like a Friday, doesn't it? Feels like a Friday. It certainly does. Friday that we all didn't get enough sleep. It was Friday. Yeah.
