I could have just drove right across the street, but I'm like, it's my birthday. Had you eaten dinner yet? Of course I had. Don't be stupid. So this is a fourth meal? You don't deserve it. No, this sucks for Isaiah Crowell. Obviously, the news.

Right afterwards was that crampus is returning. Doug Martin is signing a deal to return to the Raiders. And let's just talk real quick about value, long-term value by Isaiah Crowell. I have him on some dynasty teams. He was only able to find a one-year deal this off season after being cut by the New York Jets in his mid-20s. And running backs just don't come back from a...

from an Achilles tear. Look how long they've been waiting for Deontay Foreman, Mikkel LeShore. I mean, you can go on and on with names of guys who have ruptured the Achilles, torn the Achilles, however you want to say it, and they just don't come back. Do you see any type of world where this isn't the end of Isaiah Crowell's career? No, not really, because you don't just, as a dynasty owner, you don't just need a guy to recover.

And you need a guy to recover and be signed and be relevant. He has to be on a team where he would get carries and be influential. There were question marks about that this year already. They drafted just Jacobs. Asair Crowell was probably just a handcuffed this year before the injury. Do you agree with that, Jason? Oh, 100%. I mean, I've got Crowell in the league that we had a startup dynasty draft in this season. He will not be on my roster in the morning. The Colts have signed. You sure not right now?

Not right now here on the show? Oh, sure. Absolutely. I mean, if Chris Warren's getting the cut, I'll live cut him. Do you feel a little more compassion because of how Crowell went down? I like Crowell. I mean, the guy who's a, it's a success story. I think it would only be appropriate to live cut him. That's all I'm saying. The cults have signed Spencer Ware to a one-year, $1.3 million contract. It's interesting to me only because they kind of kick the tires on a number of running backs this off season, including Jay Ajai.

Apparently they settled on Spencer Ware. This is great news from Martin Mac. I think this is more of an indictment on Jordan Wilkins. They don't think that he can be the proper backup or the proper depth piece. So it'll be Marlon Mack and Naheem Hines to be the primary guys. It's great news from Marlon Mac. I agree. I think it's great news for him. Someone like J.I. Even though it wasn't likely, if you signed him, he has more talent and ability at this age of his career, assuming his knees hold up, that, you know, he was an influential player.

He had big plays. Sure. He would have been more of a threat to every down work than Spencer Will will be to Marlon Mack. And is Naeem Heinz being undervalue. Yes. I know Brooks would say yes. He is a big Heinz fan. Yeah. After we had, we dug in. We all really like Marlon Mac. We decided that he's my guy, one of my guys for this year. Jason was really on board with that. Looking at looking back at the target volume, Marlon Mack.

is not catching any passes. They're all going to Heinz at the running back position. And it'll be a good offense. It's an offense and a team that I just went through and did all my over-unders on win totals. I think, you know... I took the over for the Colts as well. All right, the 49ers head coach, Kyle Shanahan, suggests the third round wide receiver, rookie Jalen Hurd, could eventually move to tight end. He talked about Jalen Hurd a lot yesterday. We talked about Debo Samuel and Hurd.

On the Tuesday NFC winners and losers, what do you guys, his thoughts about heard? I think he's just a really talented, multifaceted player. He's 6-5, yet was a 1,000-yard rusher, and then he goes to wide receiver. Moving him to tight-in, I don't think that that's an indictment. They're not going to have him in line blocking. That's just saying he's basically a fifth wide receiver on the field. And, you know, I think he's just a talented guy. He's not going to be, the problem is he's low in the pecking order.

Right? He's behind Pettus. He's behind Kittle. He's behind Debo. So, you know, there's offenses where you can go three deep, but going four deep is really difficult. All right.
