We are back with a Tuesday episode of the show, November 7th. Waivers on the show today, QB Streamers. Very excited to be here with you. We're going to start off the show. Talk a little bit about Monday night football. Now, Brooks and I, we, you know.

We're dedicated to our craft, and we watched this game last night. I've been telling you that I think Amir Abdullah is very easy to tackle. Sure. Just simple, very, very easy to tackle. He put up a touchdown last night, which makes fantasy owners happy. Very. You know, he's kind of the cleanest shirt on the dirty laundry pile to me. That's what.

Amir Abdullah is. So Brooks and I came into the studio yesterday and we worked on a computer algorithm, a very big system, trying to figure out who exactly can tackle Amir Abdullah. Do you guys want to test it out? Sure. Yeah. I want to just give me a name and I'll tell you whether or not we can put it in the system. Oh, you put it in the computer? We put it in the computer and then we just see if they could tackle Amir Abdullah. Okay. I'm curious, you know, look, it is a little bit past his prime, but Mike Dicka.

Oh, okay. Let me put it in here. Let's see. Mike Dicka, yes. Mike Dicca could tackle Amir Abdullah. He's older. That surprises me a little bit. You guys want to try. Here's one I tried. Current NFL broadcaster, Tony Romo. Tony Romo, he's got a bad back. Could he tackle? Yes. Oh, the back is all right. He could tackle Amir Abdullah. Do you want to try anything else? I've got one. Former U.S. figure skater Christy Yamaguchi. No way. No. Whoa. Yes. Okay. Well, we got to, I want to make sure that this thing's not broken. Okay.

I don't know what you need to type in exactly. I'm not super computer savvy, which is that crumpled piece of paper that knocked over Brooks's giant-based guitar. It took out a guitar. Yeah, we could probably put that in there. Let's see. Yes. All right. Tripped him. He couldn't, no arm tackle from the piece of paper. Last one I tried was former president Jimmy Carter. Jimmy Carter? Yes. Yes. Anybody and everybody can tackle Amir Abdullah.

with just a soft breeze. Oh, yes. Look, it's over. It's over. The Express? Yeah, the Express never got out of the station. Here's the deal with Amir Abdullah. Yes, he scored, and I would try to trade him. Last night in the listener league, Jason and I were facing head-to-head, and he reminded me that I actually had a chance to beat him if Amir Abdullah had a big game.

I had to realize he's never going to have a big game. It's never going to happen. He fumbled two times last night. To be fair, I mean, he was that one fumble away from a very big game because he would have gotten another touchdown. That was on the goal line. Yeah. Yeah. So anyways, thoughts from last night's game, gentlemen, that aren't related to the computer program. It was not a fun game to watch. I'll say that. Brett Hunley is horrific. He is bad at football. Mike McCart that came out and said he is not the problem. Come on. He said,

He said that it's not just a press release comment that Brett Hunley's played a lot better. He's not the problem. Yeah. Well, then I guess it's Mike McCarthy. Yeah. I mean, genuinely, if the head coach cannot realize the problem, then he is the problem. Jordan Nelson, Devante Adams, Aaron Jones, Ty Montgomery. Do you throw your hands up as a fantasy owner with those players rest of season? Yeah, you certainly do. I mean, you have.

Well, you had 10 targets for Devante Adams, seven receptions. That sounds great. That's a really good start. In a PPR league, you were fine with him, but only 58 yards. You had 5 receptions and, or I'm sorry, 53 yards, 58 yards for Randall Cobb. And almost all of that came on one reception where he just broke free. There's no value to these wide receivers. You know, Jordy Nelson owners, 4 for 35.

You would have been better off starting a Richard Matthews than any of these great players because the not problem, Brett Hunley. The not problem is not able to get the ball to them. I'm actually shocked looking at this 245 yards for Brett Hundley. I mean, he clearly p-padded the stats there at the end of the game because I can't remember exactly, but there was a moment where I looked. It was like he had.

seven completions for 20-something yards. And it's like, how is that even possible? Fantasy owners are freaking out about Aaron Jones. Last night was a bit of a disaster for Aaron Jones. The thing is the silver lining of hope is they wanted to feature Aaron Jones. You saw it right at the beginning of the game. He was the starter. He was getting touches on that first drive where they actually were having some success moving the ball.

but the word is on the on the whiffed pass protection which was pointed out on the broadcast uh that kind of got him sat down and brought in time montgomery ended up out snapping him so i i still think that aaron jones is the primary first and second down runner maybe he can't get as much third down work if the the pass protection doesn't improve which is pretty funny considering last year time montgomery was a massive liability in past protection

But he has improved, and that's why he was able to get on the field so much. I look at, you know, I've been telling people a whole time Montgomery because he could still be the starter. And this, to me, looks like a situation where you're not going to get much out of either of them. If we want to talk about something positive, let's talk about Marvin Jones. The number nine fantasy football wide receiver. This is the third week in a row where he has had a fantastic fantasy game. Now, we saw him get hot in the beginning of last year and they completely disappear. So this is not.

saying that he will, you know, stay this hot the rest of the season. He went jacuzzi, you know, where you're, and then you jump right in the pool. But that was winter jacuzzi. Yeah. And so your entire body is full of needles. But yeah, I mean, look, Marvin Jones is a guy that should, you know, he probably is rostered everywhere. Of course he's rostered. And, but he should be started everywhere from here on out. You stay in the flames. You've got three monster weeks in a row. You really, you have four weeks with six or more receptions, too. So, um,

Marvin Jones, you'd rather have him rest of the season than T.Y. Hilton? Probably. I think so. Probably. I mean, competent quarterback play. I mean, you're down games. It goes a long way. Four weeks ago, he didn't get a touchdown, didn't have a huge amount of yards, but he was still six for 54. When T.Y. Hilton has his bad Jacoby percent games now, they're one for two. Right.

I'm a peekbooking. News and notes from around the league. Looking like a bronosaurus over here. I feel like we're going to have further debate in just a moment. About drafts? Not giraffe related. But maybe, you know, Mike Evans, suspended for one game. He's appealing. No other players were suspended, including AJ Green. I'll say his appeal needs to point out AJ Green did not get suspended. Yeah, that's an easy win. See, I'm the only one clearly in this office that didn't.

Like I said, I don't think he's getting suspended yesterday. You did. That's fair. And I think it's for a couple of reasons. One, he was ejected. That's exactly what I think. And I think the second reason is it was provoked. Like, I know that what he did was over the top and insane, right? Some kung fu fighting. But it was provoked, and it was a cheap little shot from Jalen Ramsey right there. And those had probably been happening all game long. And I just think that...

The ejection kind of took care of the punishment. And so, and he was very like straightforward and remorseful. Now, Mike Evans was too. But Mike Evans wasn't ejected. Mike Evans also blindsided somebody that didn't see it coming. I don't, it's very possible the suspension gets overturned. But I think right now you're without it. It's all related to me to the ejection is for Mike Evans. I mean, he probably at this point wishes he got kicked out of that game because it was over.

And now the team actually needs him this upcoming week with Ryan Fitzpatrick. Yeah, James Winston shut down for at least the next two weeks if you haven't heard. And it's at least. This is not a good situation for a losing team if you're counting on James Winston. But I think Mike Evans will have to sit for a week. Predictability for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has gone out the window at this point. Good luck. And if you continue to have a season that.

is in the dumps. You're going to see experiments with players at the running back position that hurts Doug Martin. You're going to see maybe Chris Godwin hit the field a little bit more. But you've got to pay attention there. Deshawn Jackson, they play the Jets this week. He's a start if Mike Evans is off the field. The targets have been there. Maybe he finds something with Fitzpatrick was willing to just chuck it. Whereas Winston and him didn't have a report. Ian Rappap report reports to Teddy.

Bridgewater. Love it. Is expected to be activated by Wednesday? Might not start week 10, but I just, I love the fact that he is back. He's a great guy. Good old Teddy two gloves. I think we all had it in the back of our minds that we may never see him play football again when that injury happens. So it's great to see. You never know how much work goes into these recoveries. You just hear, oh, a guy's back, and you don't think of the fact he's.
