And we're back. Andy Mac and Jason, the fantasy footballers, Thursday, October 19th, 2017. And we've got a game tonight and a number of games this week. So today is our fantasy forecast. Starts of the week. We'll get into the matchups. We'll get into the players we love for week number seven. And hopefully we can help you win this week. We can be your guiding light. Sherpa. Yeah. Yeah. And so I don't touch that rock. Yeah, that one's loose. It's dangerous. Jason, how are you feeling this morning a bit disheveled? I'm, well, to be fair, that's pretty par for the course. Feel disheveled most of the mornings. Default state. I feel great. I'm so pumped for football tonight and I had.

virtually no sleep. Yeah, your family is moving. Yeah, it takes a lot of work to. What's that new address, Jason? Yeah. One, two, three, Sesame Street. Wow. Yeah, we got children. I've been there. Nice. HOA is bad. Yeah, H.O.A. is bad. And there's what people don't know. This guy living in a garbage can. It takes a lot of money to pay random strangers to be nice on the streets of Sesame Street. Yeah. Birds and. Yeah, that's.

Snuffle off of us. Disturbing. All right, quick question of the day comes in off of Twitter. Take that Sesame Street. Got you. This one comes in from at Padam's 36. He says, how do you, how does your approach to waivers, trades, start, sit, decisions change based on your record? And we could throw in their redraft keeper dynasty. How does your philosophy change? Maybe you're in a couple of leagues. Maybe one of your teams is five in one and another league. You're three and three.

Yeah, I mean, I think when you are off to the races, 5 and 1, 6 and 0, and you are looking like you're a lock for the playoffs. Now, don't ever assume that that is the case because, you know, things can always go south quickly in fantasy football with an injury or two. But it does afford you the opportunity to take some risks and maybe take on a, let's say a player in your league really needs a win this week.

And they've got a really good player on buy. Well, they have to manufacture their win. So you can go buy that player that they would not normally trade to you, for example, because they're not going to get any value out of them this week. And you could take that hit, even if it costs you this week, if it's going to make your team take it to another level. But I would just caution people on that type of a strategy. Only do that, you know, take that loss.

Only in the situation where you are truly, you don't think, I think my team's a little better. But you're going, okay, I might take a loss, but my team's going to be a monster team going forward into the playoffs. You got any thoughts, Mike, on how your philosophy changes based on your record? I mean, it's just, we're talking, if we're talking redraft keeper, dynasty. I mean, you just, as a redraft league, no, nothing is particularly special. I'm just trying to win.

all the time, all the time. But in a keeper league, you do have to factor in how many guys are kept. Don't over-emphasize it because in a keeper league with three or less, things change dramatically. And in the span of a couple of weeks, a guy who was, oh, I'm keeping this guy. And no, I'm not. So, but you still need to position yourself with next year in mind. Yeah, I, I, I,

Look at Eddie Lacey in Dynasty leagues a couple years ago, look like a locked and loaded superstar for multiple years. There is definitely a bird in the hand aspect to all of these league formats because it's fun to project. It's easy to project. Maybe you trade the world for Trey Cohen after week two. And then it gets a new quarterback and everything changes for him. It's a good point. permanently marking my body. Okay. All right. I just thought you were an all-in kind of guy. I do have 11 on my back, though. For Larry? Yep. You got the full jersey tat on the back? Yeah. It's been long enough. I guess we used to joke about Jeremy Hill. Being tattooed all over your body. And then I had to scrub it off with a rock. You'd rather have a big scab than Jeremy Hill on your body at this point. All right. Andrew Luck. This is big news, guys.

Not good. Not good. If you didn't, I didn't want to talk about it. He's experienced soreness in the, he's had a setback. Soreness in the arm, in the shoulder. So now is it, the question's coming in, can you drop Andrew Luck? If you're in a redraft, do you drop Andrew Luck? And what are we expecting going forward? Because there are rumors of him not playing in 2017 now. Yeah, if I don't have an IR spot.

then I think I would drop Andrew Luck at this point. He has waited so long, and they have taken every step along the way to be as cautious as possible and then to have the setback this deep into a season where I do realize that division, even with how Houston's looking, the Colts are still in the mix, but I have a feeling three weeks from now.

which would be, I imagine, like the earliest fathomable time that he would, that Andrew Luck would be back. The Colts are probably going to be close to out of the race for that division. So if that's the case, do you bring Andrew Luck back for the last like, you know, four games of the season if it's not going to help you? That division is wide open. No, I know it is right now, but the team is not good. I mean, they're not that bad compared to the division. I mean.

Every team has a problem in that division. And you've had a defense in Houston that's gotten much worse. What are all the teams three and three? Something to that degree. One three and two. The others are three and three. I mean, you're right. The odds of Lux relevance have reduced tremendously, regardless of record. Yeah. And if you don't have that IR spot, then it's difficult to take up a piece of you are playing handicapped against all of your league mates. One less flyer spot at a.

you know, a great handcuff running back that could explode with an injury. You know, would you rather have a Corey Davis or an Andrew Luck? Would you treat it the same way, though, if we thought Aaron Rogers is coming back for that same span, potentially? Well, I think the problem is we don't know what that same span is. If we knew, okay, he's coming back in three weeks, then I would keep holding him. But when you've had a setback after seven weeks missed with just practice,

Yeah, it's unfortunate for T.Y Hilton owners. It's unfortunate for Moncrief investors. For those that love relying on pieces of the Colts, you can't rely on them. We've seen Hilton have big games, and then we've had him disappear. He's been very inconsistent with Brissette. Andre Ellington and Kelvin Benjamin not only didn't practice on Wednesday, didn't practice on Thursday. So both have missed time. Tomorrow's our official in-and-out segment. However,

You know, Kelvin Benjamin missing two days a week, you know, not being on the injury report the last two weeks. I guess it adds to my Devin Funch's love for this week. Yeah, it's really interesting that he's appearing now. So at this point, it's just watch him closely. We were not expecting this to happen. Yesterday could have been, you know, that Veterans Day Off mindset. But today it doesn't seem that way. All the time. All the time. But when you miss a Thursday, then you go, oh.

Okay. Let's see if he gets a limited practice in. Otherwise, you're scrambling for an option at this point. DeMarco Murray didn't practice? Say it like that. I'm not worried about it. That's just DeMarco Murray dealing with a hamstring getting Wednesday off. Would you rather start DeMarco Murray or Derek Henry this week against Cleveland? DeMarco Murray. I would still rather start Murray at this point. You guys have any other news you want to get into before we talk matchups? No. All right.

Well, then let's talk matchups. Fantasy forecast. All right, the week seven buys. It is Houston, Detroit. That's it. Next week is a big one. I was going to say prepare yourselves for next week. By apocalypse. I don't understand the scheduling. Yeah, it is worth mentioning. Take a look at your league and your matchup next week. And if you can make a waiver move right now to prepare yourself,

or a trade right now ahead of this week to look for next week. You can buy wins because there's a lot of teams out there that are going to be missing three or four players on their roster. It's going to be, you know, dumb luck right now as to which teams in your league are affected, but there's several teams on by. Cardinals, Packers, Jaguars, Rams, Giants, Titans next week. So that's a six-pack of bye weeks.

All right. Any further updates you guys want to mention for tonight's game, the Chiefs and the Raiders? Anything new? Go, Mark Cooper. Is that just trying to encourage? I'm just trying to motivate.
