Favorite rookie that isn't a first round ADP. And by ADP, we're talking average draft positions. And by first round, we're speaking exclusively of rookie drafts. We're talking about the top. So who's your favorite NFL rookie for fantasy? And I'm going to condition this on value in a redraft league. Somebody that could have value this year. Well, that changes my answer completely. Oh, my answer still holds up. Yeah. Well, I mean, the whole point of asking whether they're a steal.

Okay, I'll let you answer either way. That's fine. Either way. But not the first 12 off the board is what we're saying. The first 12 rookies would go in that rookie first round. I can give you two answers. Yeah, all the top running backs and the tip top of the wide receivers are gone. And there's some players that kind of jump out at you then, you know, Anthony Miller, Chicago wide receiver. He's not going in that first round. A lot of people like him. Here's a guy. I've got a left field guy, but go ahead, Jason. Yeah, you do, which I disagree with.

wholeheartedly, but that's fine. That makes me feel good about my pick, so thank you. The guy that I think is probably one of the most underrated guys right now is Dante Pettis. Dante Pettis is, he didn't get a lot of press before the draft, so people weren't talking about. Who's Dante? Who's Dante Pettis, Jason? Dante Pettis is the wide receiver now playing for the San Francisco 49ers. The San Francisco 49ers traded up.

in the draft to go get him in the second round. This is high draft capital, and this is a team that needed a wide receiver. People expected them to be in the market for Alan Robinson and all, you know, Sammy Watkins. San Francisco needed one because Pierre Garsohn is older, and Marquis Goodwin was a nice fill in, but he's a field stretcher. He's not a, he's not, you know, a 100 plus target type of receiver. So they trade up to get Dante Pettis, who was a very good.

producer in college. Great production. Some people out there really respected draft community guys like Matt Waldman had him as their number one wide receiver on the board, like out of all of them. And here he goes. Right now he's the 11th wide receiver being taken in fantasy drafts, despite the fact that the NFL thought he was the fourth best receiver to take. He's got path to... Yeah, path to opportunity, up and coming quarterback, up and coming...

team with a good head coach. I love that. There's all the reasons for that to be an actually good thing you set out loud, Jason. Yes, I finally did it. And if you are in a league that rewards special teams, he will almost definitely be utilized in that way as well. Yeah, my left field pick, I thought about going to Heem Hines in Indianapolis. Which I would enjoy very much. Because he's a good one. He's very much in the...

In the running for me, Marlon Mack, I was bringing this up roller on the way to lunge. Marlon Mack was 3.8 to carry last year, and that was with four runs of 20 plus, or six runs of 20 plus yards. If he doesn't burst the big play, he's not doing it between the tackles down to down. And not that I think the tiny Nahim Hines can do it, but I think there's opportunity for him to be that Tareke Cohen type guy. But now that's cheating because I got two answers. The one I'm going to bring up is Kalem Belash. Arizona State.

runs upright, which is not necessarily conducive to, you know, breaking through tackles and things like that. And straight, runs straight? Yes. He still had a really good three cone. If you look at his three cone numbers, he's 69% thought. Yeah, which is bizarre when you watch them on film. And that's kind of, I'm getting to my point here, which is that I think there's opportunity in Miami for somebody to break out. And I think the body, literal body of Kalin Belage, I think we're going to see it.

in the NFL more than we saw it in college. I think he was built to play in the NFL. I think he's built to be a potential every down runner. So when you talk about a second, third round steal, he's at the back of the second round in dynasty rookie drafts, which, by the way, he's going ahead of Naheem Hines, which surprised me. But I think Caleb Lodge is a potential redraft sleeper. So my guy who, because I thought this was the question, which is who's your favorite rookie that isn't in the first round?

And I went with Deshawn Hamilton because you're talking. Who's Deshaun Hamilton, Mike? Thank you for asking, Andy. I appreciate it. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos. And you're getting him in rookie drafts. What position does he play, Mike? Wide receiver. Okay. All right. I'm helping to be. I'm getting there. Well, you got to start it. You got to let me spin the yarn. You got to let me tell my tail of Deshaun Hamilton. In rookie drafts, you're going to, you should be able to get him.

in the third round, maybe even later. I've seen him in some fourth rounds. Out of Penn State, Matt Harmon, best friend of the show, reception, talked about Deshawn Hamilton as one of the most pro-ready wide receivers because his route running is his technician level is already pro-ready. Now, he slipped a little bit in the draft. His production profile is not very large from college, but the quarterback play.

A little sketchy up there. So for where he went to this team of the Denver Broncos, he will be in play next year. This is not an immediate thing. This is fill up your stable. Let him gain value. And I'm just very, very interested in players like this, like Hamilton and Chris Godwin last year, who are great wide receivers.

But you're going to be able to get a good value on them because you have to wait. You're planting the apple seed. You're not going to get any fruit this season or it's very unlikely. But it is very likely that the Broncos move on from either Demeris Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders, or both next year. You just hope that the seed doesn't grow up into like Cody Latimer or something. Sure. That's the hope. But the reason why I like.

Hamilton is because this isn't this isn't Equanimia St. Brown. It's not a freak athlete who is just getting drafted because of that. He's getting, he is an excellent wide receiver already. Let him work in the pros and build in it like Antonio Brown style. So I think Hamilton is a great stash later on in your rookies. You heard it here. Hamilton, the next Antonio Brown. Quote me. All right. There's no.
