is insanity. Drew Breeze, when he set the single season record, for completion percentage, it was 72%. So opposing quarterbacks for Tampa are breaking records. Here's conglomerate breaking records. So last year, if you look at the Buccaneers defense, they were the worst in the league against the wide receiver. In fact, they gave up so many points of the wide receiver that they were the second best against tight ends, not because they were a great defense, just because it was too easy. This is how bad they've been this season.

Like you said, the quarterbacks. They are the worst in the league to the quarterback position. They're the second worst at giving up fantasy points to the wide receiver position, but they have topped last year. They said, we can give it up to both positions. Tight ends. Carlos Hyde has been very bad when it comes to efficiency numbers. Pretty good when it comes to fantasy on the season because he's been saved by touchdowns. I think, you know, you can start him because of his volume. I mean, last week was the least. He's very loud. I liked it.

I liked it more than I should have. You did. That was not that funny, but it hit me right in the tickle bone. Yes, his volume has been very loud. Last week, he was. You pointed to your chest, like there's an actual bone inside of your chest that is for tickles. Yeah. His biology is troublesome. Your heart is a bone now. Ah, for the moment along. Carlos Hyde. Keep digging. Yeah. Last week, they turned down his volume. The.

you know, to the lowest level, which was 14 carriers, there's still a good number of touches. I'm always going to be fine playing a guy who has the chance at the touchdowns who's getting the volume and a high over under. I'm okay with it. Mike, I know you've been on the Nick Chub watch. You believe he'll take over. I do not. No, no, I'm not saying I believe he'll take over, but he could. Sure. Absolutely. It's in the realm of possibilities. He has the talent and, you know, we, and Carlos Hyde, like we've said.

has been very inefficient. I don't know if the coaching staff wants to make the change because Carlos is the season veteran getting paid to play. One of the takeaways this season, we even wrote this down, you wrote this in your book, is the fallacy of rational coaching. You know, we look at this player should be starting. Why isn't Aaron Jones getting more work? Why is it Carry on Johnson getting more work? Why isn't Nick Chubb the guy?

And we assume that the coaches will look at the metrics, look at the data, and make the rational choice that we believe is rational. And that's just not something you can bank on. So you have to say what's been happening, what have the coaches been doing? And do they have a reason to change it? And I don't believe they do. So I'm fine starting Carlos Hyde. We expected some Ronald Jones last week. We didn't get it. Instead, we got a very good game from Peyton Barber, which made fantasy owners kind of scratch their head and say, well, do I play this guy? Do I play?

Peyton Barber this week against Cleveland. Do you play Peyton Barber or Edo Smith this week? Oh, that's a good. That's a great question. I would go Edo. I'm going to go Barber. It's very close. I mean, it's a desperation play, but the Browns are 24th in terms of allowing points to, or I'm 26 to the fantasy running back. So I'm okay if it's desperate. And David and Joku is a weekly start.

What about Peyton Barber over Lamar Miller? I would probably still go Miller. Yeah. And James Winston? James Winston, I would play over either of those guys. Oh, okay. No other thoughts on James. Now, the Browns have been pretty good against the quarterback. They've got, you know, a monster pass rush right now. But you're going to continue with James. He was great the second half when he got in. Obviously, last week after the buy was.

Was he the number one quarterback last week? He was number one or number two. And, yeah, I think you can stay with him. What about Chris Godwin? He's that bubble. I would be willing to flex Chris Godwin. As a three, yeah. Okay. Let's move on. The four and one Saints take on the four and two Ravens up in Baltimore. This is a 49.5 point over under. I'm taking the under in this game. Firmly. Firmly. I, look, I've been proven wrong.

Many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many times. And nobody does it better than Drew Brees. But I have a lot of hesitation starting Drew Brees in this game against Baltimore's defense. Coming off an 11-sack performance at home, Drew Brees has had his road troubles in the past. And you don't have Ted Ginn. Look, he's never beaten the Ravens. Well, there you go. There's another. Really? I know. There's another factoid for you. So I do. What?

I do have my hesitation there. I don't think that, look, Baltimore is allowing the fewest yards per game, the second fewest passing yards per game, the third fewest rushing yards per game, and the fewest points per game. They're a defense that I would actually start against the Saints. I don't blame you. I would do it. And I am doing it in Listener League. I signed them to play against the Saints because, look, it's not on paper normally a good matchup. You know, normally you're playing the matchup on the defensive side. This time I'm playing the defense.

And I think that's reflected in our rankings. Where do you guys have Drew Breeze? I've got him right now at quarterback 11. So, I mean, fringe QB1. I have him at 13. Yeah. So it's not the normal. A, it's a week of football. That means Drew Breeze is in the top five right now.

Right, but if you were holding on to Carson Wins and playing Drew Brees during those weeks, are you playing Carson Wins against Carolina? I am playing Carson Wins against Carolina. I would put, I think the closest guys, the Phillip Rivers, Matthew Stafford, those questions, I would play those guys over Drew Brees. I don't think that a 30, 40 point.

performance is in the realm of outcomes for Breeze here. Now, it could be, but it seems like that's low odds. I agree. One player I want to bring up in this matchup, look, you're starting ingram and you're starting Camara. Yeah. So those aren't debates, and we talked a little bit about Meredith, and we talked about Treyquan Smith already. On the other side of the ball, though, I want to talk about Willie Sneed. Oh. Do you got the need yet? Do you got the need for Sneed? Look at this, look at this baseline that you seem to be getting with Sneed.

Last three games, seven targets, seven targets, ten targets. Reception, six, five, seven yards, 56, 55, 60. Every time I watch the game, he's the third down monster. You play him over Godwin or you just in general? I would play Willie Sneed over Godwin. I would play Godwin over Sneed. Yeah. The Saints are really hot or cold, though. When the defense implodes, it's game on for the other.

It's not, it's not linear, but it's been, I think there, I think by the end of the season, we won't just be seeing the New Orleans Saints defense as one that you just play everything against. As far as the running game at home, Baltimore.

The New Orleans Saints have not been one of those teams that have given up a lot to the running game, partially because they've given up so much through the air. But as far as the defensive line versus the offensive line, pro football focus tracks the individual players and the matchups right across from them. And the third best matchup for run blocking efficiency is Baltimore. You saw last week Alex Collins got the workload. He was past the grumble.

I think this could be a good game for Alex Collins is my point. You can't play Buck Allen after what happened last week at all right now. You guys disagree with that assessment.
