Lashon Daniels Jr. from Iowa. By the way, he was a free agent pickup by the Patriots originally. So you know nothing about him. I could tell. No, I don't. I do not. Nobody does. They've lost what? Chris Thompson. Rob Kelly. Marshall. Byron Marshall. And they knowingly lost Matt Jones. So and then if P. Rhine's out, I mean, you're talking about.

134 passagesFifth and six on the depth chart here. You got to take a look in the mirror and figure out what's going on. Who is in charge of the, yeah. Oh, there's one trainer I can think of. LaShawn McCoy. I'll keep it to myself. LaShawn McCoy limited on Thursday. He's playing. LaShawn and LaShawn McCoy had his moment yet again last week where he goes down and you're like, oh, this is it. He's hurt. He's out. He missed a play. Rex Burkhead. Oh, he's not playing. James White. In. Chris Ivory.
I don't think it matters because Fortnite is back. Austin Eckler might play. What happened here? Broke his hand, but they did not put him on IR. Now he's a game time decision. You're a running back. If you have a broken hand, this is just out. I can't imagine. So you're taking the outside. I cannot imagine being a coach in the NFL going, okay, my running back, who needs his hands to hold on to the ball.
And one of them is broken. I don't care what kind of numbing you're going to do to that guy's hand. There's no way I'm putting him in there. All right. Wide receivers, DeAndre Hopkins. In. Julio. In. Muhammad Sunu? In. Devin Funchis. He did not practice, but he says he's good to go. All right. What about Amari Cooper? He hasn't practiced yet. This is a kind of a wait and see type of thing. I've got him as in. Yeah, I have him as in as well. Chris Hogan?
Oh, he's tough because he's on the New England Patriots limited on Thursday, so he's at least practicing. He could go either way. I can't get a strong gauge on it. All right, D-Jax. I'm saying out. I lean out as well. He did not practice again today, Friday, by the way. Devante Parker held out of practice on Thursday. I think he'll play. Okay. In. Marquis-Slie is out. Yes. Alan Hurons. He's returned to practice. I do believe he plays, though. Jimmy Graham. In.
Charles Clay. In. Cameron Bray. He's, I think he will play, but you absolutely have to monitor. He, if you recall, during the game when O.J. Howard left the game and now he's on IR. Cameron Bray also left that game for a period of time. He did come back. So pay attention, but I believe he plays. And then Travis Kelsey missed Wednesday and Thursday with an illness. Oh, he's down with the sickness. But he's disturbed. He should be played. Thank you, Mike. Thank you.
And we'll have more game day alerts on Jointhefoot.com before Sunday's kickoff. That's it for in and out right now. Let's go ahead and jump back into the forecast. Fantasy forecast. Are you prepared for all these games, Mike? Are you ready to go? I'm always ready. We've got a big slate here. If you want to go all 16 games, you're still ready. Yeah. All right, the Falcons, 9 and 5 take on the Saints. This is one of the more exciting games of the weekend. Saints are 5.5 point favorites. 53 point over under.
This game's at home in New Orleans. And, man, what are we expecting to see? Are you expecting Vegas to be right about the over-under here? Will this be, you know, a high-flying game? I know the Saints just lost Kenny Vicaro. That's a pretty big deal for the Saints to lose him. He's an excellent, excellent player in the secondary. I'm actually going to take the under, but that does not believe, or that does not mean I'm not buying into this as a great fantasy game. I'm just, I'm not.
I'm not buying the 53 points because it's the divisional matchup. These things get wacky. Like they get wacky to the point if we had the Giants play the Eagles. That went out of control. And then you have the game where the chargers are just steamrolling people go into Kansas City and completely fall apart. So with that, I'm just, I'm taking the under, but I like.
Of course, the running backs for New Orleans. Michael Thomas historically in his short career has been dominating the Falcons. I mean, it's a very small sample size, but he destroys them when he plays. Over on the Falcons side, though, this is, it's interesting because Freeman is in, Julio Jones is in, but do you want to play any of these secondary options? I mean, Tevin Coleman.
It's frequently a good play. I believe he's even a running back two on the season. That's a little bit inflated when he was the full-time guy. So would you rather take a guy like him or one of the spot starter situations like an Elijah Penny? Like, Oof, Capri Bibbs. Or do you just go with what you know with Kevin Coleman? He's missed a week. We saw Freeman come back after a miss week and be good. Honestly, if Kerwin Williams is in fact out and it's just it's Elijah Penny at home versus the Giants, I would play him.
I would take that volume over to Evan Coleman. Okay. And then as far as Sunu goes, he's a wide receiver three. Yeah, I agree with you. He has touchdown upside every week. Matt Ryan just continuously forgets to change his pants. I mean, they reek at this point. Vegas expects a lot of points.
I expect a lot of points. This is a 9 and 5 team. Reeking, you mean fantasy-wise. Yeah, of course. That's what I mean. But what do you do with Matt Ryan? There's going to be points, but can you play Matt Ryan championship week? He's let you down over and over and over. Would you play him over Derek Carr against Philly? I'd probably play Matt Ryan. The battle of disappointing options. Would you play Dak Prescott at home against Seattle? Yes. I would play Dak over, Ryan.
And would you play Eli Manning against Arizona or would you play Matt Ryan? That's very close. I think I'd play Matt. I think divisional game I would take Matt Ryan. Woof. Man, over Eli Manning. I get the call there. All right. You're looking at auto starts here. Michael Thomas, Mark Ingram, Alvin Camara. Camara averaging 60 receiving yards per game since week 12, second best in the league. Drew Breeze, auto start.
Yes. I like Bruce. Falcon's defense giving up 20 points per game right now to Drew Breeze. And to be, I'll be fair for Drew Breeze. His pants aren't the cleanest. Sure. But this, I believe, is a matchup where I want to play him at home with the amount of scoring, I believe that the Saints will be putting up. I think that Breeze is at least a top six option. Okay. Okay.

fighting for their playoff lives against the 5 and 9 Jets. The Jets, they put up a heck of a fight last week against the Norland Saints in a game. I don't think anybody expected them to be competitive in. No. They are seven-point underdogs at home in this game. You know, we know that the Chargers traveling. That could be an issue. But I like Philip Rivers, Melvin, Gordon, Keenan Allen, and company to take care of business here. Hunter Henry is out. Do not play him. You will get zero points. It's not optimal.
The one thing that's neat about Philip Rivers right now, he's averaging 13.8 yards per completion since week 12. It's number one in the NFL. And so that puts a guy like Tyroo Williams on the radar. If you need a, you know, if you look at the Jets defense, middle of the pack against wide receivers, not a great defense against the fantasy quarterback, there's a chance that Tyroo Williams breaks free. He's done it before. Certainly. I think that will help Philip Rivers get those numbers up. So is there something on the...
You know, what do you think of Antonio Gates in this game? I think the Jets in the last six weeks have been shutting down the tight end. But once again, the tight end numbers are you have to look at who they have played because on the season, the Jets are 22nd against the fantasy tight end. So I think Antonio Gates is an interesting option here because you know that the touchdown upside exists. I'm not expecting a ton of volume to go.
to go his way. So it's desperation at best for me, for Antonio Gates. Yeah, I agree. Bryce Petty and company. Yeah. Not a lot of confidence out of that backfield. I think Blah Powell's the best running back to start in this game. I would agree. And then otherwise, I don't really want to touch anybody. The Chargers are playing for their lives. You know, Robbie Anderson, do you feel like you? The volume will be there.
for Robbie Anderson. Bryce Petty goes to him. Do you like him more than a Tyrell? Yes. Okay. I think that he's just safer. I mean, last week, here's the thing, against the Saints. Robbie Anderson was only five for 40. However, five catches, though. I mean, that's not bad. Yeah, but I'm saying it's not terrible, but 12 targets. Wow. The volume will be there for Bryce, for, for, for Robbie Anderson. So that puts him very firmly ahead of the Mohammed Sunnu.
Well, you know, area. Also, will that will be with Robbie Anderson is, is Hayward. Casey Hayward. Casey Hayward, one of the best corners in the league. So that's, I expect something similar from Robbie Anderson, around five, 50 yards, double digit targets, a chance at a touchdown because Robbie Anderson could, he could slip by Casey Hayward, Tyree Kill style. So a wide receiver three.
I think that's good analysis. I agree with you there. The Rams are 10 and 4. They're taking on the Titans who are 8 and 6 and 6.5 point home underdogs. 48.5 point over under. Weather should not be an issue in this game. And Jared Goff and company trying to take care of business. Jared Goff, Todd Gurley. You know, yesterday we talked about the fact the Titans defense is second against running backs. With Todd Gurley specifically.
How much do you really read into those metrics because of his involvement in the passing game? That's an area where the Titans haven't been good. And you think about them, they're 30th against tight end, right? And really that speaks to a middle of the field vulnerability. And that's where Gurley has made, you know, they're so creative in getting them out of the backfield, delays, screens. Do you have any concern with Gurley? Is there any tempering of expectations because of that?
you know, number two ranked Titans running back defense over the last six weeks? I think I might have to downgrade Todd Gurley to like my number two or three running back on the week. Which makes you feel good because you're playing him in Dynasty, right? Yeah. You sure you don't want to play like Capri Bibbs over Todd Gurley? You know how many touchdowns Gurley has this year? Too many. 17. 17. And I was just sitting back and look, this is... My goodness. This is genuinely not trying to be like...
