for anything. So, yeah, to me, if he was on my roster right now, I'd be, I'd be shopping them, seeing if I can capitalize on a couple of good fantasy performances. All right, let's take a break and talk Thursday night. Thursday night breakdown. The Pittsburgh Steelers, two and one, guys, taking on the two and one Cleveland Browns. Here we are. AFC North Battle, Pittsburgh minus two and a half on the road, over under 38 and a half.

133 passageswhich is right about where the average overrunner is for every Pittsburgh Cleveland game for the last five years. And the last two games last year were at 38 and 34. So here we are. Two teams above 500. Deshaun Watson on a two-game winning streak. Aaron Rogers got it done last week. First 290 and three game in, what, five years? So fantasy-wise, Mike, you'll, you know, you'll do the morbid.
Told you so with Quinchon Judkins right now. 35th in yards per carry, 35th in rush success rate, 35th in yards before contact. That's bad because there's only 36 in the sample. So that's pretty much the worst starting running back. If you want to make the case against Ollie Gordon, you got it. You got it right here where I don't think any of us think Quenchon Judkins is the 35th best running back in football from a talent perspective. But on this,
team in this situation with what they're able to do with the offensive line he is really entering the don't mess around with category which sucks it really it does because he's he's a better player than what he is able to do right now but the path forward i mean we got 18 carries so 20 opportunities last week against carolina yeah that must have been a bunch of fantasy points right i mean you're the top 24 but
You have to sheer volume your way there. And he will get a couple touchdowns along the way. But overall, it doesn't feel great. This game is disgusting. Dude, who's going to win? The Steelers are going to win. No, they're not. What? No, they're not. Not the fans. No, not the fans. Wait, you think the Browns are going to win this game? I do. Oh, man, I really don't. Since the Browns can't run the ball, they've been passing the ball okay.
the last couple of weeks. Deshaun Watson has looked. I'm thinking through this. I think I'm with Mike. However, the passing defense for the Pittsburgh Steelers this year has been phenomenal. It's been... T.J. Watt's been awesome. I mean, it's just... They're a very difficult team to throw the ball on, and so I don't think Deshaun Watson's going to be able to succeed there. Judkins hasn't done anything, and their defense is not what it was with Miles Garrett. So I think this is definitely the Steelers win this game. So we're split on that, but...
for fantasy purposes. There's not a lot of Star Sid decisions. Jalen Warren? Jalen Warren is talent and volume. You have to play him. He looked amazing last week. The two players I want to apologize to the most right now is like Jalen Warren and Kyron Williams. Like three weeks into the season. From an efficiency standpoint, both are better than I thought they'd be. Yeah. Warren certainly got his opportunity with Rico being out. And Warren...
Warren's always been a great player. So with him getting everything, it totally makes sense. I mean, on the Steelers side, are we playing any of these wide receivers? No. You're still trying to see how it's going to shake out? I do think the targets say that you can play Matt Kaff. You know, he's on pace for what? Like 136 target? No, look, he scored last week.
I'm not wanting to. I'm just saying that like if I had to, if I'm in that category of just I don't know players. Dude, I mean, he's on pace for 136 targets. So that's where it's like, okay, that's, that's a wide receiver one, maybe a wide receiver two. He's also on pace for 550 yards. Do you want to make this game interesting, Jason? Yeah. Let's do, I dominated you last week on a $100 bet.
If you remember. Yes. I took Bryce Young and he took Justin Herbert. And they were a point apart. They were a point apart. And it was not a lot of points. Yes. But I dominated. I got $100. So I've got house money here. I'll bet you Browns versus Steelers. Oh, okay. I think the Browns will win the game. And the reason I think they're going to win the game is, you know, you made a good point. They might not be able to pass the football. I think they'll hit the under in this game, by the way. Yeah. Oh, it's going to be disgusting. It's going to be gross. But the reason I think is that.
The pass rush and the defensive line for the Browns at home, where they're, by the way, 7 and 0 in the last 7 Thursday night games, Aaron Rogers becomes incapable of functioning with any pressure at all. And there were five players, I think, that got five pressures last week for the Browns. That's why I think they'll win the game. And now we have something to care of. That's fun. That's easy money. So, yeah, I guess.
You just became the biggest Aaron Rogers fan. That's all I want you to know. Although, I guess it's worse for me. Yeah, it's definitely worse for you because there were no odds. So it's great for me. But the Cleveland Rush defense right now, they're allowing an explosive play on 17% of designed runs. That's the highest in the NFL. And we saw Jalen Warren with some explosive plays back to back last week. So I think they're going to be able to run on the Browns. And I just don't think the Browns are going to be able to score.
Yeah, I mean, that's what we're looking at here. It's a close line, Pittsburgh minus two and a half, low over under, boring game. Don't play players if you don't have to. Yeah, I would say don't play players if you don't have to. If you've got another option from Maccaf. Fanon, though. That was the, that's where I was going. I'm getting into Fanon. Fanon is the one guy. Watson finally figured out.
You see the target? Maybe I should throw to him. You see the target progression here? 369. Oh, 12 on the way. And if you can't pass to wide receivers, Jason. Let's do it. Let's target fanning. I'm going to give you a disgusting start-set question. D.K. Metcalfe on Thursday against Cleveland or Ladd McConkey on the road against Seattle. Ladd. I'll go lad. Hoping that the ribs are.
Or getting better. Yeah, I want a good wide receiver. But that's not a great matchup either. Yeah, I mean, that's not a good time. I mean, I just, any Metcalf decision is not a good time. Can you play both defenses this week? Sure. Yeah, okay. Sure. We'll find some silver lining there. And then we'll move on to Mailbag. Mailbag. Presented by Paramount Plus. All right.
I like it, the flourish after. You've got to find a spot. If you have a question for the show, we're here to help. That's what we do. We want to help you win your week. You can go to the fantasy footballers.com and you can click to submit a question button or dial our voicemail hotline 302464 TFFP. We'll start with the voicemail. Hey, ballers. This is Trevor here, a big fan of the show. We've got a member of our league that is battered at wide receiver. And I have Michael Wilson.
Would you rather have Michael Wilson or Nico Collins rest of the season? I think I've got an opportunity here. Let you know. Bye. Okay. Michael Wilson or Nico Collins? So you get the chance to turn Michael Wilson into Nico because they need a player this week and Nico's out potentially? I mean, do it. I would do that in a heartbeat. I would absolutely take it. We were talking before the show. Nico's a great trade for candidate personally. Yeah, I agree. They need him. He looked good. Obviously, dealing with his own hamstring injury sucks for now. But if you can.
You know, if you can withstand victories long enough to acquire Nico, I mean, he could be back this week. He was listed as a decent chance to return in week four. So, yeah, I would definitely do that. Michael Wilson is a very good wide receiver. It's clearly the best wide receiver on the Cardinals roster. He's better than Marvin Harrison. He does everything well. He had 17 targets last week, but he's...
He will never be the number one receiving option. When Trey McBride is there, he'll be at best number two. Nico is there one. And so that's a level I would always trade for. I am very bullish on Michael Wilson finishing, you know, probably in the top 15 to 16 range. I think he could get there. It seems like the team. He gets 17 targets a game, he will. Yeah. It seems like the team has, you know, last year.
Marvin Harrison's injury forced Michael Wilson to show that he could be a one. And he was dominant. Michael Jerry Rice Wilson. A new regime came in, new head coach, new staff, everything changed. And now it's like, okay, well, Marvin Harrison is part of the future of this franchise. And we're three weeks in. And in the third week, they were like, dude, the other wide receiver is way better. And so I think the transition's been made. I do think Michael Wilson will be good.
Marvin Harrison is... I mean, he had five targets this week, Jason. That's a huge uptick. Marv? Yeah. Yeah. 17 for the other guy. I don't think that they are looking to force Marvin Harrison to be something he's not. No, and it says something when you come out in press conferences and you have to defend the usage of Marvin Harrison, and then your answer to that on the field is 17 targets for the other guy. Yeah. All right. Another voicemail question. Hey, fans, footballer, this play. And if I get honest, my dad's been to freak out. But I was wondering if I should play.
Trayvion Henderson or Braylon Allen, thanks, love the shelves. Tell your dad to freak out. So we got Braylon Allen or Trayon Henderson this week with Briseau. Briseau hasn't been ruled out yet that I've heard, but he's not going to play. I would play Braylon Allen. I would go volume. Look, I don't want to, like, discount Trayvon's potential to randomly show up. Agreed.
But that is what it is right now. You don't play him with any guaranteed production. You play him with a hope that you get a big play. He's playing the Buffalo Bills, and Braylen Allen is playing the Chicago Bears. Both are decent matchups for running backs. I would play Braylon Allen as well. I think that he'll get enough work in a good matchup where he's looked good. The Jets have been better. Their offensive line has been improved, and you just don't know what you're going to get with Trayvion Henderson.
The matchup is good. And so I was like, man, should Trayvion be a start of the week? No, I can't do that. Should Ramandre be a start of a week? No, I can't do that. So it's like, look, he's becoming an if man right now. It's like if you use them in their receiving game, Trayvot would be awesome. Yeah. If you give them enough work, he'll break one out way. I mean, but what this team is so broken right now. You've got to understand they're the lowest scoring team in football. Owl dropped.
Drake May this morning for Austin Eckler. Oh my gosh. That's where Drake May, what does he have like one touchdown and six interceptions? He's broken. His confidence is broken. And it's certainly going to change with the way that the Jets with Breece Hall out. But to this point, it's only been Breece Allen and Briece Hall and Braylin Allen. Like they're the only running backs who have actually gotten any sort of work. Isaiah Davis.
has not seen us an offensive snap. Yeah, yeah. I think Braylon's going to be a true. But Isaiah Davis has been active, right? Has he been active in those games? So, I mean, that's a great sign. I'm saying, like I see what, Andrew Beck has run five routes. Did we get, didn't we get Braylon Allen alone a couple of times in his career in terms of getting a start? I just.
Trying to remember like, I think it was 2024. I'm not saying Alan is a slam dunk by any means. Let me see if he ever got more than 12 carries in a game in his career. And I'm not saying that you're saying that. This is pure volume versus a matchup that we can exploit. Yeah, he's never had more than 12 carries. So he's going to have, I mean, he's only 22 years old. He's three. He had 10 carries with Brees Hall in week one. All right. Let's see how we do. We'll see what happens. Question from YouTube.
Gabe writing in Tucker Kraft or Colson Loveland rest of season in a PPR league. Wait, wait, Leveland or who? Kraft? Tucker Kraft. Like I can tell you if somebody offered me Colson Loveland for Tucker Kraft right now, I would turn it down. I mean, I would take Tucker Kraft. I think the target consolidation in Green Bay, Jaden Reed's injury, there's so many limited options. And I think Tucker Kraft is on the uptick. And I think Loveland is going to be a little more hit and miss than we wanted.
So I would turn the trade down if somebody offered me. I don't mind staying with Tucker Kraft. Making that move at this point, you're trying to hit a true home run and like hoping that these three weeks are just, or whatever. I guess after Caleb is back, then things get back on track for Loveland and he turns into the monster he was at the end of last year. But if you miss, you're going to miss real, real bad. Yeah, the issue. So maybe I just stay with Tucker. The issue that I had with Loveland.
preseason and the draft season was always just target competition. You know, will he get the targets? Will or will it be a Luther game? And then will it be a Rome game? Will it be a Caliph Raymond game? And it seems like, you know, he's not the primary target. They're not drawing everything. He's not the first read all the time. You wanted him to be a Trey McBride of Brock Bowers. He is the
