Is it really that hot? Yeah, it's pretty normal. It was pretty hot yesterday. Any minute now. It's going to cool down. It was pretty hot in the NFL yesterday. Ooh, baby. Goodness gracious. You know, sometimes there's those weeks where you're watching the morning games or if you're in the East Coast, you know, your first whatever you call them, afternoon games. Afternoon games. Whatever you call it. You know that time? It's like it's after the morning. It's not the evening. I don't know. Just past noon. We should name it something.

But sometimes we're watching and the whole first quarter of all these games are going. It's like, who had a touchdown? Who's got anything? Like this was not that type of week. I mean, this was. Everyone got one. Everyone got one. And then you had those massive performances. Those ones were like week 15 of 20, 24, those crazy 40 plus point performances that you get every now. And then we had three. We had three. We had two of them this week that don't even matter because of one of them. It's insane. They matter. Well, sure. They really, really matter when you're facing two of them. I, uh, I was, I was in a healthy lead. I blinked, A. Chan, Gibbs scored twice. They got 40 plus points. Jonathan Taylor 50 plus points. And then you had the, these boring performances like, you know, Travion Henderson scoring twice from 50 plus yards away. 147 rushing yards. We'll break out.

Week 10. Are we talking about them already? Are we waiting on that? What, do you have something prepared? I just want to know if we're talking about him. He wants to know. 10 weeks of angst. That guy does not like Shador Sanders. He still will probably get a shot at some point. Gabriel, no, it's worse than I remember. I feel like I was watching the game and I'm like, hey, hey, Dylan Gabriel's making a couple plays here. He had a couple good passes. I mean, he threw two touchdowns, but.

He's there, Tyler Shuck. He completed 53%. Dude, Shuck was okay. Yeah. Yep. Okay. But Dylan Gabriel completed 53% of his passes. I didn't realize it was that low. A couple updates for the Monday night football game, Dantavian Wicks, Matthew Golden, questionable for tonight. Sequin and A.J. Brown off the injury report, good to go. We had hip drop tackle weekend. J.K. Dobbins, getting a second opinion on a foot injury, happened in the late third quarter. Another hip drop tackle. We had an injury. Hopefully you saw that like this one kind of snuck through the cracks of the weekend news reporting. He finished the game and then all of a sudden, oh, J.K. Dobbins is getting a second opinion? Well, he came out and tweeted very angrily at the NFL. They don't seem capable of seeing them in the moment. I don't know. I mean, in replay, it's obvious when it happens, but it must be harder for them to see live. I think it's just a.

Or used to not. Yeah, they didn't call it. It's the training on calling that is taking longer than it should. It is a terrible, terrible play. I mean, it causes injuries so much. You know, and I think J.K. Dobbins, like, we'll have more information as the week goes on. However, there's a good chance he misses this coming week. Jackson Dart left early with a concussion, the Giants quarterback. The fourth time he's been evaluated for a concussion this year. It's not good. He has to change something about the way he's finishing plays, I would say. He was great. I mean, this is the third game they've had over a 95% chance to win that they've lost. And so it's hard not to lay that at the, I mean, it's been bad luck, but that's coaching too. A little bit, but I mean, you lost, you lost Jackson Dart for the, you know, in the fourth. I don't think they lose this game if they don't lose Jackson Dart. Well, they've lost three like this.

Three of them where they had the game completely won. And now they've, you know, no team's ever done that before with this 96, 97% win percentage and blown them at the end of the game. Garrett Wilson re-injured his knee. I mean, Garrett Wilson at this point in time is looking like somebody you shouldn't factor into your, the finish of your season. It's just contributing to a title. It is odd. I mean, he only played 39% of the. of the snaps and i mean you know he's had if you're looking at actual full games he's had one dud and four tremendous games but yeah the the way that fields is that the fields from yesterday like that's it's untenable for fantasy football devante adams if you watched him uh he he went to make another one of his little jukes on a route ended up with an oblique injury

According to Sean McVeigh, he could have returned if the game had been closer. That one. He tried to come in. As soon as they got to the, it was like first and goal. He was like trying to get in. He's their goal line back. Yeah, he's like, wait, wait, I can get a touchdown. That particular injury, like, you know, the knees of stuff, you're like, yeah, I see that happened. The Devante Adams one, that looked like an old man. That was an old man. That was, I know that. I know what he did. I've done that. Make a little move pretty quick. They're like, ah, my back. Someone called your name. Like, hey, Mike. You're like, huh. If you turn too quickly? No, it was. It was an old man injury. This sucks. Arande Gadsden. Yeah. Left with a knee injury. Didn't return. He went to the blue tent, then to the locker room. MRI today for Gadsden. That sucks. Yeah, fingers crossed there. That one could be, I mean, if, man, that would be so sad if this was like a full.

Season ending knee injury. It was a contact injury, so his knee rammed into somebody. It can still be serious, but I don't think ACL has been brought up yet. Dalton Kincaid hamstring injury didn't return to the game. Bam Knight, ankle injury didn't return. The Zay Jones one was wild because he was like turning to complain to the ref and then also he went, oh. My Achilles. Yeah, Zay Jones heard as well. We have not heard if it was a full tear yet. At least I haven't seen anything. Chris Rodriguez left with the shoulder injury didn't return. He had scored in this game for the commanders. Brock Purdy when talking about him returning for week 11. More quotes from Shanahanigans. I do believe he's further along than he was in week four. I do believe. That's like saying seven o'clock at night is later than one.

This was not, um, what he wanted. Oh. Oops. I mean, this is always going to come back to Trevor Lawrence. It's just always going to come back to Trevor Lawrence because you can't do this. I mean, that's a.

Devastating. You can't lose with a 19 point lead in the fourth to Davis Mills. You can't do that. Devastate. You're not six and four and the Texans at three and six. Jacksonville tweeted right after the third quarter, finish it. And they did. And they did. Yeah. Their season. They tagged the Texans in that? Matthew Stafford, four more touchdowns, no interceptions. First player in NFL history with four plus passing touchdowns and no interceptions in three straight games. He is playing the best he's ever played. Yeah. So Devante Adams helps. Yeah, I was going to say hopefully Adams is okay. He was the start of the week for Mike as well. Jackson Dart was awesome. I mean, he, he was utilizing Darius Slayton down the field, his tight ends, his legs. His rushing was just, I mean, he looked, there were, there were a couple of plays that just felt almost Lamar Jackson asked where it's like,

How did you squeeze out of that? He's slippery. He is very, very slippery. He is so much fun. Like a seal. So much fun to watch. No. And we got it. Watch it now while you can. Dart, you got to get this thing figured out. Limited time only. Or you're not going to last. Yeah, you just have to make the adjustment to the end of that play. I mean, you can be slippery. Just learn to slide. Slipp and slide. Yeah. Slipp and slide. Who doesn't love a slip and slide? I don't know. Jackson Dart. Jackson Dart hates it. Caleb Williams looked really good. When you give him time in the pocket, I'll say this. Caleb Williams can make mistakes and all of that, but another big win for them. They came back in this game. And when you give him time in the pocket, man, he can get the ball downfield accurately. Laser beam of an arm. But watching him frequently feels like I'm watching on an infomercial when they set up.

the product and they're just like fumbling and bumming doing normal stuff you're just like trying to hold a cereal bowl like that's Caleb Williams playing and then he sets he's like rocket arm yeah he's like bro let's you don't kind of panic sorely yeah he does do that jason you start of the week baker mayfield put it together touchdown to abuka two of them to test johnson this week they did laser uh they did lose the game it was a close one Well, the second Tess was kind of stinky, wasn't it? It was a pre-on-site kick stink. Yeah. Stink touchdown. But, I mean, it was. Yeah, yeah, they're still trying to win. They count them. All right. Running backs this week, Jonathan Taylor was all right. Oh, my gosh. You have them on your team, Jason. I have had some big performances from Jonathan Taylor that I was able to still lose. You know, they said it couldn't be done. And Jonathan Taylor, he looked at me and he goes, I got you.

You can't lose this one. Well, just 32 for 244 and 3. Wow. Including the overtime touchdown to win the game. And then another three targets for 42 receptions. He's the only player in NFL history with four games of three plus rushing touchdowns in the first 10 weeks. Monster. Yeah, had the longest run of the season. I need to see the cumulative numbers right now on the season. He's 189. What is on pace for? No, no. I just want to see where he's at. 189 for 1139 and 15 through 10 weeks. He is finished number one at the position on a weekly basis four times, which is wild. I mean, that's really hard to do. Five times. He's on pace for basically 2,000 yards, almost another 500 receiving, 25 rushing touchdowns.

three receiving touchdowns. I mean... Remember the question last week that was like, would you trade him because of the bad schedule for Bejohn? And then we thought through it all. And then it was like, no. Yeah. That's why. Atlanta's not a good match. I was going to say the schedule was not supposed to be great this week. So just amazing. Like, everybody that has, that doesn't have him, the team in your league that has him might win because of him. Like, they might just win the championship because of John the team. I sure hope so. Devon A. Chan, 37.5. Jamir Gibbs, 36.7. I mean, both of those guys were incredible. Breakaway touchdown runs for both of them, multiples. You know, Gibbs, what a bounceback week from the week before. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And A, A, Cham was great. Trayvion Henderson. Oh, hold on. Hold on. Oh, he's got the hate blockers out. Huh? Now it's time. Hey, Twitter. Guess who's not bad at football? You freaking goons.

I got a lot of people in my mentions who owe me an apology because he's good. He's good. Oh, runs to the outside. Oh, my God, they worked. Oh, my God. He's the fastest man on live. Freakant idiots. Somebody's butt has been clinched for nine weeks. And it is letting it out now. Yeah. Took a dukelax. 14 for 14 and 2 had a 55 yarder. And a 69 yarder. Yeah. Oh, very nice. He is a man of the people. I mean, we did try forces. We did. We said on the show, the reason why this hadn't happened yet is because we hadn't united. And we united and we did this for you. Yeah, I mean, we put the hands in the middle of the table. Uh-huh. And we had a whole moment. You're welcome. Against Tampa Bay. You're welcome, Mike. Yeah, yeah, yeah. No. That's fine. I mean, we did it. I mean, the real, the real truth is this doesn't happen without those injuries. Yeah. That's the sad part. That is the sad part. Well, that's why we're always so frustrated. It's not right. It's just true. I, oh, I'm not disagreeing with it. It is totally true. And will it, did he do enough to like take over the job? I, he did enough to. I can't say that for sure. But the point, the point is simply opportunities showed up for Trayvion Henderson. And that's the most rushing yards that Tampa Bay has allowed all year. Yeah, I mean the.

What he did was certainly enough to earn more work, whether he's ever going to become the sole and only back when Romandre Stevenson is healthy. You're a better team with him. You're a better team with him. Yeah, I mean, you're a better team when he plays. It's so frustrating to feel like, oh man, you, you, you know, we must be wrong. He must not be good. He's not getting on the field. It's like, no, he is. We knew that. And he still required that injury to be allowed. to go be great at football. Let me help the story here. When Jonathan Taylor was a rookie, he didn't score 15 fantasy points until week 13 of the season. When Jemir Gibbs was a rookie, he did not finish inside the top 10 until week 7. When Bucky Irving was a rookie last year, he did not finish inside the top 10 until week 10, that's what we got with Henderson. And that was enough. Yeah, it's a breakout. You know, the next three weeks? The Jets, the Bengals, and the Giants.

Oh my. Just keep giving him opportunities. Please. So it was, it was great. I think the whole world was waiting to see you put those glasses on those that were at home. Mike was wearing some glasses to scream into the camera. He's just, you know, he's good. Yeah, there's a, when, when players struggle that you believe in, it's not fun. You know, this was a good week for Jason said it when I walked in. It was a nice My Guy Redemption Week. Yeah. We got another great week from Jameson Williams, which was cool to see over this back half. We can talk about that in a minute. Chiron, two more touchdowns on the ground. If Devante's hurt, Kyron's ceiling goes up. Yep, for sure. Breece Hall, one big catch, really. One for 42 and one. But guess what? They don't have any other players. I mean, 21 for 83 on the ground is against Cleveland.

Like the, if you were holding on to the hope that Nick Chubb can still give you.

some work. Woody Marks has taken this backfield over. It was funny because Chubb was so good on his five carries. He was 9.4 a carry. But the, but Woody Marks, yeah, the takeover happened. The trend was moving up for him. And Charbonnet, by the way, 14 for 83 in a touchdown. Yeah, he actually looked good. He was still out snapped by Walker, but he had a couple big carries. Similar to the Woody Marks. takeover of the backfield, Aaron Jones, who has looked significantly better than Jordan Mason. He played 71% of the snaps. It wasn't 50, 50, and he was great. Well, the number one wide receiver on the week had the privilege of being, quote, unquote, shadowed by Sauce Gardner. Except for he wasn't because he moved into the slot and then a linebacker tried to cover him and he had a needs to touchdown. I watched that play waiting to see Sauce cover him. He's nowhere near him. Look, I'm not.

I don't know the ins and the outs of being a professional DB of like some guys you can only play the outside they don't have the skill set to move to the slot but it's just so funny to me that there's like this imaginary boundary and sauce is like you're Drake London you're in my house you're going nowhere you can't do nothing and then Drake London takes like five steps in he's like no no my one weakness you moved over slightly yeah no it's fair what can I possibly do coach What do I do? And they're like, no, you're off. Don't abandon. Listen, guys, we got to shut down London. So we're going to shadow him in this game. Okay, Sauce you are on him everywhere. Everywhere. Except that Bermuda triangle spot. Just run around it. It's so wild to be. Yeah, it was crazy. They pulled it out in overtime. The Colts did. But Drake London was great. Number two on the week.

Jameson Williams. There we go, baby. And people need to know there was a fundamental change in this offense. Dan Campbell took over play calling. Yeah, he'd had enough. He was tired of the lack of utilization. I think of Jamo and other, I mean, Gibbs, the offense was so much better this week. And Jameson Williams, he scored in three of four. He's been very relevant. And I hope those of you that were burnt in the beginning of this year, this continues. And you get some redemption from Jameson Williams. It made no sense. It's honestly, it's extremely similar to Trayvion in the fact that it wasn't a lack of performance necessarily. It was a lack of opportunities. Yeah, I mean, his honest, his made less sense to me than Henderson's a rookie. It happens. Some coaches are crumagony and they're like, I'm going to put inefficient fumble man in front of you. Jameson Williams was given a truckload of cash. Yeah, and look what he's capable of doing when you give him space. His was so weird.
