But Andy Holloway has just promised to do five shows shirtless when we reach our next threshold. It's ridiculous. He just, you could have chosen something. Andy, you are so bold and courageous. First of all, we've been talking about the tan and now it's coming really. When you meet.

A couple things. One, you could have, that was your opportunity to pick something halfway reasonable and do it. Two, it's supposed to be a reward for people, not a punishment. Well, a punishment to one of us is kind of a reward to the listeners. All right, hey, we are in the mailbag. Let me go ahead and ask this first question. Zach in New York City. New York City. He wants to know this is the best question. I had to start with it. The title of the email is Justin Forsett.

The question is posed like this. What kind of players should I be targeting to get rid of Justin Forset? Should we get rid of Justin Forset? I mean, what kind of players do you target to get rid of him? Here's the problem with getting rid of Murray, DeMarco Murray, Forsett Hill. Is season long? Now, sure, after three weeks.

It's very possible all those guys just completely stink the entire year. Very possible. But just the way I see it and believe it, they're still getting snaps, especially Justin Forsett, is on the field almost the entire game. He's just not producing. And honestly, the matchups have been rough. I mean, Oakland shouldn't, I didn't think Oakland would be.

But I'm not getting rid of these guys for garbage. Justin Fawcett has run at a good clip until he came up against the Bengals who have a very good run, D. So I'm not too worried. I will say this. I'm a Lamar Miller owner. Okay, I've had to struggle. I've had to live that. I've had to live that this year. I was living the dream. Struggle through that. And...

Here's what I've done is I have not traded him in any league that I have him. I have benched him, and I have found ways through the waiver or other trades to target guys like that. I went and got Frank Gore, you know, two weeks ago or last week after he stunked up with two tough matchups. That's what you need to do, and you need to just wait until Foresat comes back, because if you're targeting getting rid of him, you're just going to get garbage in return, and then your team will be garbage instead of hopeful. And on top of that...

Justin Forsett has four catches in every single game. That's a 64 catch pace. That's high-end catch numbers. Oh, I'm just saying. That's a high-end. That's a lot of catches for a running back. Eventually, he will start getting something going, if not in the running game, in the passing game, which is why we liked him in the first place with Mark Trussman. All right. Keith in Compton, California, has a question regarding Drew Brees.

He has Forte, Hyde, Hyde, Gordon, and Arian Foster. He wants to know should he trade any of them for Drew Brees, or is he buying into the name? Oh, you're just buying into the name. going to be playing injured. Keep your awesome running backs and stream the position at quarterback, and you'll be way better than ruining your team so that you can have a hopeful name. Yeah, I'm sure the number, I think he's number three, the number three quarterback overall is available, and Andy Dalton. Yeah. You just go pick him up and play him while he's hot. All right. I would rather have the Brandon Marshall and Zeus side, especially with Big Ben going down. And Antonio Brown, you don't know exactly how he's going to fare with Michael Vick for at least a couple of weeks. And Alf could be just on his way to the back end of a timeshare, whereas you know you've got a good player in Brandon Marshall, good player, and Zeus. That's the side I'm taking, but it's close. Yeah, it's very close for me. And the only reason you can do this is because of the Big Ben injury.

It sounds like the owner is just kind of panic moving Antonio Brown, which Antonio Brown, I think he's, maybe he's not putting up elite, high-end elite numbers, but I think he's still going to be great. I wouldn't worry about Brown very much at all. Right. But I'm very concerned about Alfred Morris moving forward. So I think I would stick where I am with Marshall and Zeus.

Yeah. All right. James R. in Spokane, Washington wants to know. He says he has Arian Foster, Jeremy Hill, Devante Freeman, and Adrian Peterson. With Arian coming off the IR, he has to drop or trade one of those guys. Who would it be? Oh, Trade Freeman. If you can get value after a week like what Devante Freeman just put up and you have to get rid of a guy, you'll actually, I mean, granted, you have to pair him with someone because the whole idea here is to.

open up a roster spot. But if you pair him with someone else, you're going to end up with a really nice player on your team and a roster spot now taken up by Aaron Foster. Yeah, if you can, it would be Freeman. It's always nice to throw in these. He's the overall number two running back, or maybe number one, depending on your scoring format. I think it would be difficult to move him. I'm not sure that you're going to sneak up on guys with...

tricking them into trade for Freeman. Tevin Coleman will be back eventually, but I'm not, like I said, I'm not trading Jeremy Hill for garbage. I'm not trading Adrian Peterson. That's probably not in his consideration, but... His consideration was Jeremy Hill. He said should he be getting rid of. If you can get something of comparable value, but Hill can still return season long. Well, I think he needs to, in his mind, drop someone. Do not drop Jeremy Hill.

Yeah, you don't drop. If you have to drop someone, you drop Devanta Freeman. But I would much rather take Devanta Freeman and a wide receiver like a Brandon Marshall and try to trade him for an AJ Green or, you know, probably hard to do this week because of his last week. But, you know, Antonio Brown. Maybe the guy is worried about Big Ben going and you can turn a Brandon Marshall into an Antonio Brown with Devanta Freeman instead of with Zeus. Do not, these are things we know. You don't tug on Superman's cape. You don't spit into the wind.

And you don't drop starting running backs. Fair. Very fair. Wise words from the beard. All right. Joshua in Toronto. I have been offered O'Dell Beckham Jr. and Marshawn Lynch for Arian Foster and Calvin Johnson. Should I take it, I'm a bit worried about Marchon Lynch's injury.

What should I do? We have not talked enough about Lynch's injury on the show yesterday. Right. So what are your thoughts on Lynch and then answer the question? So the team has come out and said they don't think the injury is any concern. I am guessing that if it was a matchup that the Seahawks were actually concerned about on Sunday, that Lynch would have played through it.
