So, you know, you can dart throw him. You can dart throw fan. There's a lot of players in that category. Keep an eye on if David Najoku is out there in your league. Yeah. He got back out on the field. He had seven targets, and he's only 66% rostered on Sleeper. And I think he's going to be pretty good. You have seven targets? You have to wait those, though. So that's like two and a half targets. It's like three to three and a half. But didn't he catch five of them? No. That's impossible. It's impossible. He caught five of them. What? Oh, that was during the second half where Deshaun Watson looked like he remembered how to play football. I remember that. I think Deshaun Watson's having the worst six game stretch in the history of national football league. Sixteen? Yeah, it goes back. Goes back away. Well, I mean, if you just look at it from a historical independent.

start to the season. There are metrics that put him like, there are some metrics where he's like 786 out of 786 starters. Yeah. I just want that to sit there. The film, the film and the metrics, they, they are so aligned. Yeah, sometimes the numbers can lie to you. Yeah, these ones. Wait, what did, yeah, what are Watson say? Or I mean, sorry. Stats are for losers. Yeah, Watson's, dude, he subscribes to that. Stats. You all came into this show today with the Tomlin attitude is what you did. Yeah, we did. You came in here and hit. We're winners. That's right. Stats are for losers. Calvarelli for life. Look, eight targets. That's the single most shared talked about and watched tweet in the history of my Twitter. For real? Yeah. The eight targets? Three million people have watched those eight targets.

54:56 ↗

Well, there's a lot of people that needed to Ralph. Yeah, you made three million people barf. I hope you're happy about that. Look, some of you, maybe you ingested a plant that wasn't actually edible. You're out there in the wilderness. And you needed to quickly get that out of your tummy. You're welcome. You can watch that video. Oh, man. Can we talk about some defenses? Sure. Saints and Broncos on Thursday night, 37 point over under. That's... Give me the Broncos. Even without certain. They're super rostered. So you'd have to go probably the Saints. Okay. I'll take either. But speaking of Deshawn Watson, the Cincinnati Bengals play Deshawn Watson. And I literally don't care what defense plays against them. They are viable. Well, you get, you're pretty much guaranteed of five sacks. That's why. And you're guaranteed under 20 points given up. That's why. So, yeah. What's the worst defense in the NFL? Is it Carolina?

55:53 ↗

Uh, Washington. Carolina, Washington, maybe Arizona. Yeah, all three I would start against Cleveland. I would. Speaking of Carolina, they are playing against Washington. Would you start Washington? No, no, Carolina with Andy Dalton can move the ball. I think that's going to be a surprisingly fun game. Um, you've got the Patriots defense going over against Trevor Lawrence, uh, across the pond. Poor Trevor Lawrence this week. Four. bona fide touchdown passes dropped four and you go watch him and you're like is this just a thing with him like it happened last year too i know you guys what nasty voodoo you kept talking about how many almost he had last year and and and now he gets the same and it wasn't just it wasn't just gave davis like it was Gabe davis but it was also like christian kirk dropped the touchdown brian thomas junior had an easy one

56:51 ↗

We all drop the passes from Goldilocks. So weird. The Vikings coming off the buy, just not this week, but for the future weeks, you want, they're a very good defense. And so. And they could be dropped during this waiver cycle because they're playing against Detroit. And Detroit's defense is very good. I know they lost Aiden Hutchinson, that brutal injury. That was tough to watch. But they played Tennessee and Will Levis in two weeks. So if you're a stash. That would be one to look at. All right. I'm starting to cast my eyes out across the landscape of quarterbacks and away from my Kyler Murray in a couple of leagues. Because if Marvin's out on Monday night football, I don't know if I want to put my trust in Kyler and Michael Wilson. And Tray McBride can't do enough by himself. You can do enough to be awesome for fantasy football, though. Yep, yep. Garbage time's great for the Cardinals. Kurt Cousins is my start. My full stream ahead pick. Seattle, they put up points. Atlanta's been putting up points. Cousins got snake bit by touchdowns on the ground. Two Bijan one by Alger. Alger. I almost said E.T.N. He doesn't score touchdowns. But I'm going to go. Or play for that team. Kirk Cousins. He was a drop candidate for people. Oh, that's dumb. Don't drop Travis E.T.N. That's people that don't realize he got injured. Obviously, he did nothing in the game.

58:50 ↗

He's injured. Anyways, my start of the week, I want to read you some numbers here of matchups. When you're looking at good matchups to play against, you want to look at schedule adjusted and look at the points above expectation. One of the worst teams, the best teams to target the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, they give three points more than the player that they face is average. The Baltimore Ravens, because you can't run on them. They do 3.1. They're tied with the Colts. The Colts, 31st against quarterbacks. 3.1 points more than the player they are facing's average. And then you got the 32nd. 8.6 fantasy points above expectation. This is your worst defense, by the way. The worst defense. It's the Jacksonville Jaguars, and they are facing Drake May. It's a scary start because the rookie didn't look great last week. He looked okay. He did look okay. He threw three.

59:48 ↗

touchdowns, which was fine. I mean, he was a top 12 quarterback last week, and that was against the Houston Texans who have a defense. Now he goes across the pond. Second game, I think you can start him, especially because he's got the wheels. You know, this was a player who rushed last week for 38 yards. I think he could rush for 50 yards. He should throw. touchdowns against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Their defense has been inept against quarterbacks. Based on that, though, there was a name omitted that I actually think is viable moving forward. And it's Demerio Douglas at the wide receiver position. Yeah, that's fair. I wish we would have brought his name up earlier. This matchup combined with just how quarterback friendly he is. Like Jalen Polk didn't get it done. Coach came out, criticized him. Demerio Douglas has tried and true. So I think he's actually a waiver pickup that should be added. Agreed.

60:37 ↗

Yeah, and I'm going with Andy Dalton against Washington through four starts. He's averaging nearly 40 pass attempts per game, and the manders are allowing the fifth highest yards per pass attempt. Their secondary is atrocious. We will be attacking them. Washington allowed a top eight QB performance in four of six weeks. Deshaun Watson and Kyler, the only two to not do it. Dalton is in a great spot. All right, tomorrow we've got Hungry for more Thursday night preview. Mailbag questions the answer and probably more Devante Adams talk. We'll see. Thursday and Friday starts of the week. Matchups in the Wheel of Shame. Jason mentioned it earlier. Go check out the ultimate dashboard. Go to join the foot.com. If you haven't checked it out yet, you will love it. Also, can I throw these Ws away? I don't think I've ever given the Saints another win. Thursday, we'll find out. Denver, Spencer Rattler. Goodbye. I got a snake, man. Thank you for listening to another episode of the Fantasy Footballers podcast. Join our fantasy football community on join thefoot.com. And follow us on Twitter at the FF ballers.
