Charles Clay has officially signed his deal with the Buffalo Bills.

He got paid. The arms race? Yes, he got paid. What was that contract, Mike? I don't have it off the time I had. I think it was five for 38 with 20 million guaranteed. It was outrageous. I love me some Charles Clay, but I don't know, just for what he has accomplished, that seemed like a crazy big contract. We also have word that Percy Harvins deal to the Bills as official and...

is being reported as a three year deal now? I thought it was one. They have an out after year one. The team does? The team of the player has the out. The team has an out after year one. It's a $6 million guarantee in year one. We also have word that Jacob Tammy is a new member of the Atlanta Falcons. I'm so sad by that.

Because of the upside of that position? Yeah, I was really looking forward to, I was targeting already the future tight end of the Atlanta Falcons. You're not targeting Jacob, Tammy. No, I mean, you know, he can be as serviceable as other. Well, I mean, you know, he's no. He's no, he's no Jermaine Gresham. Oh, Gresham. Well, that was the man that I wanted to go there. The Gresham fan club president over here. Yeah, which brings us to the next breaking news, Jermaine Gresham.

has had surgery, and we'll delay in signing. How are you going to fill your tight-in position now? I'm going to probably just put him in if he's not playing. He's my man. Crabtree? You remember him? Michael Crabtree? I don't. I think he's the wide receiver for the now depleted, well, formerly the wide receiver, the now depleted San Francisco 49ers. Wes Welker as well, both of those guys have generated very little buzz on the free agent market and are unsigned as of now.

Well, yeah, this is news and notes from around the league. There's no news on those two players. Well, not a lot of news since our last show on Tuesday. I had a question for you before we move on to the meat and potatoes of this episode, which is our initial, the fantasy footballer's consensus rankings, our individual rankings for the quarterback position. But let me ask you guys who, and maybe we already answered this question, who's the most overpaid?

Who do you believe is the most overpaid in the free agency period so far? There are some good options. I'm going to say that the most overpaid right now is Trent Richardson, because Trent Richardson should be getting no money per year to not play football. A no money per year average. Yeah, he should be guaranteed nothing. But like that's the full guarantee. I guarantee you you get no money. Oh. Yeah, I mean, honestly, the next most overpaid player is going to be whoever goes.

to the Oakland Raiders. You mentioned that already. They have so much cap room that they have to spend. I remember this as a Cardinals fan a long time ago when you'd have to give these big bloated contracts to get up to your cap minimum because nobody wants to come play for you. I would go with, I still think Sue in Miami. There's just, I can't pay that much money to a player who is not a franchise quarterback.

I mean, I'm not saying Sue is bad. Sue is a fantastic defensive changing player, but that is a lot of scratch to commit to a guy who has some on-field issues of stomping people and doing other things that take him off the field. It is somewhat incredible that there was absolutely, undoubtedly, no consequence.

for him financially for many of those decisions on the field. He completely got paid. As long as you're really, really good, you can step on people. I happen to think he's worth the money. However, my most overpaid has got to be the Charles Clay deal based on a resume yet to be fulfilled to me. Yeah, but the one thing that I would say you have to look at for a contract.

what you're supposed to be doing in football with a contract is paying for future performance. You're not just paying for what you already did because that doesn't completely make sense. But I agree with you that it's really high for what he already has accomplished. I do think he is a great tight end and he, if they use him correctly, will ascend and he'll be a good tight-in one.

And I should say part of the reason they did this deal was to handcuff and make it impossible for their division rivals to keep him. Right. There's a bit of an arms race going on in the AFC East. Percy Harvin, Brandon Marshall arriving in New York, and a lot of other moves. Ryan Fitzpatrick coming in, Harvin, obviously the trade for McCoy. It just didn't make a ton of sense for that since they had already locked up Jordan Cameron.

in Miami. It didn't make sense for them to keep Clay or saying. No, to give him that much money to do a keep away from Miami. Right. I see what you're saying. Where, because they had Jordan, and I probably would rather, if you take concussions out, which you can't, but I'd rather have Jordan Cameron on my team. But Charles Clay is going to be on the field where Jordan Cameron is likely to miss time, unfortunately.

All right, that's all the news and notes that we have from the last couple of days. We're going to go ahead and get into our quarterback rankings now. We all set up a first 15 to 20 quarterbacks, went through and projected each guy, and then what I did is I went ahead and put all of our rankings together and gave us a consensus ranking. So this will be the order we go through them, and we can give our thoughts, talk about a little bit where we have them projected, where we...

disagree and agree. I've already come out and said, I think, the hitman. Mike Wright is a little bit crazy on a couple of these, but... Hey. Crazy like a fox. There's a reason our opinions are so bold. So bold that what, Andy? So bold that I have no idea. Our opinions are so bold they grow facial hair. There you go.

All right. Also, I think it's worth letting people know how we put together our rankings here at the fantasy footballers. I think it's very common that to do rankings. Random number generators. Yes, random number generators. Exactly. So the opinions are crazy. And that gets me to my number one, Andy Dalton.

But, you know, we're not just taking these guys and sorting them around and saying, I like this guy more than that guy and doing that. We go through and put out the stats for, you know, each player all the way through how many passes, how many, what's their completions, what's their yards, what's their interceptions, fumbles, all that. And we do that kind of almost like blind. And then we take a look afterwards without bias and say,
