impact the way you view Aaron Rogers at all. Fantasy winner, fantasy loser coming out of the draft. Obviously, they gave him another weapon. Rookie wide receivers can make huge year-one impacts. We've seen it in consecutive seasons with the likes of Justin Jefferson and Jamar Chase. I think it negatively impacted him in the sense that most people assumed they would use one of their multiple first round picks on a wide receiver and that one of those top guys might slide to him.

pre-draft the assumption. Christian Watson, I like, but he's less good than what I assumed they would get. I think I'm on the other side. I think this is a very valuable weapon that they gave him. Watson? Yes. And I think if they had simply, you know, they traded up. They knew where to position for him. If they had just taken him at 28, I don't know if the discussion, the discussion might be different. They finally invested a first round pick. This is the guy Aaron Rogers wanted. Instead, they trade up.

It's six picks after their 28th pick. They end up with Christian Watson. So I think that this might be the sneakiest. And like you said, maybe a wide range of outcomes. But this could be the guy that we look back and say, oh, gosh, we shouldn't. Why did we? Jameson Williams, he's not even back yet. You didn't get any production out of him in year one. And here was Christian Watson with Aaron Rogers. And we're going. And all Aaron Rogers had was Sammy Watkins and Alan Lazard, who good player, not a dominator.

Sure. Good role player touchdown upside, but not somebody that's going to go be Devante Adams. So would you take him over Olave? Probably not because of how much I love Olave. I think Olave is just a more refined player. And let us not forget, you know, out of Clemson last year, they took Amari Rogers in the third round. Yep. So he'll be coming into his sophomore season for a, I mean, he saw what? Four catches. He had eight targets throughout the year.

But that doesn't mean that he's completely dead to the team. He could surprise us as well. All right, quick break. Then the NFC South. What's up, Foot Clan? He can be the OK Corral. Because he didn't have enough draft capital to be better than. So he, you know, and honestly, OK is really.

It's an upward movement for this team at the quarterback position. So the okay corral, I think, could end up being really nice for them. Well, I assume he's going to get some starts this year because Sam Donald will start the season and then they will watch him and go.

What else we got? And I think maybe is, I think maybe he starts to see. Well, I mean, this is still a team. Even with. This is still a team. Is that the sentence? Even with OK Corral being there. They have not been relegated. This is still a team that could try to go after a veteran quarterback. Okay. That's fair. The only other thing worth talking about from this draft from a fantasy football perspective is they did use their number six pick on their pick of the litter.

They got Icky, a great run blocking tackle. So Christian McCaffrey, even Darnold. I mean, they had one of the worst offensive lines in the league. And this is a ready to play guy coming in that will improve that, you know, give them more time to throw, open up some more lanes for Christian McCaffrey. So it does help the offense. Was it Neil that went one peck after him? Yes. To the Giants. And did you like Icky more than Neil? Yes. Okay. Much more. The Falcons.

Got some stuff to talk about with Atlanta. Yes. Number eight overall pick, Drake London, wide receiver out of USC. Third round pick, Desmond Ritter, who had been mocked in some drafts at number eight to Atlanta. They get him in the third round out of Cincinnati. When I watched film on Malik Willis and Desmond Ritter, there were things that I liked more about Ritter than Malik Willis. So getting them in the third, giving yourself a shot, having an open, you know, you've got a chance to go get one of the big quarterbacks next year.

for Atlanta because it could be five, six, seven in the first round. But you could also give Desmond Ritter a shot. I think it's the right kind of balance of risk reward. And then they drafted a running back, Tyler Algier out of BYU, release Mike Davis right afterwards. But he was a fifth round pick. So you're getting down there in draft capital where the opportunity looks great on paper. Cordell Patterson dot, dot, dot, Damon Williams.

Tyler Algier is one of the most fascinating players in this entire draft. When you talk to the quick question of the show, like who do you really have a hard time with? I loved the film on Tyler Algeria. I think he's very good. He's a big bodied back. I like that. A BBB. He can catch the ball. I like that. He went to a spot where he has all the opportunity in the world. But he went there in the fifth round. This is not a heavy investment. Let's say he goes out.

pretty good. And he's decent for fantasy. He's a top 24 running back. That could happen. I can see that. Rookie running backs have that impact on a regular basis. And then next year, he could be replaced because he's a fifth round running back. I mean, just giving you some names. I'm just going back a couple of drafts for those middling round names so that you can kind of connect the dots here. You go, I'm going to go fourth and fifth round a couple years ago. Josh Kelly, La Michael P. Ryan.

Anthony McFarland, DJ Dallas, Jason Huntley, fifth round pick. Who? Of course. Yeah, good old Huntley. Eno Benjamin. So those are, you're getting into that realm where the hits are overwhelmed by the misses more often than not. So that's the only thing to keep in mind. This is not like, who was the Tennessee back that you were pining for? Alex Barnes. Yeah, where he went fully undrafted. You do have an investment here.

But just temper like if you see the opportunity in Atlanta and you over-emphasize that in your rookie drafts, you're probably going to pay the price. Yep. Is that fair? Yep. But circling back to Drake London, year one impact, what is the expectation here for Drake? The expectation is he should get near 100 targets. They're not going to be great coming from Marcus Mariotta. I believe Drake London is super talented. He was my number one wide receiver pre-draft.

And so, you know, it's between him and Traylon Burks for me this season as to who scores the most fantasy points. I lean more towards the Traylon side just because of quarterback. But Drake London will have the opportunity to be the one. And next year, they're going to use their first round pick on a quarterback. So this isn't a guy who's going to be replaced. This is a guy who's going to grow. I love him in drafts. I would still.

take him over Traylon Burks in a dynasty with future outlook included. Yeah, with the top 10 selection and the way that this team is laid out for the future. Drake London, he moved up to my number one rookie picks. Wide receiver. Thank you. Yeah, I would go Breece Hall and then Drake London. And honestly, if people want to take Drake over Breast Hall, that doesn't bother me in the slightest. But the opportunity is tremendous this year. If he is actually as good,

as they hope he is with a top 10 pick in the NFL draft. Drake London, I think he can still have, I think he can be a top 24 guy this year. Yeah, I think what I'm seeing in rookie drafts with the whole, you know, breeze 50%, someone else 50% is it's coming down to what your team needs.
