He's going to be delivering us a little stat that he's figured out on one of our kind of the big names this week. So we're going to go ahead and listen to that and dialogue about it. Unbelievable stat of the week. Hey, what's up, the clan? I was looking through my fantasy football lab notebook and I found a stat that you guys might dig.

Over Stefan Digg's first two games in the NFL, the Vikings Rookie Whiteout has recorded 13 receptions for 216 yards on 19 targets, which not only leads the Vikings in all three categories over this time span, but is also 170 yards more than what Charles Johnson has produced all year. To top things off, according to our net expected points metrics at number fire, Diggs is the 10th most efficient receiver in the league with at least 10 targets, sitting just behind Larry Fitzgerald and head of names like AJ Green, Aldo Beckham, and DeAndre Hopkins.

Not bad company, if you ask me. Well, thank you. Thank you, Joe. And was he in a spaceship? Or is he just... That's his spaceship laboratory, clearly. He's a scientist. Well, I, you know, is he constantly hitting buttons while he's... No, that's his data machines behind him. Okay. They're pumping out such great data to tell us that he is better than D'Andre Hopkins. You heard it here first. That's impressive. No, it really is. For a rookie, two games in? And he looks like it. He looks the part, obviously...

There can be some easy cold water thrown on this. Step on Diggs, Hall of Fame. That's the cold water? That's some hot water.

So Stefan Diggs today in practice, he has been, you know, he was named the starter. He was. Well, he was running as a starter on Wednesday. Yeah, I thought they said that he was going to be the starter ahead of Charles Johnson. I don't know if the team said or if it was just speculated because he was running with the ones. Correct. So today, yesterday at practice, though, you saw him in fourth position in some of the drills behind Charles Johnson. So I think it's still a little too early to just name him to the Hall of Fame. Sorry, Andy.

All right. He is a talented rookie receiver that should be rostered and I think can be played this week. What do you think? I think five for 50 is what I expect from him at the baseline. I think he's the kind of guy who because of the offense and his size and the different weapons and the fact Bridgewater throws, you know, one touchdown.

a season. You know, Stefan Dix is... One every two games. Come on now. He's in the Jarvis Landry category for me. You know, catches the ball in open space, does a little bit extra with it after the catch. Very impressive rookie. Not a guy who'd want to lean on in fantasy yet, but somebody I'd want to watch and definitely see what he does this week with Charles Donson back. And the question for me for this weekend, Detroit, it's a great matchup for throwing the ball, but it's an even better match for Adrian Peterson, who is just devoured.

the lion's like a savage man that he is. Like a lion? Like a lion eating a lion. I know. I'm facing Adrian Peterson this week. And I know full well that he's going to destroy the lion. They will not have to throw very much in my opinion. If you want to, if the footclam wants to follow Joe Juan, he is at FF underscore scientist. Oh, I'm glad we. Just want to correct that. I know, because every time we go on a radio show and the host gives the wrong URL, I'm always like, okay. Why didn't you look it up? And so thank you, Mike, for, you know.

not making us into hypocrites. So let's go ahead and get into the news and notes. News and notes from around the league. All right. All right. Let's go ahead and shoot through these. We've got a long show. And so I want to make sure people have the information they need. But let's not linger, fellas. Fellers? Fellers. Like the cranberries? All right. Brandon Marshall, calf injury, surprise in the middle of the week. That's never good. Not normally a good thing. However...

Todd Bowles at least came out and said he doesn't expect it to be an issue, so monitor that. New Orleans Saints, wide receiver Marcus Colston, limited participation in practice. I don't think we care very much. He's been a limited participant in the season overall. He made such a good decision signing that extension there. Hey, man, it was the right thing to do for him. All right, kind of big news. Chris Thompson did not practice for the second consecutive day. That is worrisome for him.

could mean more third down carries for Matt Jones. Matt Jones is expected to be back. We'll talk about that shortly in the matchup. It's been insinuated that not much is going to change in Dallas. In fact, the report that I read said that Joseph Randall will continue to get the bulk of the carries. Which is strange because that's coming from the offensive coordinator, Scott Linehan. Correct. But there was, I mean, all that information was coming out from camp last week. I can't remember who exactly was coming from.

It was coming from the number one and number two beat writers for the Cowboys. But no, I thought there was a quote from a member of the coaching staff. Because that was the quote that everyone was going crazy for of the we're going to take the reins off. Here's a quote from Christine Michael about his increased role. Quote, I'm just as clueless as you are. Because he won't know if he's actually going to get the carries or not. And so this is a continue waiting on him where, you know, what's another week after four years? Yeah, I agree.

All right, Jordan Reed should be back. That's good stuff. That's big. That's really big. And you need to go and sign him. If he's on your waiver, sign him. If you've got a tight end already, he is a good enough tight end to sign and try to trade to somebody who doesn't have him. Mike is attempting to trade him for a second time. This year on the same league. I haven't attempted yet. Well, you will. I like him on my bench. There you go. And if you're the Eifford owner and you need a guy this week and he's sitting there, great start if he plays. In one of my leagues, I...

to frantically add him because it's open ad. And I didn't have a guy to drop. I just said, screw this. I'm dropping my defense. And I'll figure that out later. Just to get him on my roster. That's a good strategy. And then a couple quick hits. Macklin, expected to return to practice should be clear for week seven, but monitor that. And TJ Yeldon practiced again on Friday, which is great news for him and the Jacksonville offense is he's kind of the bell cow and a half there, despite being a rookie. So let's go ahead and shoot through some more injury reports. You guys tell me if you think they'll be in or out.

Are you in or out? Melvin Gordon. In. T.J. Yeldin. In. In. Deion Lewis. In. Theoretic. In. Brandon Marshall with that calf injury. I assume that he plays, but of anybody we've mentioned so far, you need to monitor late. Like we said, late week additions to the injury report are never good. And calf reports are also never good. Especially for wide receivers.

equals terrible news. Yeah, I hope he's in. I assume he's in, but I really hope he's in. What if you're an O'Dell Beckham Jr. owner? Are you? I think he's in. He's in. Okay, what about Alan Robinson? In. What about the return of Austin Safarian Jenkins? Probably out. I don't think it's going to happen. And Colston? I don't care. For the Saints Only leagues? Yeah, for the Saints only leagues. I don't really care. If so.
