This is an... It says objective fantasy expert is what it says. Which I guess it could have been me. But prepare for an offseason of trying to figure out who the Dallas running back is. I think the preseason is going to be pretty important in that game three. I think the preseason in general. I mean, those guys are going to share the Rock in Dallas. There's no question about it. You're not given any of them to Marco Murray carries whatsoever. But we've seen a team with that kind of offensive line. You can have massive production.

You can go on and mock draft instantly against, they have like all these algorithms and the computer goes and you can go on and, I mean, pick your draft spot. You can practice, you know, it's super awesome. Picking one or picking 12 or picking five. That's what I do all the time. I just go in and I, because people ask, what's the better spot to draft and you've figured out. Yeah, and it doesn't take you, you don't have to call everybody and say, hey, come on and, you know, draft poorly against me. But you can go on there and actually see where people are. So check that out, fantasydraftwizard.com. Well, I've been, we've been using that forever. Yeah.

So, uh, let's talk a little bit about this mock draft. You guys ready to do it? Do, do, do, do, do, do. Let me push the, yeah, let me push the drop button here that Mike can make it for next time. I'm sorry. That's all right. This, this mock draft's so exciting. It'll stand. Mock draft. That's the mail bag. All right. So, so you guys know, Mike.

the fantasy hitman had the first pick in the draft. And this is a snake, 12-team snake draft. Half-point PPR. Right? And Jason actually had the second pick. I ended up at number six overall. And so let's go through it. Number one off the board was... Eddie Lacey. Eddie Lacey. What made you go Lacey here? I mean, we've talked through the running back rankings a little bit, but now Lave-on-Bell has a bigger suspension. Is that what it was? Yeah, Lev Bell and Eddie Lacey are top of the charts for me.

and the suspension just puts it over the top where I'm going to have Lacey for a couple games more. He's super productive, super reliable, Green Bay Packers' offense, Fat Eddie, what else do you want from the first pick in the draft? Do you expect Lacey's workload to be about the same as last year? I imagine it would be maybe a little bit more, but pretty close about the same, which is plenty to end up as a top five running back.

All right, so not a surprise with Eddie Lacey going off, number one. Some people might have thought Levi-on-Bel. Jason was sitting there at number two. Probably didn't disappoint you to see Levy on Bell in your lap. No, no, because it's a half-point PPR and anything that is remotely PPR, I think Levy on Bell is the clear-cut number one, even with the suspension. So I was happy to get him in number two. That's what was going to ask you what was going through your head when you made that pick. What was going through my head was I'm going to win the championship.

with these. Drafts over. All right, so number three, this is something I think we're going to see a lot of, especially with this guy. Aaron Rogers actually went off the board to the owner of the third team in our mock drafts. He had Eddie Lacey, Lev Bell, and now Aaron Rogers. Thoughts? Way too early for me, but if you want the quarterback... Is this where you're going to have to take him? No. No. I don't think you will have to, but if... Somewhere in the top ten. If you want your guy...

It's unfortunate that he had to take him at three because there's so many better options. But if you want Rogers, just take him. I don't recommend it, but. I don't ever criticize people for, you know, it's like if they really want their guy and they go after him around too early, we're so crazy. And we see this in every draft. You're so crazy to just mock people and laugh at people. But we don't know. So, you know, for me, way too early.

I mean, there's too many great players there that are difference makers at important positions that have more disparity between the points. So I wouldn't take him this time. Yeah, this was Paul at number three. He doesn't draft again, obviously, until the 22nd pick overall. And so you're looking at finding your first running back or your first wide receiver at 22 overall, so we'll see what he ends up with. Because that's a different strategy. I mean, if you take quarterback, you're going to be fighting back against it going through the draft. Exactly.

So number four, maybe a surprise for some people. I think it's probably right on point. Thomas went with Adrian Peterson. Love the picture. Yeah, it's the right pick to me. I saw an over under today on Adrian Peterson 1,250 yards. Yeah, that was the easiest question I answered today. Over. Over? Are you with that? Yeah, I think if I got to take an over under, I'd take over. Over on that. So Adrian Peterson, it looks like it's done deal. He's back in Minnesota, which...

Let me just say, I think Minnesota is really good. Yeah. I think Minnesota is really up and coming. I think they will be good. They're definitely a playoff contender. They're contending for the playoffs. I could see them two in that division if things bounce the right way. You're saying you can see Minnesota beating the Packers in the north. No. I thought you said winning the division. No, I said number two in the division. Oh, I miss. No, no, that's why you spoke very.

carefully into your mic to make sure I wasn't going crazy. No, I don't see that. And I'm not saying they will be number two. But I think they're good. They're pretty good team. What were they seven and nine last year? I think they were six or six. They had a really good end of the year and Bridgewater's up and coming. They got Mike Wallace in the fold there. Charles Johnson's emerging on offense. You got Peterson and McKinnon. Yeah, they have Kyle Rudolph. And they have his name's escaping me. But the tight end they took in the fifth round is pretty good too.

of this year's job. So they got, they have weapons. So Adrian Peterson off at number four and at number five, oh, uh, representing this team's name is hashtag coobs. Coobes. Coobes takes Jamal Charles at number five. I will say this. It's probably by the numbers. It is the right pick. But to me, the, how that you have top, top running backs that, uh, that, that don't pay off every single year.

We got a court issue going over here. It's a chair issue. To me, the two highest potential guys to bust of the high-ranking running backs, Charles and Forte. I agree with that. Volume problems for both. I was reading on Forte, and we'll get to him in a little bit here, but Forte had, last year he was on the field for 92% of snaps. The year before was 87%. Neither of those numbers are going to happen this year. No, no way.

So Jamal Charles goes off the board at number five. So we've got four running backs and one quarterback. And now it came to me at number six. And I went a little bit contrary into my normal strategy here because I wanted to see how it turned out. Test things out in a mock. That's what you've got to do. So I went big man, Rob Grankowski. Now this was before the hammer came down. But that's all right. I don't think he's going to get affected too much by that. And he's, like I said, he's a big boy. And he's a difference maker.

Now, let me ask you this. I know in a real draft, you would not personally have taken Gronk five. You've talked about that. Six. Six overall. Oh, six. But I understand trying that out in a mock. And I don't think this is a terrible position to take him. But if you're talking about picking six, does the suspension drop him a couple for you or not change him at all? I think his appropriate position in a draft is inside that first round. And so...

I still keep him in the first round, I guess to answer your question. I'm not sure if it, you know, it's still going to, he's going to fluctuate a few picks no matter who's on the board. So I think I'm not too scared of it. Does it for you? Yeah, it moves him to the back half of the first. Because I had him thinking right here is a good spot for him. If I'm drafting running back here, the only running backs I take ahead of Rob Yankowski would have been LaShaul McCoy or Aryan Foster or Jeremy Hill. Sorry.

And they went pretty late. They went later than we expected. Really? You wouldn't take Lynch before Grunk? No. No, I wouldn't. I don't remember where you had Lynch. That's pretty close, though. And so for listeners purposes, that also means you wouldn't take C.J. Anderson ahead of Grunk, right? Yeah, we know that. That is correct. And for the record, you know, I'm willing to soften on CJ. I like the fact they have a different center than they had when the offseason began. Yes. Thank you. Pyromaniac Moe for just for.

X for pointing that out from the people on Twitter. But the center position is less important. It's more about who gets what and the carries there. But yeah. So Rob Gradkowski, I took him at number six. And ultimately, the way my draft ended up, I'm super happy because I ended up with Arian Foster in the second round. Hey, spoiler alert. Hey, that's that part in rounds more handy. Julio Jones goes as the number one wide receiver off the board to Nick at.

The seventh pick in the first round. Surprising? It's surprising in the sense that he's not going to be the first wide receiver off the board in most drafts. Do you blame him? No, I don't blame him at all. I think he's going to be one of the two best wide receivers this year. So I would rather have him than almost every other wide receiver. I would think about taking him number one. The thing that I love the most about Julio is that...

I probably don't have to draft him as the first wide receiver off the board, and he's got the chance to finish. So value-wise, you could. Well, then again, I mean, if he's drafting seven, he's not coming back around. Yeah, that's where in the first round, you've got to take the guy that you want, that you like. That's where you're always going to see different orders because, you know, take the guy. But he took him ahead of Forte, one of the guys that were a little bit concerned about this year. Took him ahead of Lynch, took him ahead of McCoy, took him ahead of... Antonio Brown. Yep. Which wide receivers do you take over at Hulu Jones?

Antonio Brown. I think that's it. Probably it. Okay. I haven't seen my rankings in a little bit, but that's all I can think of looking at the list right now. Okay. Ben and Garrett teams eight and nine in our draft here with eighth and ninth pick went Forte and C.J. Anderson. Forte first and then C.J. Anderson. I've seen a lot of mocks and a lot of ranking list that has Forte in that top five picks. Here he went number eight overall.

And like I said, there's some concern there. You have Kadim Carrey and you have Jeremy Langford. Yeah. Draft pick. It's not just the backup guys. It's John Fox has a history of using two running backs. The numbers for Forte last year were not good, especially when you're talking about his rushing totals and average under four yards per carry. And what saved him was the Mark Tressman J. Cutler dumps.

I mean, that's where Matt Forte... A hundred of them. Yeah. No, it was 100, 100, 100 dumps. 102. That's where Matt Forte was saved for fantasy purposes. You cut those in half and he becomes... Not to mention the 92% of snaps. Yeah, he's... I still think, I mean, I'm down on Forte, but I still think he's going to be a solid, you know, producing running back. I don't think he's going to fall off the world. He's an RB1. Yeah, but... Is he an RB1 for everybody here?

Yeah, I think he'd be, he's in my tough time. Yeah, he is for me easily. I don't think he is. I think the only way he keeps elite status, though, is if he ends up in the end zone more. Because if he doesn't end up in the end zone and he loses those catches, unless he rockets up in yards per carry. And traditionally, Fox is a committee guy. I mean, he's come out and said he's willing to, you know. Yeah, it's nonsense. To not do that, but they did draft a guy. And everything that John Fox has ever done says he's going to have a committee.

It's philosophically believes in that. What were you saying? Forte is my number nine. I was just checking my board. Yeah. So C.J. Anderson goes at number nine overall, followed by Marshaun Lynch and then LaShawn McCoy. Gross. So you got four running backs off the board right there. Gross, as in too far, because I agree with you. No, I just, I am down. I guess when I said Charles and Forte were the two guys who I thought were not going to return value.

Because people are still very high on Lashon McCoy up in that. People being me. What? It's not just you. There's a lot of people. Yeah. Common sense and stuff like that. Yeah. Common sense would have him being good until you take in all the variables and you make an educated decision on the upcoming regression of Lashon McCoy up in Buffalo. That's, I just think that's ludicrous. We already have a bet with McCoy. We got a yards per carry bet with McCoy. Maybe. Yeah. We got like a 4.4 yards per carry or something like that.

I hope you don't. That's just too easy. We'll see. We'll see. So Antonio Brown rounds out our first round. So we go, we can talk about him in a second, but let me wrap up the first round for you. Eddie Lacey, Levy on Bell, Aaron Rogers, Adrian Peterson, Jamal Charles, Rob Grankowski, Julio Jones, Matt Forte, C.J. Anderson, Marshaun Lynch, Shady McCoy, and then Antonio Brown right before the turn here.

Very running back heavy first round, as you would normally expect. Any names that shouldn't be in this first round for you guys? Yeah, I mean, Forte and Shady McCoy I don't think should be in the first round. There's other guys who I would much rather have over than bold, my friend. That is bold. Jason? For me, Shady would be the guy that I think he's a great running back two to have. I wouldn't want him as my RB1, which of course, if you're drafted him in the first round, he has to be.
