Or not... That's not at all. No, but the Allen comparison from a few shows ago is way more on point. What was that one? From the... Alan, from... What's the movie? Hangover? Oh, yes. Oh, I was trying to remember what that was. That's accurate. Slightly more accurate than the Fat Italian Man. He says he's got a keeper question, so let's help him out. Twelve-man league, half-point PPR. Love it. That's...

92 passagesone of our major leagues. He can keep two players. He has to give up a last round pick if he got him off waivers. So that's where he's focused. He's definitely keeping C.J. Anderson for the 16th. Love it. So now he's deciding between three other guys for the 16th. Isaiah Crowell, Jarvis Landry, or Charles Johnson. It's hands-down Landry for me. Really?
Yep, half point PPR. Give me Landry. I'm all over him this year. You give me any points per reception at all, and Landry climbs up pretty high for me. I definitely take him over Johnson. I'm not very confident about Crowell, and so Jarvis Landry, I'd love to have him paired with CJ Anderson for basically nothing. I would take Crowell. You still don't know. I mean, CJ Anderson in the 16th is just great value, but like you said, you know, all offseason, Andy, that you don't know necessarily that he will guarantee be the starter.
You know, I would like to have Crowell and C.J. Anderson. Is that a... Really? You go Crowell? I do. Even with question marks around West or Duke Johnson? Absolutely. And I will take that... And a half point BBR. I'll take the gamble in the 16th round because I know I can get Landry a little bit later. And I'd... Okay. All right. Yeah. I'm going with the Crow. All right. I go with Landry, so no consensus on that one, guys.
Quick email from Nick. He says if you drop Levion Bell, should you draft DeAngelo Williams? So let's talk about this because Bell's out for three weeks. Do you have to handcuff him? No. You don't have to handcuff him. You don't have to handcuff him. I would, I like to because I like to have the handcuff from my big guys just so I can have the backfield locked up. I think the team with DeAngelo Williams will look extremely different than Levi-on-Bel. He...
Williams will not be the motor that makes the team go like Bell is? I would go as far as to say, I don't think Williams really is the most valuable necessarily guy to own in that situation. Everything I'm read about the way they're going to spread the load around when Bell's gone includes guys like Dry Archer or Dre Archer and I can't pronounce the dude's name. Dry. Yeah, Dry. Dre Archer and they have one other guy in the backfield that they're going to use. Why am I misplacing his name?
Because he's not important. Because it's Saturday. Saturday. I just don't think D. Wells is going to have very much value. What I will say is... I take a chance on somebody else and play somebody else for those. I want him as my handcuff on my team, but I will not reach for him. I will not pay premium price. Yeah. And I won't even start him. What's that? And I won't even start him. If you had him on your team, you probably wouldn't start him? Probably not. You drafted a lot of running backs, sir. That's probably... I don't think I agree. But I'm saying with Andy, I wouldn't start him.
Week one, I would see what's going on with the team. This is more just an overall, I want him for a little bit later. Yeah, I feel like if I wasn't going to start in week one, I'm... His time has come and gone. I wouldn't need him to fill up a rough spot. So the answer to the question from me is, no, you don't need to draft him. They drafted a running back. Josh Harris? Didn't they draft a running bat? You got a computer, look it up. I'm almost positive they drafted him.
Yeah, Josh Harris is a rookie, and they drafted him this year. So I just think they're going to spread it around a little bit. Just my take based on what I've read. So, yeah, you can take him for sure. A lot of guys like that security. I like taking a chance on somebody else. This email comes in from David Inn. He said he just started listening a few weeks back, loves us. I'm in a 12 team keeper league. No penalty. He needs to keep two guys. Jamal Charles, C.J. Anderson and Calvin Johnson.
So is he crazy to think CJ Anderson over Megatron? Crazy? No. I don't think it's crazy. No. But I think we need more information on CJ because right now I have Calvin. Yeah, right now I'd go Jamal Charles and Calvin Johnson. If it looks like it's just a guaranteed locked up backfield with CJ Anderson by the time your keeper deadline approaches, then I would rather have, I'd rather have CJ if we know for sure he's the starter.
Yeah, with the news coming out of Denver where maybe it's just sour grapes, we don't know, but Monte Ball, I think everyone kind of forgot that the guy had his appendix taken out just a couple weeks before the season, and we assume that all NFL players are superheroes, but the guy had major surgery done to the core of his body. So it shouldn't be a complete surprise that he was bad last year. So maybe he's not as terrible as we all thought.
That's on the anti-C.J. Anderson side of things. The only problem that I have with that is that he didn't have appendicitis all the years before that. No, he was. His numbers were really good. The second half of his rookie year was great. That's why he moved up so high. Very good. Reards precarion numbers. So to answer the question, if I have to go today, I'm going Megatron, but hopefully you can hold out and see what the camp news is.
All right, I'm going to jump over to a voicemail question for us. Jens, good afternoon. Tripper here. Just discovered your podcast and love it. Stripper? And I got a keeper question for you. Assuming that Joseph Randall wins the job in Dallas. I can keep Jeremy Hill in the eighth round or Joseph Randall in the 12th round in a half a point PPR. We'd really appreciate it if you gave me some love on the show. Keep a good word. Take care.
Oh, man. So the question was Hill and the 8th, Randall in the 12th? That's not hard for me. Is that hard for you? Is it? Yes. Seriously. Because even if he... What do you need that 8th rounder for? Jeremy Hill all the way. Oh, okay. No, that's what I... But this is an assumption that he wins the job. Yeah. But I think winning the job. I mean, I... Okay, that's what I was... I don't care enough between those two draft pick rounds. If you were talking about like a third in a...
seventh, maybe you got me thinking harder because you can get somebody else at the third round. Oh, but eighth and twelfth, give me Jeremy Hill. Winning the job is not getting to Markle's carries. Okay, these are exactly the points I was going to make, so I'm glad. Oh, okay. So you were basically hesitating because you thought we'd be over Randall there. Yes. Oh, no way. No, I mean, so I'm running to the hills with Iron Maiden. Oh, yeah. Well, then in that case. There you go. One time. I think we got to just.
Just hit it one time and move on. Move it far away from me. I'm going to take it away because you can't handle it. That's why I have to run the show here. I like the multiple bell hit. Someone else needs to be in charge. 12 team standard scoring league. Five-man keeper league. He has the 12th pick. He traded his second pick and Brandon Cooks for another keeper spot. He plans on keeping Lev Bell, Jeremy Hill, Marshaun Lynch, and Tonyo Brown, Antonio Brown, Des Bryant,
Why am I reading this question? I have no idea. And O'Dale Beckham Jr. Okay, so the top six guys on a lot of boards. I just started listening to your show a few weeks ago. He heard Mike's love for Justin Forsett. He says he has Matt Ryan. Oh, he notices that Mike is really high on Matt Ryan as the number three quarterback in his rankings. Should he try to trade his first round pick for another keeper spot to try to keep Forsett or Matt Ryan?
hashtag airborne hashtag double stuff hashtag tanahill hashtag do you want to play a game i really like that airborne hashtag that's that's nice yeah i think uh yes i don't want to help this guy he doesn't need any help i would i would trade and get another keeper spot and i would take for set because i just think to be your running back
Four. Yeah. I mean, honestly, if you have that roster and you've got that depth, you've got the championship. Yeah, and there's not good guys left in your draft, apparently, either. So trade that first round pick to do it. I'm taking the spot, or I'm taking Justin Forsett right there, because if Justin Forsett is who we think we, if all these players pan out, you could trade Justin Forsett easily for Aaron Rogers. Easily. Fair enough.
Fair enough. Your team is in beautiful shape, and I'd like to inherit it. So go ahead and email me. Your login information. Your login information on the team. Just put me as a co-owner. Yeah, not too bad. I want to take a second, guys. I want to talk about our listener league. We haven't done that in a little while. We have a league starting up here in the new season, the fantasy footballers listener league. TM. Trademark. I just trademarked. Okay. Yeah. Mike.
Jason and myself, we're going to play as one team, and so there are 11 spots open to listeners, and we have filled a couple of those. Our team is kind of like Captain Planet. Because when our powers combine, watch out. With our powers combined, we draft Latavius Murray. Yeah, I get overwritten. No, no. Yeah, we just kind of got to see a preview of that. Yeah, if you listened to last week's mock draft show. That's Thursday.
Yeah, this week's, this previous last show, whatever. If you listen to that, then you pretty much know exactly where we're going to draft it for at the sixth spot. And so what I wanted to mention is we, since we haven't said it in a little while, we're basically looking for you to be creative if you want to get into this league. We have accepted three people so far into the league. We have our Scottish doctor. Are we at three official? We are. Because then I don't think that third person knows. Okay. We are at least at... We're at two.
Okay, so Paul. Dr. Football out in Scotland. Dr. Football is in the league. If you didn't listen to an earlier show, he's getting his doctorate in fantasy football, basically. Essentially, yes. And so he was creative. He sent us some of that information, sent us his, a picture of him out there in the doctor program. And we also added, did we not confirm? Now you're making me worried about it. The Chipotle site was confirmed. I can't remember the cat's name who made the site.
Yeah, so we have three then. So we have the Chipotle guy. Oh, you're counting us. No, I'm not counting us. I'm counting the rapper. Oh! So that's what I was going to announce today. We did add one more to the league. Very creative. Somebody decided they were going to rap about the show. So are we sharing that right now? There was much love and I enjoyed it so much that, yeah. Oh, we're sharing it. All right. I did a little work on it to doctor it up.
It was already fantastic, but we had to get it radio ready, as I say, in the business. So welcome to the listener league. Again, show us your creativity. Three different people in the league so far, and that means we have eight spots left, and we'll go ahead and play. So the shout out is to David M, aka Deaf Mutant. Here we go. This is his rapper name. The old school beat. Stumbled on the ball is that a month ago. Like, what are you going to tell me that I don't know?
Show after show is becoming clear. All the other podcasts can't come near. With news and notes, tips and tricks, I'm already honing down like 2015 picks. This boy's job knowledge and it ain't lame, even when they ask. I want to play the game. Got Andy as a straight guy. Keep the things on track. He's got insights on tap like Jason's got snacks. A hit man's sharp like knives in my kitchen. He knows the game so well I can't stop listening. Last to not least comes double stuff. What he's laying down ain't no fluff.
To all of their horns, they should be tooting, because they got more skills than Rich Cam Newton. Every single podcast is to stay intrigued, because now I'm on the track to win my lead. To sum it all up, y'all come correct. Yo, I should drop that line for a few ofosaurus wrecks. Are you into this, Mike? Ugh. I'm about, oh, I was about to flow. You're going to hop on it? Yeah, I was about to freestyle for you guys. What was his name again? Def Mutant. His real name. David M.
So I appreciate the effort there. That was pretty solid. That's what we're talking about. Giving it some thought, laying it down for us. So we appreciate it. Welcome to the league. And you can always email us, mail at the fantasy footballers.com if you want to get a hold of us. We're looking forward to that league. It should be a lot of fun. You get a take on the fantasy footballers. Yeah. Not too bad. Any parting thoughts, gentlemen, before we say goodbye, let people get back to their weekend here. Jason, are you awake still?
I am already, now that this show's over, I'm in Game of Thrones mode. I'm just waiting for the season finale. No, that's so bittersweet. Oh, yeah. It's gone so quick. You brought this up, Andy, the fact that the, you know. They didn't take the big gap. They didn't take that four-week arbitrary break between episodes in the middle of the season. And so that's why it feels so quick. Oh, it wasn't. Remember how they did like the two- or three-week break? No, they would usually just do one for Memorial Day. No.
Yeah. At Memorial, they'd take like a month off. No, I only remember it being one week. Yeah, you're wrong. Okay. Not the first time. Yeah. So check us out. We'll be back here on Tuesday. Goodbye.
