I said, when you watch the game, you saw Starks just running laterally for no, what didn't seem like a good reason. The NFL, they have these next-gen stats where they're tracking all kinds of things for player movement. It came out that Starks, for every yard he gained, every positive yard, he accumulated.

about 54 yards running. So he ran 50 yards for every one yard he gained. That's not good. That's not good efficiency. That is very impressive. I think if your goal was to gain yards, you know, if that was your goal, unless you're running backwards, that's hard to do. Congratulations. I feel like that's like cardio. That's like a rumba going back and forth, making sure you cover. Never, never getting the goal. Cover the air, cover the whole area.

Now, you could argue they're in the playoff hunt right now. They have about a 29% chance to make the playoffs according to 538. I don't think you're going to see him back on the field in an effective capacity this year. He's a running back. So if you want to take a shot at him, it doesn't bother me. I'm not taking a shot at him because while he is a running back and he's a starting running back and he's a first ballot hall of famer before the injury, he was averaging 1.9 yards per game because the offensive line is terrible.

Yes, per carry. Because the offensive line is terrible. And you've seen it the whole season. Whoever's back there, that offensive line is not built for the running game right now. It's just hard to see. It's not built for NFL play. Sure. Arena League. Do you see the Bucks are working out the arena league offensive player of the year? 6-4 wide receiver. Kurt Warner?

No, no, no, no. That was a while back. Not the barnstormers? No, not the barnstormers. So that's the news on AP, but yeah, it is hard to see the stars of line where the offensive line plus him coming back from injury plus the playoff situation means something good. But, you know, it is fantasy football. So if you want to take a shot at it and you don't have any other options, deeper league, that's cool. Let's talk other running back situations here. Now, Derek McKinnon has been better. He had a good game. He finally scored.

I believe it was his first score. Not too excited is what you sound like. Well, the waiver wire is very thin besides the handcuffs, which, I mean, we'll get into these handcuffs here, but for a guy who you can pick up and have an immediate impact, I would probably pick up Charles Sims over Jerich McKinnon and hope for standalone value. Yeah, yeah. I am with you on that. I feel the exact same. I don't feel excited about either, though. Or even Gillisly.

I mean, he's just a handcuff, but he's the touchdown guy. Well, and McCoy goes down in a heap of pain every game. I'm just trying to compare these handcuffs to Jerich McKinnon, who's a starting run. Another handcuff that I would rather have than Derek McKinnon because he might outscore him as a backup, similar to what you're saying, is Derek Henry. We can't forget that going into the buy. They talked about getting him more involved. They had their buy. Goal line. It is possible that coming out, you know.

after the buy that we start to see more Derek Henry. Now, I'm not going to throw him in as a starter this week before I see it, but I certainly want him on my roster. He also plays Denver. Well, Denver's running defense has not been the best. All right. Any other handcuffs to mention in the world? Well, Stangelo Williams. He should be back. Alfred Morris is embarrassingly low-owned. Derek Henry, Mike Gillisley, Charles Sims. Kenneth Farrow, if you are the Melvin Gordon owner. Yeah, at this point, you need to grab him. Rex Burkhead.

If you are the Jeremy Hill owner, Jeremy Hill's been extremely inefficient. Rex Burkhead's snaps are going up. You know what a nice solution for Jeremy Hill was last time he was really inefficient? What was that? Cleveland. That's true. He plays Cleveland this week. He might be in my starts of the week. To me, his inefficiencies are very directly related to his ankle injury. I mean, if you look at him, he's just gimping around. I think Burkhead would do a lot if Hill was out. Very possible. A lot in the passing game. But I do, I want to emphasize.

You need your handcuffs. You have to have them. I have had several situations where I go into the playoffs and you have your backup because you watch your starter go down. You have guaranteed points. If you have the backup, you have a guy you can plug in. You're not scrounging the waiver wire going, wow, I sure hope Matt Asiata scores a touchdown. No, you have a guy who you know will touch the ball 10 to 15 times. And those are not just...

I like Malcolm Mitchell as my top wide receiver pickup. That's what I was going to put you on the spot with. So you like him over a guy like Brandon Lafell who had a big week? Yes. Over a guy like Gabriel, who even though he had a down week, he was on fire before that? Yeah. I say the only guy who maybe slightly tempts me, and I say slightly that Mitchell's still the overwhelming favorite, is Tyler Lockett finally looks healthy, looks like the dynamic playmaker that I wanted to draft, that I did draft everywhere. It looks fast.

Yeah, and he has great hands. Russell Wilson is healthy. He's able to scramble out of the pocket. He's able to hit Tyler Lockett deep. And five for 63. He had a 75-yard rush. A 75-yard rush because the Rolls-Royce needed a tune-up in the back. Tyler Lockett's great. And I think you just alluded to the main, like, health is why.
