I'm trying to find a realistic situation, but maybe you have Jared Goff and Tom Brady. Yeah, I'll play Brady in Miami, I think. Okay, Jared Goff. No, I won't. Yeah, I wouldn't either. No, I won't. And here's the thing. Their offense is too good. Right. Their offense is too good. You don't have to have Jared Goff be on the top of his game or find people down field. You can have two screen passes. I mean, it's very close between those two guys. I'll put it that way. Yeah, I mean, right now I've got Jared Goff ahead of Andrew Luck, but I...

148 passagesI would rather play Andrew Luck. So I need to move that. It gets questionable with Lamar Jackson and Matt Ryan to me as to whether, you know, that one is, I mean, I guess that's really where you got there on the back of golf. And if it's that questionable, you probably are going to just roll golf out there. Because like you said, and this is an unbelievable offense. But they are going up against a hard defense, bad weather on the road. So there's, there's worries. I don't worry at all about.
Gurley. I mean, Gurley is as safe as they come. This Rams offense is kind of one of those machines that if one or two parts isn't working, the rest of the parts can kind of get you there. So they, you know, Sean McVeigh, Todd Gurley, the wide receivers, the talent they have. The Bears defense does give it out to wide receivers, at least on this season. So a little bit better over the last six weeks, but still, that's their area. Let's...
get into the Bears side of things. If Mitch Trubisky is coming, you know, he's coming off this injury. It's the first round of the playoffs. The Rams are right now the worst in football against fantasy quarterbacks over the last six weeks. I would play. Don't we just throw him right back in there? Jason has talked of his, he's hesitant to play him. I would put Trubisky right back in. Tariq Cohen last week was on fire, 12 for 156 through the air. Jordan Howard. He belongs on your bench. Yes.
Alan Robinson. He's our wide receiver 32 this week. I would play him. Okay. Assuming that Mitchell Trubisky is actually back. Trey Pupu, what do you do with him? He has one catch on two targets since Adam Shaheen has been inactive. Yeah, but that's also correlates with Trubisky. Isn't that a strange thing? If he's such a weapon and Matt Nagy's such a genius, what are we not seeing about Trey Boo Boo Boo's utilization? What I've been trying to say all year? Is it just Chase Daniel, though?
Because we could chalk that. Since Shaheen's been active, you could really argue that it's, you know, Chase Daniel and Trey Burton don't have a rapport. Maybe they get back on track this week. It's possible, but do you want to take that guess in the playoffs? And what is on track? Yeah, on track is three for 11 and a touchdown. Yeah. On track is Cameron Brate light. Light? Yeah. You can't get much lighter than Brate. But I'm saying I think that Brate, they're both.
Their ceiling is three receptions. Burtons is not necessarily that, but I think the probability of the touchdown is higher for camera bray. I'm going to go out on a limb here. I think that Trey Burton will give you a hurtin. He'll give you a wide, he'll give you a tight in one week. They're going to need to put points up on the board. They're going to need it. He'll get some. Maybe. Twitch. The Viking, six, five, and one. Take on the seven and five Seahawks.
This is Monday night football. The Seahawks are three-point home favorites. It's a 45 and a half point over under. Some seasons. Look, hanging in the balance for the Vikings at this point. Big game. Cousins, Cook, Thielen, Diggs, Rudolph, the Vikings offense. You know, the Seahawks defense, that enigma that it is, real bad over the last six weeks, giving up a ton of points to those three positions.
You know, the win, whoever wins this game essentially knocks the other person out of the wild card picture or very well could. What are we doing with the Vikings offense? Are you just starting them all and hoping for the best? Yeah, I think that you probably are. I mean, we saw San Francisco when, granted, they got down early last week, but San Francisco...
In Seattle, they threw for a lot of yards. They rushed for a lot of yards. Even though at the beginning of the game, the Seahawks defense was playing well, I think Kirk Cousins gets up for the big games. And this is going to be a battle back and forth. The skies are clear. The weather is okay. You know, this is a game where I would take the over. It's only 45 and a half points because you have two good defenses here. But whenever you've got one good defense. Okay, you've got one good defense and one defense that,
is okay playing at home with the 12th man. Which is really cheating, by the way. Right. To have 12. They have 12 on the field. It's not fair. But I. Take away that Super Bowl. Whenever there are two good teams and an important game with good defenses, I look at the quarterbacks. And if there's two great quarterbacks there, usually the offenses win out on those important games. And that's what I expect to happen here. T.Y. Hilton is practicing today. A little update for you. Nice.
On the other side, by the way, I had a lot of people tweet me. It's Michael's Secret Stuff from Space Jam. It's not Space Juice. Fortunately. That makes a lot more sense. It's Michael's Secret Stuff. That's what Russell Wilson, the defense, Tyler Lockett has been using to be highly affected. They weren't able to, like, get that Gatorade sponsorship or something. No, it was Michael's Secret Stuff. Would you rather drink Gatorade or the sweat of Michael Jordan?
Now, let's be clear, it's not the sweat of Michael Jordan that Bill Murray was drinking. What do you think it is? It's water, Mike. It's a placebo effect. I'm going to give you some. Of Michael Jordan's sweat? No, of Jason's sweat. It's good. Even better. Which, by the way, you worked out this morning, Jason. I did. Your glasses did finally defog. They did. I'm proud of myself. Is this the week Russell Wilson's Secret Stuff runs out?
Last week, 11 for 17, 185 yards before touchdowns. He's got the second highest touchdown rate in the league behind Patrick Mahomes. I mean, at some point in time, nope. It doesn't run out. It will run out, but I'm not going to wager against it. Russell Wilson's been incredible. Okay. So you're all about Wilson. You're cool with Lockett? My start of the week? Hot Locket. I mean, are you worried about Xavier Rose? Xavier Rhodes has been so frequently half injured this season.
limping off, dealing with hamstring last week, banged up, but he's good. Yeah, I'm concerned more about just where will the wild, wacky roulette wheel of Wilson's touchdowns. That's a lot of Ws, Mike. I'm all about that alliteration, I mean, all about it. Dalvin Cook, your start of the week. Yes, I like Dalvin. Stefan digs that I'm feeling. They're kind of must starts. Yep.
Can I interest you and some Kyle Rudolph anybody? No. T. Right Hilton, like I said, Eric Ebron back at practice today. Any other news that is? Just kind of a further confirmation that D. Jacks is not expected to play. Yeah. Yeah. I wasn't expecting to play him either. The Daily Dose. Brought to you by draft. It's Friday. The end of the day. It's the daily dose. And we are doing a quarterback-only draft today.
Mike v. Andy v. Jason. Who won last week? Do you? I didn't check, but it's probably me. Oh, wait. Was I here? Yeah. Was I here? Dude, the sickness earlier this week. It took a year of my life away. So this week we are doing quarterback only. I have the normally very easy choice of the first quarterback. But with 10 seconds left on this clock until the draft starts.
I don't know if I want to use my first pick on Patrick Mahomes. Against Baltimore. Against Baltimore. I would say draft who your heart says to draft, Mike. I'll let you take that ride. Who are you going with you? No, I won't. No, I won't. I'm going to take Patrick Mahomes. All right. I've got Drew Breeze against New Orleans. I'm ashamed. Drew Breeze is currently my number one quarterback on the week. Yeah, it was going to be Drew Breeze if I didn't take Mahomes. Fair enough. Fair enough.
Jason's got a couple of back-to-back picks. Mike Witt Mahomes 1, Drew Brees, number 2, and Jason's got to figure out what stack of quarterbacks he's interested in. Well, my stack, look, I would take Philip Rivers. I think he's out of this list, since he is not eligible. I'm going to go with Ben Rothlessberger, who, you know, we talked about it. If they can't run the ball well, then they're going to have to throw, and Oakland doesn't scare me. And then Andy's start of the week, who I agree with, Aaron Rogers,
Having to prove it, minus Mike McCarthy, that'll be my stack. James Winston is my pick then. I think, look, despite all of the problems that Tampa has, his fantasy production is great. James Winston, I'm going to pair him with Drew Breeze. And I went with, on the edge, I took Andrew Luck against Houston, and then I'm taking the upside gamble of Cam Newton with his shoulder.
And I'm taking the upside gamble of Lamar Jackson against Kansas City in that defense. I want some shares of Lamar Jackson this week. I think he's going to have a better than expected week. Man, here's where the rubber hits the road for me. So I took Deshaun Watson. The next guy up for me would be Jared Garf. But I just don't want him. I'm going to surprise myself here. I'm going to go Kirk Cousins. Interesting. You surprised me.
So you left Garf on the table? I left Garf on the table. I'll take him. I'll take him. That's fine. I'll take Jared Garf. I'll go down with the Garf. Perfect. Because then on my turn, I will take Mitchell Trubisky because, yeah, I'm about it. And also, Jason, who did not scroll down far enough because Philip Rivers is on my team. You buffoon. I took you at your word, and I didn't scroll down from Philadelphia. I was, I saw him. And after you made that statement, I said,
Holy crap, I'm going to get Rivers with my last pick. You dirty dog. Wow. I'm such an idiot. Yeah, I am too, because I should have vetted that. I should have known you were an idiot. Oh, man. I've finished up with Matt Ryan, Jason. You've got the final pick in this draft. All right. Well, I got Baker, Brady, Wince, Russell Wilson. No, no, you can only have one. You can only have one. But since I lost out on Phillip Rivers, I feel like I should get all of those guys. I'm going to.
I don't love the matchup. I've got him low in my rankings. But look, if I've got Aaron Rogers, I'm going to take Tom Brady. I'm just going to go Hall of Famers here. See how that works out for me. All right. My team, Patrick Mahomes, Andrew Luck, booty scooting, Cam Newton, Mitchell, Trubisky, and Philip Rivers. Oh, yeah. I went with Drew Brees, James Winston, Lamar Jackson, Jared Gough, Matt Ryan. I've got big Ben Rufflesberger, Aaron Rogers, Deshawn Watson.
Kirk Cousins and Thomas Brady. Brooks, did you figure out the last time you were upset? Nope. It's right now because the show's over. I predict the future with your dynasty team.
