The Saints defense has been so susceptible to the passing game. The Buccaneers defense has been so susceptible to the football game. Yes. Yes. And so, yeah, I mean. To the football. To the football game. To the football game. To the football game. Been all over their defense. 29th against quarterbacks. 28th against running backs. 31st against wide outs. 28th against tight-in. That's another way to say it. Yeah. Well, they don't play favorites. No. That's one of the things that they're.

148 passagesWell, round it. All right. Let's break it down. So Drew Brees is in. Alvin Camara, Michael Thomas, they are in. Jason, Mark Ingram. He's in the fantasy playoffs. In the fantasy playoffs, he is still in. I am not, you know, look, Markingram has disappointed. He's had great games. I've been constantly his supporter. Right now, I've got Markingrum outside of the RB1s. So unless you've got two or three RB1s, he's at my,
running back 13, but it's still a huge plus matchup, big over or under. Whenever, look, sometimes you start Michael Thomas, and you're very, very disappointed because Drew Brees throws four touchdowns and none of them go to Michael Thomas. But when the amount of touchdowns happen in New Orleans, you're going to be so upset if Mark Ingram's on your bench. So look, if you've got... I had him one spot higher than four net, believe it or not. Wow. I don't... I bet that turns out right.
or at least higher, hopefully not just one spot higher. Yeah. Leonard Ford had did nothing. You know, look, I'm not going to start him over on Nick Chubb, but if I've got, you know, if I picked up Jalen Samuels and I don't know exactly, how much is the split with him and Ridley, I'm still going to go, Mark. He is the captain of the shaky boat. I mean, there are, when you start, you start to have some question marks about, okay, Gus Edwards, ankle. Don't get on this one. Yeah, I mean, it's shaky. It's shaky.
But I agree. You got to play him this week. The matchup is too good. Tampa Bay is too bad. Okay. So on the other side, it's bad to be good. James. They're in Chris Godwin. He's your start of the week. Is that right? Absolutely. Yeah. I'm all about Chris Godwin with Deshawn Jackson out of the lineup. And you can flex Adam Humphreys. I completely agree. As long as you pronounce it with an Humphreys. I think the question, and Camer Brate is in, the question on the Tampa side. Let's talk about Cameron Brate though. Let's pause for a second. Yes, because Camer Brate.
he's been bad. Let's make no mistake. He has not been over 40 yards on the season in any game. So you are not, there's a low floor for Cameron Brayton now. It's not you get to come in and be the number one target without O.J. Howard. He doesn't offer the skills and ability that Howard does. And if he doesn't score, if he's not three for 31 in a touchdown, he is just three for 31. Right. And I'm not going to argue against that. For me, it's,
Of the tier of tight ends, his probability of a touchdown is just higher. Your start of the week, Vance McDonald or Cameron Bray. Ooh, that's a great question. Man, let me pull up the actual ranks. Somebody could be making that decision. Yeah, I have got Vance higher. So I would stick with Vance McDonnell. I do as well. I've actually got Cameron Brate down at 12. So there's a chance. He's still a title. Cameron Bray or Trey Burton.
I'm going to start Cameron Brate in that. I'm going to start Cameron Brayt over Trey Burton. All right. Sometimes when you say Trey Burton's name, I have an involuntary muscle spasm. Peyton Barber at all? Oh, no. Peyton Barber, no way. Okay. No, the Saints have been good. Saints have been too good against the run lately. I mean, on the season now, they've worked their way all the way up to number four, and they've been real good over the last few weeks.
Other flyers in this game, do you take a chance than any other pass catchers from New Orleans? I don't. Not in the playoffs. No, Treyquan Smith, Keith Kirkwood, Dan Arnold Austin. No. I know the upside of Treyquan, but I know what the downside is, and that is a big fat zero. All right then. Let's talk about the four and eight giants taking on the six and six Redskins. Redskins are three and a half point home underdog. And I will be taken. Only three and a half? While they're at home.
Still. It's Mark Sanchez. I know. It's Mark Sanchez. That's not an only for me. A three and a half point home dog when you have a better record and a better defense. I think that's right. I take the Giants. I would take the Giants. I look, I was.
I'm hosting the DFS show that came out today, and in my Battle Royale lineup I made, I took the Giants defense as a cheap option because you're playing against a team that has no left guard, no right guard, and behind them is Mark Sanchez. So you have to stop Adrian Peterson and nothing else. That's it. I'm not certain that Mark Sanchez and Colt McCoy, the gap is very different.
I really am not. It's large to me. Because Cole McCoy, he was fine. He was fine. Either way, I like Adrian Peterson in this match, but the Giants defense gives up 25 and a half points per game to the running back position. I think it's going to be the Adrian Peterson show and the Chris Thompson dump-off show for Mark Sanchez. Because of that, I'm fine flexing Chris Thompson. I am as well.
Outside of that, though, you have no confidence in Crowder or Doxton or Harris. I don't have a lot of confidence in Reed. People want to say, Jordan Reed has a sneaky start this week. I think he's a sneaky fart, guys. What do you say? Jordan Reed, to me. Hard hitting. Wait, but I'm trying to figure out is that good or bad. It's bad. Because when you get away with one, it's good.
You don't get away with it. But when someone else gets away with one, it's bad. At the tight-in position, you don't get away with it. All right. No, Jordan Reed or Broken Thumb Jimmy Graham? Brooks was a big fan of the sneaky fart. I see he's still laughing. I have Jordan Reed one spot ahead of Broken Thumb Jimmy Graham. But he's behind Trey Burton. He's behind Austin Hooper. He's behind Cameron Bray. So Reed is not a guy I'm excited about. Because let's say, I feel like if Reed ends up with five receptions.
is going to be for like 38 yards. Correct. And so unfortunately that'll put him as a tight-in one. I really. But that's not what I'm ever aiming for, not in the playoffs. No. I still think if you are an Oda Beckham Jr. or Sequin owner, obviously you're playing those guys, but you should be really excited about the comments from O'Dow Beckham Jr. this week. He wants to, he says if we're not going to make the playoffs, we're taking other people home. That's what I'm talking about, Beckham. And that's really the attitude fantasy owners should have outside the playoffs.
Take people home with you. Yeah. Of course, now it's the fancy playoffs, so you can't. So that being said, you're going to get competitive games from Beckham and Berkeley the rest of the season. You don't have to worry about them being benched. They're going to go out there. They're going to do some work. Evan Ingram, we talked about it. This is not his year. You can take your shot, but you need to have one big play up the seam where he shows his top speed and coming off an injury. That's a little bit of a risk. I think that's that with that game. I agree. Pearson, Chris Thompson.

The Bengals Chargers game, the 5 and 7 Bengals taking on the 9 and 3 Chargers. Chargers are 14 point home favorites. It's a 47.5 point over under. We don't expect Melvin Gordon to play. I have a note here that says, not bloody likely. He's not going to be out there. And you don't need him. So that's why. Jason, you have Justin Jackson running back for the Los Angeles Chargers as your start of the week. He is sneaky in DFS as well. I know he's part of your lineup.
And it makes a lot of sense. So, Jason, are you projecting Justin Jackson just to be the better running back for the team? No, I still have. If you have the heads up decision of Echler versus Jackson. I still have Echler ahead of Justin Jackson. They'll both be involved. But one of the things, if you just look at the box score.
from last week, what you see is, oh, Echler was the guy, and Justin Jackson got a little bit of work. That's not how it worked. The first half, Justin Jackson, pretty much wasn't that involved at all. The second half, Justin Jackson started getting used, and it was like, oh, he's, he's fantastic. He's running great. They gave him more work. He had a good game. Now he goes up against a world-class bad rush defense, and everything is there for, I mean, they need to...
not overuse Austin Echler. And the coaches have talked about that. They don't need – I mean, we've seen – Yeah, they said he's wearing down. The games where Melvin Gordon's out, those haven't been Austin Echler's great games because that's not his style. But you can't struggle against the Bengals deal. Right. So my only fear in an ordinary situation would be, hey, Austin Echler has a great start to this game. They stick with him. It doesn't matter if they do that for the first half of this game. I think there's enough meat on the bone.
and enough of a blowout situation here that as soon as they get this game tucked away, even if Austin Eckler surprises with a higher percentage of carries to start the game, it's going to be put away. Yeah. At home against the Bengals who are awful. Jeff Driscoll and company, Justin Jackson could have garbage time, and that could be enough to make you happy. Yeah, I agree. I wouldn't worry about the box score halfway through the game with Justin Jackson. And this isn't, you know, he...
As my start of the week, he's not a top 12 option to me. He's not a guy that I'm starting over great backs. But this is a guy who should be a solid running back to this week that you grabbed off of waivers. And I want people to be confident that they can start him if they need to. You know the number one running back, or sorry, the number one wide receiver is since week eight? Since the squeaky wheel, let Philip Rivers know that he's.
Needs to stop messing around. We saw this last year. Yeah, we did. Keenan Allen, last week 14 for 148 and 1 on 19 targets. Goodness. Over the last month, he has a 34.6. What? Is that true? That's the percentage of targets. Well, you've had Tyrell Williams banged up. And it helps that he had over half of the targets for the team last week. And Melvin Gordon's been out. So it makes a lot of sense on that department. I think.
Like some people, I know every week we're talking Tyrell Mike Williams. It's been Mike Williams lately. Tyro Williams, he still exceeded Mike Williams and snaps last week. I think this week Tyro Williams gets on track. So if I had to pick between the Williams, that would be the selection. And I think you can, you can take a shot with those guys. There's still what, 66% of the targets left after Keenan Allen? Okay.
