Makes sense. Maybe this means that you can see a free agent. That was just going to come to town for the Green Bay Packers because Thompson has been notorious for they don't really have. Yeah, he doesn't sign free agents. They do everything through the draft. They build their own. And it's been successful because you've had Aaron Rogers. It's been successful-ish. Well, right. Their team is good because they have Aaron Rogers. Yeah, they need to give him weapons and maximize your couple windows of prime Aaron Rogers. But speaking of Sammy.

128 passagesThey're not bringing... They just gave Devante Adams a truckload of money. That's what I wanted to bring up is the Devante Adams contract. He get paid. Paid. Four years 58 million? Around there. That's insane. They are going to have to do something, though, because they're paying Jordy. They're paying Randall Cobb. They're paying Devante Adams. Cobb might be... Somebody. Yeah. Cobb or Jordy. I don't know who is, but...
Someone's either taking a big pay cut or someone's getting kicked out of town. Speaking of Bill O'Brien, a little sleeper bot report. Deshaun Watson ahead of schedule. Everyone's ahead of schedule. We need to fix the schedule. Well, not Andrew Luck. So I'd rather be reported ahead of schedule, even if it's like most people. I'm pretty sure Andrew Luck was reported ahead of schedule at some point. One year ago.
Their owner, Jim Mersey, had said he'll play in 2017. Yep. And now yesterday he said he's guaranteed to play in 2018. Oh. Wait and see. All right. This is big stuff. Sequan Barkley declared for the NFL draft after a nice 90-yard touchdown run in his bowl game. Dynasty football players right now.
Fantasy football. They don't even know how to contain themselves with the 101. Just wait till he gets drafted by the Browns. It's happening. Antonio Gates says he wants to play in 2018 and so does his fellow geriatric tight-in. Jason Witten. What? Jason Witten still has a lot left. I guess wanting to play and getting to play is different. Because I technically want to play in 2018. Like technically I would like to play on an NFL team. Yeah?
But Antonio Gates wants to play, Witton wants to play. What position? Would I play? Yeah. Oh, punter. All right. I mean, I, it's pretty good. Yeah. But I would go, I would go like early 90s punter with the single bar. Oh, single bar helmet. Like Tom Chupa? Like Tom Tupa. Arizona Cardinals. I don't care what position I am. I'm going full face mask. I want the, I want to look. I'm going to be bane.
It can be bane. So you, is it real close to your face? Like your face mask is really close to your mouth. Right. Yes. I think my move would be, it would be painful. Backup quarterback. Because everyone loves the backup quarterback. Oh, that's nice. And then the second, the starter goes down and I'm warming up. Oh, oh. Yeah. Coach. My shoulder. Well, look, you don't even need an ACL. It just gave out. To play a backup quarterback. Found out Drew Stanton doesn't have them this week. That's.
insane. Yeah. All right. Also, if they didn't report that, they're going to be in trouble. There was a rumor that came out that Michael Crabtree may be released. You know, it's more of the rumor mill, but the money that they'd save is big. If you're a dynasty owner of Michael Crabtree, you're not happy with this news. There's no chance, in my opinion, for him to go someplace and have a better opportunity to be a top 20 wider steer. I almost see no situation. 100% agree. Like,
I would bet my, the house I just moved into, that there's no way he has a better year ever again. Yeah, I can agree with a better year, but I think that a receiver of Michael Crabtree's talents will have no problem finding a job and finding a job somewhere where he can still be fantasy relevant. He's a possession receiver and a really good one. But not wide receiver one relevant. Sure, but I'm still in the wide receiver two vain.
Well, it'll be interesting if that happens. Which, because they can cut him with zero dollars of dead cap at this point. Save $7 million. Yeah, you watched him. Yes, right around $7 million. You watched his snaps go from the 40%. Then it was, oh, he had a hamstring injury, but then he wasn't hurt this week. And he played in the 30% of snaps. He's going to be cut. It's just really strange. We don't have the whole story of what's.
going on back now it seems like there's more behind the scenes jimmy graham unlikely to resign with the seahawks we were talking about this before the show i think he could go back to new orleans but i if you know he'll get he'll make money this is the first time he's ever been a free agent you realize that he's never had this opportunity before um and i realize he you know it's the 10 touchdown number i mean he's capable of that still so um
We'll see where he ends up. And then San Bradford returned to practice on Tuesday. We're all interested to see what the off season looks like for the Minnesota. Yes. Quarterback situation. So we are going to get into the stud muffins and the duds. But before we do that, I want to thank Pristine Auction. Remember, there's no better way to celebrate that player that brought you that title than to head over to pristineauction.com and get a signed piece of choice. Football memorabilia.
Every single day they have hundreds of auctions. That's the cool part. You can find something new and special every single day, and the prices are great, and these are all JSA certified, authentic autographs. Lev Bell signed full-size helmet. Full-sized helmet yesterday went for $71. Wow. Are you kidding me? That is a steal. C.J. Anderson had a signed mini helmet yesterday for $64. Michael Crabtree, $61 for a signed Raiders jersey. Just...
Mentioned it. You want to commemorate those good years before he heads out the door. Kurt Cousin, Signed Redskins jersey, $79, $7.I. Ingram, $65 for an Old Miss jersey. So you're an Old Miss fan. You're an Evan Ingram fan? Right now, I'm looking at it. There are two incredible helmets, full-sized helmets here. One is signed by Mr. Dan Marino. The other one is Larry Fitzgerald. Man. Very nice. So pristine auction.com, P-R-I-S-T.
I&E auction.com. Let them know the footballer said you. And the perfect pairing to that, of course, is fantasychamps.com. Definitely need to thank them. Like a fine wine. Like a just getting better. Honestly, the quality of these trophies, we got them all up in our set. You could see them behind Andy Holloway. Mike still owes me a ring. Oh. From that championship game. We had a ring bet. I remember having to buy you a ring a couple years ago. Yeah. It's on the way. Redemption. Good news, Andy.
It's on the way. You're going to get a real good looking ring. Nice. Yeah. Because fantasy champs, their rings are great. They're stainless steel rings. And they're rings that are full of bling and gems that you could throw right in someone's face. Be like, bled out. I'm the champ. It's very heavy duty. You could also throw it at someone's face. Oh, absolutely. In terms of defense. Protect your home. Some people, you know, they get a gun safe. Look.
All you need is a ring from Fantasychamps.com. They're that heavy duty. Check it out, Fantasychamps.com if you won your championship or if you want to troll someone with a loser trophy. And you can use the promo code Ballers to save 10%. Ballers. Ballers. This week's Fantasy Stud Muffins. All right, guys. Who won people titles at the quarterback position this week? Felipe. Philip Rivers.
Felipe? Yes. Not Ryan Felipe. Oh. Oh, my. You keep going Ryan Felipe? That's right. Wow. He hasn't been in much lately. No, he's taking some time off. All right. Philip Rivers, 28 for 37, 387 yards and three touchdown. Absolutely smashed it. Did everything he could do to make the playoffs. Yeah. Unfortunately, they will not be. They have kicked themselves out. Yeah, that's a really, I mean, pun intended.
of their kickers ruining everything almost like a four-lossed team. No disrespect to the bills, and I'm actually happy the bills made it in. It's exciting for them to break that long run, what, 17 straight years without a playoff appearance. So I'm excited for them, no disrespect to them. I feel like Los Angeles is a better threat in the playoffs.
than the bills are. But we'll see what they can do. But if Shady's hurt and all that. Yeah, another quarterback that helped win some championships. My start of the week, Matthew Stafford went full ham, 323 yards, three touchdowns, played for that, you know, head coach leaving, giving him a game saying, I got you. Got you, boo. I got you, boo. Another non-playoff situation there. Deshung Kaiser? Oh, man. 16 for 30 for 3, 14, and 2?
I don't know how many people played him, but he had himself a game. Had another 61 yards rushing, which is like 700 passing. Jason was, Jason and Mike and Jay Gris were on the show on Friday. I was busy with a move. And Jason had said the upset of the week was Baltimore losing to Cincinnati. I was not there to give my almost upset. I heard it. I approved. I nodded in my car when I was listening to it. I said, hmm, I like that.
I like that very much. So Jason, it came true. Andy Dalton against Baltimore, three touchdowns, including a just unexplainable final touchdown to pierce the hearts of Baltimore fans around the world. And Marvin Lewis is coming back. Yeah. Hooray. This is fine. This will be the year. This is it. This is it. It's finally time. James Winston, Russell Wilson had nice weeks as well.
At the running back position, look, you know, you guys said it again on Friday, but we said it all week. Dionne Lewis was the guy to own this week. They needed to win this game. Dionne Lewis had control the backfield, and he had another two touchdowns. One through the air, one on the ground for the second straight week, seven targets through the air, and then 26 carries. Looks like, you know, they need this Dionne Lewis to make another Super Bowl appearance. Yeah, 133 all-purpose yards. He was fantastic. Dionne Lewis.
His draft stock next season is going to be very intriguing to see if what people believe that Dionne Lewis will be moving into the future for the Patriots. Was it two years ago? Before the ACL tear, this is what they did with Dionne Lewis. And he was absolutely incredible. But if they pair it down to Dionne Lewis and Rex Burkhead, or maybe it just goes Dionne Lewis James White, they won't and they can't.
They cannot pair it down to that number. You can't trust the health. Those two players and their injury histories and what you had this year. But you're right. The if is fun with those guys because he is talented. They're both talented. I love Dionne Lewis so much. And his draft stock will be too high. Whatever it is, it will be too high. Alvin Camara, got in the end zone again. Yeah, I'll give him a little bit of credit here because Alvin Camara, unfortunately, his efficiency on these touches.
Like, you can just praise it, gain genie numbers, you know? Not sustainable. I just don't know what, people want me to just say he's the number one pick in the draft. That's what I'm seeing. But how do you get, you know, nine yards per touch when the rest of the league, you know, when Todd Gurley is at, you know, six and the rest of the league's at four and five, I just don't know how you do that for a whole career. Nobody's ever done that for a whole career. And no one ever will. So I think he'll be overdrafted. I'm sorry. But he's great. He's great.
Do you still think that at this point he'd be worth a late first round pick? Yes, probably. The way that that offense runs, and if it's just Ingram and Camara again next year, why not? Six receptions. The nice thing is even if the yards per touch go way down, if you're still getting five, six receptions game, you're fine. The best comparison for Camara for sustained fantasy production at a lower touch number is Jamal Charles.
Small Charles for many years did not have the touches that the other running backs did. He would be in that 200 range in terms of carries on the year, but he'd still be a top 10 running backs. So that's what you're hoping for with Camara. And they kind of remind me of each other a little bit. A little bit. Latavius Murray, two touchdowns, 20 for 111. Orleans Darko had the big boy run.
to start the game. 80-yarder. Just right out the gate. It was scoching down the field. If you haven't seen it, it's ridiculous. It was ridiculous. Devonza Freeman, Carlos Hyde, and Derek Henry with the big 66-yard reception, they got it done for you on Fantasy Weekend. Yeah, Derek Henry. Week 17. What? Who is Derek Henry? Who is Derek Henry? Can I answer the word large? Yeah. You can go with that. It's just as.
I know the matchup against Jacksonville is tough, and Doug Marone, I mean, he played some stars. Derek Henry is not, he's not a runner for every scheme. That's what I will say. I don't think he's flexible to go into every scheme. You build the right scheme for him and you use him on first and second down and you bring in a third down back. That's Derek Henry to me. I think he can catch a little bit better than.
