Certainly. Very ready. Very ready to get into some heated fights, fisticuffs over. See, the top 10 running backs, you like them. And if you look at our ring, it's like, oh, I'm two spots lower than you. You dummy. Except for one guy. Well, right. Todd Gurley. Yes. But with these running backs we're talking about today, there's some differing opinions in the room. Yeah, yeah. I moved March on into my top three this morning. I'm not surprised.

So, yeah, draft him. Now, we'll talk about Marshawn Lynch as well. We'll get into the news. Let's start here with a quick question, guys. A real quick trivia question. I actually think I know the answer. Do you? So don't answer. Let Jason answer first. The question is, in full PPR, I've been an RB1 every season of my nine-year career except for last year. So, I mean, obviously eliminates many options with the length of the career.

I'm pretty confident I got this one. I've just been doing research on kind of rookie running backs that finish as a top running back. There was only 19 since 2002. So I know I have looked at this guy recently. AP comes to mind, but he has, it depends on how you score that because he's missed seasons where he's finished. Yeah, that wouldn't qualify. No. So we're looking at it. Matt Forte. That's my guess. You're both right.

Yeah, we did it, man. It is Matt Forte. Last year he was not. But he had been an RB one every season of his nine-year career in full point per reception. Giant skyscraper-sized question marks over the head of Matt Forte this year. People sure thought they had a running back one when the season was starting with Matt Forte. Despite being, you know, inefficient, he was still getting these monster workloads. I mean, I believe he had a week of.

He had 100 yards, but it took him 30 carries to get there. But he still got there because they were giving him the work. However, once he went down at the end of the season, you saw Blal Powell get a very healthy workload and just destroy defense. Wouldn't it stand to reason that because the Jets want to lose, they will give Matt Forte and his inefficient work plenty of opportunity to...

to move the chains a time or two before the punt. A time or two before the punt. It's very possible. I think Matt Forte is going to be a guy that you're going to get so late and he's going to come out of the gates just fine. Possibly. That's how I view it. Larry Fitzgerald of the running back position. So, I mean, I'll be drafting him if he's falling into the late. Where's the fall meet your value?

He is my running back 27 right now as far as on the season. So that's going to put him very late. I think I would look, depending on what my roster makeup is and whether I need kind of that, I need to plug in a guy that I think can be a starter week one. Late, then, you know, I would say eighth, ninth round. I would pull the trigger. I'm going to look at where he is going currently. Yeah, I have no idea what his ADPs. I'm pulling up. Because.

I mean, that's what I'm going to go off of, right? Because if he's going in the 11th round in ADP, then I'm not taking him in the eighth. Currently, Matt Forte, a fantasy football calculator, has him going at the beginning of the seventh round. Oof. Is that enough for you? I would take him in a heartbeat there, depending on my running back. Yeah, depending on my running back situation. Well, just throw a couple names right behind him. Okay. Amir Abdullah.

These are just the running backs, of course, but Amir Abdullah, Dionne Lewis, Paul Perkins, Rob Kelly. I would be behind Matt. I would take Rob Kelly and Amir Abdullah ahead. I would take Rob Kelly and Perkins ahead. All right, as of today. Once Washington drafts, the running back will. I will. I will weep. I know you will.

We really appreciate that from the business. I will say that the one falter that the business made is he had to set it up so beautifully of getting hooked on player nicknames. I mean, that's a perfect segue. He hooked on a feeling, but he just didn't execute, but that's okay.

Well, I mean, starting with the nicknames, I mean, if Marty McBry is back, does that qualify as a 2017 nickname now? Does the nickname get reinstated? Oh, the nickname comes back. Is it qualified for rookie status? No.

No, it won't be on the footy awards. That's an old nickname. But he might be eligible for some footies depending on how he plays. He wouldn't be an immediate impact player. He is Martavis Bryant, wide receiver for the Steelers. Houston Chronicles, Aaron Wilson confirmed that he's expected to be reinstated. I believe it's been about 60 days since his request for reinstatement.

We wish him the best and getting back on the field and getting over the past issues with substance abuse. I'd say the difference for Martavis, Bryant, and Josh Gordon to me, I mean, obviously we're going long distance, just evaluation. But there were the reports that Martavis, Brian, he had some personal issues with anxiety, depression, which led him in a certain direction. Since that time, though,

He hasn't been partying shirtless with Johnny Mansell. I mean, the guy's been, we haven't heard it. I'm talking about Josh Gordon. Yes. Okay. Despite the rippling abs, I would still keep the shirt on and not hang out with Johnny Mansell. But Marta Davis Bryant has not been heard of that report also spoke of. The guy has added 25 pounds of muscle or so in his off season. So the dude's working out. And he's.

He's working as a volunteer coach. I mean, so just I like what's going on here. And if Martavis is truly back, I mean, this is huge news. He was a top 12 upside type of wide receiver. He had a great season already. And in his stead, while he's been gone, Sammy Coates didn't get the job done. Marcus Wheaton didn't get the job done. The team is still there. The office is still there. Big bin.

despite all of his words is not retiring, he's going to be there. There was a seven point difference in production with Martavis Bryant on the field in terms of the Steelers and the points scored. So his impact on the offense is massive. Does this move the needle for Big Ben for you? Yes. I agree. He's not reinstated. We don't know anything. We're assuming he's back. I'm certainly not assuming he's back.

Okay, that's fine. The reports are worth talking about, but I mean, with guys like this, I will never, until it's done and the NFL says it's done, I'm not banking. And then another important question, better NFL receiver, Sammy Coats or Martavis Bryant's butt. Martavis Bryant's butt made a great catch. That's what I'm saying. I'm going to go with beating. I'm happy that you bring that question up because you love Sammy Coates so much. So that, uh, that's helpful.

Yeah. All right. Hey, yesterday, there are only a couple things that Mike does well. He can grow a beard. He can paste pictures of goat heads onto Rex Burkehead pictures. Hey, my gift game is among the best. And he walks into the office yesterday and he's just like, here, has there been any Marshaun Lynch news? Yeah. Yeah. Well, good old peach cobbler, Pete Carroll came out.

and, you know, at the meetings, talked about Marshawn, confirmed that indeed Marshaun Lynch, when he did visit the Seahawks facility, spoke of at least having an interest in potentially coming back. Believe, what were the, what were his exact language? He's kind of thinking about maybe coming back. Right. Because it's not his job to break that. I'm telling you, he is coming back to football. Here's, I'll play the man in the middle. Jason has now adjusted his view again.

Yeah, I'll play the man in the middle here quickly. The reports a couple weeks ago said, Marshaun Lynch, you know, visited the Seahawks and talked about asking for a release. And then the reports came out and said, no, it was just a personal visit. There was none of that talk. Well, Pete Carroll flat confirmed that he was, that he did talk about coming back to football. So I think that original report carries a little bit more credence to me.

They're, you know, I'm moving the needle up. But I've said this. And to give you the quote, he said he's playing with the idea of, okay? Playing with the idea of coming back. We talk too much Marjan Lynch. Yes. Agreed. Agreed. All right. Let's talk about Andre Ellington. Moved permanently to wide receiver. We expect them to be marked as a wide receiver next year for Arizona. Yeah. And here's where things are difficult. Fitzgerald, when he was on the field, he was in the slot 63% of the time.
