Really? No. Hmm. No, the arrows pointed up. No, that seems fine. You think it's weird. I'm with Mike. Okay. All right. Sounds weird. I'm glad. Lamar Jackson, uphill battle to play against the Rams. And they've got the bye week right afterwards. So I think we'd all be surprised if Lamar plays this week. And if they won, I'd be very surprised if that happened too. I think they are four. Seven and a half. Oh, is it seven and a half? Favorites last I saw. Underdogs? The Ravens? The Rams were a favorite. Yeah. Wow. Britton Strange went to IR with a quad injury for the Jags.

This is. It's a bummer. It's a bummer for Britton Strange. It does mean that Travis Hunter has a future here. They said they're going to start throwing him the ball more down the field. You need that, right? He's capable of the big play. He had a monstrous play that changed the game. He's going to get more offensive snaps and more opportunities with Britton Strange. He was sucking up, what, seven, eight targets a game? Naeem Hines signed to the Chargers practice squad. That situation with the running backs there, you know, maybe somebody emerges. But my biggest problem there is there's optimism about Hampton returning after just four weeks.

And so I feel like you need at least a week to get clarity. And there's a chance that that week gives you none. So it's just a little bit. To me, it's just a little bit of a mess because it's very short term. And I don't know that you can trust. How long have we had no Eckler in Washington? How many weeks? Three? Quite a while. Yeah. I mean. So that's a good situation. That's a good example of like people benched Ja'Cory Kreisky-Meritt last week. Right. Because he didn't get opportunities two weeks before. It was in the middle of week two.

Yeah. So like that is the kind of the template that I'm seeing right now in Los Angeles is that if you play Chris Rodriguez or you play Ja'Cory Kreisky-Meritt, it hurts you for two weeks. And then finally you play the wrong guy or you sit one guy down. And then by the time that's done, Hampton's back. That's my worry. There is a chance. There's an opportunity. But I think it's going to be on the arm of Herbert more often than not. Probably true. I think they will have to put it put the ball in Herbert's hands. The schedule coming up, the Dolphins, Colts, Vikings, and Titans are the four weeks that

The 4-1 Philadelphia Eagles, who we talked about a little bit with A.J. Brown. Thursday Night Breakdown. You were saying, Andy? I'd like to pretend I was setting the table for the drop. I wasn't. Yeah, thank you. Thank you very much. Got it. Does it feel more appropriate to talk about the game now? I think it's a perfect time. Because it probably felt pretty bad before. I was like, what are you doing? Yeah. How could I?

What night? What game? What's happening? How about I start over? The Eagles are 4-1 and they're taking on the 1-4 New York Giants. A palantrum. Nice. The Philadelphia Eagles are seven-point road favorites here. The over-under is 40 and a half. This game makes me really want to believe in an upset. At home in New York. Thursday night. Short week. Banged up Saquon. Eagles. You know, the offense hasn't been great. The Giants' defense is pretty good. I can't get there. I'd like to, but I can't. The Eagles are heavy favorites in this one. But coming off a loss, they're going to play pretty well.

They haven't lost very many games over the last, what, 23, 24 matchups. Giants just looked pretty inept after the strong start against the Saints. Saints get their first win of the year against them. They turned the ball over on five consecutive possessions against the Saints in that game. It was crazy. You know, Jackson Dart is a reasonably okay fantasy player because he's running the football. But against this defense. In super flex leagues, maybe. Because I think he's a quarterback, too. I don't think you would start him in your sub-12. I think in the right matchup, you could definitely. Oh, yes, yes, yes.

I'm talking about this game. The issue for him is just turnovers. I mean, the Saints were able to do it because it's like his stat line, 202 passing yards, two passing touchdowns, 55. Someone hit the button for me. I don't got it. Thank you. 55 rushing yards. All of those numbers turned into the quarterback, 16, because of turnovers. So that is an issue. It is. That I... The Eagles are going to be... Eagles are going to take that ball away. Yeah. Yeah, no. It's very fair. And then, you know, Cam Scadaboo... He's a must start in every matchup. What about Tyrone Tracy?

Well, yeah, he's going to... They're optimistic that Tracy will play. I will personally be starting Cam Scadaboo every week until I am shown that Tyrone Tracy is 50-50 with him or Tyrone Tracy is back to the lead. I am personally assuming that Cam Scadaboo is going to be the lead guy here, especially in the first week back for Tyrone Tracy. The opportunities, the workload that they've given him, they are using him as their dude. You do have to look at that. It's been really inefficient for two weeks in a row. It's wild to turn 27 opportunities into 12 fantasy points, 22 opportunities into 11.4

fantasy points. But then you look at those targets, six receptions last week. You know, Jackson Darts only started for two weeks. So, yeah, I think I'm with you. I would have... I think I would have originally tried to shy away from the Philly matchup, but those opportunity numbers are too big. And no Slayton could turn into even more checkdowns. Yeah, I think it's a little Jordan Humphrey coming up to play. All right. They're running out of the pass-catching people. And you saw, like, even the last game that Tyrone Tracy played in, that was eight targets were still to Cam Scadaboo.

So, I'm not going away. I don't expect Cam Scadaboo to have some monstrously awesome game and have easy touchdowns against great Phillies defense. But when you touch the ball that many times, you should have double digits. A baseball team. Yes. Nice. It was an apostrophe S. It was Phillies. The Phillies. Good defense. Yeah. Sorry. Theo Johnson would be... They say, what about Theo? He's the one, like, beneficiary. The target totals, again, you like that. They don't have a lot of other players. Yeah. You're still trying to find tendencies of Jackson Dart. And five... I'm cool with it. Five and seven.

I mean... I'm cool with the Darts. 25% of targets two weeks ago. 18%. The Eagles are very good against the tight end. The Eagles are very good against tight end. So, I had claims in. I just brought up my personal tight end struggles. And I put claims in on Meowson Taylor and on Theo Johnson. And I put them in that order. Specifically, partially, because of the matchup this week. This is not a good matchup for Theo Johnson. The Phillies defense has been top five for a long time against tight ends. That's not a good, exploitable matchup. And then you also look at, like, you know, Theo this season.

He hasn't had 35 yards in a game yet. I do like him. I would be fine picking him up and stashing him. But I'm not willing to play him against a really good Phillies baseball team. A.J. Brown, Devontae Smith, you're going to play him, right? But Giants are basically dead last against wideouts in the league. You've seen the neutral pass rate go up. They're heavy favorites. You've got to play them. A.J. Brown should be dominant this week. I just traded away. So, I know the pain that's coming. So, you know, Jalen Hurts, they're still 31st in the league in passing yards per game.

Jalen Hurts, you're going to play him. Saquon, you're going to play him. Dallas Goddard, he scored a touchdown in three straight games. Is he okay? He is okay. I'd rather play him than Theo Johnson. Oh, for sure. Yeah. I mean, right now he's the tight end eight on the season, and he missed week two. So, he's been involved. Last week it was really touchdowns. The last three weeks has been touchdowns that has done it for him. Week one, though, you saw him involved in the pass game, seven targets, seven receptions. So, I think you could throw him in your lineup.

All right. Any other big players in this game that you're looking out for? I feel like we covered them all. No, I think you're good. Saquon, if we didn't say it, Saquon, you know, he had the estimated did not practice Monday. He was limited on Tuesday. So, he seems good to go. All right. We are going to move on into our draft redo. The Fantasy Footballers Mock Draft. All right. We are going to go two rounds. How fun. Yeah. Fantasy Draft redo. I'm not... I didn't do a whole lot of preparation for this. Well, we did. It would be a good time to remind everyone we do have rest of season rankings.

Yeah. You can just go pull those up, Andy. Up on the... Well, I just mean like thinking about it in terms of the two rounds because I kind of wanted to just see how it felt going into it. Yeah. But it's like... This is a bit of a, you know, rest of season type of a thing. And those rankings are available. TheFantasyFootballers.com if you are interested. All right, Mike. You have the first pick in our Fantasy Draft redo. The first two rounds. If you were drafting today... I'm so happy you have the first pick. There's two guys who I think should be in contention.

Yeah. And I want to know which one you pick. For the first pick. And Jason gets the second pick. Cool. I don't get either one. And for me, it's not... One's a running back. One's a wide receiver. So I'm going to take the running back. Interesting. I'm going to take Jonathan Taylor. Oh, wow. I think that Jonathan Taylor is the number one Fantasy player. Those are not either of the two names that I was going to say. Jonathan Taylor... Were they either of the two names for you? I'm going to be honest. They weren't. Yeah, I know. I'm excited because I got Jonathan Taylor in the league of record.

And he has been utterly dominant. Used around the goal line. Used in the passing game. And also just looks... Like Christian McCaffrey can be in conversation for this. He's just so involved. But he hasn't looked... He's not one of the names either. No, he wasn't either for me. I mean, for me, it's Bijon and Puka. Yep. Those are the two. So I'll take whoever you don't take. To me, Puka's the number one, by the way. He's the number one overall pick. It's Jonathan Taylor or Puka for me. You will get the number one at number three. I'm going to take Bijon Robinson.

I think that the running back position is still the most important position right now. I mean, we're two years in a row here where it's like you look at your leagues and you say, who's doing great? And it's the ones that have these dominant running backs. Yeah. I feel like Puka's in a tier of his own. And that's why I think he belongs at number one in the same way that Chase was treated this offseason. I'll take Puka Nakua at number three. His steadiness combined with the big, weak upside, it's awesome. So nothing wrong with any of those picks in any order.

Puka Nakua will be my selection at number three. Man, he is dominating. Yeah. And we were talking yesterday. Goodness gracious. There were a couple leagues, like our listener league, which we're doing all right in right now. But like I took Puka at, I believe, eight. At eight, yes. And it was ahead of Jefferson. It was ahead of Amon Ross St. Brown and some other player that people thought I should have taken ahead of him. And the reaction to that was like, it just is an example of the draft season because there's plenty of other picks I made that were bad in every league.

But the reaction of like, this guy should be in this order. Right. It's all stupid five weeks into the year. It was crazy when you took Puka over Justin Jefferson. It was crazy. It was like, you know what, I'm going to pull the trigger here. But Puka is like, when we talk about the next tier of wide receivers, it is a tier down from what Puka has been doing. And Puka hasn't even been doing it with touchdowns. But like, I love Amon Ross. I love JSN. I love Jefferson. And I don't know how high Puka goes. I don't know how high CeeDee Lamb should, you know, if he's only missing one more game, maybe he's the wide receiver one after that.

I don't know. We'll find out. But all of those guys do not feel like in the same class as what Puka is doing week in, week out right now. Back to you, Mike. I will take Christian McCaffrey. Christian McCaffrey at number four. Who is the running back two and has zero rushing touchdowns. Imagine a world where Christian McCaffrey is doing this, but occasionally scoring a rushing touchdown here or there. Yeah, that would just be like the other years that he was the best. Yeah, the run block, I don't know if the run blocking ever actually improves for the 49ers this year.

But the volume will be there and receiving touchdowns. He has three of them. And the targets are just, he's averaging over 10 targets a game. That, like, you give that to your wide receiver one on your team and you're very, very happy. It's redonkulous. It's absolutely. It is. It is truly redonkulous. And it doesn't seem sustainable, but it might be. It just might be. It's sustainable until it's not. All right. So am I back on the clock here? You are. I'm between two players. Yeah, I've got the one I want to fall to me. You've got the one you want.

I'll just say the two players since this isn't, you know, we're not building rosters here. No. I am personally between Amin Ross St. Brown, who has just been, after week one's Dodd, just a machine. Yeah. To me, he's the second wide receiver. He's running very hot with touchdowns. He is, but he also is used around the goal line so much. And the lines are around the goal line so much. So it's a nice combination. And Josh Jacobs. Josh Jacobs, one of the things, you know, that you do keep in mind when you're making rest of season rankings, when you're looking at trades, Andy brought this up yesterday, he's passed

his bye now. So, you know, almost every other player has a game missing. And so if I'm looking at the value of those, he is the running back I would take. When I lay both cases out, there are running backs that are closer to Josh Jacobs to me than there are wide receivers closer to Amin Ross. So I'm going to go Amin Ross. All right. Yeah, I'll go back to back Lions. It won't be Jacobs for me. It'll be Jameer Gibbs. I will take Jameer Gibbs. I think Jacobs is in the running there, but I know what I have in Gibbs.

I also know that there's an, like, I think Gibbs with Montgomery in the backfield is a slightly better play than Jacobs rest of the season. And what if Montgomery is out? So to me, like Gibbs on that roster, the way that they're cooking, I think Gibbs is the pick for me. Those two running backs have a built-in nuclear option, which is so cool to have them and just know if either one of those. You're saying Montgomery and Gibbs. Yeah, David Montgomery and Gibbs. Obviously, Gibbs far more so. I like to visualize that if, like, somebody gets hurt, they walk over to the other guy

and give them this vial full of their power. Yeah. And then they load that power into themselves and accumulate double the stance. I mean, if David Montgomery went down, Gibbs is the running back one. He would be the running back one from that point forward. But if Gibbs went down, I think Montgomery could be the running back one. I think he could be... Top 10. Oh, he would definitely be top 10. I'll give you top 10. I'll give you top eight. I will take top five. I mean, he has had... I will not give you that. I mean, he did have a lot of career without Jameer Gibbs.

Not on the Lions. Not on the Lions, though. Yeah. He didn't have any without Gibbs on the Lions? I thought he had one year without him. No. I don't think so. Okay. All right. Am I back up? You are back up, Mike. All right. Pick seven. Somehow it feels disappointing. And I'm taking Saquon Barkley. That's where he is in my rest of season rankings, but just behind Jameer Gibbs. It's been disappointing. The huge runs have not been there. Perhaps the data nerds are correct of it was just too much of a workload last year for Saquon Barkley. But he is still, for the most part, really coming through, and I think that things can improve for him.
