You know, my point is, I do not. 172 carries 4.2. I mean, if we're, if we're, if we're really standing on that 4.2, like, whoo, this guy's awesome. Um, I, I, I just don't believe that Ronald Jones will beat out Kishon Vaughn when it comes to Tom Brady needing someone to throw the ball to out of the backfield. No, he won't. He won't. And so I'm, I'm avoiding Ronald Jones for the, however many year in a row since he's been in the NFL.

Third? This is third year. Great. Two for two. Second, if you'd throw out the rookie year, which I choose to do. Yeah, this is his second year. No, no, no, they changed the back of the football court. I like it. It's his third year, but, well, I'm just going to throw one of those years out. Yeah, he threw it out. I can do it too. All right. Mike, I love your pick. The value I want to bring up, look, in the 90s, right? We all have our, we're, I'm talking to the older generation now.

We have our songs that in the 90s, they were our favorite songs. You wore it out. You listen to it over and over and over. And you kind of move on from it and you move down the road. And then you go back and you listen to the song. You're like, oh, yeah, holy crap. This is a great song. This song is an absolute banger. And you're like, yeah, I'm glad I listened to this song again. I had fatigue.

Because I listened to it so much in the past. And that is exactly to me what is going on with Deshaun Jackson, wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles. People want nothing to do with him for some bizarre reason. I guess if you want to come to me with some bizarre reason. He missed last year because of an injury. Yes. Okay. And he's 33. And he's 33.

Okay, well, he's 33, but he was just traded for and given a contract extension by the Eagles last year. That is, it is not ancient history what he did. And in the one game that Deshaun Jackson actually played last year, nine targets, eight receptions for 154 yards and two touchdowns. And you may say, well,

Who else? The Eagles wide receiver core. It was pretty banged up. No, everybody was there in that game. Alshun had seven targets. Ertz had seven targets. Aguilar had five targets. Deshaun Jackson was the target leader. And if you think that Carson wins is going to be a good quarterback, it's because Deshaun Jackson is playing for this team. And if you want to come at me with it, well, Jalen Rager, first round pick by the Eagles.

Excellent prospect. I like Rager. I'm super pumped to have him on my dynasty team. I got a little bit less pumped when a few days ago I stumbled across this article where a quote from Doug Peterson saying on Jalen Rager, right now he's going to come in, he's going to learn one position, and he's going to learn from Deshaun Jackson, learn everything he can. Obviously, the playbook is extensive and we just have to see what he's taken from the offseason to training camp. Once we see his potential and his growth,

then we can use him in multiple spots. Once we see his potential, as in he is right now the backup for Deshaun Jackson. Is Jalen Rager going to get on the field in the first couple weeks? It's Deshaun Jackson's job. They love him in Philadelphia. Back to 100%. Yeah, he is healthy. Deshaun Jackson is all systems go for this season. He is a great player. He has not lost his speed. A lot of guys lose the speed at his age.

You mean going into the 13th year in the national football? Exactly. He is an outlier. You watch him play in Tampa Bay a couple years ago. You watched him in that one game last year with the Eagles. He's still Deshawn Jackson. He still has it. And he might be the number one wide receiver for this team being drafted at wide receiver 62. This is that situation that happens every year, a handful of them. Everyone will go draft Jaylon Rager and Deshawn Jackson is the better player. Right.

Was that a problem? Or a groan, Jason? No, that was a mm-hmm. I totally believe in this as a value pick. Deshaun Jackson is left for dead because he's a 33-year-old guy coming off of an injury. But he's come off of injuries before. And we've seen, when you have speed like Deshaun Jackson has, we've seen in, you know, in the history of the NFL, those guys don't really lose their speed at older ages. I mean, there's cornerbacks, you know, the best ones that play late into their careers because they just have that.

that speed card. So I like Deshaun Jackson. I think Andy's point of the fact that we always want the new piece over the, you know, people are going to be drafting Jalen Rager, you know, 100 out of 100 times before they draft Deshawn Jackson. He will go ahead of them in every single league. Then you'll be like, man, why didn't Jenyn Rager score me fantasy points this week? Right. Oh yeah, Deshaun Jackson still exists. And we spent last offseason.

talking about what Deshaun Jackson means to an offense when he's healthy. And it was great for a game. Look, my dynasty team that has Deshaun Jackson that doesn't seem like the ideal roster spot. Sure. Deshaun Jackson on a dynasty team. I'd love to see him bounce back. I don't think it's...

You know, it's not unreasonable for somebody to want to avoid Deshaun Jackson because of the pains of last year. The fact that he is frequently injured, I don't think he's played a 16 game season since 2013. So you've got a long run of getting banged up, which is amazing that he's maintained the speed throughout that time. And, you know, to Jason's point, like, Ted Ginn's just finally losing it and he's like 35 and still probably pretty darn fast.

But I understand people wanting to avoid Deshaun Jackson in the same way that they might want to avoid Alshan Jeffrey, where when Jeffrey's on the field, Carson wins him the ball for touchdowns, but it's kind of, it's a painful experience at times. Upside man of Deshaun Jackson. What's funny about that week one is... He was on my bench. Yeah, that was great. Possibly that, but I mean...

The world, the fantasy world remembers that was the game that Terry McLauram went 5 for 125 yards in a touchdown in his first NFL game. Overshadowing Deshaun Jackson's 154 and 2. It's so. Wasn't he the number one wide receiver on the week in week one? I would imagine so with 150 yards of two touchdowns. That's the last time we saw him. It's the funny how the narratives change over time, the history of the season.

I still believe that Deshaun Jackson is a great wide receiver. Philadelphia still believes that he is a great wide receiver, despite the addition of Jalen Rager. And they're going to need him. If Alshund starts on the pup, as an organization, they're saying we need DeShon Jackson to be an important part of this offense come the beginning of the season. Well, and you should read a lot into the fact that complex playbook, Doug Peterson coming out and saying, look, he's probably not even going to start.

In his rookie year. Yes. That should be moving your Jalen Rager expectations if the head coach comes out and says that. And then you combine it with a shortened offseason program where the teams are not on the field together every day, maybe very limited amounts of time to prepare, not a great scenario for any of these rookies to go out and prove themselves if you need to prove yourself, which is what Peterson said. Now, the combined age of Mike's sleeper in value.

It's impressive. Is ARP? Yeah. It's a combined 23 receiving seasons in the NFL, which is, but that's the essence of forgetting somebody. Yes, because they're the old busted. It's not the new hotness anymore. It's not the shiny toy. No, no, you're right. All right, let's do some mailbag. Mailbag. Mailbag. Who. Should have done it like an old man, like your selection. Burr.

Third round reversal question. Michael in Columbus says, where do you guys stand on a third round reversal in drafts? Does your preference change based on the type of league dynasty versus redrafts? So they're saying every three rounds you flip. No, it's just the first third. Wait. It's once you get to the third round. It's a full flip at that point. It just flips the whole draft because and the whole idea behind it is because the weight of.

Those first few picks, especially the first two rounds, it, you just know. Historically, guys drafted there have a much higher chance of finishing as a great fantasy player. And the further down the draft, you go, the lower the probability. People are pretty good at fantasy football. We miss a lot, but we also get a lot right, especially in those first few rounds. So I'm, I mean, I'm fine with it. But I don't think it's any.

type of mandatory decision. I agree, but to answer specifically, they said, is there a difference in dynasty or redraft? That would only be for redraft. In dynasty, you know, it should just be linear because once you're doing your rookie drafts, I guess the startup is fine, but rookie drafts should always just be linear. Yep. All right, Jeff in Kansas City, what do I do with Nick Chubb in a dynasty league? Kareem Hunt is going to be eaten into the passing work?

carries this year? Do I hold him for another year? Do I try to move him now? What would he be worth to you in the right deal? So what do you guys think about Nick Chubb long term? I think we all agree he's an incredible running back talent. Long term, I'm holding on to Nick Chubb. If I'm trading him away, it's someone is blowing me away with a package of a usable player, probably multiple picks. Cream Hunt is there for this year, yeah. But Dynasty, I mean, you can't.

Just think about this year. You also have to think about next year. And I guess let's put it this way. Jason, percentage chance that Kareem Hunt is a Cleveland Brown next year. 11%. Wow. Very, very low. So I don't. I think, you know, if Kareem Hunt comes out and has a really crappy year, then maybe he will be able to be resigned by the Browns. I think if Kareem Hunt comes out and shows he's still Kreme Hunt, which is what I expect him to do.

then he will leave for greener pastures. Yeah. So I think Nick Chubb is still a really solid dynasty running back. Was that you predicting that he goes to like the Eagles? Yeah. I mean, I honestly think Kareem Hunt is, is valuable in dynasty. But I don't worry about him for Nick Chub that much. I mean, Nick Chub was still valuable over the last part of last year. And he's a great. Not as much. No, obviously not as much. But I mean, he was still a solid fantasy running back. And that was with the.

weird not being able to get it in from the goal line into the end zone. You know, I expect that to change. I think with Stefansky and the offensive line upgrades, Nick Chubb is going to be awesome. You got to get it into the end zone. You got it. Nick Chubb is going to be awesome this year. I don't, I don't worry. If you could trade him right now at a peak value, like Mike said, if you could be blown away, if I could take Nick Chub and, you know, maybe another little wide receiver piece or something and.

Change it into, and your roster loss for this with your running make-up, change that into like a Tyree Kill or a young stud-wide receiver? Sure. Then I'd be willing to do it. But I'm not looking to get rid of Nick Chubb. Yeah, you're not trying to take the cream hunt situation and motivate you to make a big adjustment. Exactly. All right.
