But it's only our third show. But that doesn't really matter. It's week four of the NFL. They'll pay attention to that. Yeah, we brought you the latest in fantasy football last week. Bringing it again today. Going to give you some news notes from around the league. Give you some waiver wire information, some starts, some sits. I'm going to answer some questions. We were going to try a little bit of a different format from last week. It felt like we had.

100% accurate. All right, you want to get into it? Yeah, let's do it. News and notes from around the league. All right, so let's talk a little bit about what happened this last week. Something stick out for you in the fantasy worlds in this past week. Well, it's got to be that monstrosity in a good way that was that Eagles Redskins game. That was a fantasy bonenza. Oh, that was a feast. Yeah.

For anyone who had any shares in that game, unless you are the Lashon McCoy owner. Sorry. Yeah, that was so weird to have a bananza. Or Darren Sproles after the week before. Well, I mean, I don't, I'm not sure who of the Sproles owners was starting him over more quality guy. Yeah, the running game wasn't there for Philly. No.

Nick Foles was, and he's one of the stars of the week for sure. That guy, and he was hurt. I watched that whole game because I was trying to check out my shares of Captain Kirk cousins, because I wanted to see what was happening. But, man, Foles, when he got lit up, first he got hurt, and then he got Warnered, which I will refer to it as on that. As in Kurt Warner? Yes, as in the... Blindside...

The completely unnecessary, I'm just going to take a shot at the quarterback because I can. Brudel. And he got flagged for that, which, I mean, I guess you should. That doesn't take away the pain. No. In his shoulder. And the pick didn't, was a drop. So that was all for a, but I mean, my. For a high scoring game, Foles tore it up, but Ertz, McCoy, Sprouls. Yes.

Those are some painful... But yeah, I mean, that was definitely one of the headliner games. You had the Seattle-Dimber game, which was something of a sadness for a lot of the Denver player owners because the fear... Some people didn't start Peyton Manning. Some people didn't start their studs. They worried about Emmanuel Sanders because Welker was coming back, and that proved to be a mistake if you benched Emmanuel Sanders, who is off to a great start this year.

But Marshawn Lynch owners were happy, certainly. Especially with the overtime gift. Isn't that just beautiful when you need some extra points in a game goes to overtime like that? Yeah, I was, and that was very conflicted for me as the Cardinal fan with them going to overtime and desiring a Marshaun Lynch touchdown.

But not. Wanting them to lose? Seattle. Yeah, Seattle not winning. Well, it should give a little bit of hope that maybe Seattle can be challenged this year. And obviously, Peyton Manning, Aaron Rogers, they're the number one and number two fantasy quarterbacks again this year. Oh, wait. No, that's Ryan. Matt Ryan and Andrew Luck are the top two fantasy quarterbacks right now. Andrew Luck is... Slinging touchdowns, like a villain. He is...

What was that, what was that, uh, the movie with Emilio and Charlie? Were they the garbage men? With men at work? You're getting to take this one all by yourself. Uh, I can't remember the name, but my, my reference is just, I, they just seem to be just garbage, man.

Wait, who does? Andrew Luck's touchdowns. You know, when Trent Richardson cannot run the ball into the end zone, it certainly affects things. That's just the way that is coming off to me. I mean, you can't take, well, he's played well. And Trent Richardson sucks, and Bradshaw is a good past catching back. So it makes sense that that's how the touchdowns are coming, but, I mean, they ran it up on the...

The Jaguas. So from a studs standpoint, we have some wide receivers that had great weeks, and I want to ask you which guys you think are sticking around. Now, obviously, Julio Jones had a monster week. That guy, he's done after this week. Yeah, I didn't say not much question to him, but let me ask. Julio Jones, is he, odds on favor to be the top three. Coming into the season, he was.

in my top three, which would be Calvin, Des and Julio. And to me, to me, I would, any of those guys could. Yeah, where people are, when people asked me, I would advise, like, don't take Calvin in the first round, because to me, if you can get one of those guys in the second round, so take a running back or whatever. I can agree with that. So they're just really interchangeable. You don't know for sure who's going to be the number one overall.

And Julio is looking nice. With that Willie May's touchdown? In half of a game. Yeah. And another guy, a couple guys worth talking about too and seeing their long, what's their long-term value is the two wide outs from Washington that now have a revitalized passing game under the pocket passer Kurt Cousins. The dislocated ankle of Mr. RG3 has kind of put to bed any controversy there. And now we have.

Big weeks from both of those guys this week. I think it's good to point out Jay Gruden, while I wouldn't say he's my favorite coach, I think that a coach should never try to fit his players into a scheme. Don't force your players to change how they play like he was trying to do to Griffin, which I think Griffin is a very talented guy.

That problem is gone now because Kurt Cousins is the perfect mold for what he wants to do offensively and let us not forget what success he had with the Red Rocket in Cincinnati. Yeah, he has a history of putting fantasy quarterbacks into a position in a good position where relevant. I don't think Andy Dalton is the best talent or anywhere. I would put him, I don't know, maybe in the middle.

As far as talented quarterbacks. But for his system. He was great. And Kurt Cousins came out and albeit against a porous secondary in Philadelphia. He was in Philadelphia and put up 427 yards, three touchdowns, a monstrous, only one pick, monstrous fantasy game. And Roy Hulu shafted him. And my fantasy team. Roy Hulu is a lot slower than I thought he was. I thought Hulu was really fast. Well, he wasn't.

What we're talking about is the 80-yard touchdown he would have had down the sideline. And he got chased down. Your grandmother. Yeah, but big week from Kirk Cousins. So the question is, do you play Kirk Cousins going forward? Is he a top 12 quarterback this week? This week for sure. And then he's got Seattle and Arizona after that. So that might be. That's where you're going to find out what can he actually do.

Yeah, that'll be tough. And that game is at least home against Seattle. But Kirk Cousins, he has made Pierre Garson into a PPR monster last week. Which he already, we already knew Garson was. Well, he had that capability. Because we saw it last year. Yeah, the question was, will he do it consistently with Griffin or not this year and under Gruden? So what do you think now with Cousins throwing, do you think he is back to that? Yeah, I think you have kind of a, to be honest, a really similar situation to me.

to Reggie Wayne and T.Y. Hilton, maybe last year, where Wayne is in the Garson Mold, Route Runner, PPR, Third Downs, Possession Guy, and Hilton is that boomer bus. So I still think you're going to see low reception totals from D-Jax and probably big plays. But both guys are absolutely startworthy. And I'd like to see, I think, moving forward, their good values at the wide receiver position. I would say I am scorching.

hot for pierre garson yeah and uh i'll give myself i got lukewarm on djax i'm still i i would lean to agree with you more than not but i'm just i'm not 100% sold all right well let's uh let's talk about a couple of the running backs that kind of uh stood out this week um we have uh

Levyon Bell continues to look really good, as does DeMarco Murray. And Leveon Bell, I think, I can't remember the exact number, but he did something that has not been accomplished for a very long time, which was an 80-plus-yard run that did not result in the touchdown. Yeah, and he still put up a monstrous fantasy week. Which, going into the year, I think, a concern for Bell, especially because of the blunt.

conspiracy of what kind of touchdown value does levy on bell have and he it's very low at the moment uh but i think we've i think the committee is is put to sleep we're done with that it's hard to say uh anybody's looked better than very hard him on the field and demarko murray on the field right now yeah murray but murray does have the idis at the moment so let's let's go and move on towards a section we like to call
