A lot of people are going to be really upset next week after they played him. But this is a longer term pump the brakes on Jared Cook than just that. Look, he had a great game back from injury. And I love the Packers offense. We've talked about that because of how bad their defense is. But he has the worst schedule imaginable for tight-ins the rest of this season over the next three weeks, over the next four weeks.

He plays nothing but top 10 matchups, top 10 defenses against the tight-in. He's got Philadelphia this week, second-best tight-in defense, then Houston, the fifth best, then Seattle, the ninth best, then Chicago, the eighth best, then Minnesota. You're just not getting anything out of Jared Cook. Jared Cook's career is the equivalent.

And you see it in the back, and you smile, and you pull it out, and you fill your cup. Oh, you want it to be good. And you take a sip, and it's as flat as can be good. He was over 15 points, but he's progressively going to lose snaps and did lose snaps to Dionne Lewis. He didn't have any carries. I don't have confidence that, look, you roll him out there. You are 100%. Not going to get what you want if he doesn't get into the end zone.

That is exactly what I believe about James White right now. And moving forward, it only gets worse. So I'm pumping the brakes on James White. I think you've got better options out there. I'd rather start Kenneth Dixon than James White. I'll put it that way. No, I completely agree. I think it's a great pump the brakes. In fact, I might, while we're in the middle of the show, depending on how waivers go. He is on my drop. He's one of the guys that I might be dropping if waivers go how I would like them to go. So I'm leaning more and more towards I'll start him.

And hopefully you grab some guys on waivers this morning as well. And also, let's just throw out Martellus Bennett.

Last week, there were huge expectations for him because Gronk was out, and he put up one for seven or something like that on two targets. However, he ran 34 routes, which was his season high this year. You know, only blocked 10 times.

that will, you know, that's one of those type of numbers that will probably start to swing back to what you expect on a guy running 34 routes for the Patriots who use the tight in. So I'm not completely off of Martellus Bennett this week just because he had a bad week last week. All right. Andrew Luck did not practice on Tuesday. He, I just don't see any way he gets into Thursday's game. I don't either. And you know what? That's a bummer. It is. Because that would have, I mean, just from a Thanksgiving Day game, you're really looking forward to it now.

Look, I'm starting the Pittsburgh defense against Scott Tolzee. Yeah, I can't disagree with that. And, you know, they had a great game last week against the McCown-Kessler project, and I think they're a streaming option. But if you're an Andrew Luck owner, it's a bummer. You're going to have to sign somebody else. So you're going to have to try. Oh, my goodness. Jason is playing defense right now. I am playing defense. So I'm playing against Jason this week.
