Wait, who blew it? Tom Brady? Tom Brady blew the string of D names because DeAndre Hopkins was next. And DeAndre Hopkins. So this is very interesting because now you did see one, two, three, four, five, six quarterbacks off the board in the first 15 picks. Yeah. Do you have any regrets, Mike, on not taking Drew Brees? Zero. I have zero regrets. Jason? Yeah, I was going to say, ask me. I have zero regrets. Oh, all right. So what's the best available on the board right now in your guys' opinion?

So for me, because we are in the PPR, maybe I'm looking at a running back. Sometimes I like to go balanced, you know, get a Lamar Miller. Elliot is on the board. Ingram and Charles are the running backs I'll be looking at. But I'm taking a gander. A quick gander over there at the wide receivers and still left. Elite. Elite. Like Des Bryant.

Alan Robinson. Keenan Allen is elite for me and PPR. Brandon Marshall, one of Andy's favorites. I mean, this is a very tough decision for me at this spot with the elite guys who are still left. Rob Grancousy's on the board. Any temptation with Rob Grancousy? Yeah, there is temptation. That was the name I was actually going to bring up here. Usually, we talk about this all the time. If you're in a standard redraft league, you do not ever want to take a tight end early.

and a quarterback early. That will just ruin you by comparison to other teams when it comes to the important depth. It seems like we are going not quarterback early, and we're kind of punting that a little bit. So I question whether or not Gronk would be a good positional advantage here. We're taking to the limit. That's what we're doing with the quarterback position. We're going to try to see how late we can push. Well, here's the deal. I'm looking at, let me tell you my reaction to the quarterback on the quarterback's on the board. You have Big Ben.

who none of us are very high on. I haven't met 10 overall. That's fine. I mean, he'd still be a great one for me. I was called Haiti, H-A-T-E-Y for having Big Ben at number 10. These things happen. Carson Palmer, Blake Bortles, Eli Manning, Tony Romo. These are all options. I'm kind of okay with any of them. Yeah, that's why I'm fine pushing here. And so I don't really want to take a guy. This is an example of, you know, we have the tiers on the website for the Ultimate Draft Kit.

This is an example where, okay, I have a number of quarterbacks in the same tier. Why would I take the top of that tier or one of the guys when there's six remaining? And that's my problem here is if you told me, okay, your first quarterback's going to be Tony Romo instead of Big Ben, I'd be like, all right, that's fine. And it's playing the draft right here. I don't see how we let Gurley get biased here at.

The second pick. I completely agree. The reason he drops is because it's PPR. And people say, well, he doesn't catch the ball and so you don't want him. Look, he's still going to be a phenomenal asset. To get him in the second round, that would be my pick. Well, there's only three running backs off the board so far. Levion Bell, David Johnson, and Devont to Freeman. And all of those guys makes sense, right, in the PPR format. I think Gurley is the right pick here.

And personally speaking, I would go Jamal Charles because we're in PPR, but I'm perfectly fine taking Gurley. What would you like to do, Jay? Let's draft Gurley. All right. So Todd Gurley off the board, our team is AJ Green and Todd Gurley. And now we get to wait a little while. We're going to see more quarterbacks come off the board here. Grankowski went right after Gurley, and you had Desgo. You had Rothersberger and Palmer going the second round.

And then we get into the third round, and you also had Blake Bortles and Eli Manning go, and Mark Ingram was the last pick. I think Mike would have just maybe freaked out if Mark Ingram made it around to the ninth pick of the third round. Yeah, that would have been some absolutely unbelievable value. But there is a name that immediately jumps off the list for me. So we're sitting here third pick, which is the ninth pick of the third round. And there are still, with the amount of quarterbacks that have gone off, I believe it's 10.

So I'm playing the draft. I don't think people are going to start taking their second quarterback yet, which leaves the list of guys that I find acceptable as a quarterback one in the range that I can still get one in the next round. And Mike Evans is on the board for me here in round three. So that's where I'm looking. I think PPR machine guy with 74 receptions. I'm trying to pull up his targets here. 147 targets last year, and I think that's going to go up. So that would be my pick.

Yeah, he's the clear runaway highest guy on our consensus rankings here. There are a lot of running backs and wide receivers who are very juicy. So this is where when you're going against the grain and not picking that quarterback, you better have an advantage in your running backs and your wide receivers, which we will by grabbing, you know, Mike Evans and the third here. And really, there's quite a few guys I still like there. I won't linger too long on this selection, but Amari Cooper is a guy that is also on the board. We have him.

That's a pretty big gap in our consensus. So I think the pick is obviously Evans. We like the upside of Evans and the target numbers of Evans. And I think in a PPR, as long as he can catch the ball next season. And you know what? I don't care. He can drop all those passes. That's fine. He's just, he's going to get the targets in the production. It sounds like Mike Evans is our pick. He is for me. Yeah, universal. All right. So we're coming back around to our fourth pick. It's our fourth pick, and it is the fourth pick of the fourth round.

Oh, it's like golden. It's like golden pick. Now we're staring down guys like, Philip Rivers, by the way, went off the board. So just if you're keeping track of how late we're waiting on quarterbacks, you're talking about Tony Romo is still there, Carr, Dalton, Mariotta, Cousins, Winston, Stafford, Ryan, but you're certainly in other, a different tier than the top of the quarterback board. So.

Is this the place that Romo could go for us if we wanted to, because it kind of seems like we're nearing the end of a tier to me. Because I would take Romo significantly over Derek Carr or Andy Dalton or Mariotta. Yeah. So I'm pretty, he will be gone, is the story. Yeah, he probably will be gone. Philip Rivers would have been a strong contender for me here at the pick.

But just going through my rankings, I like guys like Jamis and I'm trying to think who else I have. You can't possibly want James as your first quarterback in a two quarterback team. I would have no problem with that. You would have no problem with it? I would have no problem taking Jamis as my first quarterback in a two quarterback league. A lot of these drafts that I've been doing, my first quarterback in a two quarterback league has been Matt Ryan.

Well, just because you've been doing it doesn't mean it's a good thing to do. At the end of the draft. Look, I've been drafting, and I got our first quarterback, Ryan Tannahill lately. Yeah, clearly that's what I meant is I've been doing terrible drafts, and that's what you should do. No, at the end of the draft, I've really been liking the depth on my teams and the quarterbacks that I get late. So I'm not personally here. I don't see Tony Romo, like I pulled up our UDK.

And according to our UDK, Tony Romo is in basically one of our largest tiers, the tier five. And I think that there's a lot of guys there that are still in that tier of player. Name some of them. James Winston, Derek Carr, Matthew Stafford. Obviously Fitzpatrick is would be, I think, if he actually signed. Come on, Jets. Tyrod Taylor is even in the same tier. And I think we can.

we can grab one of those guys in another round. So you're willing to push another round? I am. So who is your... I'm going to get outvoted, and I just wanted on the board that I really would like a two-quarterback team solidified with Romo here. So Eddie Lacey, LaShawn McCoy on the board, T.Y. Hilton, Randall Cobb. What are your thoughts here? I've still got Jordan Reed sitting there in a PPR list. Jordan Reed here is interesting. And Greg Olson.

Um, for me, Jordan, my picks, I'm looking at Jordan Reed. I'm also thinking about, uh, Lacey and Shady McCoy here. We're talking PPR. Shady was still peppered with targets. Yeah, I would take Shady over. Lacey. Uh, so I, I would, I think I lean Shady McCoy here. I, I want to hear some thoughts. I would love Lashon McCoy with this pick.

I think he's in a PPR. He was used in the passing game. He was excellent in the passing game last year. And he's one of my guys. He might be, you know, in another month or so, we're going to have our famous my guy episode. You know, LaShawn McCoy could end up being the my guy at running back. I find him in draft after draft as a good value. I thought you're going to say in nightclubs. You find him in nightclubs. Well, he's there, Sue. This is so.

jarring in a way to see the level of talent available in the fourth, fifth, sixth round here, because you can see how many guys are on the board and who is going to fall because of how many quarterbacks are coming off the board in the beginning of this draft. So, McCoy, I'm fine with. He's the one guy that jumped out to me other than taking a quarterback. And the way I'm probably going to play this, we're on our big weight here. I'm taking Shady McCoy here.

And then I'm going to go quarterback, quarterback. Okay. So that's what I was going to ask you is we had Romo, Carr, Dalton, Winston, and Taylor all go off the board. Sure. In between the McCoy pick and now where we're at the ninth pick of the fifth round. You also had Eddie Lacey, Dionne Lewis, I think an interesting PPR play in the fourth round there. Latavius Murray went off, a guy I moved up today. He made my...

RB1. He's number 12 on my board right now. Laf it up. No, it's just, Latavius Murray is so interesting. Here's because he was, the production was there last year. The opportunity is still there. And I just can't buy in. And maybe it's just me. Maybe I got this weird bias against him, but I just, I can't feel myself buying in the Latavius Murray. So does that mean that you?

If you don't believe in him, the way that last year you didn't believe in Joseph Randall, does that mean that you are buying stock in DeAndre Washington? At the end of drafts 100%. DeAndre Washington is one of my late-round targets completely. Sorry, we're off task. Back to the mock draft. Well, yeah, actually, I was going to take a brief second just to say in light of these rankings changes, you know, we do a lot of shows every year. We record all year long.
