So very excited about today's show. It is jam-packed. We've got a great week planned for you. We have our waiver show tomorrow on Tuesday. On Wednesday, we have the Megaladon episode. An extra long, super jam-packed match-up episode covering everything from week 12 before the holiday. I don't know. The Megalodon sometimes, I mean, we've done it before.

3:28 ↗

That two-hour mark, it's hard to hit. Occasionally people pass out. Usually from about one hour and 45 minutes to two hours, that's where Andy has passed out. Mike and I just lead the rest of the way in utter nonsense. We need a like a halfway through the show, a pie break where we have some like pumpkin pie. That's a great idea. Right in the middle of the show. In fact, let's not even do the second half. Let's just eat pie. Let's just eat pie. Ooh, I like where this is going.

3:55 ↗

Welcome back, Mike. Hey, it's good to be back, man. How was your trip? Oh, it was fantastic with the family. We took them over to Disneyland. Did they take your ID going into the building? I mean, like going into Disney? They accepted it. Okay. They accepted my verified license. And shout out to my man, Jacob Gray. I'm sitting there with my daughter. I just took her on Indiana Jones. And I'm like, Mike. I'm like, what was this? And he's like, foot clan. I'm like, oh, what?

4:23 ↗

I'm like, what's up, man? And so I got to meet my man, Jacob. And so the funnier part is, so I'm not expecting anyone to actually recognize me. I mean, but you blend in with that giant beard and your ninja turtle shirts. So later on, well, I've, I've had that Jacob says, I'm riding high. I told the wife about it. I'm really obnoxious. I'm like, hey, someone, someone listens to the show. And she's like, oh, geez. So later on, it's, it's getting colder. I have my actual fantasy footballer's jacket on. And I'm.

4:52 ↗

we're standing around waiting and a guy says hey it's like can i ask you a weird question i'm like oh yeah here we go like he's gonna ask hey you you're uh you do that podcast in front of my whole family's like can i borrow your phone i need to call my wife my phone just died oh a big letdown yeah well it just was hey hey stupid maybe if maybe if you had a big blue checkmark on your jacket would have been just just to be sure though

5:21 ↗

Apparently there's a full website dedicated to this now. Did you see this? Some listener. Let me check that verified. Is Mikeverified.com? Nope. What's this? Nope. We really can't get away with just about anything right now with about, you know, a tweet or reviews coming in. Everything is consumed with your, uh, your verification status. It's an important time of the year.

5:42 ↗

Come on, man. Let's jump into the quick question, and then I'll share one of those reviews. All right, quick question of the day. We know what happened. A.J. Green went down on the second play of the game. The rumors are torn hamstring. Gio Bernard went down. Nobody knew about this. Maybe at the end of the game. Torn ACL. Now, A.J. Green, Gio Bernard, are out. That's 45% of the Cincinnati Bengals passing targets. What do you do moving forward with the Bengals roster, the offense?

6:11 ↗

Who are, you know, what are you doing here? What was your reaction to all of this, fantasy-wise? Well, you've got ups and downs here because, you know, a lot of people want to hop on the, oh, my goodness, Jeremy Hill now is the guy, and he's going to be great. And honestly, part of that's going to be true. He should be getting 20 carries a game because there's not going to be another talented running back like Gio there. However,

6:36 ↗

Rick's Burkehead? Come on now. The goal line opportunities and the chance to score touchdowns is going to go down because your offense is clearly going to be worse. You do not improve your team and improve the fantasy outlooks of the players on a team when you lose two important offensive pieces. I think that... I believe, and this could be inaccurate now after a couple of weeks, but up until a couple weeks ago, AJ Green was like the number one...

7:03 ↗

wide receiver in terms of like third down targets and receptions. So when they needed a big first down to add to your point to go down the field, AJ picked those up, letting them get into the red zone where Jeremy Hill did his damage. So from a volume standpoint, you're not complaining about Jeremy Hill. Now someone will have to necessarily. But you could overreact. Yeah. Someone will have to necessarily step up into just into the target volume. Oh, yeah. Some of it. So whether that's Tyler Boyd, who would be.

7:31 ↗

You know, the guy I like, I feel like I hope that this actually moves him to the outside. He had the most production yesterday. You know, if they move him to the outside, I think he is talented enough to be a fantasy factor. If they keep him where he's been and bring someone else in, then I guess Brandon LaFelle. Brandon LaFell. And Tyler Eifford, to me, is the biggest beneficiary because he's a third down target as well. They're going to have to lean on him. We saw some.

7:57 ↗

you know, inconsistent performances at tied in yesterday. So if you have Eifer, if you've held him, he benefits in my opinion. Mike, did you have any other thoughts on position players there in Cincinnati? The people will be asking, who am I picking up? It's Boyd and LaFelle are the pickups here. I think that Boyd is going to be the better PPR guy. I think they'll use LaFel to stretch the field. Okay.

8:21 ↗

If you are new to this show, which is possible because apparently Mike Periscope to 165,000 people on Sunday morning. I don't know what happened. That was just incredible. I think you ended up like trending on Periscope's homepage. Something ridiculous happened and that number. You said you actually got nervous because the number kept going up. Started getting sweaty and... Sweatier. Sweatier. Sure.

8:43 ↗

Yeah, so if you're new to the show, we welcome you in, Andy Mike and Jason, the fantasy footballers. Check out our website, the fantasy footballers. Subscribe. 9:13 ↗

imperative that we read a review from the listeners because some reviews come in and they're just far too entertaining. These are iTunes reviews. They always help the show. So we're going to read one right now. Review Osores Reds. This one comes in from Da Force. It's five stars. The name is Da Force. All right. Best Fantasy Football Podcasts out there. Funny and informative is hard to do at the same time. My only problem.

9:46 ↗

Oh, no. I think elitism is starting to set in. Uh-oh. Uh-oh. Uh, he says, I'm a blue-collar guy. And like my favorite host, Mike, I am also Twitter unverified. Yes. I have a hard time relating to the one percenters like Andy and Jason, who are Twitter verified. Mike, thank you for representing those of us in the Midwest that share your hardworking values. We Cole Beasles of the world. Yeah, I was a...

10:16 ↗

That went to a completely different direction than I was expecting. I appreciate that. You're the every man. You're the Cole Beasley. You're darn right. You almost, I mean, the beard and. Well, I got bad news, da force. At some point, Mike will get verified here. We can't be sure of that. That's true. You're, you're too ugly to get verified. Oh, wow. The pot shots are breaking down to a grade school level now. It was an entertaining week. I will say that. And I think we're holding on for dear life.

10:46 ↗

For as long as you can. I wanted to read the review only because who knows how long it'll be that we get to hold this all read. So let's get into the rewind. Weekly rewind. I am an AJ Green owner, and I am weeping after yesterday's likely tear of the hamstring. MRI coming, believed to be significant injury. Probably gone for the year. Geo Bernard, we just said it. All right, let's talk about CJ Procise. Oh, you burn bright. Ugh.

11:18 ↗

First carry of the game, 72-yard touchdown run. Now he has a broken scapula and is supposed to be out for eight weeks maybe. This is the same injury as Dante Moncrue. Yeah. So you're talking low end five weeks. But it's we're at the point of the year where. Oh, what are you revving up? I think you're trying to rev up the rolls. Yeah. Well, it's been in the garage for a while. Well, that did with.

11:46 ↗

Was soap poured in? Yeah, there were bubbles. Very bubbly engine. Yeah, I used, that was a mistake. All right. You could have jumped on board and helped. Oh, I love. No, the reality is Thomas Rawls here. First of all, while ProSides was in the game, and they were both going.

12:04 ↗

uh, Thomas Rawls looked great. He ran like an angry man. He looked like a man. He was going to get himself really hurt again. Yeah, he did. That's how he runs. Every time that he would smash someone with his run and then get up and he looked like he wanted to fight every time he got up. Well, he went four point one at carry in his first game back. Caught three passes. I think all of them came after Pro Seitz went out. Um, there was a 14 attempts in his first game back. He's the guy now. And so, you know,

12:31 ↗

If you have him, because I've been saying he might win your league for three weeks, you might have lucked into even more workload here with C.J. ProCise out. Because, you know, not just Kristen Michaels gone. I mean, do they regret that? Oh, they have to. How do you not regret that? Well, and Pope, the other guy they brought up, he got hurt too. That's right. So, look, Alex College. Hey, Fred Jackson. I was going to say, look, Thomas Rawls learned a couple things.

12:59 ↗

from Fred Jackson. The original depth chart is sats. Well, yeah. Thomas Rawls is taking care of all competition. Yeah. With that being said, the way that he runs and the fact that he's been injured now, you know, twice in two years. Who cares? I'm just saying Alex Collins is a name that you need to pay attention to. Yes. Because while I don't think he's a super, uber talented runner, he was very productive in college. And if he's the only guy there.
