receptions, but Ridley. Calvin Ridley. He does not, what? No, no, I'm saying this. Oh, no. Not at all, but I'm saying this stinks because Calvin Ridley played even fewer snaps this past week and he just happened to come through with two touchdowns. Calvin Ridley, four for 54 and two. I'm going to lean on process over results here myself. I put the pump the brakes on Ridley, which by default means he's going to have a great week. But less snaps than the week before. Less targets than Muhammad Sunu.

156 passagesEnds up with two touchdowns. Tyler Boyd 11 for 100, but Jason beat Mike in that water bet. So this was the, uh, this is the big announcement. Woo! Mike, I think you, uh, you're kind of the-Klan. You assembled. We have assembled once again, the fantasy footballers for the first time in the history of the podcast awards, back to back to back champions of not only the sports category, but the overall people's choice awards. Thank you so much.
It felt fantastic. I'm still soaring over the clouds with the Eagles. And not the Philadelphia Eagles. No, no. But just the bald ones. The bald ones. They're good. They're good. It's soaring. Yeah. What I hear. And to help celebrate that, to bring you in, bring you into the celebration, we grabbed three members from.
supporters over at join the foot.com. So Kevin Hamilton, Jordan Archer, and Richard Delazine, you are the lucky winners of a $55 gift card to shopballers.com as a just a way to say thank you for supporting us through this awards process. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Yes. All right. Yeah. Now that's big news. No one's ever, no one's ever done there. Yeah. But the Foot Clan, you know, they are mighty. They kind of, you know. Undefeated.
Yeah, trekking over new ground. All right, let's go and get into the Rewind. Weekly Rewind. It's a crazy week. I mean, there are a lot of fantasy implications. The waiver show is going to be jam-packed, too, because there are decisions to be made. But here, let's go through the injuries and the weekly rewind. T.Y. Hilton exited week four with a hamstring injury, and head coach Frank Wright has said he's not going to...
play on Thursday, most likely, against the Patriots. And so you're going to be looking at other options, and they're probably going to be throwing the ball. So if Hilton's out, their leading fantasy producer was not Ryan Grant, was not Eric Ebron, was not Chester Rogers. It was Zach Pascal. Who? Six for 81 in a touchdown, I believe. Rogers also had a touchdown. Ryan Grant did. He was targeted, but, you know, in that short and intermediate.
And then Ebron. I mean, who's the biggest beneficiary there? If you have to pick a name right now, is it Ebron? It would be, if he can get back on the field, I think it would be Jack Doyle. But yeah, Ebron in the meantime. Leonard Fernette, hamstring injury left week four. This guy cannot get healthy. This dude. Whenever you come back from a hamstring injury and re-aggravate it, that is not something that goes away quickly, heals quickly. You know. Well, the team's going to take more time.
Yeah, a lot more. If you came back too soon and you already had missed two weeks, it's the reason he's missing three. Yeah, he could miss a month. I wouldn't doubt that at all. Either Leonard Fournette is injury prone or Leonard Fornett does not perceive when he should actually return to a game. That is what's going on with Leonard Fernette. Like if he thinks he tweeted this big tweet, I'm back, baby. It's short-lived. And now Fournette owners are regretting that draft pit. My man, Fournette, he's got to get into yoga. I still need us to stretch it out.
I'm still convinced Jason and my handstrings are far worse than Leonard Fournette. Oh, that is true. We have been publicly humiliated at the gym for the lack of flexibility. And only Jason makes me look okay. So thank you for that. You're welcome. Marky's Goodwin exited again, leg injury. You know, George Kittle had the monster game and Kittle led the team in targets.
He's going to continue to be a monster. And we did say this last week. We said the two players that have a chance to be fine, if not better, were Breda, who, by the way, had his highest snap count percentage of the season, still averaging 7.8 yards per touch. And George Kittle. And that proved to be true under C.J. Bethard, Dante Pettis suffered a knee injury on a punt return. Don't know the severity of it. They don't think it's going to be serious.
Yeah, it did not look good in the moment. It looked like it was. Sorry, go ahead. I mean, the way that he was reacting seemed like a season ender. But Markey's Goodwin. I mean, what do you do with him in fantasy? Because you've lost Jimmy Garamplow, the magical connection. Now he's injured again. Is he a drop this week? Yeah, there's a lot of players that I think you're going to want to pick up, that you're going to want to play. And will Goodwin have a few more good games? Probably, yeah.
because he's got that, you know, elite top speed he can get over the top. You're not going to know when to start him. It's going to be hard pressed to pick those right matchups and actually get the points he puts up. So I think there's a lot of players out there. I'd rather have than Goodwin. Yeah, Goodwin might be let someone else deal with the problem. I tend to agree. I tend to agree. Tyler Eifert.
unfortunately suffered a broken ankle in week four. This was a difficult week for tight end injuries. Rob Gronkowski was forced from the game with an ankle injury. You had Will Disley, who, you know what? Oh. I've got to give him a final. Goodbye. Commemorative Sweet Moose edition. Is the sweet moose in here? I don't know, but Big Montana, Will Disley, you burn bright. We're pouring one a half for you.
Miss you. We'll see you next year, Will. However, get healthy. Yeah, that's unfortunate. I have been, I have been saying this for a little while, and I know you guys, since the off season, I know, nobody wants to come on board with me because it's a very lonely car. But Ed Dixon's going to be, it's going to be, yeah, it's not like a train yet. It's not like an empty bandwagon. It's a one-seater. It's a vehicle.
It's a motorcycle, but it's a smart car. That's where I was going to go with. Yeah, sure. That's fine. And I still disagree with you. I still think Nick Vinette is the biggest beneficiary here. Ed Dixon is going to be a thing when he gets back. Is there a way to water bet that Ed Dixon isn't a thing? Is there a way I can do that? By the way, the other injury, O.J. Howard. He left the knee injury in the second quarter. He's getting an MRI. They don't think it's serious, but they don't know. And this is like you lose four tight-ins this week.
The landscape is thin as can be. You have all these platoons. You can't pick a Ravens tight-in. You can't, you know, when Doyle's back, you probably can't pick Colts tight-in? Cameron Bray is going to be a thing. Can I bet Cameron Bray being a thing over Ed Dixon being a thing? No, because I agree. I mean, if O.J. Howard is gone. If O.J. Howard is gone, Cameron Bray is a great. He becomes one of the top picks. Must pick up, especially with Winston throwing the ball. Exactly.
Hey, Will Fuller got hurt again. Hamstring injury. Bill O'Brien thinks he could have played in the second half, but Will Fuller has been prone to injury. So we need to see if he probably, you know, he scored in this game, didn't he? Yes, I believe so. And he did it early, so at least he got you some points. But monitor that. Geronimo Allison, got concussed week to week. If Cobb and Allison are out.
You're going to have to pay attention to. I mean, Jimmy Graham's target is going to go up and then Marquez Valdez Gantley. Certainly, but I'll throw Ty Montgomery into the mix as well. You saw his utilization early in that game as a receiver. I think Ty Montgomery becomes very important. All right. A few more notes here. Earl Thomas, broken leg. Now this was a clean break. No additional damage. He should be available for free agency. However, I mean, this sucks. It just, he was carted off the field.
Everybody knew that he had broken his leg, and this is why he held out. Yeah, I've never in my life seen a player going off to the sideline, give a finger to their sideline that was not the thumb. And, you know, that just shows like this is why. And I saw Levion Bell commenting on Earl Thomas's injury on social media, just saying, I'll keep.
playing the, you know, quote, bad guy for all of you. This definitely helped fuel Evian Bell and his stance of, I'm not going to play without a contract. Yeah, yeah. The char, you know, and the Seahawks can't trade them now. They can't get compensation. So there was a big story that were holding out for a second round pick. Well, that didn't help them either. So, uh, Mark Walton, concussion potentially. Mark Walton. Hey, hey, Geo. How's it going? Hey, Joe.
Can you feel in for me while I'm gone? So how do you mother for me? Joe Mixing should be back next week. You should be excited about that. This team's playing well. I'd be far more excited if Mark Waltonberg could actually get some play. Time to say goodbye to Ryan Fitzpatrick. Replaced by James Winston in the second half. Winston actually had a great completion percentage. Did throw two picks. Those are still completions, right? Just they were not dropped.
Look, that's what James is. Two picks for James is still, I mean, Ryan Fitzpatrick is prone to them as well, and he was trying to do whatever he could in that game. If you listen to Cutter, Cutter said, probably. They asked him, they said, has he done enough to keep the job? He said, probably. We'll talk about it this week. And then Chris Carson didn't play Cobb. Corey Clement, surprising active. Darren Sproles didn't play. Marlon Mack didn't play. Remember, Robert Turbin is back this week.
Yeah. So anybody getting excited about Heinz needs to temper it just a little bit, not that he's not interesting, but I'm not interested myself. I'm too busy of a backfield. I'm becoming more and more interested. Jack Doyle and then Joe Mix and Devonta Freeman didn't play as well. So there you have it. Yep. And as we enter the stud muffins talking about the biggest fantasy performers of the week, I want to highlight a couple of things just to kind of illuminate what's happening this year because this has been an offensive explosion to the tune of...
226 touchdown scored. Last year at this time, there was 187 touchdown scored. This is the most touchdown scored through this point of the season. This is per Scott Barrett since 2007, and you have a league-wide high of 65% completion percentage. You have a touchdown percentage every 19.9 pass attempts. And Adam Schefter just tweeted this. So far, there have been 12.
quarterbacks who have thrown for at least 400 yards in a game this season. That's the most in NFL history through the first four weeks. That's incredible. You can feel it. Just look at your fantasy scoring. I mean, I take a look at ours. A good week is if you score 110 points, you're going to win. Not anymore. Not through the first four weeks.
