What is going on, people? Week 7 is over. It is October 21st. I'm back, baby. Andy's back. I'm back. Oh, I missed the smell of this studio. That's an odd thing to miss? Yeah, I mean, football, man. I didn't get to talk about football for a week. I actually had a good vacation with the family, but happy to be back here talking fantasy football.

2:11 ↗

Always working to get better for the people's. Well, people want to know about us. That's right. They want to know our attractiveness as well as our football prowess. So we'll keep bringing it. We'll bring more to the web and always bringing it here on the podcast. Any... Or how did... Let's talk about. We can talk about our league. Sure. Our teams people would like to know. How did your week go? Yeah, now you want to talk about it. I do. You didn't want to talk about it the first five weeks when I was winning.

3:38 ↗

Yeah, I've dropped a couple in a row, mostly out of just the kindness of my heart so that the league can feel like they can compete with me. The Falcons are killing you. I've lost a couple. Yeah, the Falcons kill me. Julio's been slow. I had Ben Tate this week. Ben Tate didn't do very well. Brandon Marshall hasn't been Brandon Marshall yet. And my luck ran out. I'm five and two, though. And that's a good record, right?

4:07 ↗

It is. It's a fantastic record. What's your record? Because I'm also five and two. It was an overall great week for me, but there you go. I don't really need to talk about my team anymore, so let's talk about some news. News and notes from around the league. Let's get right into it. That has gotten so much more intense. Oh, yeah. It's week seven, Mike. It's week seven. Oh, man. The news and notes now matter.

4:39 ↗

And, I forgot to write this down because we have actual separate news from, we always talk about the injuries. Yeah. There was a trade in the NFL. A trade happened. Percy Harvin. Oh. Locker room cancer has been. Apparently. Apparently shipped off. He, the Seahawks just acquired him last year for a, what was a first? A one and a three or four? 137. Something like that. Yeah, really.

5:06 ↗

A lot of picks. And then they gave him a boatload of money. They did, although beyond this year it's not guaranteed. Right, but I mean... But yeah, they gave him a big contract because that's what he wanted. That's why he got out of Minnesota. Yes. Because he wanted money. And now... Enjoy your Super Bowl. You don't even know... And the thing is, is you can't say that they made a poor investment because his impact in the Super Bowl...

5:30 ↗

And the threat of him in the Super Bowl was probably, you know, the special team's touchdown in the second half. He made an impact, is the point. And so, you know, we always say go for Brooke. You know, you play to win the game. Yeah, I suppose that's fair. And apparently you cut bait when you know it's not going to work. I strongly believe they would have won the Super Bowl without him. But I get it guaranteed, lock it up. They might have won that St. Louis game this past week with him.

5:58 ↗

that's fair yeah that was that was a upset alert but yeah trade uh it's almost like it's fantasy football that was that was a fantasy football trade but it's kind of it's it's no lose for the jets i think i mean they're a dumpster fire anyway so probably going to give up a six for him from what i understand is the mid round i heard mid round yeah what i understand is if he's not on the roster in 2015 that pick is a six

6:24 ↗

Oh, interesting. So if he's on the roster in 2015, it could be as high as a four. But that's, I mean, a four to six for talent like Harvin. Not bad. Probably means good things for his fantasy stock? I think his fantasy stock actually just maybe slightly goes up. Not a lot, yeah. He'll have more playtime. He'll get more targets, but his targets are not as quality with Gino at the helm. So...

6:52 ↗

Yeah, that was big news, like you said. This past weekend saw the rumbling bills lose a couple of running backs in quick succession. CJ Spiller went down after Fred Jackson went down. And how happy were... Oh, yeah, we were talking about this earlier. But how happy were the CJ Spiller owners when Fred Jackson went down? I mean, they were... All I thought of was...

7:18 ↗

The second I saw the news on Fred Jackson, because we're fantasy nut jobs, was not poor old man. It was, oh my gosh, C.J. Spiller just, his fantasy stock just went through the roof. And then you see, and I was looking, following that one on my phone, watching a couple other games. And then I see C.J. Spiller breaks off a 52-yard run.

7:40 ↗

And I didn't know that the end of that run... Oh, you didn't know? Well, I saw it shortly after, but the run, I see 52-yard run. I go, oh, here it comes. Here comes the spiller. And sure enough, at the end of that run, head over heels, he broke his collarbone, and he's gone. I think they put him on IR designated return. They did. No fantasy relevance the rest of the year, though, for owners heading into the playoffs. Fred Jackson, they said he.

8:09 ↗

pulled the groin off the bone. Yeah, it did not sound good. No, that is, uh, that is, uh, I'm going to hit the panic alarm on these groin muscle. That is very fair. We, we really need, I brought this up, but we really need that Simpson's clip of, oh, my groin. Oh, yeah, because it's happening. This just keeps coming up too often, so. But with, they're saying two to four weeks, but we, you're, come on. So, I don't.

8:38 ↗

I don't see that being any shorter than four weeks. The landscape has changed in the Buffalo backfield, and we'll talk more about those guys that may step into that role when we hit our waiver wire section. What else is going on? Pierre Thomas injured his shoulder. They're saying two to three weeks. I had no clue about this until this morning. Oh, really? None. It was one of those things I just completely missed. He was my start of the week, so I was following him.

9:07 ↗

Ah. And it was, I blame it all in the injury. Well, you're also a Saints correspondent for FantasyPros.com. So I assume. By the way, we are, we are, man. We forget to pimp the fact that we're fantasy correspondents? Well, you're just trying to be a little bit humble. But yeah, so you're listening to this because we're correspondents for Fantasy Pros. We do some write-ups. That's right. Check out our records. And you cover the Saints. I do. And Pierre Thomas is a saint. And I thought there was going to be a big game.

9:35 ↗

for Thomas. He did okay, but he got hurt, and then Cadet came in and started doing exactly what Thomas does. I'm going to rant for just 15 seconds here. Feel free. I've been so frustrated with people's perception of Pierre Thomas, as though the Kyrie Robinson and Mark Ingram situation was going to drastically impact it. Everybody's...

9:58 ↗

trying to say Mark Ingram's coming back, so Pierre Thomas is going down. If you look at Pierre Thomas' carries over those weeks when Ingram's out, they don't change. They don't go up. He's not in between the tackles runner. He got four. He put up like about, in our league, it was with 28-point fantasy day, and he did it with four rushing carries. Right. Two weeks ago. So to me, and now obviously this injury is going to impact moving forward. Somebody has to be unprobably Traveris cadet. But Pierre Thomas has value outside.

10:28 ↗

of his role between the tackles, and he always has. That's just something that's been bugging me, because people are saying, oh, his value's gone, now that Ingram's back. Well, you saw it on Sunday, aside from the injury, it's not. It's the same exact role. I completely agree. I think that... I think Ingram and Robinson are competing, and Thomas and Cadet are competing. Yeah. But there's no competition anymore now it's Cadet. Trent Richardson left the blowouts.

10:57 ↗

of the Cincinnati, what are we even? Are they division leaders? Were they? Oh my goodness, their offense is abysmal. Well, apparently on their by week, they said goodbye to any kind of good football. No, they had no first downs for three quarters, something like that? Yeah, that was a tough watch. A.J. Green, please come back. But Trent Richardson left with that hamstring. He's getting an MRI.

11:27 ↗

They're saying he could have gone back in, but the game was a blowout, so he didn't go back in. It's looking like a minor injury. We'll see. And James Starks left with an ankle injury. Probably just a tweak as well. Similar situation where they were way up, so they didn't put it back in. But if you're a Lacey owner, you wouldn't mind that lingering. No, you probably would not. But any other news and notes from out of the league? That's all I got. All right. This week's fantasy stud muffins.

11:58 ↗

Oh, I love it. I love it. I'm amped. I'm amped for some stud muffin top. We've got to up the intensity after that. That's right. Yeah. So fantasy stud muffins of the week, what we try to do is we don't try to bring you what you already know. Peyton Manning is a good quarterback, Mike. Yeah, breaking news. Peyton Manning is a good fantasy quarterback. We don't try to bring you what you already know. DeMarco Murray ran the ball well. You should start him.

12:25 ↗

Yeah. But what we do is we bring you guys that stood out this week and we talk about whether they will have prolonged value. What should you think about them? Absolutely. Yeah. So what do we got? For quarterbacks, we got a man. We talked about him a couple weeks ago. And then as soon as we talked about him, then they said that he might not be the starting quarterback anymore. And I think that nonsense is gone. Ryan Tannehill put up.

12:52 ↗

277 and two touchdowns. What do you think of Ryan? Your old buddy. I really like what I'm seeing from Tannenhill. Since Pounce he came back, the line really seems like they've got it together. Their running game is strong right now, despite... Dards per carry seem high every week. This is despite losing Moreno. Lamar Miller's filled in fantastic, and now that you have that...

13:22 ↗

the threat and the balance that they can actually run, then things are always better for a quarterback. Yeah, I was going to say, would Tanna Hill's performance actually mean more fantasy-wise to the Miami run game going forward, the fact that the run game can continue to be successful? Because not a lot of people are probably starting Tana Hill. Right. I would say he's other than a bi-week fill-in. He's still bi-week backup. Two quarterback leagues. But if you're that Matt Ryan owner,
