This episode is brought to you by State Farm. Every football fan is different. Some won't wash their lucky mustard-stained jersey until the season's over. Some insist they can't sit down on third downs and some pick their favorite team because, I don't know, just like football fandom, nobody's life is exactly the same. And that's why State Farm gets to know you, not as a policy number, but as an actual person.

Andy Holloway, Jason Moore, and Mike Wright. Oh, welcome in. Another great show on the horizon. Thursday, October 18th, the fantasy footballers, Andy Mike and Jason. We're back again, and I'm excited to talk week seven. We got the fantasy forecast, the starts of the week. How are you boys doing? Doing great. Doing great getting fit.
Getting energy. You are, man. Went to the gym this morning after playing basketball last night. You're busting your butt. Yeah. Taring it up. Jason is 36 years old. Never thought I'd make it this far. Congratulations. And I came out to play some basketball last night with myself. Mm-hmm. And I think we held our own for mid-30s. I would say so. I would say so. Shout out to Dre, our personal trainer, who played on the other team. How'd you do, O and 4?
Get bodied. I've learned some things in my life. Uh-huh. That's good. A few. A few things. And one of them is definitely the man who controls your physical training in your exercise regimen. It's never a good idea to publicly shame them and tell them to get bodied. See, I had not yet learned said lessons. You're about to. See, your personal trainer already is bodied.
That's true. He's got a big body. That's true. And, hey, shout out to Dre, the best personal trainer ever. I did not say any of what Jason just said. You can follow the show on Twitter at the FF ballers. We're going to start with a game of who am I for the quick question today. Guys, it's been a little while. Let's see if you guys can guess.
this player based on these metrics. I'm really excited about this. It's been a while since we've done who mine. I love these. I'm assuming that Brooks producer extraordinaire did not put the, do you want to play a game drop? No. Into the, yeah, good, good prep work over there, buddy. No, but he did prepare this. You have failed me. All right.
That does upset me. That's my favorite drop. That's one of them. You've done this to yourself. I guess we'll have to play it again. All right, clue number one. I am the quarterback 13 and fantasy points per game. Okay. I'm the QB13. Clue number two. I've topped 300 passing yards in four different games this season, but have not thrown more than two touchdowns in any game. Okay? All right. All right. You ready for the next clue?
Yeah, I don't think I'm, don't think I'm ready to guess. Clue number three, I have thrown an interception in eight consecutive games dating back to last season, including two last week. All right, not the biggest clue there, but painting the picture. This one, maybe you'll guess after it. I have 203 rushing yards tied for second among quarterbacks behind a certain. Oh!
Behind Mr. Cam Newton. So that's four clues. Let me ask you a question. No. Does this man have a snake? Nope. Oh, darn it. All right. That's your way of guessing Blake Bortles. Blake Bortles. Blake the snake. No. He does not have a snake, man. Quarterback 13, top 300 passing yards in four different games, thrown in interception at eight straight, has 203 rushing yards. All those clues really seem... I don't... Has Watson thrown a...
Oh, that's... An interception in all those games? I mean, that's my guess. You are correct. Yeah, baby. Yeah, it is Deshaun Watson. When I heard it, he said the last clue was my ADP was the fourth round as the QB2. Oh, that would have done it. When I saw the clues, and I saw that, I thought the QB2 off the board was Russell Wilson. So that was actually going to be my guess, but I know he hasn't been running to that degree. So, yeah, what do you think of that picture of Deshaun Watson there? I guess that fits with our...
Yeah, that's regression thoughts before the season. Watson is basically what I've expected for him this year, why I was completely off of his draft price. And the possibility of him busting or just being an average quarterback one was so great when you broke down the numbers. So it makes sense. It makes sense.
Yeah, he's still going to have monster games. Of course. And I think people are down on him because of this last week, which was pretty putrid. But I still expect good games going forward from Deshaun. It's funny because people were high on him because of the week before. Right. Oh, we're a fickle. Yeah. And, well, I mean, what do you do with him, though, as an owner? Because here's what happens. If his average opposition was a fourth round quarterback, which means he was one of the few that was drafted to be in every week's start. Russell's in that category, too.
He's a QB 13 through six weeks. So you can kind of feel a little boxed into starting him. Are you guys firmly in the, look, it's going to be a matchup situation. You know, if you have him in Big Ben, you're playing matchups. Now's the time to look elsewhere. He's playing in Jacksonville, I believe. I know it's against Jacksonville. I think it's on the road. And so this is a great week to pivot. You know, I would play James Winston. I would play Andy Dalton. I would play guys like that.
over Deshawn Watson without any hesitation whatsoever. Agreed. All right, we don't really have a whole bunch of news to get into today, so I think we'll do it this way. Rams coach Sean McVeigh confirmed that Cooper Cup is out O-U-T. For week seven, Jason, you had a bit of news. The Pro Football Doc.
has gone back to video evidence on Jack Doyle. It looks like he's probably not going to come back before they're week nine by. Which makes me slightly regret to my Eric Ebronnopump. I, you know, I didn't think that Doyle was back this week. But if we're waiting to week 10, week 11, if I can, if you're going to get another month,
of solid production out of Eric Ebron. I mean, I'm, you know, it felt it felt dirty from the get go because I've been an Eric Ebron believer since he was drafted. And, uh, you know, I, I, Eric, usually we apologize for nothing. I, I apologize to you. You generally like to put yourself in the position to be right in all circumstances. All certain hedge on both sides. If Ebron does well, it's like, I've been saying this for years. Yeah, but I did pump the brakes. Absolutely.
If you brought it does poorly, you pump the brakes. That's right. Don't forget, check out Mike. You can't beat me in the water. Who you are? You are a wise man. On Sunday, unless you're talking about, like, League of Record, in which case you can't beat you. Sunday live. Mike is on Periscope, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Facebook Live, one hour before the Sunday kickoff, giving you last, you know, last minute advice, news, questions, everything that comes across his brain.
In that hour, every bit of tilting he's doing for his own roster. It gets a little weird on Sunday morning because it's just me talking into the camera.
I noticed you're a little sweatier that those monitors. The filter is a little bit thinner as well. It's a fun show. It really is. I have it on while I'm doing my Sunday morning rankings and I'm always entertained and enjoy your analysis because I know Sunday mornings are a little bit more hectic in the more household. You're down here doing all your last minute research. You've done all that prep work before going on. So I really appreciate it. And I, if you're out there and you have not checked the Sunday Live.
Yeah. It's really valuable. No, Mike, you're hopping on one hour before that London game, right? Yeah, totally. I'll be there. We'll be here, right? Five in the morning. Yeah. That is our reminder here. We'll get into the forecast. I will mention this. All the injury news we'll have on in and out tomorrow. So if we have any additional, we'll cover it in the matchups. But if we have updated news that I'll be part of in and out on the tomorrow show with the rest of the fantasy forecast. Let's get into it. Fantasy forecast.
Welcome back, Detroit to New Orleans, coming back from the buy. And then the Packers, Raiders, Steelers, and Seahawks are not playing in week seven. They're all on by. I know we were joking about the buy weeks in the NFL. Somebody, I wish I could give you credit, but somebody had a really amazing idea. Yeah. Did you see that? I did. It was every division goes on by for eight consecutive weeks. Yeah. And that's four a week. And it works perfectly.
And then you just rotate those weeks over the course of multiple years. So I thought that was like, yeah, that's pretty common sense. All right, guess what, Mike? We got a London game. I mean, we had one last week, which was, it was fine. But over here on the West Coast, that means they're playing football at 6.30 in the morning. Yeah, the Titans. Three and three take on the four and two chargers overseas across the pond.
That was really good. That was great. I mean, I'm really impressed. Minus 6.5. That's where we're out with the Chargers, 6.5 point favorites, 45 point over under. And like Mike said, that game gets kicked off at 930 Eastern, 630 Pacific, you know, just like the advice would give you for Thursday night football, which, by the way, is tonight.
You know, don't have those London players in your flex position. Put them in their regular position so that you have flexibility moving on into the other games of the day. And just remember you need to set those lineups early. Don't wake up and say, ah, I've got my hour before kickoff. And then all of a sudden realize you left. Oh, he's already started on my bench. I mean, if any of the Titans start on your bench, you're probably fine. Yeah, you want to move them there now. Yeah, you're not really regretting anything in that point. Here's what happens in London so often.
huge blowouts. I mean, we've seen so many over the last five or six years. It's not always. Not every game is that way. But there's such an uptick on just monumental one team shutting the other out. A team didn't travel well. One team did. And I think we're going to see that this this week. I'm pumping all my chargers up and I'm avoiding every Titan across the board.
That's fair. I mean, the Chargers are heavy favorites, and the Titans' offense looks atrocious, and it's trickling down to everybody. You cannot trust Dionne Lewis or Derek Henry or Corey Davis or Marcus Marriota right now. I mean, there is no one. And the Chargers defense is improving week to week. Right. Now, news broke this morning. Joey Boas is still out another few weeks. But they are getting better. He'll be back in time for the playoff push. And look, Marcus Marietta is not even throwing the ball enough to make anything relevant, even though.
He's throwing it poorly. Pure volume's not working. Yeah, and so specifically for Cory Davis, I expect he will be shadowed by Casey Hayward. Hayward has shadowed three times this season and completely, completely shut people down. Kelvin Benjamin, Omari Cooper, and Antonio Calover, the three guys that he has shadowed. They've put up a combined about 35 yards or so between the three of them. Which three?
