Now, see, there are, at this point, there are just theories circulating as to why the verification will not happen. The one I'm buying into the most is the fact your Twitter handle is at FF Hitman. As in, they don't want to exalt murderers. And you're a hitman. And so now there, for some reason, is that, it's the, maybe it's the man bun. Certainly, that's part of it. I don't know what it is. It's a combination of factors that, and frankly, it's not fair. It's embarrassing.

And Twitter, you can eat my butt. You're like the Oscars guy. Do you see the guy that finally won his first Oscar after 21 nominations? 21 nominations. Yeah. So you've got a waste to go there. This is only your seventh or eighth denial for being a hitman. So, hey, we got a great show today. Super good. I am really excited for this show today. Beyond the news, we are going to give you our official free agency predictions. So we're going through the big free agent names. You have teams beginning to negotiate with free agents on Tuesday of next week, March 7th, and then on the 9th they can begin to sign. So next week is exciting. Next week is going to be fun. Yes. And today we're going to predict the destinations for some of the big names, Alshan Jeffrey, and many others. So very excited for that. And we'll see who's the most, you know.

You can see the future. Yeah, gaze into the crystal ball, the NFL crystal football. Yes. Quick question of the day. Josh Gordon is applying for reinstatement. I know what it's like to apply for things a lot and get rejected. If he is back, where does he go? And is he worth the risk in fantasy?

Here's the reminder, right? The token reminder, 87 for 1,646 yards and nine touchdowns back in 2013. Oh, 2013. I was going to say that reminder keeps getting a little less important every year that goes on. That was now four years ago. And also he's not going to get reinstated as my belief. I don't think so. I don't think so. I think the last time, which was already time after time, you know, time after time.

That's David Bowie again. Then he had another problem. I don't see him being reinstated. If he is reinstated, though, let's just go with that theory. The Browns have kind of said they're done with them. I don't think he goes back to the Browns. No, no, no. And so you've got to go to a team willing to give you a chance. I would say the Oakland Raiders have never shied away from Problem Child.

you know, people with baggage. They have the money, the cap space. They have a quarterback. That might be an interesting piece to add to their two already good wide receivers. New England? I was waiting for it. Yeah. Mike, you have any thoughts on Gordon? I think he will be reinstated. It's, I, but that's because I ceaselessly believe that Josh Gordon is somehow not as much of a knucklehead as he seems to be. Yeah, I would, I mean, I lean that he would.

be reinstated, but I don't know if the Raiders, that's tough. I mean, he's going to play the slot or something? I mean, you have Crabtree and Cooper there. Well, wherever he signs, he's not going to get paid a tonne. No, no, he will not. I think you're looking into a... This will be a one-year, prove-it deal. For sure, for sure. Is there explosions happening outside? Hopefully. All right. Let's start with some news that broke this morning. ESPN's Chris Mortensen is reporting these Saints are discussing a trade involving Brandon Cooks with both the Titans and the Eagles, two teams that are looking for a wide receiver.

There was a lot, there has been a lot of smoke on the Brandon Cook side of things. I mean, just, I believe even started last off season of just, well, should they trade him? What are you talking about? You have your first round pick. You trade it up to get him. He's produced. He's been a good part of your team, but just way too many reports of, uh,

of Will the Saints be trading Brandon Cooks? They're looking to move them. And you know they're willing. You know that this is the type of team that is absolutely. They shipped out Jimmy Graham when he was Pete. Kenny Stills was a guy that Mike and I really believed in. We'll talk about him later. But he was, what, 23, 22 when they shipped him out after having almost a thousand-yard season with the Saints? Darren Sprouls, Reggie Bush, both shown the door. Yeah. It's, you know, they drafted Michael Thomas. Michael Thomas.

So very interesting. Let me put you to the test, Mike. Okay. Because you said on our overreactions episode that the Titans would land some receiver and that people would discount Richard Matthews. So Brandon Cooks lands in Tennessee. I would love it because the overreaction will come in hard and heavy for Brandon Cooks. So you'd be still on the Ryan Matthews train?

The Richard Matthews. I'm forever on the Ryan Matthews train. Yeah, I know. We'll talk about him in a little bit. But Richard Matthews, man, I would love it because he will just get buried. He'll be, if Brandon Cooks goes there, Richard Matthews will be virtually undrafted. Or he'll be like 11th, 12th round. Yeah, he'll go very late. He's worth that value. The Redskins have assigned the exclusive rights franchise tag to quarterback Kirk.

Cousins. They get him one more year. They have to do it. They can negotiate a long-term deal still. They can go long-term. They can trade him. You heard it here first. You've had to do this. What? I'm just saying he's playing for Washington for one more year. And then he's going to go sign with the 49ers. That's one take. This is the free agent. This is where we're making our predictions of free agents. I'm just already on that 20. You're doing next year's show. All right. The bucks have tendered exclusive rights free agent tied in. Cameron Bray. Yep.

All right. Well, of, of course. Camera rate is a tight end. It's a tight end one. If they, if they don't make a move at which there's a little bit of rumors in the bushes that they might try and add someone to the tight end position. But Cameron Brate was was fantastic. I mean, he was a red zone monster. I agree. Although later in the show, I might be putting someone over on the bucks roster.

John Harbaugh anticipates Mike Wallace to be back with the Ravens in 2017. There was also a report this morning about Bershad Perryman and the ability for him to be a top flight wide receiver. You have Steve Smith, leaving the, obviously retiring this past year. Do you buy into Mike Wallace over Perryman? Yes. Just based on the rapport he seemed to have with Flacko so far. Yeah, well, he just, he's a veteran. Their connection is there.

And in that, I believe it was in the same news conference, Harbaugh actually said something positive about Kenny Dixon. Nice. So I was, whoa, whoa, what are we doing over here, Harbaugh? I contain yourself. That would be great. But it also sounds like he's trying to say, we're not drafting a running back. Wink. He's playing the draft game already. Yeah. Well, it's the combine. This is the time for the draft game. All right. A couple of.

pieces of news that we will further discuss in our free agent predictions. Adrian Peterson, the Vikings have not picked up the option. Apparently they didn't want to pay him $18 million. That's so weird, man. Bizarre. Yeah, he's still 32. That's younger than me. So Lev Bell is cheaper now. I don't know. I don't know how it all works. Lev Bell is cheaper now. Because the franchise tag is reduced. Well, I had seen news that it was locked in and left was going to get 12.

Oh, is that locked in when he signs the franchise? Possibly. It makes sense if he has to sign the Tinder. It does. So we'll talk about Adrian Peterson, possible destinations for him very shortly. Jamal Charles, released by the Chiefs. Hard to picture him in another jersey, but it looks like it's heading that way. Although he could still return to Kansas City. I love your pick, by the way. I almost went that. Oh, my selection for where I think Jamal Chow's going to go. It was very surprising to me. I saw that and I went, what? No way. And then as I kept researching, I was like,

That's not a bad spot for him. Yeah, we'll tease that here. We'll talk about Jamal Charles. And then a couple other bits of news worth mentioning Dorel Revis has been cut, released. He's deceased. That's one way to put it. From being an elite cornerback. Fred Jackson says he wants to play football again. He's got some more depth charts to assassinate. All right. Cameron Newton.

Ron Rivera came out and says they want to reduce his carry total. We know that when Cam Newton doesn't have a career MVP type season, his touchdown totals through the air are not sufficient to give you QB1 numbers alone. So if he doesn't run the ball... If he doesn't run the ball, he's a streamer. Whoa, that's hot take. If he's not running the ball, he... I think you have to define running the ball, though, because if Ron Rivera reduces his total carries, but he's still a goal line quarterback, that may be enough. The touchdowns is a differentiator.
