And Mike Ride. Happy Wednesday, everybody. Happy, happy, happy. We had a great waiver wire show yesterday. It was tremendous. It was the best. It was the best. The fantasy footballers back again, Andy, Mike, and Jason. It is Wednesday. It is October 5th. Overcoming technical difficulties.

2:29 ↗

Like a boss. What technical difficulties. Well, if you watched our YouTube show after the show, you know what technical difficulties. Andy decided that he wanted to try out for the Olympics in the shot put category. Oh, that's more of a discus. Yeah. Oh, yeah. It would be more of a discus. But he threw his laptop across the room, which is not a good idea. Now, people will think I am an angry person when you say it like that. You were mad at your children and your wife and you said, I take this laptop.

2:57 ↗

Well, it makes sense that that would have been the reaction to my hard, my difficult Odell Beckham Jr. situation from yesterday, the horrible beat. But they were not connected. This was just stupidity, just pure, non-anger. I got up to, like, change the temperature of the house, and I, like, swung the laptop around in my hand. You thought you were cool Jesse James. You're like, I'm going to... I unholstered my laptop, and I threw it across the room.

3:25 ↗

onto the tile and the screen has this giant crack in it but it was working on the show yesterday uh not so much today yes and so and he's currently working on jason's laptop uh jason has made the sacrifice usually when you don't see him with a laptop it's because he forgot right but right now he is uh he's taking one for the team and before we jump into the today's show just real quick we got to get this we got to get this settled by the foot clan so brooks make this a pull when you scroll on a laptop oh

3:55 ↗

Do you're like, let's say you're on a Mac and you want to scroll down. Do you swipe down or do you swipe up? Basically, do you use the new way that Macs have been doing it where you scroll content or do you do the old way where you scroll the page? Like a dummy. Like a Windows user. I think the window goes down so I pulled down on the mouse. Jason reverse brain. I scroll the content like it's an iPad. Okay. So I want that settled by the foot claim. Yes. Yes. I am firmly in Mike's corner and Jason's.

4:24 ↗

been so kind to let me use the laptop today, so I'm not changing the settings on him. But I thought about it. On to football. All right. Quick question of the day. These two wide receivers are the only two that have had at least 10 targets in every game this season. I'm very confident. You got two options. I'm very confident that Antonio Brown is one of these guys. Very confident. The second one, I'm less confidence.

4:52 ↗

You can take a guess. I feel like it's Brandon Marshall. Okay. Those are your guesses? I think Brandon Marshall went like seven targets, eight targets, 10 targets, 12 targets. So he is not it. I'm pretty confident. But I'm not sure, man. I'm thinking, okay, so who's usually the best, Julio? I guess I'm going to go AJ Green and hope he's that man. Well, you're very wrong about Antonio Brown.

5:19 ↗

Oh, I just skipped that. Antonio Brown only had five targets in the game against the Chiefs. Oh, five targets. Thanks, Mike. Now, here's what I was remembering. That broke the streak. He was on this monstrous streak. Okay. So you're all wrong. None of you have named anybody correct. Very wrong. One. Any more shots in the dark here? Only two wide receivers with at least 10 targets in every single game. Alan Robinson? You're wrong again. Sweet. Let's keep. I'm tired of looking like a dummy. All right. Jarvis Landry.

5:48 ↗

Of course. Of course. T.Y. Hilton. Really? Those are the only two with at least 10 targets in every single game. I am a little surprised by the Hilton. Kind of surprising, huh? Yeah. I'm a big Hilton fan ever since the Moncrief injury. And he will be back, though. I need you. Yes, he'll be back. We don't know when. It'll be a couple weeks still, though. All right. Today's show, we have Keep Trade Cut on the show today. We have our Foot Clan Mailbag episode as well. All the news and notes you need to know.

6:15 ↗

all the things that have broke this morning. A lot of players had not been discussed previously. Now you're starting to see some news about guys like Kevin White, so we're going to get into that. Make sure you follow us on Twitter at the FF Ballers. Follow Jason at Jason FFL. Follow me at Andy Holloway. Follow Mike at FFHitman. Yeah. You can check out the website, the fancy footballers.com. We have Snapcount articles. No snack count articles, Jason. Oh, man. I'll get on that. Yeah.

6:42 ↗

But we have a ton of new articles breaking on there all the time. And check out our fantasy football community at Jointhefoot.com. We're over 2,500 of you, our exchange and fantasy football questions and trades and all those type of things every single day. So let's go ahead and jump into the news. News and notes from around the league. All right, Chris Johnson, I are sports hernia surgery. Yep. I had some people tweet me and say, okay, so who is?

7:15 ↗

Who's the handcuffed now? And the answer is no one. Well, it's Andre Ellington. If anybody, it's Andre Ellington. Oh, you're saying the handcuff, not the handker. Well, sure. So what I'm saying is that if David Johnson goes down, I don't think Andre Ellington will do very much. That's mine. Oh, I think he'll be. I think he'll be very involved. I think it would become usable. He would say pass catching back. So, I mean, they'd use them a lot. They would bring in other guys, though. You are right? They would. Rob Grankowski.

7:44 ↗

differing non-team reports yesterday about his hamstring not being right. I saw some tweets this morning. I mean, they said, the tweets basically said the Patriots know it's not right. That's why you see him going out on very few routes in the past couple of weeks. There's a whole other narrative that says, hey, Brady's back. It's time to unleash the beast. Do you buy into the fact that it's not right? And if so, what are the implications for a guy like Martellus Bennett, who wasn't mentioned, I think, in our tight-in waiver wire show yesterday? But, you know, if...

8:14 ↗

If Gronkowski's hurt, Bennett is not just good. He might be great. Completely agree. And the reality is this. Look, if Gronk was really healthy, if he was at 100%, there's no way that they would not have utilized him as a major part of the game plan with Jacoby Preset in those games. Like, that's a weapon. That's a tool. But they were actually worried about his health, so they kept him out. Clearly, with this report coming out, I'm buying into it a little bit.

8:42 ↗

Now, that doesn't mean I'm trading Gronk away. Heck, I'll go trade for him still. He's going to be a beast when he's out there. But I agree with you that Martellus Bennett should be owned right now. And when Tom Brady comes back, he's going to be great until Gronk takes over. You guys want to hear a crazy stat about Martellus Bennett? You know I do. So since 2008, that's when he broke into the league. Martellus Bennett has four games over 100 yards. Just four games.

9:12 ↗

That's really surprising considering his total yardage. And one was this past week. Two of them are this year. Wow. So just, just something to remember. Yeah, I mean, if you, Edelman had nothing. Well, yes, very true. Edelman is about to feast like a golden corral buffet, in my opinion. Yes. All right. Jordan Cameron, concussion. I think he's been out for a couple years now.

9:40 ↗

We'll see him back into fantasy relevance here soon. I don't think we will. No, I was just kidding. Cameron. Des Bryant, not practicing on Wednesday. They wouldn't rule out Des for the week five game. If you had to ask me, I think he'll play. Really? Yes. But I also told you that Jamal Charles wouldn't play. But I was kind of right. Yeah, but I think you played about. Three carries or something. Yeah. Yeah, this is. It's so bizarre what is going on with Des Bryant. It was the hairline fracture. Now they're like, oh, no, it's just a.

10:09 ↗

It's just a bone bruise. Like, well, what is it? Are they just pulling shenanigans here? So if, if, I will say this, if Des Bryant doesn't play this week, I think there are a bunch of liars and that he actually does have that hairline fracture. All right. Kenneth Dixon expected to make his NFL debut in week number five yesterday. Justin Forsett was released. I'm going to make one final comment on Justin Forset. I know we spent some time on him yesterday. I don't have sad music to play today.

10:38 ↗

I'm going to content, and I think we were we talking on the air about him stinking? Yes. Okay. Do you realize the only year, his big year? You know who he has to thank for that? Who's that? Gary Kubiak. That one year with Gary Kubiak in the Gary Kubiak run-friendly system was the one year that he had that monster year. Gary Kubiak does a lot for running back. Yes. I thought you were going to say Ray Rice. You know, that's very true. I'll just throw out that, I mean, the guy has a lifetime.

11:07 ↗

yards per carry average of 4.8. That includes the 3.2 stinkiness of this year. I do not possibly try to contend with that. He has been very bad this year. But I think on the career, Justin force, that has been quite good. All right. Kenneth Dixon makes his debut. How soon until he, does he ever see the lion's share here with Terrence West playing well? I guess is the question. He very well might, but I think he's personally, it looks like he's going to step into that number two role ahead of Buck Allen.

11:35 ↗

obviously ahead of Justin Fawcett, who's no longer with the team. So he's going to have, I think he's going to have the opportunity in a, in a, in a quick fashion to take over that role. It's really more up to Terrence West. Yes. Because I think if Terrence West continues to play good, they're not going to just stop, you know, stop using a guy that's played well in training camp and preseason and now in the regular season. They'll keep riding them. This Sunday will be huge to see if Buck Allen goes back to inactive.

12:03 ↗

If he goes to inactive, I mean, then it's Kenneth Dixon could become just a weekly flex play. And eventually he could take over. But that's not a guarantee right now. For those of you wondering whether fantasy football owners are indeed qualified to coach professional football teams, the answer is yes. Oh. The answer is yes. Adam Gase came out and said a four running back committee was actually, quote, some bad coaching by me. That is very large of you, Adam Gase. Plans to scrap that.

12:31 ↗

Good because it's ridiculous. It's nonsense. Did you know that on the sideline they were actually, it was one carry and then you get in the back of the line. Right. And then you, the next guy runs in and then it's back of the line. It's like grade school, you know, you take your turns. It's very fair. Look, it's going to be Jaya. It's going to be a combination of the two guys that by the way were leaps and bounds ahead of the other two. It's going to be Jaya and Kenyon Drake this week. And so if Jai is on your way of a wire.

12:59 ↗

I'd rather have Jay Ajai this week than I would say Matt Asiata. So when you talk about a very low upside play, I'd rather take the guy that's younger that, you know, I think could break a bigger play than the Matt Asiata. Do you agree with me? I mean, I'd rather have Kenyon Drake than Ajayi, I think. Oh, would you? I'd rather have a Jai. Okay. Yeah, I mean, I don't know.

13:23 ↗

I think it's close. I'd have whoever's on waiver and is cheaper. Yeah, and if you need a weekly play and you want to be grossed out about it, I think you can put one of these two guys in. I always want those. I am personally still, for the most part, avoiding it. I'm not saying they're not worth picking up or worth having in the hopes that something breaks right, but this whole situation is a mess. It's still a short-term situation until Arian Foster comes back. Personally, I've chose to avoid the Miami Dolphins backfield. All right.

13:53 ↗

The Bears, they have an injured Kevin White on the roster, and Ian Rappaport is saying the ankle injury suffered by the Bears. Kevin White will keep them out an extended period of time. I guarantee you by the end of the day, well, okay, it's John Fox, so I don't guarantee you. I think by the end of the day we will have a declaration to the injury. And here's something to be concerned about, if you are a Bears fan with Kevin White. When Jeremy Langford had an injury that was a high ankle sprain, it was revealed very quickly.
