Well, look, over the course of the season, he was the running back 20 in half-point scoring formats, and he did not play in week 17 and barely played in week 16. So if you factor all those things together. He also, and he was, I feel like I'm apologist right now. Yeah, you're always going to. He was hurt.

That's what I believe. Here's his yards per carry. Here's his yards per carry to start the year if you don't count the Cleveland game. 1.1, 2.2, 1.4, 1.8. Yeah. Okay. I retract my apologies. The thing that's tough about him is he has the ability with, if Geo's active, you know, Jeremy Hill could get 25 carries or he could get like six carries.

Because if it's not going the right way for him, they'll just ride geo. So risk, right? I mean, but there's always risk with a guy who finishes around that 15 to 20 range. So we're going to do one more trending or ending, and then I want to get into the mailbag for a few questions today. Let's go with this one here. Trending or ending, Tyreek Hill. He was, and the trend is this. From weeks 9 through 17, he was the wide receiver 10 in fantasy football. So a top 12 wide receiver, the ability to get you.

uh you know he had receiving totals obviously but he also you know he had a 10 reception game but he also had games with no receptions that he in the special teams game or in the running game on limited snaps did a lot of work so i know we've talked about it a little bit but he'll be a very interesting debate topic all off season so i'm curious where you guys stand now you know now that i know that jason is capable of changing his opinion with this to sean watson news

I'm ready for him to tell me he's all about Tyreek Hill. All right. Do you, uh... Do you want a... What, you want some diary? Sure. Oh. Dear Diary, I have said some slightly disparaging things about Tyreek Hill. You're a hurtful man, Jason. I think he is an extraordinarily talented fast player. Oh, great. But I'm not taking back any of what I said because...

Tyree Kill still is a wide receiver who doesn't catch the ball much. That's ridiculous. What do you mean that's ridiculous? 10, 4, 9, 5, 6. That little stretch was when Jeremy Macklin was gone. So yes, sure. When he was the wide receiver 1, he caught the ball a lot. I can give you plenty of 1s and 2s and 0s. I do think that it's possible Kansas City drafts a fairly, you know, like a wide receiver in the first three rounds, which I'm sure will distort.

Look, if you get special team scoring in your format, then I will love Tyree Kill. But if you don't, I'm not going to put his draft stock is just soaring right now. And I'm not going to waste it on a guy that has so many of his plays rely on the big home run touchdown and, you know, special teamwork. And, you know, he was near the top in total yards.

You know, on the season, like all-purpose yards. And I think he was over 1,800. But his actual receiving yards were like 500. Let me put. I'll give you some numbers on Tyreek Hill real quick. I was going to ask you as well. Tide. The guy's going behind him. Tide for 55th. 55th in targets. 42nd for receptions. This is all great. No, to me that he finished wide receiver 10. Right. In the second half of the year with those numbers.

because he wasn't doing it as a wide receiver. Yeah, I mean, we're looking at the exact same data just differently. Jason and I are looking at it from that unsustainable situation. And you're looking at it as, well, if his targets and receptions go up, then he automatically improves and becomes. But he's not this great route running wide receiver that he's a very, I think you guys are being very.

And you can bend it either way you want. But he's 40% of the offensive snaps on the year and ends up wide receiver 10. He wasn't even starting. You said, right? Okay, when he was a starting wide receiver without Macklin, look what he did. Yeah. Andy Reid's come out and said he wants him to be a starting wide receiver. And he's going to get the ball in the end of round. Well, I meant the the one. I don't, I just think the effectiveness is going to be there. But, but, but I'm going to say all this and I'm going to take it all away. I'm going to take every bit of it away.

Because I'm not drafting Tyree Kill where he's going right now. Holy moly. Here's who he's going ahead of in current ADP. Brandon Cooks, Sammy Watkins, Alan Robinson, Doug Baldwin, Alshon Jeffrey, Michael Crabtree, Demarius, Thomas, Jarvis Landry. He's going in the third round. That won't happen, but he's going to be. Oh, you could get that off-season buzz. Any Reid comes out and says, you know what? Tyree kills a starter.

And you will love it. He's going to fall in with that. I will love it. The nebulous fourth round crew where everyone in there is just in a murky muck. Not if I have anything to do with it. You're going to push him down? I'm going to push him where it should be. Further down into the muck? Yeah. He should be, you know, sixth round draft pick. Yeah, okay. All right. Look, well, trending or ending? I think he's on the way up.

I think he can sustain what he did last year a different way. I'm not expecting three return touchdowns. I'm expecting a snap count. That isn't under 50% for the offense. I'm not even factoring in his special teams because I think that most people are not rewarded. What's a snap count next year on offense, Mike? 40% this past year. I put him at 60. I'll put him in the 60s. Okay. So you think his efficiency will go down more than 33%.

Yes. Okay. Obviously you do. Obviously you do. It's like you always. Hey, Foot Clan, weigh in. Way in on Twitter. I'd love to know what you guys think about Tyree Kill. And you compare them to the optimal situation. I mean, that's we all, we just talked about this. What I'm saying, you look at, you're like, well, Deshaun Jackson does it. Deshaun Jackson's like the only guy who continues to do it for that, the player of that size and that speed. So it's, it's not a fair.

Yeah, you've had other guys, you know, Percy Harvin's done it, but he couldn't ever do it year after year after year. Right. Well, because he was hurt. Yeah, because he was small. Okay. He was hurt because he was hurt. I don't consider Percy Harvin small, by the way. He's not Tyreeks. He'll small. I mean, Percy Harvin was thick. I mean, what, you think Tyreeks coming down with a bunch of migraines, Jason, to derail his career? No, but I do think that a small guy.

is more injury prone in the NFL. And I think Tyree Kill is a small guy. All right. Tell that to Darren Sprouls. Years of perfect health. I love the outliers, man. The outliers are great. All small guys get injured? No. Smaller guys are easier to injure. I think what it comes down here is that if we talk for the next two hours on Tyree Kill, you'll come up with...

200 different narratives that lean your direction and I'll come up with 200 lean mine and I'll be right at the end of it. So let's go ahead and jump in the mailbag. Mailbag. You know what's funny? You know, Antonio Brown. No, he wasn't Antonio Brown. Special teams guy. I mean, he was not Antonio Brown for years. I'm not actually comparing them, but the fact that they're both, Antonio Brown made a lot of hay in the return game early in his career. Just saying that. All right, David Ogden, who should he keep in his keeper league? Scoring format is full point per reception. AJ Green or the slippery fish Leshaun McCoy. Ooh.

AJ Green in a full PPR league, AJ Green or LaShaul McCoy. As of today, I don't know. I wanted a lot of help there. Oh, man, that is brutal. I'm going to take AJ Green. I'm going to take AJ Green as well. The full PPR just, it pushes him over the edge. AJ Green should be a, you know, 90 to 100 reception type of guy. And then you add in the double digits. Last year we loved AJ Green because he was.

He had never, never been under a thousand receiving yards in his entire career. Inj. derailed that he almost got there. But I think AJ Green is back next year to what we expected. Yeah. And that would be unanimous for me as well because I just think about my early season draft rankings and AJ Green is ahead of LaShaul McCoy. So it makes it easy.

Here's a question from Matt in Chicago. Did you guys ever post the consistency rankings that were used for your truth episode? I'd love to see what you guys saw. A piece of that puzzle that you can refer to is an article by Tristan Cockroft on ESPN. That was a piece of what we talked about with the consistency level. So I would look at that article. I think we talked about maybe posting the consistency pages. But I would just look there. That'll make it easy.

Keeper question from Eric and Lawrence, Kansas. He says, can keep two from last year? He's keeping Michael Thomas for the 10th rounder. It's a good one. Delicious. For my second keeper, do I keep Julio for a first rounder? Ingram for a third, crab tree for a seventh, or Malcolm Mitchell or Paul Perkins for the 18th. That is a tough question for me because I'm going to tell you right now. I am tempted.

to say Paul Perkins for free. For free. Right now it's looking like Paul Perkins has a clear shot at first, second down roll, maybe more. I think the giants are going to grab someone. But as of right now... My dynasty team completely disagrees with it. As of right now, the information we have is Paul Perkins is in line. For me, the tougher question is... So we're in a PPR situation. The tougher question for me is, do you just take...

Julio, do you take that top three wide receiver? You already have the value on Thomas so you can spin that earlier capital. It's your first, whatever. You would take him in the first regardless. Sure. But crabturing the seventh in a PPR situation is, I mean, that's tempting. I'm going to take Julio. I'm just, I'm not going to mess around. I'm going to go. Don't blame me for that. Jason, where do you side? Yeah, I've been rolling through my head the different trade options. Like, okay, if I, if I kept Paul Perkins in the first, let's say who would be, or for the 18th.

Who would be a wide receiver available, you know, after keepers in the first, would I trade them? And I think at the end of it, I still want Julio. Julio is a true difference maker. So I'd go Julio and Michael Thomas. Yeah, and let, you know, that's the right pick. If things really trended Perkins way before the season, I'd be tempted because I'd already have Michael Thomas. But dynasty trade question. Chris and Montreal. Oh, bonjour. Oh. I love that he doesn't drop the bonjour in the one place where they actually speak French. Because then it would not be a funny joke.

Which side do you take in this dynasty trade? Devanta Freeman and Eric Decker and Will Ty, who by the way today signed a one-year contract. Devonza Freeman, Eric Decker and Will Ty? Or Michael Thomas Zachards and Paul Perkins. Michael Thomas and Paul Perkins. In a dynasty league, I'm taking that side. I'm taking the Michael Thomas-Zackard's Paul Perkins side. Yeah, I agree. I don't want to give up Freeman. Oh, he got the Thomas side of the deal, by the way. But I, yeah, Thomas. Oh, and I glossed over, Ertz there. Yeah.

Oh, yeah. To have a young, look, all three of those are young upward trending players. And, and, you know, for the tight end and the wide receiver, you've got much more longevity there than the best player on the other side of the trade, which is a running back into Von Tremont, Freeman. I love Devon to Freeman. I've been trying to get them. But you have, I think, the better players and the better longevity. Yeah, definitely the Michael Thomas side.

All right. Multiple league question from Christian in Los Angeles. He says, how do you guys manage being in more than one league simultaneously as it presents a few issues like owning OBJ in one league and your opponent having him in another league? Do you draft to go after similar players in each league to keep things consistent? Or do you just grab whoever and hope for the best? I certainly have a couple contributions to this answer, but what do you guys think? I go with the strategy of I generally grab.

whoever, I grab the best for my draft strategy. I'm guessing that ends up being the same players. Frequently, it will end up being a handful of players on the same teams. But I get it, man. It's rough when you are so jubilant yet so destroyed when a player scores a touchdown. And then you get in those really funny, precarious situations where, okay.
