Jason's camera glasses invade the whole show's privacy

Jason appears in glasses with built-in cameras. He says the recording light is off, while the desk invokes a hack that disables the indicator and jokes that the man is watching everything anyway.

moment

The all-human staff mock makes Jake legally responsible

The hosts define a twelve-team full-PPR mock using the entire writing staff and studio team, promise that no AI will make any decisions, and clarify that any stupid Jake pick belongs to the real Jake rather than a robot.

moment

Mike cannot escape his Ken Bone Walker self

Mike calls Kenneth Walker his guy but considers Hampton. The desk says that choice would mean he does not know himself; Mike finally takes Walker, after which the narration credits Jason with setting up the decision and mocks the result anyway.

moment

Christian Watson makes Producer Borland cry into the heavens

With Mike explicitly on the clock, he calls Christian Watson an upside pick and selects him. The narration says Producer Borland cries into the heavens after the snipe; the final recap reveals that all three hosts independently took a Packers receiver and predicts all three will be disappointed.

moment

The first Bill of the season goes to Mike

Jacory Croskey-Merritt's selection is declared the first Bill of the season. The desk immediately calls him Bill Krosky and assigns Croskey-Merritt to Mike at pick 7.08; 'married to Mike' is an ASR merge, not a wedding joke.

moment

Pittman City turns one pick into a soundboard assault

An unlabeled host announces that he will build the city and selects Michael Pittman. The desk asks whether the drop still exists, repeatedly orders production to hit it, reacts with multiple cries of pain, and immediately asks to be taken out of the city.

moment

Jason flexes both keepers and exposes a terrible year

When Mike must choose between Kenneth Walker and Hampton, Jason says he solved the problem by keeping both in the League of Record. The desk calls it a keeper flex, then reasons that acquiring both means Jason must have had a terrible prior season.

moment

Kyle of course takes Keenan Allen

Kyle selects Keenan Allen in the eleventh round, and the hosts twice answer the result with 'of course,' treating his long-running attachment as automatic behavior.

moment

Chris Rodriguez collapses into Crod

A late pick of Chris Rodriguez triggers the compact player name Crod three times in quick succession, and the recap keeps Crod as the roster label.

moment

Brooks relays a UDK-update reminder while Kyle gets a live lookup

Brooks has a host relay a timely reminder that two UDK player breakdowns were updated, then takes the 1.06 staff-mock slot; Kyle is separately ordered to verify the old A.J. Brown trade compensation while also drafting in the room.

summary

Episode notes

Jason opens in camera-equipped glasses that make the desk wonder whether the entire show and its private habits are being recorded; he denies recording while the hosts joke about a hidden-light hack and the man watching everything. The episode then becomes a twelve-team full-PPR mock with the entire writing staff and studio team in the studio, an explicit promise that no AI will make choices, and Jake—not a robot—owning any stupid picks. Brooks has a host relay a reminder that two UDK breakdowns were updated and drafts from 1.06; Kyle is asked to research an old trade; Producer Borland, Papa Josh, Matthew Betz, the Falcon, K-Borg, and Julia all receive slots. Jason tells Mike that considering Hampton over Kenneth Walker means he does not know himself; Mike takes Ken Bone Walker. Jason then flexes that he already has both Walker and Hampton as League of Record keepers, prompting the conclusion that he must have had a terrible year. Later Mike selects Christian Watson, causing Producer Borland to cry into the heavens, and all three hosts independently bet on a Packers receiver they expect will disappoint. Jacory Croskey-Merritt creates the first Bill of the season: the hosts call him Bill Krosky and assign him to Mike at 7.08; the transcript's 'married to Mike' is an ASR merge of 'Merritt to Mike,' not a wedding joke. Near the end, Kyle 'of course' drafts longtime favorite Keenan Allen, and Chris Rodriguez is repeatedly reduced to Crod. A Michael Pittman selection becomes Pittman City, with repeated demands to hit a missing sound cue and pained reactions once the buttons arrive.

Yeah, it'll be... You know, I think Keyshawn Booty this morning requested a trade. And it's funny because the team requested that like two months ago. So it's time for him to get out and say, yeah, I want to be somewhere else as well. Julia goes... So after Mike's pick, Mark Andrews, Caleb Williams, Tyrone Tracy, Trevor Lawrence, Jordan Mason, Woody Marks. Where are you guys with Mark Andrews? I actually am quite high on Mark Andrews as when you're taking the strategy that I take, which is basically I'm punting, I either get one of the main guys or I punt all the middle

55:02 ↗

rounds and you need a late round guy. Mark Andrews, I don't think he's going to go out there and put up 900 yards. But with Isaiah likely gone, he is a touchdown machine for Lamar Jackson. I think he has every bit of chance of any of the other crap at this point in the draft to go get 10 touchdowns. I think you're right about that. I think this is the one format where I would avoid him like the plague. Just because it's full PPR? Yeah. I mean, his last three seasons, 45, 55, 48 in total reception. So it is touchdown or bust for him.

55:32 ↗

But I do see a world where he's more productive this year. Yeah. I wonder with likely being gone, how much that was. He was likely even around last year. He was. Was he? Yeah. I don't know. All right, Mike, you're at 10.05 here. Let's run it out. All right. We're just going to go. We're just going to go where? Well, I'm going to say I'm going to go with an upside rookie because I really I don't have any. So I'm going to at least make sure I get one. And in this mock, I'm going to go Antonio Williams. That's who I had from Washington of, you know, we just did the IUC talk.

56:10 ↗

And I don't know. I mean, like I was reading some some that there was some kind words being said about last year's pick Jalen Lane. So, like, I want to make sure I'm keeping an eye on him. But for this draft, sure, I'll grab Antonio Williams and we'll see what happens. All right. Yeah. It is important to know that there are some guys like Jalen Lane's one of them. But like some of these players that just didn't have the opportunities last year. But when these depth charts are really light, they may get a chance. Chigakonquo goes next to B-Cat. So he is.

56:43 ↗

He was drafted. Jason, you're on the clock. I mean, at this point, I'm going to take a player who I almost took over Pittman when we were having the Sutton Pittman conversation. He is a week one wonder boy. So, you know, he'll get off to a hot start. Sammy Watkins? Close. Jaden Reed. Oh. You know, we basically we've all taken a shot here. The three of us. No, Kyle. Oh, Johnny Brooks. No. Oh, no. That was my assumed. Gosh, dang it. That was my assumed 11th round pick. You were going to take Brooks? Son of a gun. Jonathan Brooks. That's a good pick right there.

57:16 ↗

Dang it. Yeah. I got to find a new pick. I thought for sure I'd get him. Gosh, dang it. All right. Fine. You can have him. Oh, I don't talk about him. We're going to talk about him next week. I don't think you can stop it. No, I mean, I could. I probably did the commission of the league. I could actually move it. Well, that sucks. I'm going to take Zach Charbonnet at 1012. It's funny because nobody wants like every time Jadarian Price gets drafted, everybody's like, oh, I don't like that. But then like nobody drafts Charbonnet. Yeah. Isn't that a weird thing?

57:47 ↗

I can. I can dislike it all. I mean, Super Bowl champs. Good offensive line. And then I'm going to just throw this dude on my IR. I'm taking George. Oh, I like it. Yeah. George Kittle with the final pick of the draft. Oh, there's Keenan. Kyle ruined my. Oh, of course he took Keenan Allen. Kyle took Keenan Allen in the 11th. Of course he did. Honestly, you smashed those last two picks, you son of a gun. I'm going to take Chris Rodriguez. I know I just mentioned. Crod. Crod is injured. Crod. But he also has a chance to be the starting running back for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

58:18 ↗

Mahomes. Emmitt Johnson going next. Next. Brooks is on the clock. He took Pearsall last round, by the way. I don't think I mentioned Pearsall off the board. Nobody wants Pearsall. Kind of funny. Love Purdy, right? Doesn't have Kittle. Yeah. No, Pearsall should be. Jason likes Evans, who's 107 years old. Pearsall should be higher. And Pearsall's just not a target. Yeah. No, he should be drafted higher than this. Jalen McMillan, Khalil, Shakir, Mike, you have your final pick of quarterbacks. So you got to take one. I do. Left on the board. Just for people at home listening. You could do a stack with Goff.

58:50 ↗

You could do a stack with Baker. We are in the 11th. And available QBs to me. Brock Purdy, Stafford, Bo Nix, Jordan Love, Jared Goff, Malik Willis, Baker, Tyler Shuck. I mean, there's plenty of weekly starters. Plenty of upside. Between if I were, you know, thinking through it, Brock Purdy, Malik Willis, Tyler Shuck. Those would be the three guys that I would be looking at. And for this one, I mean, this one I'm just going to go. I'll just take Brock Purdy. He is my highest ranked QB right now. All right, Mike pulled the trigger there, which is going to bring us to the end of another mock draft here.

59:38 ↗

Full PPR mock draft. A couple picks left. Jonah Coleman goes in the last round. My team, if we want to run it back, I've got Jalen Hurts at the quarterback position. Puka Nakua, Carnell Tate, Makai Lemon, and Matthew Golden at wide receiver. Derrick Henry, Brees Hall, Quinshon Judkins, and Charbonnet at running back with Kyle Pitts. And a side of George Kittle on the IR. I have Jackson Dart leading the way at quarterback. Trey McBride, my other onesie. At running back, Bijon Robinson, Kyron Williams, J.K. Dobbins, and Crod. And then at wide receiver, Malik Neighbors, Roma Doonze, Marvin Harrison, Michael Pittman, and Jaden Reed.

60:21 ↗

My wide receivers, Amon Ross, St. Brown, Emeka Buka, Zay Flowers, Christian Watson, Romeo Dobbs, Antonio Williams. Went very wide receiver heavy for the PPR. Ken Walker, Bill Krosky, Merritt, Aaron Jones are my running backs. So that'll be the – looking at it, it's like Dobbs or Williams for Brooks. I think I should – I probably should have made that swap and not let Jonathan Brooks drop. But then Brock Purdy and Mr. Loveland are my onesies. I like that we all three took a shot on the Packers wide receiver. Oh, we have the three? We have the three of like, someone's got to be good.

60:59 ↗

All three of us will be disappointed. Yeah, for sure. All right, don't forget next week we're getting into early breakouts and sleepers, early values and busts. Also, all of our tiered rankings, custom scoring, cheat sheets, all that stuff's in the UDK. You can go to ultimatedraftkit.com. It's available right now. All of the content is available. When you listen to shows like this, when you go do mock drafts, when names start popping up on the show, you're like, oh my gosh, I forgot about that guy. Like Jonathan Brooks. All of us clearly had Jonathan Brooks as a late-round target, who we will talk about next week.

61:26 ↗

But you can go open the UDK app and go mark them. You know, like mark the players so that when you're going through your draft – So important. You can actually – like it's just impossible to keep all those names in your head. It just is. And it's so easy. You've got to make some notes. When you're actually at the draft to just forget. And it's so nice when you can just swipe down and look for a big yellow bar, like someone you've highlighted. And it's like, oh yeah, I don't want to forget about this guy who's buried in ADP.

61:52 ↗
