The fantasy forecast, more of the matchups on today's show as well, some news to get into. Not really great news. I mean, just basically injury rumor news. Yeah, it's funny. I was lamenting Monday news. Monday news is always awful because it's all the injuries that happened.

4:17 ↗

I feel like Friday news should be this guy is ready, this guy's ready, but this week is, this week is not like that. Yeah, something happened at the practices. Yeah, I mean, Jameson Crowder's back. Yeah. All right. Get the good news out of the way right now. Spoiler alert. Yeah. Come on, man. I had a whole Jameson Crowder big reveal plan. Mike has been saying to stash him. last night at the podcast awards. So thank you very much for supporting the show. I don't think we're eligible to win anymore. I think this was the cap. I thought it was you have to win five in a row. And we strategically took one year out. So we're five in the last six. Okay. Well, and they have to be keeping track. And if they're not keeping track, you can sneak a sixth one in there. You can snick a sixth one in there. Remember snick Saturday night Nickelodeon? No. Are you afraid of the dark? No.

6:20 ↗

Never watched it. Yeah. Oh my goodness. I didn't. We couldn't afford cable. So every time you bring up Nickelodeon, there is a site. Like if I went to see a therapist, this would be part of my story. It's how jealous I was of people that had cable. I didn't know I was hanging out with the serfs.

6:35 ↗

Ridiculous. Oh, my gosh. Us up in the castle. Oh, yeah. We had those 99 channels. You had more TVs and cable than you could. Did you have that? You probably were the guy that had the oversized giant satellite dish in the backyard. No. No? They could watch the games from. You could tune into. I do remember that happening and being a thing, though. That was a thing. They were so gigantic. They were like industrial, commercial, like.

7:01 ↗

satellites that you could like walk on. There's no way those were safe either if you were around them. We had a Thursday night football game. Another great one went down to the wire. I mean, it kind of started poorly. The Bengals bus showed up at halftime. But 2421, Cincinnati goes to three in one. Jacksonville.

7:27 ↗

loses a tough one. And they probably could have locked this game down if not for the, what, six inches that separated Trevor Lawrence from another touchdown earlier in the game. I love them going for it. Do not get me wrong. I love that. The play call was a little... They went back to the same well. Yeah, it was a little curious that you went to that, and Trevor Lawrence made the wrong read on the read option, and he got stuffed. So...

7:56 ↗

We had Carlos Hyde a surprise inactive. Due to shoulder injury. Due to a shoulder injury. This meant that it was all James Robinson, 95% of snaps. Dari Agumboale was out there for a couple meaningless snaps. And then DJ Chark ended up fracturing his ankle. He is going to miss the season. So there was some injury news in this game.

8:18 ↗

Leviska-Cenault took advantage of that, six for 99. It had a deep target, which was great, because we've been talking about how much they've been using him, you know, behind the line of scrimmage. That pass by Lawrence, where he was, it was the normal. He's rolling out of bounds, and generally the quarterback just follows that through and chucks it. But he tossed it slightly back in bounds to Visco, who was in single coverage. It was a great throw.

8:47 ↗

So moving forward, you know, Dan Arnold is a target, in my opinion, right now because they lost DJ Chark. This was his first game, and he was out there. They used the tight end a ton. We talked about James Loshanasi. I think Arnold is somebody that you can look at as a flyer pickup moving forward without Chark involved in that offense. Yeah, I don't disagree with that. He wasn't like a full-time guy, but he caught both his targets, made a couple of splash plays.

9:15 ↗

James Robinson looked great, though. Robinson is, it's, like, I had moved past my, not all of my Urban Meyer rage, but I had moved past the stupidity of them drafting a running back in the first round because you had, you struck gold. Like you did what every team wishes they could do, which is get an undrafted player who is a more than capable starter. And then they decide, well, no, we need a.

9:43 ↗

draft of running back in the first round is stupidity. And then they're like, well, we're going to have them split time with Carlos Hyde. We finally got the game and we're reminded. Guess who's really, really good at football? James Robinson was carrying your team to a victory. I mean, they managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory in this one. But it's going to be so frustrating next week when Carlos Hyde is reactivated.

10:12 ↗

and he's back out there for 30 to 40% of the snaps because you know what's going to happen. Yeah, I mean, it will. But I think what was nice is that we saw and were reminded that James Robinson is good because the truth is he's been good several weeks now. He, you know, he got a touchdown the week prior. He looked good against Arizona. And I think this is a player that you can, you know, you can just rely on. I don't think Carlos Hyde is. This is a turning point.

10:38 ↗

Yeah, I don't think Carlos is going to eat into the workload to the tune where I'm unwilling to start James Robinson. Do you like Joe Burrow, Mike? As a quarterback or as a person? Either one. I don't know him, so I can't speak to his personality. I just thought maybe I could get you to like Urban by extension there because it seems like Burrow likes Urban quite a bit. Oh, I see what she did.

11:02 ↗

I was trying to connect the dots. But Mixing ended up with a good game 16 for 67 and a touchdown, but not the game you expected, not the game I expected. And then he got hurt. So now we have to monitor whether or not. And it's, it's strange. Mixing finally did get a third down in the second half. I recall seeing one, but it was all in the first half, it was exclusively, Somaget Pirine was their third down running back. It didn't mean he was getting touches or targets, but.

11:31 ↗

He's taking opportunity away from Joe Mixing. Career game for CJ Usama. Oh, yeah. Yeah. This will be his career game at the end. It'll look back to last night. You'll remember that Thursday? Tyler Boyd, nine for 11 targets. And then Jamar Chase was fine, six for 77. That's not going to kill you. He's double digits in a half point league. The big question is, what?

11:55 ↗

happened to Marvin Jones. Yeah, I mean, if you told me that the Jacksonville Jaguar scored 21 points and they lose early in the game, DJ J. That was like the second play or something. It was very early. I mean, I'm playing against you in the listener league and I've got James Robinson and Marvin Jones. It should have been outstanding. And instead, it was like, okay, one good game, one bag. Pretty good explanation for it. I mean, you leaned on James Robinson. You only attempted 24 passes. You had an early lead. I wouldn't be too concerned about it.

12:24 ↗

Going forward, I think Marvin Jones is going to be a very solid player. Also, I don't know if you guys saw the play, and I'm going to be monitoring the news going forward, but did you see the play where Marvin Jones hurt his knee, grabbed his knee? Oh, no. It was really early. It was like one of the first plays of the game, and I was like, oh, no, that looked really bad the way that he fell and did the knee grab, and you go, oh, you've just seen it too many times. And then...

12:52 ↗

Didn't hear anything else about it, but I'm curious if... You sure that wasn't DJ Char? Yeah. No, I'm just kidding. Anything else from this game you want to talk about before we move on? Nope. News and notes from around the league. Presented my sleeper. Greg Roman, offensive coordinator for the Raven said Lamar Jackson is dealing with a back flare up and should be fine. So there you go. From the flip.

13:26 ↗

Antonio Gibson did practice today. He was a surprise. He practiced on Wednesday, did not practice yesterday and practiced again today, dealing with a shin injury. His teammates, Curtis Samuel, also practiced. That's good. That's exciting. Josh Jacobs returned to a limited practice. John Gruden said he's not going to hesitate to put Peyton Barber into a primary role. We know that. We are well aware. He loves Peyton Barber.
