The trend right now, the sentiment, is that...

There's a 50-50 shot. He's not back with Washington. Washington is going to lose a couple weapons. Some trade rumors about San Francisco, Washington getting the number two pick that they could use on a quarterback or they could go with a veteran. It's crazy to me in the NFL today when you have a guy that's been as prolific and capable as Kirk Cousins that you're still questioning them. I don't know how similar this is to the decision that Buffalo is making with Tyrod Taylor where they're saying, you know, I think Buffalo is totally fine with Tyra Taylor starting.

Right. I think Kirk Cousins and I think Washington is totally fine with Kirk Cousins starting. It's the commitment. There are commitment issues on both sides where they're going, oh gosh, do I have to pay Kirk Cousins like Andrew Luck? I mean, I don't want to. You don't want him to probably be your quarterback for the next eight years because you know he's not a championship level. Well, that's how it seems like they feel. Yeah. Yeah. If you decide that, then that's what makes the commitment issue happen. And I don't know if Tony Romo, they're going to let him go in division. Yeah. You know, that's the problem there.

News was breaking about every 30 seconds on Kurt Cousins yesterday. It was chaos. But I think you're right. If Dallas is going to say, hey, Tony Romer, we're going to do the right thing by you, which in the NFL, I mean, that's an extremely rare thing when a team says, we're going to do right by the player. And they say, okay, Romo, we'll cut you. You can go wherever you want. And then he's like, hey, guys, I'm going to, I'm going to go play for your division arrival. They're going to Tony.

It's tough. That's a tough situation to navigate. It's like from a personal friendship type of level. Yeah, I think if they do right by Tony, he'll do right by the Cowboys. However, if you wanted to see the Cowboys East, as I would call it, have Tony Romo go there and have them use one of those high draft picks on like Leonard Fournett. They got a good offensive line. I think they would be a lot like what Dallas looks like. All right, let's move on here.

The Bears have actively started seeking a trade partner for Jay Cutler. Oh, and this reports from three years ago. No, not really. Update for the Peter King. For the Peter King that he thinks that he wouldn't be surprised Jay Cutler ends up with the Cardinals. The Cardinals immediately shut that down and said, no, thank you. Not interesting. Nice reporting, though. Jay Cutler is expected to be medically cleared by March. There was a report this morning that.

You know, one opinion out there was that he won't play in 2017. Is that Peter King again? No, it's not Peter. It's like, if he's not going to the Cardinals, he's not playing at all. Yeah, well, Jay Cutler will find a home. It won't be hard to do. We had guys like Cody Kessler starting in the NFL last year. Players like Brock Osweiler being paid $72 million. I think Jay Cutler is an upgrade for about seven to eight teams in the league. My goodness, just go to Houston. I mean...

I would, if I was used, I would take Jay Cutler in a heartbeat. Yeah, DeAndre Hopkins would skyrocket. Good, that Jay Cutler's single target? Yeah. I love it. Yeah. All right. Last report I want to talk about here. Ian Rappaport's saying it's going to be very hard for the Patriots to resign impending free agent Martellus Bennett. Yeah, he's going to get paid. Yeah, I think you will too. And it's not going to be by the Patriots most likely. Bennett's been on Twitter saying like, don't you, you know, he's like,

He says, would you keep A.J. Green for $44 in a 12-team standard scoring auction league. The most expensive player and also a wide receiver was Antonio Brown at $59. Awesome show.

He purchased the ultimate draft kit on the website. Oh, appreciate that, Aaron. Which, by the way, includes auction values. I was just going to say that. You know, when I look at AJ Green, his value will probably be right around $44. So I would be willing to purchase him for that. I think it's a fair price. And so I'd be willing to keep him. I don't think you're getting a steal.

But I don't think you're overpaying either. So if you want to keep AJ Green and have a great option going into next year, it's absolutely fine by me. If the market, you've seen the market. Antonio Brown was almost $60. $200. And I assume this is $100. $200. $200. Is it $200? Yeah, $200. $200. Absolutely. Absolutely. That's a simple question for me. But I feel like this is $100.

question. No. No chance. In a $200 auction budget, which is the standard usual auctions, you usually see the top wide receivers go for about 60. Including last year when Antonio Brown went for $60 in our $200 league. Yeah. Okay. The question I want to ask out of it is, would you rather have Antonio Brown for $59 or AJ Green for 44? That's fair. And I think I would take AJ Green. Oof.

I'd save the $16. If it's literally those two guys, then I would get Antonio Brown. Yeah, I would as well. I would rather have the superstar, assuming that Big Ben is not retired, right, fellas? Yeah. All right. Thanks, Peter. Keeper question from Josh in Michigan. He said this. He said we play in a two-quarterback league, which we can keep one player every year and forfeit.

a pick in the following draft based on where they were drafted. Should I keep Tyre Hilton and forfeit my fourth round pick? Or keep Tyrell Williams and forfeit my last pick in next year's draft. Is Tyrell Williams going to continue his role with Keenan Allen back in the mix? It's a great question. I think it's one that is difficult to answer because we've seen Keenan Allen not play a full game in almost two years. Yeah, I love Tyro Williams moving forward.

I think that he will be a great fantasy wide receiver, but he won't be what he was last year. I think Keenan Allen will just command so many targets. And we've seen when Keenan Allen was on his tear that season, maybe they didn't. I can't recall who the auxiliary wide receiver was, but there was no other really strong fantasy wide receivers at that time for San Diego. So I would take Ty Wylton.

for a fourth round pick. You're getting a great value. Hilton will go second, third round. And so, I mean, you're already getting a value for a guy who should easily be top 10. I agree. I would take Hilton in this situation. There are a lot of, a lot of my argument against Keenan Allen was based on the variables in that offense. And those exist for Tire Williams, too.

Not the injury concerns, but the fact that, okay, you've paid Travis Benjamin, you have Hunter Henry coming into his own, Gates will be back, you're moving, you have a different head coach. It's too hard to count on Tyrell Williams to bounce back. Yeah, and even if he does, right, let's say he's just a shade under what he did last year, you're getting a better value with Tyrell Williams, but you're still getting the worst player. And when you have a value in T.Y. Hilton, who is, Mike right now going on top of the second round, and you get to keep him for a fourth rounder, and he's a great.

weekly starter, you go with the stud. Where do you think Tyrell's going to go? I don't think Tyrell's going to go. 10th round? Yeah, I mean, that's about where I see. I feel like he should be. Should. I feel like he will be in that 8 range. I'm going to look him up. Yeah, I'm guessing 10th or 11th. Yeah, right now 8th range is Deshaun Jackson, Eric Decker, Jameson Crowder, and I think those guys would go ahead of Tyrol. Okay.

Probably don't need to ask someone again.

Let's go with Dom in Virginia. Dom has a question, a keeper question. Do you keep Julio Jones for a first rounder, Devanta Freeman for a second rounder, or Tyreek Hill for a 10th round pick? It's a PPR 14 team keeper league. We got to pick two, right? You got to pick two of them. I got them for me. It's easy. It's easy for you. Okay. I think it's easy for me as well, and I'm going to go Julio and Tyreek.

Those are the, so there's four guys. So you have the other two? I have the other two. So obviously it's a difficult question here. Yeah, I would go Julio and Tyreek. I would go Des Bryant and Devin and Dez for a two, rather than Julio for a one, I would rather have. And I think you have to have Freeman here. He won't have the opportunity to do that though. Well, that's because he can't trade two. My question. Yeah, you can't do two second round picks. So he's going to have to move up one of them to a first. Oh, usually to me it's a slide back. Yeah. So does he get.

If he keeps the two second round guys, why would it be a slide back? It's almost always a slide up when you... Not in my experience. If you have two guys in the same round, you don't get rewarded. Yeah, you do. Sometimes. It's depending on the league. In my other Keeper League, that's how the reward comes, is if you have two guys being kept in the same round, it's a two-three situation, then I go those two guys to force it to a two-three situation. And if it's a two-one situation, then I would go Julio and Devont to Freeman. And I would go...

Yeah, I mean, you Tyreek haters. In half point PPR, I would much rather have an elite player, an elite reception. I need a friend. Brooks, will you chime in on the Tyreek situation? Are you pro-Tyriek or anti-Tyriek? Well, if you remember, Andy, I did decline that trade. Dang it! Oh, yes! Dang it!

Yeah, that's great. Now, be quiet. I'm not anti-Tarek, but in 10th round, that's some value for sure for where Hill's going to go in the draft. But you're looking at top five guys with Julio Freeman or Des. Certainly with the bump back, I'd go the two, three to force the bump back. And then you've got your first round pick available. You have Freeman and Des Bryant. If I can't. If I can't bump back, then I'll go, I'm going to go on with Chase. I'm going to Julio and Freeman.

All right, here's an interesting question from Eric and Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a draft strategy question. What do you guys think about creating an artificial supply shortage at the draft? Maybe a QB shortage. By round with examples, I could go RB wide receiver QB, running back wide receiver QB, running back wide receiver QB, too risky to set a tone.

So this is a... Yes, don't do it, Eric. It is possibly... He's trying to get trade beat. And I think it's possibly the worst idea and decision he could make. I completely agree. Do you guys remember when this strategy was used in our League of Record? It was at the defensive position. And the guy kept taking up all the good defenses. We've also had it with the quarterback. Yeah, where someone tried to steal Tony Romo from you and you ended up with a better player.
