to move on quickly. You know, it wasn't like it was Rushy Rice's injury that disturbed a great fantasy season. He was terrible with Rice. Fantasy production wise. I mean, look at his profile on our side. He has an F in consistency. That means over the last 17 games played, he has exceeded the 20 fantasy point benchmark 23% of the time. I don't want a one in four chance of 20 points. The quarterback. Very terrifying to me is last year when it was, oh my gosh, what happened to Mahomes? What happened to the Kansas City Chiefs offense? He averaged 17 and a half points per game.

This year, he averaged 17.6 points per game. He was like, his numbers are close to identical. Last year, 40, almost 4,200 yards. This year, 3,900 yards. So, I mean, the yardage actually went down. He went down one passing touchdown, same touchdown rate. But it's the everything from Mahomes is, is this who the Chiefs are now next year? Because they can win the Super Bowl this year. Don't know if they will. But is this who the team is now? Because this is not the team. This is not it for fantasy. Yeah, his yards per attempt is the scariest number for me.

It's down to 6.8, the lowest of his career. He says one of five quarterbacks this year with more than 20% of their attempts behind the line. Yeah, I mean, I feel like the Chiefs will be whatever they need to be. That is the truth. I think they'll be whatever they need to be to win. Right? That is going to be the number one, number two, number three goal. It's not, you know, he's had a 5,000-yard passing season, right? He's had two of them. He's at 5,250 yards. He's at 3,900. Is he a worse quarterback? Probably not. Their personnel is different.

There's no more Tyree Kale. No more 8.3, 8.8 in attempt. His touchdown percentage, 4.5, 4.5. 4.5 the last two years. His ADP will be fascinating. That will be a wild one. Yeah, I mean, if he drops to the 10th, I can take a shot at him, but I will be quick to move on. And, yeah, you'll be able to move on. Exactly. You're not as pot committed where you feel obligated to keep rolling with it. I will say this. If he is in the sixth, seventh round, which is already a drop for him historically, he will not be on my roster.

Right. Because my expectation is more of the same. Yeah. And it's got to be way better. Yeah. He almost feels like someone where I'm drafting two guys. Yeah. Like Jordan Love. It'll be him and Bo Nix. It'll be him and Jordan Love. Jordan Love's ADP is not going to be very high next year after this disappointment. Like getting him and Mahomes, two guys who you feel like they could be fantastic. But it's going to be interesting to watch. Number 10, Bo Nix. Bo Nix at number 10. Consistency rank of 11. First half 12. Second half 10. 13% great games. 38% good.

And 38% bust games. I can't move on. I wanted to. It's not going to be in the audio. I know. Owl, if there is something you can do to. Because we still turn out. Just look up. See if you can find a sound effect. If somebody dropped an air conditioner from a thousand feet and it landed next to your ears. Put the camera on him. I can make sure it gets into the audio. And if it lands next to your ears. Make sure it gets into the audio. Look how bright red that head is. This is. So what happened? If you're watching YouTube and you saw my face and Andy's face, or if you're.

Hopefully it comes through. Because we usually filter all that stuff out. But I don't know if it's possible to filter that out. I've never. I've never heard a human being. Was that? What was that? That was a cough. Josh. No. Was that a sneeze? No. That was a cough. Papa Josh tried to cough louder than any human has ever coughed. In the middle of recording. In the middle of production. You don't get away with this stuff. He is. And he gets the toilet trophy. The toilet trophy moves to Josh. Yes. No. 100%. We make the rules. Papa Josh. You got the toilet trophy.

You just in the middle of recording. No. It's not natural. Here's what's natural. You're a toilet person. I'm going to push my microphone. I'm going to go. No one heard it. And I coughed. What you did was. All of us would have had to push our mute buttons at the same time. We all paused. Because we were like scared. I'm trying to keep talking. I don't know what I said. I couldn't. It's like a four by four crashed into the back wall. I couldn't cough that loud. If my whole. They said. You get a million dollars if you can cough louder than Josh just did.

I wouldn't get a million dollars. Oh man. That was unbelievable. What happened? Brooks is like. Yo. I heard it on the Zoom. Brooks heard it. Yeah. Oh. We'll make sure the people hear it. What did you put into your throat? When you talk as much as I do. You have very strong lungs. Okay. And I coughed. And it came through. Yeah. Oh my goodness. It came through. That's not how people cough. No. It's not. Okay. Anyways. What were we? Bo Nix? He's got a disease. Bo Nix. Yeah. We're talking about Bo Nix. I mean look. This was. For fantasy purposes.

Are your affairs in order Josh? Yeah. You might want to check. Make sure that Will is. Up to date. Sorry. Yeah. I'm concerned about the man's family. At this point. We need to make doctor's appointments. There's a new flu. And you have it. You just made it. You created a new disease with that cough. Okay. Bo Nix. Let's call this the teaser season. Okay. Because this was not. Yes. You. There were some weeks that we made him a streaming quarterback. And he had games that were certainly worthy of it. But this was not the. The consistent breakout. I'm going to be a top 10 every year.

He's not there yet. But this was a teaser of what's to come. If they add pieces to the offense. If they give him another year with Sean Payton. If you get what you got out of Cortland Sutton. And you add another wide receiver. And you. Or a tight end. Or a running back. And you get more scoring opportunities. Like. 3,700. 29. That's awesome as a rookie. Super. I. To me. I'm just excited about the potential of a guy like this. You know. You go into next year. Are people drafting Bo Nix or CJ Stroud. Like. That's going to be. Right.

Yeah. And I think. That's going to be the fair combo. I think it's. You go CJ Stroud. You. Like. You. And. Is it the. The sweet on none of Bo Nix. No. It's. It's not. It's the fact that Bo Nix is going to give me 400 rushing yards. Yeah. And like. We were excited about Baker's numbers. 400 rushing yards. Yeah. It's not Lamar Jackson. I get it. But it is. Those are great numbers. Those. Those are really strong numbers. You love them. For fantasy. Yeah. From weeks. So. Week five on. Like. Week five was when Bo Nix had a. His first good fantasy game.

And those first four weeks. So. He's. He's a rookie quarterback. Who. It's. This isn't Jaden Daniels. Where. You look. There's a. A rookie quarterback. Who. That guy might rush for 800 plus yards. I'm very interested in that. And. So. You're not expecting that from Bo Nix. But. From week five on. He's a 4,000 yard. 36 touchdown pace. With the 400 rushing yards. Like. Those are. Those are pretty exciting numbers. I'm going to be in on. I'm going to be very in on Bo Nix next year. Because I don't think his ADP is going to go out of control. I. I don't believe he's going to be a fifth round pick.

If he is. Maybe I'll have to make a decision there. But. I. You know. You brought it up a minute ago. Of like. He's. The Bo Nix seems like the type of quarterback. You'll. You'll just draft two of. If he's going to be round eight. Or so. I'm. Totally in. Yeah. I think it's important. You know. Mike's quoting. Week five on. That. That's totally legitimate. That. His rookie season started where they weren't letting him throw the ball much. They weren't having him open it up much. The first four weeks of the season were pretty much like his worst stretch of the season.

And then as he got more used to the offense and the weapons and all that, he was great the rest of the way. And even if you take out the final week where he was incredible against Kansas City's backups, he was still on a 4,000-yard, 35-touchdown pace. Those are not numbers rookies do. Unless they're C.J. Stroud, and that would be the counterpoint, right? Except he didn't run. Sure, but the counterpoint for C.J. Stroud or for Bo Nix is that, look, you can have a season that looks incredible as a rookie. We've seen it recently. And you will get a league that adjusts to you.

And so there are growing pains. And C.J. Stroud, playoff team, not a great fantasy year this year. Everybody expected a lot more drafting him in the fifth round. Bo Nix won't go anywhere near the fifth round, which is great. The hype will not be proportionate to Stroud. But, I mean, even Herbert in that first year on fire, we've had up and down fantasy years. Sure. So it's exciting, but you know the road is going to be windy. It definitely can be. And my pushback on Stroud would be, like, he was really, really fun to watch. Like, this was an emerging quarterback, the breakout of Nico Collins.

But the truth that we talked about of Stroud is he really had two fantasy games that entire year. He had a couple where, like, he almost hit that 21 mark where he's close. But he had most of his damage was 42 points against Tampa Bay. So, I mean, 42 of his 275 points was one game. That was my concern with Stroud. I'm less concerned with Bo Nix. Touchdowns for fantasy are probably overpowered. Mike complains about it all the time, the touchdowns score too much. But that's the game we play, and so touchdowns really matter. CJ Stroud, his rookie year, you know, was on pace for 26 touchdowns.

If you get rid of that first month, like we did for Bo Nix when he's gotten better, still on pace for 26 touchdowns. This season, through 20 touchdowns. That pace for Bo Nix of 35 passing touchdowns plus rushing yardage, I think the baseline is just higher for Nix. Seven top ten finishes for Stroud as a rookie. Seven top ten finishes for Nix as a rookie. Yeah, but I believe... Seven top twelve finishes. So, you know, I think they're similar seasons. With the amount of quarterbacks hurt last year, like, the points per game would be a little bit more important. Yeah, that is actually really true.

Last year was weird. If you just look at Jared Goff and you look at his fantasy finishes, you're like, oh, he was great two years in a row. He wasn't that great last year, even though he was like the quarterback seven. It was just, there were a lot of top guys ahead of him that were injured. Kind of pushed those quarterback 12, 13, 14 up. 18.6 fantasy points per game. 18.3 fantasy points per game. Okay. Thank you. Does that help? All right. Let's move on. Fantasy Face-Off. No crowns, no clowns is what I'm, is what I'm hearing. Yeah. I mean, we just split. We split. That's the worst. Yeah. A little bit. You know, we're going to do better. So we all split. McConkie. I got right. Mixon. I got wrong. Jason got Ertz wrong. Jordan Love. Both of you guys got that one right. And then Mike with Bucky, more than 86.5 rushing yards. I thought we were going to get there. You were, you were very close. Josh still alive? Yeah. He's Josh. Don't talk. Don't try talking. Yeah. You might cough. Also go to a hospital. All right.

Divisional round picks. I'm going to go. My picked, my two picks, my two picks, Josh Allen, more than 239.5 passing yards. He's averaged 272 in the playoffs. I like it. They're going to need to lean on him this week. And then Devante Smith. I'm going to go. My second pick more than 54.5 receiving yards. Okay. I thought about going to, to AJ Brown, but I just feel like when, when we've had situations this year where big plays need to get made, it's gone to Devante Smith and a lot of these games. He's been more than that number in eight of 13 regular season games.

AJ Brown is still dealing with his knee injury. I mean, it's, it's, it's clearly limiting. He's got inner excellence, no outer excellence. Right. So I will go those two picks. I'm going to go with a low one here. Kareem Hunt, just more than six and a half receiving yards. That's the line. Look, he's done that in more than in seven of 12 games. That's a, that's an interesting one. And one of the games that he did that recently was with Isaiah Pacheco and it was against the Texans. Guess who they're playing. So I think that they will involve him in the passing game.

And that's a very easy amount of receiving yards to cover. And I'm going to take Jaden Daniels, the rookie sensation. I'm going to go with more than 53 and a half rushing yards. That's a very, very high line. It does feel high. It does. However, I almost went with his passing yards, by the way. And I, I did as well. So I don't know if you guys are aware to Detroit's team implied total this week is the highest of the entire season. 53 and a half points, something like that. They are going to put up a ton of points and Jaden Daniels is going to need to be involved

and catch up and keep scoring. And the nice thing is Detroit allows the fourth most quarterback rushing yards this season. So it's just like this perfect matchup where I think he will have to use his legs against the Detroit lions. So also if you don't know what game we're talking about, we were playing draft Kings pick six, which it's a great game because it's just, it's you against numbers. Yeah. Like there's, there's more or less, there's stat lines out there and you, you pick a handful of players and you say, are they going to be more or less than the, than the numbers given

to you? It's a, it's a really, really fun game. Excited to be playing it over the playoffs here. I have a Jaden Daniels one in mind as well. I'm taking the over on one and a half passing touchdowns. Uh, Kyle just shared it for us. Jay, the Detroit's implied team total is 32 and a half. The game is at 55 and a half. Absolutely outrageous, uh, number there to hit 55 points. Jane Daniels. All I need is to pass and touchdowns. And then I'm going Isaiah Pacheco less than 43 and a half rushing yards. He, he looked like a guy who came back way too quick from the injury gets hurt again.

You had, I mean, thankfully they had the bye week because the way that Andy Reed was talking about Pacheco going into the playoffs is like, I think we're going to be good here. So, uh, I don't like him in this game. You know, he came back. He's averaging 3.7 yards per carry since coming back from the injury. So I'm not expecting a huge game from him. All right.
