due to an illness now that he's out of the concussion protocol. I think the hope here is that that's what the energy? Yeah. If I'm real sick, my energy level is not the same as when I'm not sick. So hopefully it's just the illness. And out of protocol, which is good. Yes. Kenny Galladay did not practice on Thursday. Woof. Bewildering that he wasn't placed on IR. This would be five weeks. Yeah, that's a mistake. Julio Jones, Todd Gurley, Hayden Hurley. Hayden Hurst. All did not practice on Thursday.

14:24 ↗

Julio was downgraded, so I do not. As was girly. Yeah, I expect them to be out. Yeah, and David Johnson, who did miss three weeks on IR with a concussion, looks great, resume practicing and designated to return. I expect this to be identical to like the Echler designated to return. He gets activated Saturday, Sunday. David Johnson is going to play this week, in my opinion, and I would definitely play him over Duke Johnson.

14:52 ↗

Oh, for sure. I think David Johnson comes back and actually is a good fantasy option the rest of the way. Debo Samuel held out precautionary reasons Thursday. If he's active, you're playing him? That is correct. Tevin Coleman practiced in full. He'll be added to the mix with Mostert Coleman, Wilson, McKinnon. I think it just demotes. My name is Jeff Wilson. Out of the active roster. I agree with you. A reminder over to join the foot.com. Your injury blitz podcast comes out later today.

19:26 ↗

It takes a turn. Buccaneers, Panthers on by this week. Yesterday we talked about the Saints, Falcons, lions, bears, Browns, Titans, Bengals, Dolphins, Jags, Vikings, Raiders, and Jets, aka the Booker versus Gore Bowl. Nine games to get through today. So take a deep breath. Take a hydrate. Does it hydrate better when you put the water in your mouth and then shake it around? That's right. It's everywhere. The Indianapolis Colts.

19:56 ↗

The science. The science. The Indianapolis Colts at 7 and 4 taking on the Houston Texans who are 4 and 7. Colts are 3.5 point road favorites. It's a 50.5 point over under. I think one of the big questions in this game that we've brought up a couple times this week since the very depressing Will Fuller suspension news is what can you really count on from Deshaun Watson? Should get David Johnson back? I think he will. You've got Brandon Cooks.

20:26 ↗

And then you've got question marks all over the place. Jordan Aiken's talk of him playing a lot in the slot. Kiki QT is the number two. Somehow some way he is. I can't believe it. He's back. Yeah. But this should not inspire Deshawn Watson.

20:45 ↗

sealing predictions against the Colts? No, I mean, the Colts are a tough matchup already. I'm looking to pivot off of Watson, and that's not to say that Watson can't get it done. He's absolutely excellent. I do believe Brandon Cooks gets it done. I'm not going to pivot there because I think he's going to be the clear number one target. But, you know, right now the Colts, they're as good as it gets. The only place you can beat them, and it's temporary, is in the running game. And that's just because their two main run stuffers,

21:15 ↗

They were gone last week. That's, you know, when Derek Henry ran all over them. And I believe they're going to be gone this week. You'll have to stay tuned. Look at that. But DeForest Buggner was activated today from the reserve COVID list. Well, that's that, well, sorry, David Johnson. Your, your bright shining spot got a little bit more difficult. Yeah, yeah. He will be back.

21:38 ↗

Watson's tough because other than Patrick Mahomes, nobody throws the ball 20 plus yards more than he does. And Brandon Cooks is a big play guy. So he can save your entire week with a big play, which is nice. And you probably don't have maybe the Cajonnes or an option other than throwing Deshaun Watson out there. But I am a bit worried. Yeah, because the struggle we know about Deshaun Watson, in his career, he's about seven fantasy points fewer per game without Will Fuller on the field.

22:07 ↗

He still had the best wide receiver in football, DeAndre Hopkins, at that time. Will Fuller is just such a difference maker. So I have my concerns about Deshaun Watson. I'm not going to bet against him, but it's just you need to be aware and be prepared for the future of your fantasy football team. And then I don't want to talk about him at length, but just a name to pay attention to. Isaiah Colter will be the rookie.

22:35 ↗

who replaces Will Fuller on the field. He at least has size. He's a 6-2-200-pound wide receiver. He was drafted in the fifth round. He's got a little bit of speed. You haven't seen him because he's been on the IR for the majority of the season, but he is going to step in here and be on the field. And just to bring up Jordan Akins, Brooks and I are taking one another on for a division title in our Dynasty League.

23:00 ↗

And he let me sneak Jordan Aiken's off of the waiver wire. Yeah, that was a stupid move, Brooks. And I am starting him right away. And I think that you can, he's one of those options, has 21% of the Houston end-zone targets this year to last week. And Watson loves throwing to the tight-in position. You know, QT and cooks are small guys. So. Right. So Akins and Fells and. That's the reason why I bring up Coulter is. No doubt. He's big.

23:29 ↗

Indianapolis. You were disappointed last week if you tried to chase the points on Michael Pittman Jr. One of the things that we've talked about, Philip Rivers is kind of target agnostic there. He doesn't, he'll throw it to whoever's open. If it's T.Y. Hilton last week, best game of the year. If it's Pittman, if it's Burton, Doyle, Moly Cox, if it's Pascal, the running backs, whom he loves throwing the ball to, that's just what they do. And so it makes it harder to kind of.

23:59 ↗

trust Hilton or Pittman? Yeah, I mean, I think I would, it's hard to trust Hilton just based on, you know, a lengthy history over the last year of just not being very good, not breaking big plays, the matchup is poor. The nice thing with Pittman is he's got the athleticism and the youth that you've seen him break big plays this season. He had a terrible game last week, but he had nine targets. Sure. You can't really ask for much more than nine targets other than.

24:27 ↗

catch them all, which he didn't do. So Pokemon. And come on, I think Pittman is a good play this week. The Houston matchup is one that you look for. They're not a great defense. You expect points to be scored. And in a divisional game, you know, he's the new tool that they might not be used to. Philip Rivers is a fine streaming play, in my opinion here. The biggest question for me on this side of the ball for the Colts.

24:53 ↗

It is T.Y. Hilton. He finally showed up last week. First touchdown of the year, highest yardage total. Which is fine. But historically, I know it's a weird thing to go to this. But if you've played fantasy football for any length of time, T.Y. Hilton is a Houston Texans destroyer. He just magically shows up for all of these games. And we've seen him performing games without Andrew Luck against the Houston, Texas. Do you guys have?

25:23 ↗

the courage at all to flex T.Y. Hilton based off of those historical results. Yeah, I think based off of last week, it's tough and you've got to have some fortitude. We've kind of set the bar of this week yesterday when we were talking about those flex options. We set the bar at the Bengals wide receiver group, the Tyler Boyd, T. Higgins. Is that bar on the ground?

25:47 ↗

That bar is not hard to get over, but T.Y. Hilton is above that. And to illustrate your point, Mike, he's played 16 career games against them. So that's a season, right? You're used to season totals. Here would be his season total if it was 16 games against the Houston, Texas. 85 for 1,537 yards and 10 touchdowns. Would you play T.Y. Hilton against Houston or Marvin Jones against Chicago? T.Y. Hilton. Hilton.

26:14 ↗

Would you play T.Y. Hilton against Houston or Travis Fulgham against Green Bay? Hilton. Hilton. Okay. What about Jacobi Myers against the... Hilton? Okay. Hilton's... He's in play this week. In play? Okay. That's always nice. Once a year. Twice a year to have him in play. Here's the real question. Because this one I kind of go back and forth with, I think I'm Pittman. But who would you play Pittman or Hilton? Yeah, that's... I mean, it sounds like you'd go with the targets over the Outlier Week.

26:44 ↗

based on what you said about Pittman yeah I would but I wanted to know what you guys would do I would play Pittman I dude I don't know that's a lot of history and it the problem with that is it shouldn't matter like last year was last year those were Bill O'Brien teams it shouldn't matter but it's every it's like every single time he plays the Houston Texans he just eats him up is a birthday narrative Mike yeah

27:08 ↗

Yeah, it feels like it. Hilton was up to his higher 73% of snaps. Pittman was 86% last week for what it's worth. I think I leaned that Pittman's like. And Jonathan Taylor's right back in play for me. RB2? Yep. Agreed. Over Naim Hines or no? Yes. Interesting. Okay. Off the COVID list. Back at it. Mm-hmm. The Los Angeles Rams at 7 and 4 take on the Arizona Cardinals sitting at 6 and 5. The Rams, 2.5 point road favorites. It's a 48 point over under.
